I cannot say enough praises about this hotel. It was extremely clean and sparkling. In every way from the moment we walked in the front doors till the moment we left our room the price was fair. The breakfast which was complementary was wonderful. The staff was warm and friendly and made sure all of our needs were met, and they were so friendly and welcoming. They helped us to make sure the shuttle picked us up even though our plane arrived very late at night like just before midnight and the shuttle driver was very friendly and kind. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came to Asheville again, especially if we were near the airport very easy access to and from the airport from the hotel so conveniently located to all the interstates.

I appreciated her understanding of my request, as a light sleeper with an early flight. The sheets were incredibly soft, icemaker conveniently right down the hall, the bathroom was IMMACULATE (I'm always impressed if I never find a long black hair!) & bright, &the 'constant flow' on the a/c made for a peaceful night of sleep without being too loud. The only things that need addressing are the hallways are too dark & the darkout shades in the room need to cover the entire window. Otherwise, you have a sheer curtain that allows parking lot/daylight in. Thank you.

The phone in the room didn’t work. OK, I have a cell phone so that’s it the end of the world. But the cold shower the next morning was a deal-killer. The guy at the front desk said they had been having some mechanical issues. That’s an explanation, not an excuse.

What I come to expect from Fairfield. Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and helpful service. I never experience any big issues at this location.

The room was clean with a spacious bathroom. Even the towels were big, the breakfast was more than sufficient. There werent a lot of shops that i visited bc i was there for a day to visit downtown Asheville.

First off I have stayed her dozens of times over the past 10 years. I will not be staying there again. They advertise daily housekeeping but we stayed 4 nights and they did our room 1 time. There was no coffee in the room, no cups or glasses but there was a coffee maker. Again they always had coffee to make in the room and both paper and glass cups. Lastly the tv in the room was about a 28 inch tv! Granted there were two of them but prior they had big screens. Finally the shower curtain was about 3 inches too short and the water flooded the floor. Combine this with the lack of house cleaning and you get the picture..,soaked towels and floor. Worse yet the hotel was less than 50% full for our stay so it was not like they didn’t have another room. We will not be back. Hampton Inn for us going forward.

Hotel was nice and staff was wonderful, but I specifically got this hotel for the airport shuttle since I had an infant with me, and they told me after my shuttle was supposed to arrive that it would not be coming. This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight.

Staff is very friendly and check in was fast. The room was very clean and the hotel location is very convenient. It was also very quiet which really helped me relax and work. All was good.

Rooms dates, no safe and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty. The breakfast was decent however the bananas were green and not edible. The shuttle to the airport was on time but it smelled like smoke.

This is me and my husband’s second time staying here. We really like it. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is very good. The staff all around is so friendly.

The room was clean but the window curtains were broken and not able to close completely allowing bright lights to shine into the room. The window also did not seal well and allowing wind noise. They ended up giving me a new room and all was good. The complimentary breakfast was better than most giving you a large selection of foods. Not sure if I would give it a 'Wonderful' rating though since the price was higher than others in the immediate area.

The staff were very friendly. I don’t remember names unfortunately. The young lady who checked us in was welcoming and warm. The one staff member who stood out most was the young man who works in the breakfast area. He smiled the entire time while working and he was always doing some work. He seemed genuinely happy to be there!

Walls and ceiling were very thin, could hear everything next door and above us. Toilet paper and facial tissues were extremely cheap and abrasive.

Couple of small things, little details, that were noticed, but certainly did not detract from our overall stay. Wasn’t the best breakfast I’ve had, but certainly very far from the worst.

This is our 2nd stay in this hotel and it is always delightful. Super clean, breakfast is good, quiet, slept well. Showers are modern with glass doors which I prefer. Convenient location with so many restaurants and stores nearby.

Dirty room. Hair on bathroom floor. Torn wallpaper in bathroom with beat up furniture. Very creepy place, I arrived late, they gave me the last room on the end of the first floor, said they couldn't accept my early mobile check-in from a 3rd party site- reason for getting only room left. Dirty& beat up?? I checked out, was planning to stay several more nights. said I would be charged for 1 more night. I called hotel.com. Waiting for resolution.

Excellent facility for our needs. We had an early flight from Asheville and needed a hotel close by with a shuttle. This was perfect. The hotel is not within walking distance of restaurants or convenience centers.

Asheville has a piece of my heart since my first visit. This hotel encompasses all I like about it. Friendly people and the place was clean and super affordable. About 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. I return I’ll be back at this same spot ! Also has a pool and an amazing breakfast for the price. 6 out of 5 ⭐️

I was completely satisfied with Fairfield Inn and Suites in Fletcher, NC. I booked a junior suite, which was much more spacious than I expected. The separate bedroom and living areas made it easy to relax with the comforts of home. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed during the hurricane and the hotel was accommodating and clean. The surrounding area was safer after the damage compared to most of Asheville. We did lose water, power, wifi, and service which wasn’t their fault, but I wish they wouldn’t have charged me so much for that extra night

We had a wonderful time here celebrating our anniversary. It was a very clean hotel. The staff was proficient and very nice. . There were many, tasty, breakfast options. Shout out to Pat who works in the dining area. He was so very welcoming and professional. His presence is an asset to this hotel.

It is super convenient because it is so close to the airport (about a 3 minute drive) and has many restaurants and stores close by. The breakfast in the morning was really good and the staff was attentive and friendly. We would definitely book here again if visiting the area.

The room was a little small, but there was three of us with luggage. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. They had a lot of good things for breakfast and a nice fitness center. The staff was also very nice.

We booked the hotel for an overnight stopover. It was adequate for our needs being clean, with friendly front desk. The property is adequately maintained but shows signs of wear. The area around the hotel is a bit tired with a couple rundown motels, closed storefronts, and it lacks appealing dining options.

Quick in and out for airport.

I just sold my house and needed a place to stay for the night before departing on an early flight. I had booked and paid for the room on-line. Upon check in, they gave me the business about not letting locals stay at the hotel because they have had bad experiences (understandably). I had to beg and plead for the desk clerk to let me have the room for the night.

We were here for 4 days for a baseball tournament. The hotel was clean, they cleaned our room daily and the staff was friendly. My only complaint would be the beds and pillows.

We arrived late so had to park behind the property and there is no way to ring any of the multiple entrances to get in so had to drag our luggage all the way around the parking lot to the front door. Just asking to place a sign, phone number or doorbell to make entrances more convenient after hours. Thanks!

Great location across from the Asheville Airport, which is why I booked a room at this hotel that advertises free shuttle service to the airport. But when I checked in I was told I should have reserved a certain time because they share the shuttle with two other hotels and no more available space for the time I need in the morning!!

Our room was clean, staff helpful and nice, price of our room was good. The Microwave in our room did not work-those things happen. We were able to warm our suppers in their breakfast microwave & let the staff know about the microwave failure before departure. Yes we would stay here again.

I didn’t like the fact that I was able to hear the guests in the room above me.

Very nice accommodations. Indoor pool was awesome. The only downside (in my opinion) is that the bed was very soft and I am used to a firm mattress. The girl at the front desk came up to our room with a smile at 3 am to help with the air conditioner. It had gotten unplugged somehow.

It’s convenient and quiet. But at the time they were doing construction and left the back door open all day with extension cords running across the floor that wasn’t really safe. And one of the staff was not that helpful my husband had to go settle the matter with the manager.

We enjoyed our stay. Helen, front desk staff, was friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable with good quality sheets and comforter. Pillows were great. My problem was bathroom: lighting not bright enough to manage my contact lenses , no makeup mirror and grab bar needed on shower wall. Otherwise, stay was excellent.

MyBIG complaint is with hotels.com/expedia.com We had to leave one day early due to an incident at home and it was not until we were checking out that we were told a refund for the one night remaining stay would not be given at this Fairfield Inn, and since we had booked our stay through a third-party i.e. Hotels.com!! I have used Hotels.com for years and never knew that lot of hotels will not refund any unused nights if you book directly with Hotels.com😡
