My stay here was awesome. The breakfast was great also. I loved my stay.

There is so much to mention. From the clean rooms, the friendly staff to the wonderful breakfast (so many options). We stayed on a very busy weekend (state wrestling tournament) and there was plenty of parking .

Everything was great. But shower took 15 minutes to warm up.

It was pretty clean inside and outside. I believe housekeeping crew could have been nicer. It also was cold throughout the facility.

The bed was a bit firm, I'm not a fan of firm beds. Back hurt when I woke up. Otherwise, It was a great place to stay!! This would not stop me from staying again tho!

They place is updated & everything went well as a back up plan to leavenworth

We stayed for a weekend soccer tournament with our kids and 2 dogs(GSD and Belgian shwpherd). The rooms were spacious and well laid out, and there was a great area behind the church across the street from the hotel, for the dogs to run around. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was really nice and clean. I loved the breakfast. It is better than some restaurants.

Large room - felt like a small apartment. Super clean, almost felt new, super comfortable bed, one of the best breakfast buffets we've had, super easy access to restaurants, the freeway and the airport.

What I did not like… the front desk was not at all accommodating, to the point of indifference. I needed to get a new key card each day, their internet access was clumsy and I had no hot water in my shower for the entire stay. All in all not good!

Full marks from me, everything was clean, staff were friendly, amenities were great.

I love the front entrance look, it's welcoming and homely. The staff greeted me with a smile and assistance was offered with lots of patience. I loved it. The space I got at 325 was wonderful and with the arrangement beautifully done offering a comfortable atmosphere. The dining area I feel would do better with music.

Perfect hotel to stay at. Everything was only a 30 minute drive. There were stores and restaurants right around the corner. Quiet and friendly staff. Breakfast was great! Pool was warm. Will be staying here every visit to Seattle.

I found out that there was a HUGE theft issue there. Property should have been gated and only one entrance exit

The shower water took forever to get warm. The kitchen had adequate supplies . The primary bed was very comfortable. Very close to highway.

We had a tv in the living room and separate bedroom. Upon arrival both TV's did not work. Not an issue for me but definitely an issue for my kids. The next day Maintenance was able to get the living room one working but not the bedroom one. Kids enjoyed the pool but you should know it is small. Staff accommodated all the wrestlers by opening breakfast up sooner and keeping healthy fruits readily available

I stayed there 6 different days and they put a 300.00 hold on my card. 50 per day I still have not received my funds. I call and spoke with the Manager he told me tht he was sending me a receipt and Never did. They put holds on your card but do not like to give you your money back

The maintenance for TV reception was poor and elevator was non operable most of my stay!

Staff had an attitude, then hit me with a $50 dollar room incidental before I had no choice but to book. Didn’t know the hot water in the room didn’t work till the following morning. And then I told the front desk expecting a discount they simply said see you next time”

The thermostats are confusing and hard to have privacy in the bedrooms when they are the only thing that make the living area warm/cold. And it would be SO great to have a vent fan in the bathroom. Very rare in hotels nowadays but would be huge.

When we arrived, staff was super awesome! We received a free drink and "light snacks" ended up being pulled pork tacos, plenty for dinner! so we stayed in the bar/food area for quite a bit longer before even going to our room! Every person that we encountered for 2 days was super friendly! on our way out, the gal at reception recognized us and greeted us very warmly, very nice to get that kind of treatment. We will definitely go back to this location!

We had free drinks and appetizers when we arrived, that was an amazing bonus!

I like the cleanliness and overall stay experience

The morning hot cinnamon rolls were an unexpected delight. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, water was hot, and had a mini kitchen and separate living room area. Morning staff pleasant.

The front desk staff in the e eing was absolutely horrible. He was super unprofessional and yelling profanity at .e and my husband. I WOUKD NIT RECOMMEND!! Managers and higher ups have not done a thing to make it right

They did an emergency mopping job, but we never did get a full cleaning. We had to wipe every surface ourselves. The second main problem with the room was that there was a very strong lamp outside that lit up our room at night. It was strong enough to read a restaurant menu and our room was brighter at night than during the daytime. We complained to front door staff and emailed the hotel, with no assistance received. In fact, they were rather grudging and unhelpful. One receptionist told me that guests complain about the lights, but they stop when they are told there is nothing that the staff can do about it. Eventually we had to cover the window with aluminum foil in order to rest. The hotel is a Holiday Inn Express that rents out its suites as a Staybridge. So it is a very busy hotel that doesn't smell all that fresh. Surprisingly enough the second floor has a conference centre on the other side of the rooms, but we didn't hear the wedding they had on a Saturday evening. The upsides are that the pool is a nice temperature and the breakfasts are quite good. The automatic pancake machine is a wonderful feature. It's convenient to the I-5 and the airport.

One, the room had almost no hot water. You had to turn it on for a half hour before it got even warm. Second, the hallways smelled of smoke and sometimes weed. I think they are working on things though.

I drove 4 hrs to spend a spa day with my daughter fornour birthdays we checked in evening after spa and dinner and wanted to shower go to bed ... Noo hot water i ran it 5min waiting and it stayed cold. I thought everyone else mustve showered maybe ? So i tried to shower next a.m also NO HOT WATER ! i called asked front desk oh to my surprise theyre hot water was having issues . I later see reviews this has been going on for several months !! Why would you continue to service the public if your facilities arent functioning properly? How could you charge competitive rate with other local hotels when your tenants can't shower in comfort . Ive stayed here twice and it wont happen again ! Whoever the owner is they dont care ! The staff are great ita not theyre fault ! Breakfast was great . Just about 200$ for a non working shower room isnt worth it for me especially when your stuck covered in massage oil!!

My check-in time was 3 pm. I arrived around 4:30, and the front desk sent me up to my room while the cleaning crew just started cleaning I waited another 30 min (standing by the door with luggage's). I wanted to go back downstairs but the non-English speaking cleaning crew kept signaling to me that the room was going to be ready soon. The cleaning crew did a good job cleaning, but the front desk shouldn't have sent me up while the room was not ready I am dropping a star because of that, other than that the hotel was great and I will definitely come back again if I'm in the area.
