A great place to stop in if passing thru or hanging in the flagstaff area. Safe and inviting place.

At first glance , the room appeared clean. Upon further review there was hair in the shower, blood on a towel, blood drop on one of the vanities.This led us to inspecting bathroom floor. It was dirty. You could see spots where it had not been mopped or cleaned, actually really gross. We went down to guest services We were told that housekeeping was on their way up as we spoke. Two hours later. No one has been to the room, so no,I don’t recommend it.

Confused why and how this shows as excellent. I've stayed in plenty of run down beach motels in California, but this place takes the cake in terms of filth. Filthy carpet, stale funky odor throughout building and room, sock behind the bed, Chex mix on shelves, human excretion (ew) on curtain (let the front desk know, but they only offered to take curtains down and wash them. Didn't want to lose Sun blockage due to heat coming in and the AC not being great), bathroom dirty, fan blocked with dust, black and pink mold in shower, cabinet doors broken, breakfast was gross with undercooked potatoes and bland taste. Beyond disappointed all around.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Cookies were a nice touch. The parking was on a slope.

It was fine for a one night stay with Family. Location was cramped(in same parking lot as another hotel). Surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy.(homeless people in vicinity). Pool and hot tub were both open. Standard issue generic, but clean. Front desk staff were great! Breakfast was average but good. Eating area was on the small side and somewhat cramped. Room was clean and quiet during our one night. Beds were comfortable and clean. In same parking lot as another hotel. Cramped. Surrounding neighborhood not the greatest. Homeless people in vicinity.

The pictures online are misleading. The hotel is old and dirty. The only good thing was that the pool was warm, the hot tub was hot, and the front desk attendant was friendly and had great suggestions as to where to get a bite to eat. The hotel is in need of major upkeep. The bathroom door handle in two of the rooms we had were falling off the doors. The chairs are stained, the carpets are stained, and one of the rooms still had toilet paper in the toilet from the previous guest.

What was even more frustrating was that the photos on the website were very misleading. The property looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The images made the hotel appear modern, clean, and inviting, but the reality was quite the opposite. I chose this hotel based on the photos and description, and unfortunately, it did not meet even basic expectations. I would not stay here again and would encourage future guests to read recent reviews carefully rather than relying on the website photos. If you provide the hotel name and a few specific details about what was dirty or misleading, I can make the review more personalized and impactful. Definitely not worth $200.00 a night.

The room was gross. There were stains all over the carpet the furniture. Not a little stain, but completely covered in stains. The furniture The shower head was coming out of the wall. The toliet seat slid when you sat on it. The rooms need a whole new makeover. We didn't use the pool and exercise room. We tried breakfast, but that was also gross.

The staff wasn't very friendly. They were professional, but not friendly. The breakfast room does not have enough seating and they were out of a lot of food when we arrived and didn't get refilled for what seemed like a long amount of time.

And, Terrible breakfast for the price of $300.00/night !! You would expect something more from a resort like this one !! I've gotten better service & breakfast at Motel 6 .. We'll NEVER stay there again .. PERIOD !!

The interior is a bit outdated. The wall in the shower was broken where the fixture was. The toilet was a much older one, that flushed slowly. Everything else was decent, but I think the room rates need to be reduced based on how old everything is inside. My room did not look as updated as the pictures online

The paint was chipping and dirty, the bathtub needed some more grout. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and good.

Our room was clean. If you wanted housekeeping done, you had to let the front desk know by 9 am. After two days we asked to have our room cleaned. When we returned later it had not been done. The evening front desk clerk brought us clean towels and apologized. The breakfasts were not great. The muffins were stale, the hot foods were not warm. We did enjoy the hot tub. Overall a disappointing stay.

The comfort of the room. Family of 4 with two children under 6. Bathrooms were clean and nice. Pool was just right for my family. Beds were very comfy. No back problems! The sink in the bathroom was positioned in the corner which left the counter top smaller then usual.

I think the rooms were a little dated but still clean.

This was our first time staying at this property, and it was great. The cleanliness, customer service, and comfortable beds were outstanding. This experience would make use alter our travel routs, to insure we are able to stay here again. I am a believer in, "if it's not broke, don't fix it". If there is anything that would be helpful, it would be to make the location differ from the Radison property in downtown. After dinner, we used google maps, to get back, and were taken to the downtown Radison.

Everything went well no problems. Great place for some rest for a few hours.

The room was spacious enough and everything worked. The breakfast was fine. There was a funky smell in the halls and many things in the room were in need of remodeling. The toilet had discoloration from age. The toilet paper was in a very inconvenient spot. There were several other signs that a remodel needs to take place.

Receptionist is very friendly. The elevator and room AC was broken, which make it very hard for guests. Swimming pool is not working. Room is little small. Bathroom tub edges have some black mold stain.

Our stay here was just ok. I wouldn’t say it is worth the price paid (like most hotels in America). Check in was smooth, no issues. The building and furniture are ancient. Sheets and towels are clean. Breakfast is the barest minimum; eggs, bread/bacon, cereal, and oranges. If you are just looking for where to lay your head with no care about aesthetics, this works. Free parking for up to two cars and you get a permit to place in the car. The environment is quiet and clean.

There are hotels in Flagstaff by this same name, and Expedia does a lousy job of explaining the difference. We wound up booking the wrong one and spent 2 hours trying to get it corrected. Neither Expedia nor the hotel manager would take responsibility and make it right. Then to add insult to injury, they checked another guest into the same room. Fortunately we were in the room when they came walking in. Poor and unprofessional staff and management. Avoid this place and never expect Expedia to make something right.

Just one of the worst hotels I’ve been. In the pictures it looks great, but in real life it is gross. Room not cleaned at all, cigarette under the bed and tv, dirty towels, super old air conditioning that makes you sneeze for the rest of your life. Area is not safe as well. What a waste of money. I was traveling with family and we had the worst experience ever.

The problem I can see cannot be fixed because it will mean complete hull away remodeling. If you expect a nice shower while staying; you should not pick this. Breakfast is not good. Not enough seats.

room didn’t work to call to front desk. Outlets on one side of the room wasn’t working, electrical issues. The breakfast was ok. The eggs looked molded and the pancake batter tasted water down with no flavor. Hardly any choices to go around. I paid the same amount for a hotel in the same area with new model walls and furniture and more variety on breakfast. I’m not sure why the place is charging so much.

The room was very nice. Breakfast was on the upper end of typical. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 is the lack of signage. There is only one place on the building that had its name on it. Coming from the other direction you cannot see it. The people there acknowledged the problem.

The pictures had me expecting more. On the plus side, the bed was the MOST comfortable ever. So good. The rest of the hotel, you can tell the lobby had some recent upgrades. The rest of it was pretty low tier. Had an interesting funk smell. Just feel like a bone cheap hotel, like a super 8 kind of vibe. I paid less per night for 3 days prior at the Drury across town and it was top notch. Disappointed in the stay.

The room was very beat up. Paint missing from the walls, the rooms were very small. I would suggest going to the other comfort in. And suites in flagstaff versus this one.

Unfortunately, the train noise throughout the night was extremely loud, and it made it very difficult to sleep. It would be helpful if the hotel could inform guests in advance about the nearby train noise.

I arrived at the hotel and checked into room #317 for a one-night stay. Once the door was opened, I was met with an overwhelming air freshener scent. Unfortunately, that omen was ignored, and I woke up with several bed bug bites the next day.

The included breakfast was slightly below average but I appreciated the nice hot tub after a day of skiing.

My stay was very pleasant overall. The facilities were impeccably clean, and I particularly enjoyed taking a relaxing dip in the hot jacuzzi after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast served in the morning was both delicious and nutritious, featuring a variety of fresh items. However, I have one suggestion: the apples available at breakfast were wilted, discolored, and looked quite unappetizing in the basket—yet they were the only fruit option, with no other choices available. Additionally, the girl at the check-out counter in the morning could improve her customer service approach. A friendly smile and a phrase like "Thank you for your stay; we hope to see you again" would have been more welcoming than simply handing over the receipt without so much as a greeting or a smile. This lack of warmth conveyed a sense of disinterest and insensitivity.

Stayed for two nights. A little run down, could be cleaner as well in terms of the bathroom. Pillows were also flat.

The pool and hot tub were a nice amenity. Both were clean, worked properly, and were a big plus for our family. The parking lot is quite small and made unloading and loading the car a bit difficult, especially with kids and luggage. Check-in was frustrating. Due to an accidental booking error on our end with the date, we ended up having to essentially double pay. When the front desk attendant couldn’t locate our reservation, he wasn’t very helpful, and when we asked about possibly switching the night, we were told we would have to pay for both nights anyway. He also mentioned referring us to the manager but stated they “definitely” wouldn’t do anything about it, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The cookies in the lobby were a huge hit with our two hungry kids at 10 PM and honestly helped keep things calm while we worked through the check-in issues. Breakfast was just okay. The food was fine, but there were no non-pork protein options available, so I could only eat eggs. There were a few room issues as well. The toilet ran continuously, and the bathroom only had two towels, so I had to go downstairs to get more. Housekeeping was also quite loud in the hallway around 8 AM, which made it hard to rest.

Super clean and very friendly staff! Hidden behind two other hotels, but that makes for a quiet and peaceful stay. Super close to eateries and shopping stores. The breakfast was delicious and tasted cooked, rather than warmed up. Will definitely be back for future stays!

The room was great. When I asked the desk clerk where would be the best area to park my car she told me to go around to the side of the building. I went over there and there was only a side entrance to the second floor. Not sure why she told me that. I got back in my car drove back to the front and a new desk clerk was there. I asked him where the elevators were and he said right around the corner in the lobby. Not sure if the first clerk misunderstood what I was asking.

Pretty standard breakfast menu. However, their orange juice was diluted with water. Hot water was not hot.

My kids loved the pool. Hot tub was just the right temperature. The cookies at the front were delicious! Very friendly staff able to check us in early so my kids and I can relax after a long morning on the road. I will most definitely stay here again. This would be my top rated in Flagstaff! Also, very safe surrounding.

The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was good. The building and the room we stayed in were clean. My only complaint was that the fitted sheet on our bed had a couple stains and didnt fit the mattress so it kept coming off showing even more stains on the mattress itself. It was a little off putting. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Room neededed a few maintenance items addressed. Stain on top cover of bed, tub/shower faucet would move away from wall when touched, door slams closed, ac continues to blow cold air even when off. Breakfast was undercooked and other guests noticed it as well.

Room was pretty nice, but there was an obvious lack of man-power with the room service. It seems like a staffing issue to have 2 people cleaning 3 floors.

The floors have a lot of stains on them. But the beds were clean. We got put beside the staff cleaning room and at 8a they were working really loud, sounded like they were drilling. So that woke us up, kind of a rude awaking. Second was fine. Third night the people upstairs on top of were really loud sounded like kids running around until 11p. But it was an okay stay besides that.

This was a great place to stay for a quick daytrip up to Flagstaff! It's a bit older so a little run down but was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet could have been better.

The front desk staff especially the manager was excellent. She was very kind. The breakfast was good, the eggs were everyone’s least favorite item. The room was worse than expected. It was tiny. The sheets had stains on them and my kids did not want to sleep with them. The shower was gross. The refrigerator did not work at first. The room in general was outdated and old. The location was far away from anything we wanted to do and was less than stellar. I had serious concerns as to whether my vehicle was going to get stolen overnight or not.

Stayed here after a visit to the Grand Canyon. Seemed a little pricey. Property was in ok working condition, but ready for an update. Room was a little small. Stains on carpet. Workout room was a closet. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice enough.

It is clean overall. But there are two same name hotels in Flagstaff. Made sure the right address.

Tv went out as they had bad TV/Internet service. They did try to fix the situation but in the end we still had the same issue. Electricity went out towards the end of our stay.

E eryrhi g was geeat except they do t have parking for oversize vehicles. We are pulling a trailer so we had to detach and just use 2 spots so we made it work put it would have been nice to know before we got there.

Staff was polite. However, room smell of pet urine was horrible, carpet was filthy and bedding had stains. Minimal parking and very difficult for a full size truck (4 door long bed)Would not recommend.

Every thing was great. Except our room wasnt cleaned for the two nights stay!! We had to ask for clean towels, pur beds were not made our tash cans werent emptied, etc

Stayed here in April for 4 days and 3 nights. The beds were super comfy and we all enjoyed our stay. The AC was super loud, but I sleep through any noise. My 8yr old son loved the welcome cookies. Gym and indoor pool open at 6am and close at midnight which was fabulous. We were in the jacuzzi every night and slept like babies. Breakfast was good. Every day they had different meat options. One day was sausage, next day was bacon, and last day was sausage gravy. There were always eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, danishes, and toast with juice options and coffee. We took our skewers to make s’mores in the outdoor bonfire, we wanted to grill some hot dogs too, but instead opted to eat out each day. Overall it was a great hotel for the price.

A nice place to stay when you're on the move. Staff was helpful when we asked about Flagstaff.

I would have expected more of a Radisson. Tired accommodation, breakfast service atrocious. I sat at a dirty table , no one appeared to clean it. I asked for a breakfast teabag only to be told there were none. Glad I had my oven cereal and almond milk with me. Would not go back

Came here for a court date. St.Pattys Day. Hotel was nice. Very relaxing. Off the beaten path but very close to the mall. Was able to grab a pair of dress slacks for court less than 5 minutes away. Breakfast was great. Hot tub was hot. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

The room was disgusting. The sheets had yellow stains all over them. I had to pull all the sheets off and sleep on top of the comforter AC system didn’t work hot water worked for about three minutes in the shower. The breakfast was disgusting the eggs taste like dirt and the bacon was soap burnt. It was black. Probably the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted in my life. Has one elevator. The rooms are outdated. The bed is uncomfortable if I wasn’t so tired, I would’ve left and found a new hotel.

Stay was pretty good. I just was disappointed that I wasn’t able to make it the first night because it was snowing and road was closed to drive. I understand it was not refundable. But I feel they could have switch days or gave a discount since Mother Nature surprise us all
