My husband and I have been staying at Little America for many years. We have always enjoyed our time there. We highly recommend that new visitors check it out. They won't be disappointed.

Loved the complimentary shuttle from the airport, the room was spací kus and clean. It had a king bed on the first floor on the corner. It felt like we were staying in a park either beautiful views of the grounds and trees. We were lucky to get a token to use next door for a free soft serve! YAY! This was our second time here and definitely our go to place for when staying in flagstaff. Breakfast not included.

The staff was great the food was okay and the rooms were clean. Really nice property! The carpet in the room was in need of cleaning. Stayed here many years ago and I liked it then and I liked it now.

People in the restaurant were very friendly, breakfast was good We had four rooms, two of the four were not cleaned on the second day, someone put the "Privacy" tag on the door by the time we came back, and the lady at the reception we talked to reacted as if we were lying. We all wanted clean towels as we shared the room with multiple people and there was no possibly to dry the towels. We complained a second time, that person was very friendly.

Our 2 night stay at Little America-Flagstaff, AZ was perfect! Everything from our clean room, incredible shower, cute gift shop and relaxing hot tub was on point. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again!

It's a beautiful property. I especially love to go for a morning walk along the path through the woods. It’s lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom felt outdated. There could be simple improvements like a decent shower. Also, the bathtub was not as clean as it should have been.

The reception area is very beautiful. This is not your average hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The balcony area needs love. A little paint and dusting would greatly improve the appearance.

We always enjoy breakfast at Silver Pine restaurant on the property. The pool and hot tub were good as well, although the pool was fairly cold to stay in for very long. Nice new playground equipment for kids was a surprise and my daughter loved it. We stay there on a regular basis and would overall rate it 5 stars for being clean, great atmosphere and a nice area right off of I 40

The property is very clean. The restaurant is very good. I love the prime rib and brussels sprouts. I really like that the hotel is so close to the interstate.

This location was perfect, the room was great, and the staff was amazing from check in to check out. The manager, Sarah, was an incredible, calming human being to some youngsters who had gotten separated from their parents and were scared. Restored a little bit of my hope for humanity’s future! I will stay there again.

I gave Little America Hotel only 3 stars because the air-conditioning filter in my room was completely clogged with dust. The amount of dust accumulated on it was shocking and raised serious concerns about cleanliness.

Lovely resort like hotel

Little America is first class. Spacious room and incredible bathroom. This is a well maintained gem with beautiful design everywhere you look. The entry alone is a work of art. We were able to enjoy a great dinner but wish we had a longer stay to take advantage of the laundry service and pool.

Clean, quiet, updated, beautiful grounds, great location, friendly & helpful staff. We stayed at 6 different places on this trip, and Little America was the best and our favorite. Thanks a lot! Will definitely look to stay at Little America again.

My daughters and I fell completely in love with Little America Inn in Flagstaff! We've traveled through Flagstaff many times and for some reason had never come across Little America as a hotel option. While planning a road trip east I discovered Little America. After reading through the reviews and scrolling through the picture gallery I was hooked. Their price was also competitive to the two other properties we've previously stayed at in Flagstaff. I work in high end hospitality in southern California. I know how it feels when I experience true hospitality. The hotel staff at Little America Inn in Flagstaff absolutely delivered hospitality. I forgot my toothbrush and planned to buy one in the shop. They provided a nice disposable one, and toothpaste, free of charge. This is only one example of the care we received during our stay. We loved our stay so much that we booked another night at Little America for our drive back! And this time we made sure to arrive earlier and depart later so that we could enjoy the hiking trails and property. I cannot wait to return and am trying to schedule a long weekend trip there with several of our friends. For all our future Flagstaff visits this will be our hotel of choice!

Little America is one of the finest hotel/motels in the country. I have traveled all over the US and whenever I can time my drives to end up in Flagstaff at Little America I go out of my way to do it. The rooms are quiet, the beds are perfect, the hotel staff is helpful and pleasant and the food is good, especially breakfasts. I happily give Little America 5 stars.

A motor inn like in the olden days -- warm, friendly, inviting, luxurious and most reasonably priced.

The bathroom was good sized with a separate vanity area from the toilet/shower. There was a second vanity inbthe shower section which is nice for couples as one vanity can sometimes lack counter space for all of my wife's gadgets, potions and nicely organized cases , and my one pitiful toothbrush and razor travel case:-). We were on a tight schedule with lots of activities planned, so we didn't get to explore the property or use many of the amenities. There is a walking path through the wooded area that looked appealing, but we were beat after all day excursions. We found the Elway water station inbthe fitness center which was nice for filling our water bottles and tea maker. We didn't use the fitness center, but bit had an assortment of stair stoppers, treadmills, exercycles and the usual gadgets. There were towels and a TV available. It was always empty when we went to fill pur waters, probably since you can get plenty of exercise exploring the area outdoors, but it's available if you need it. There is a gas station next to the main entrance, but I didn't see any EV chargers on site. If you have an EV, I did notice plenty of chargers along the highway from Phoenix (mostly Tesla). It's a comfortable, peaceful place to stay.

The only complaint I would have is that their were hard stains on the counters in the room from cups and a full lock of long red hair on the walls in the shower in my room.

Check in was not the greatest the gentleman that checked us in says it will take a few hours so we went to eat and came back and he says might be another hour still not ready so that shift left he left and we’re still sitting there so I went to go ask the new girl that took his shift. She says oh yes, it’s ready so we sat there for an extra hour for nothing.

This is a family friendly lodge feeling hotel with outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, 2 mile walking path and playground. It also has a gourmet restaurant and vary close proximity to a truck stop for cheaper dining options. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good spot to sleep for the night while traveling to the Grand Canyon. Great price for the room. Some hairs in the shower and shower head looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, but other than that the room appeared to be clean. We did not use any of the amenities but the grounds looked very pretty!

We always stay at Little America. It is an exceptional hotel with wonderful amenities. This time we had no trolley to take our luggage in or out. We waited 1/2 hour someone to bring us a trolley. The room was great, however the carpet very dirty. It needed a cleaning.

They charged a security deposit and because I booked it through Expedia, they refused to give me a receipt for the charge or a clearing of the charge upon check-out.

I love Little America! We travel back and forth from East to West coast and try to stay at Little America either here in Flagstaff or Wyoming. It is iconic. The grounds are beautiful. It was super snowy when we were here in February and was so beautiful

We ate dinner at the restaurant which had great food and cocktails but very pricey. The next morning we did the 1.6 mile nature hike. This is a very interesting hotel/motel. The location is great! So close to the highway and the city. It's rather tough to take a left out of the parking lot, which is what you have to do every day to get...anywhere. Parking is plentiful, but...strange. It's unclear which direction cars are going in and out of the lot, so we have some near misses. The room was nice and big, and easy to fit four people and our luggage. A/C in the room was very quiet, which was nice. No breakfast included, but we found some nice options nearby.

Only issue was problems with the jacuzzi jets which I guess have been happening for a year according to another guest. Besides that it was wonderful!

The only downside of the facility is getting out of the parking lot onto Butler. It is very congested, but there's nothing the hotel itself can do about it.

I really loved this room, nice resort style rooms. My only complaint is I didn’t have an elevator and had to lug my bags up stairs. This is not something that was mentioned by staff or on the site.

Door on back of room to view forest was terrible. When we arrived tried to open not working,called front desk had it looked at not much better at all lack of matinence. Carpet in room is in need of a good cleaning, big stain bye the bed. I’m not a complainer but simply unexcepable. Love the property but need to up the up keep on things. Staff is the best no complaints!

This was such a beautiful, relaxing space. Request a room with a view of the park/courtyard, and you'll see beautiful pines and grass instead of the parking lot. There are also hiking trails that start there at the property.

We came in from Socal on our way home, so it was already dark, but this hotel is just too much fun! I loved the room, it was nice and large, comfortable and clean. The staff that checked me in were very friendly and kind. We were only there for a short time, but i would recommend this place for your next Flagstaff stop!

Rooms are updated and nicely appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. The lobby and restaurant are both well done and create a great first impression. Overall, though, the property doesn’t fully showcase everything that Little America Hotel Flagstaff has to offer in terms of its setting and overall experience.

The bed was awesome, the room very spacious and clean, room service was delightful, the staff were friendly and accommodating. With better pillows and the lack of a weird noise this would be 5 star stay all the way.

We've stayed at the Little America in Flagstaff numerous times! It's always been superb! This time however, it was about average. One of the bathroom sinks wouldn't drain, the best we could get out of the shower was lukewarm no matter what we did. The tissues were empty, and the floor in the bathroom was sticky.

This is a very nice hotel with up to date clean rooms, an wxcwllwnt restaurant, and helpful staff. Parking is easy, and it’s in a good central location near the expressway. Breakfast is not included and is a little pricey, but the room rates are generally reasonable.

Room very clean. Staff very friendly. Couldn't change the thermostat, we froze. Being older the cold gets to us. The mattress was very soft and sagged in the middle. Looks like they were in the process of changing out mattresses. Probably hadn't got to our room yet. All in all, would stay again.

Everything was great except location of microwave. Why anyone would want or even think of putting one less than 2 feet off the floor is beyond me.

It was very clean and nice. The only complaint we had is that the water was cold. That was such an important issue in a mountain town in the winter that I knocked 2 stars off. We rented two rooms and both had the same issue. This needs to be improved.

Room was very nice and clean. Only downsides was shower was running warm only. Wanted a nice hot shower as it was pretty cold out. Was woken up at 5:30 by a screaming baby in next room. Baby cried until we left at 9:30. Would maybe suggest a section of room designated for families with little ones.

This was actually the best room of our stay and we absolutelyloved it. The hotel is recently updated, the rooms were very big and comfortable. Convenient location. Beds super comfy. So why only 3 stars? One criteria of our hotel choices was when we could do laundry. We chose this stay based on that and the laundry here is actually at the truck stop next door and quite the trek. The machines were not the best and it was hard to find and procure quarters. We also ordered dessert from the restaurant and despite stating that we would pick it up they charged for room delivery and gratuity.

Their beds and pillows are absolutely horrendous! Beautiful restaurant, very pleasant walkway that goes through the property BUT the beds and pillows suck! Woke up halfway through the night with my back muscles feeling torn, had to sleep the rest of the night on the floor. If you turn alot while you sleep the pillows will block your air! Woke up twice feeling suffocated due to the smushy pillows forming around my head! Every other aspect of the property is great but the bed and pillow nonsense almost ruined a special trip with my freshly married wife. If you come here you better stay up all night and party, as soon as you go to sleep you are screwed!!!

Beautiful hotel and property. Very clean. Great for a Christmas getaway. Property had a nice walking path, basketball court, horse shoes and playground equipment. Restaurant was really good. The entire vibe was quaint and cozy. We had some issues with food room service, but they made it right without question. We will absolutely stay here again.

First time staying at Little America hotels and did not realize that this particular one in Flagstaff is this huge. There are so many building/rooms and ample parking all around the hotel. The staff are nice and the rooms are super clean and have a nice layout. The amenities inside the hotel are well thought out...they have refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, Iron box etc. One of the things I really liked is that the bathroom has two sections with each section having it's own sink; this IMO is a great feature as two people can use the bathroom at the same time without hogging the whole bathroom especially when you family & kids. There is also a nice trail around the hotel called Little America trail which was nice and comfortable. Overall, our stay was super comfy and enjoyable.

The bed sheets appear to have something on them that look like dried exfoliated skin. I don't believe they were changed between guests.

Room and linens could be cleaner. The restaurant staff was not very friendly and the food was not very good for the overall price.

I liked the magical Christmas forest setup, it was beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious, lots of friendly staff, business center helped me out in a pitch, and the food was great. We loved doing smores at the fire pit at night.

Great staff, beautiful grounds.

The room was clean, the water pressure was amazing, and they’re using Salt and Stone products which if you know you know. The grounds were decorated for the holiday which was super cute and enjoyable.

They had a Beautiful Christmas lights dream all over there property. It was so magical and a super added surprise. Everything at the whole property was excellent. Highly recommend. Thank you little America we WILL be back.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Little America in Flagstaff. The room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and surprisingly spacious—truly a level of comfort that exceeded my expectations. The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and consistently thoughtful, making the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming. My only wish is that I could re-book right now for the same time next year at the extraordinary price I was lucky enough to get today.

The rooms themselves were surprisingly spacious, and the front desk staff were super kind and helpful. We also loved the gift shops—really cute and well stocked. We had dinner at the restaurant, and while the food is definitely on the pricey side, you’re pretty much paying for the convenience of having everything right there. A couple of small downsides: the hallways to the rooms could use better upkeep. They often looked dirty, with trash or dishes left out. The pillows were also extremely flat, though that might just be personal preference. On the plus side, parking was plentiful and we never had any issues finding a spot. Overall, the convenience and room size made our stay enjoyable, and it worked great for our NPX trip.

This was a great place. The hotel layout was nice. The bathroom and shower were awesome. The Christmas lights were pretty. And we hiked the 2 mile loop behind the hotel. I would pick this over any other option. Restaurant food was good too.

This hotel is convenient for the Polar Express Experience, but the rooms are just okay. Our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and our ChromeCast didn’t work so we were not able to stream anything. We called maintenance and they came right away but the hotel was slow in offering me a new room. By the time they called, we were out and about and they didn’t even offer any sort of discount for the inconvenience. I don’t think I will stay here again and will instead just go to a hotel down the road.

Upon my wife's arrival, as i was on the phone with her, before she checked in, an angry customer came to the front desk and said he waa unhappy about the construction next to his room. So the front desk lady gave him a room with a king size bed. I was immediately suspicious. And as my wife checked in, wouldnt you guess it, “there actually arent any more rooms with king beds”, and wouldnt you guess where my wife ended up? IN THE ROOM NEXT TO CONSTRUCTION! I CANNOT believe this happened. What a sketchy hotel.

The carpet in the room was a little older. That is my only complaint because everything else was great, everyone was pleasant, and the beds were so comfortable. The best part was that the place was decorated for the holidays. We chose a park view room so we were able to enjoy a forest of decorated tees!

The grounds, the artwork, the layout were way beyond what I expected and the room was immaculate and also very Posh. I was on my own but could see this as the perfect place to come with family to get away and relax. I had been driving cross country for a over a week and stayed at many places and this being my last stop before home was definitely the perfect end to a long trip and also a major jump in standards from my previous stops. Forget the Marriots, Holiday Inns, Radisson's, this is above and beyond.

Staff were all very friendly. The dining area/bar had great food and ambiance. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms were spotless and tastefully done, and the hot tub was lovely on cold nights! The location is perfect for exploring the area, very convenient to the highway. The gift shop is really nice, too. At night, the starry skies are beautiful to watch, they did a great job of keeping lights to accommodate the dark skies area :)!! We will definitely stay again!

I was blown away at how nice the Little America was with respect to the furniture, trim, fixtures and decorations in the room. The room was truly much nicer and more comfortable than really high end hotels Manhattan. Highly recommended and I will definitely return.

The shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty but didn’t realize until I was in the shower. It took two hours and three calls to get product. The tv remote did not work and needed batteries, the desk lamp did not work. We called to request remote control batteries and they stated they would send someone who never showed up. I chose Little America to celebrate my husband’s birthday but was very disappointed with the resort- we had fond memories and traveled there often prior to the renovation. The hotel has lost its charm- you have to go offsite to the truck stop for any sandwiches or beverages. Very inconvenient and extremely dangerous since it is a truck stop off of the freeway with many transient persons around the hotel and facility.

Only one person working the desk for check-in, Room was very nice, bathroom was great but the beds were too soft and we could not get the temperature in the room temp. down so we did not sleep well.

It was a quick call to the hotel for an airport shuttle once we arrived. Making reservations ahead would of been better in case they were busy. Large lobby with a gift shop for items you may need, like juice and water, a pair of earrings, a woven basket.. or a post card. We were able to check in early after a long days travel. There is a playground, basketball court, and a nature trail available. The hot tub was used more than the pool as we saw people early morning and late in the evening using it. Spacious rooms with a shower with great water pressure. Get up early to see some wildlife foraging. Make reservations at their restaurant as it was quite busy there. Enjoyed the food and time relaxing there.

Great hotel but please reset the room clock’s alarm after every guest because my 9 month pregnant girlfriend was induced into labor by someone else’s alarm waking us up at 6 am.

This property is one of the loveliest hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are beautiful, beds extremely comfortable, great pillows. The ponderosa pine forest behind the hotel has several trails (1 to 2 miles) where you feel like you’re far away from people. Just breathtaking!

Everything was excellent, couldn’t ask for a better, cleaner place.

The room is very good. But the shuttle service is bad. The shuttle didn't show on time, delayed almost half hour. The driver take us to airport isn't friendly, handled luggage very rough. The housekeeper checked we leave or not before 9am.

Five minute drive to Historic Downtown

We had a great stay at Little America Flagstaff. Our only regret was having only one night to stay. The check in was easy, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great surprise with amenities like you would find in a much more expensive hotel. The only negative I can think of was the parking lot was very dark. I highly recommend this hotel.
