Ramada by Wyndham Flagstaff East

The place was dirty, the room had garbage and dust build up in the back of the bed and the AC was not working. Also they had thrown out mattress in the packing lot.

Are stay with wonderful everything was good clean wonderful new mattresses they have been redoing all of the rooms very comfortable beds pillows everything. Clean towels for the next day could not really complain about anything. A simple but very good breakfast with a lot of variety. All the choices were very good from cereal to waffles scrambled eggs sausage toast it was all very very good. We ended up having a room for handicapped, the only thing we didn't like was a rain shower that was not very manageable when taking a shower. We would definitely stay there again thank you!! Older building but inside was great!

Booked the family suite with multiple beds and were pleasantly surprised with the space and convenience of the shared space! Value was great for the room and great base for Grand Canyon. Breakfast was really good as well! Staff was very helpful from check in until we checked out!

Facility is a little older and needs some renovations. Although, beds were comfy, water pressure and continental breakfast were good. They provide more than just danishes & coffee and it was enough to have breakfast before departing to continue our trip to Missouri.

A posted map or listings of nearby restaurants and stores would have been helpful, as we came in later in the evening and was looking for a quick bite.

We we there for one night. The room was clean but very dated. There was tape holding the drawer closed and the handle to the bathroom looked like it would fall off. It was pulled away from the door itself. It was fairly quiet and we slept well in the bed. It was OK for the price. Breakfast was OK but the eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Checkout was easy. We wanted to pay cash but they would have charged us a $100 fee for the room ahead of time so we paid on a credit card to avoid that.

The room was dirty with spots on the wall, spot on the bed sheet, stained tile floors, dirty mirror, and leaking toilet. The pack n play was so disgusting I didnt feel comfortable letting my baby in it. Soap chunks on the shower floor from the last tenants. Staff said they couldn't do anything when we asked for a refund so we could leave the first night. We were supposed to stay for two nights at a cost of over $500. We ended up leaving a day early because it was so bad. We were able to get a refund for the second night but not the first.

Clean room, good breakfast. TV sound was broken, was only staying one night so did not complain. I sure they would have moved us to a room with a working TV. Good location, easy access to food/fuel.

The overall stay was nice, undisturbed and the morning breakfast was decent. Enjoyed my stay here.

This is a well run hotel.

The room was clean, however areas of the property were not very well maintained. Bathroom had some cracks in the walls and tub. The Breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, toast etc, a lot of variety.

When I arrived, I told the girl at the desk I had to cut my trip to 2 days instead of 3, and she said, no problem you are letting us know 24 hours in advance. We will charge the 3 days but will refund you the last day. Well, they didn't, and it's disgusting. I was suffering from chronic back pain, that's why my trip was cut short. And when I try to call, it won't let me get through.

The room was clean, bed comfortable. The air condition did not work correctly and the room got hot at night. The staff member that checked us in was friendly and helpful. We did not get to eat breakfast because there was a busload of people trying to get breakfast in the small breakfast area.

We didn’t even stay here. We booked the wrong location and they wouldn’t even answer the phone to speak to us. However, hotel.com contacted them for us and they refused a refund or any sort of resolution.

For an older hotel, every thing was clean, food was good. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The room was just ok. We asked for room service and left for a little while when we came back the room was not cleaned. The girl at the front desk was nice and brought us towels and bathing supplies. The water in the shower did not get very hot. However the waffles in the breakfast were very good!

This hotel was definetly NOT up to what I've experienced at other "Ramada" hotels in the past. The bathroom layout in particular was absolutely horrible. The toilet was litterly right next to the sink. you had to lean to the right to fit on it because the sink counter was too close. VERY BAD!!!!!. the property is run down.

Have stayed here a few times. Easy access off the 40. $60 for a night in the hotel is hard to be. The staff was great. Breakfast was easily accessible with a plethora of food and a very large window of time for you to eat. If you’re looking for a cheaper rate, this is the place. The staff maximizes what they have to work with.

The bed sheets had hair in them and there was something sticky still on the bathroom counter, which made us quite uncomfortable. No one was at the front desk when we went to check in - waited 15 minutes for someone to help us. Housekeeping started cleaning room above us at 7a on a Sunday. Breakfast/dining was crowded - nowhere to sit so we left. No one was at the front desk when we tried to return our keys. Room was updated, roll away bed was brought to our room. Loud train tracks nearby.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the facilities are worn and do need to be updated. It would also be nice to have more fresh fruit and a few other items at breakfast. Maybe maybe yogurt and hashbrowns? There was only one orange left When I ate. No one seemed to be refreshing the food.

The website description said the rooms were new/updated. Alas, they were not. The bathroom tile and grout was dirty and grungy and the walls had stains. The bed and bath linens were clean and new, and the pillows were comfortable.

I had an excellent experience staying in this property for a night. We were visiting Flagstaff and spent a night there. The check-in was smooth and we had given two adjacent rooms upon request. The property has an elevator which was very convenient for my parents. The beds, furniture and bathroom were of good quality and also very clean. They include breakfast in the morning from 6:30-10 AM. There were many options for breakfast. Overall, I am very satisfied and will highly recommend this property.

We like to stay there. But this time the sink was slow draining. And breakfast tables were not clean. Food was empty. Maybe because of your tour bus.

Hotel clearly has never been upgraded. Didn’t feel clean. Breakfast was very limited and ran out of things over an hour before closing. Loud alarm sound kept us up all night. Screaming man in parking started at 7 AM went on for over an hour.

None of the TV channels worked. There was hair in the bathtub.

It was a noisy night beside the Interstate, route 66. Room was tired but ok, bed was good. Walk way outside the room was notably slanted and you heard everyone walking by. The pictures of the hotel make it look better than it is. This is a basic 2 1/2 star hotel the front desk People are very nice and friendly. The gym is in almost poor condition If you can even find. Somehow I think Motel 6 for 40% cheaper would be the equivalent, but they keep promoting Window and instead of Ramada. This is nothing like Window except for corporate ownership.

Staff ok, room somewhat clean, breakfast was good. Got bitten by something in bed at night. Not sure what it was but left several bites on arms and back that were very irritated and took several days to clear. Didn’t know at the time of check out that bites were so irritating. 8 bites.

Rooms are extremely outdated, nothing like the pictures. Stove “hot light” is broke and won’t turn off. Fridge is dirty, shelf collapsed when I put a water bottle in it. Floors and uneven and stained. Bathroom is very small, have to stand over the toilet to close the door. TV didn’t work when we arrived. Will never stay here again.

The room needed some attention to detail. It needs new lampshades. The dark floor was splattered with white paint, which made it look like it hadn't been cleaned. The bed sheet was stained. I had to call to ask for another. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was typical.

For the night price is way better to stay at the super 8. It cost the same and super 8 have better service, is way cleaner and the staff is really helpful. So I think for the price i would not recommend this place.

We stayed for 3 days but our room was never cleaned, just fresh towels because we asked for them.

The property was satisfactory- clean, moderately remodeled, decent place to sleep near the highway. “Deluxe breakfast” was lacking - but for the price good value.

This was on ok stay! The hotel is definitely outdated. It could have been cleaner. The staff was nice. The breakfast was ok. We had problems with our AC, and cable.

Check-in was very easy, the girl was friendly and room very clean.

I was embarrassed when we arrived at the property. I made the booking from pictures online and brought my mom here for an overnight. The property is terribly rundown and is in a sketchy part of town. The woman at the front desk was polite and helpful. It needs to be shut down for a month for renovations and to clean things up in my opinion.

I had to get my room key changed 6 times because it kept deactivating

The room was spacious and clean. We had two queen beds with pillow-top mattresses. The room was newly renovated but the workmanship was a little sloppy. We did not order room service but the menu was quite extensive. The room had a small fridge w/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. The air conditioner worked great.

The room was very nice, breakfast was perfect and the location off the highway made it easy to hit the road in the morning!

It was good compared to motels.

The shower floor looked dirty, i found an ant on the bathroom and a flying bug in the main room. The bathroom sink drain was slow, the door to the bathroom was squeaky. The lighting in the back parking area was not great. I am glad it wasnt super expensive.

Staying for the night with easy checkin and helpful staff

No elevator, pool was nice, u gotta ask for towels. Air conditioning worked, just an old place.

The weather in Flagstaff

My family and I stayed for 1 night and it was very comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was also pretty good and everything was freash. I would stay at this location again.

Nice room, nice pool, ok breakfast

The bathroom door handle was falling off. Mentioned it to housekeeping twice. Got a different answer both times. Front desk said maintenance wasn’t there at the time. The shower head is directly over the middle of the shower which made it hard to keep water inside the shower pan.

Room was dated. You can tell things were just painted over. The bathroom was disgusting. I didn’t even want to use the shower. The carpet had some stains that were questionable. Really disappointed with the room. Glad I had Lysol and other cleaning supplies. What was supposed to be continental breakfast no thank you. All the tables were dirty. The waffle machine had caked on waffle mix.

We were disappointed with this place, unfortunately. Had to lug suitcases up stairs, room had funky odor and other guests were heard pretty late into the night. A small stain on one sheet. A couple was loudly arguing for a while.

The moment we pulled up to this hotel, we tried to cancel our reservation. The place looks run down, the pool is no where near what it looks like in the pictures, and it looks like a homeless camp next door (I think it’s an abandoned hotel). I’m not blaming the staff at this location, just the online/phone customer service that wouldn’t refund our money

Affordable and a good continental breakfast included

My husband and I stayed for two nights. The room was spacious and we had two queen beds. We checked in early with a small fee no problems at all. The breakfast was great just like if you were being at home, you had different choices. I think they could’ve had more fruit options and ice. The beds were not bad. I actually liked the pillows. We will definitely stay here again in the future. We travel to Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon and Flagstaff quite often. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and very nice. It was a pleasant stay

Slept ok. Rooms need attention

It's a nice place to spend the night. It's an older hotel that has been refurbished. Everything in the room worked well. Breakfast was ok and if you want better Denny's is a 3 minute walk. There also a Cracker Barrel that's a 7 minute walk the other way. When I travel through Flagstaff this is my go to hotel.
