The hotel was a great location with the mall and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was nice, check in and out was simple, and it was fairly quiet. The breakfast was not much. Only Belgian waffles, dry cereal with milk, yogurt, and coffee. It would have been nice to have eggs and/or sausages, but for the price it was not bad.

My husband & I stayed here with our 40-lb pet for one night. The location is convenient and our room was surprisingly quiet given the closeness to the interstate & mall. We could tell that updating is in-process but our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area does not have a lot of options but we enjoyed the coffee and the waffle. Priced very accordingly (in a good way)!

Not much of a breakfast, unless you like waffles! This is a hotel that was recently renovated with the intention of making it a two star hotel, which it is. We paid two star rates, so no complaints there. Friendly staff, WiFi, TV were fine. Backlight on the bathroom mirror was flickering, not a very good idea to have a backlight in a mirror anyway!

Would never stay at this property again. Was stopping through on a road trip. So dirty the floors made my feet black. Woke up to the largest cockroach in my kids shoe. So disgusting. Find a different hotel. The money you’re saving isn’t worth it

The breakfast was just fine, thank you. We have stayed here before, but this time our room had some issues, including a tub faucet that was dripping so much (all night) we were worried about wasted water.

The baseboards need major attention as the dirt is piling up and is showing lack of attention. The hallways are just unacceptable. There is graffiti, large bugs and cobwebs in the staircase..... come on man!!!! Clean it up!

First, this property is very dated. Upon arrival there were people sitting in their car in the parking lot across from my mother’s room and I felt a little unsafe. When we got inside the room the tub looked dirty and the TV was not working properly(bottom part of the screen discolored.) I called the front desk to report the TV not working and the front desk worker told me that someone will come tomorrow and either switch the TV out or they will switch my mother‘s room in the morning. This never happened !!! There was loud noise in the room above my mom’s room that night and the following morning there was loud noise happening outside. My mother called the front desk and complained about the noise and when the front desk worker came to my mother’s room, he said that he would call my mother to change her room out later that afternoon once they cleaned the rooms. Again, this never happened. The staff lied and did little to make my mother stay better. If you can afford to please don't book here!!

Bathroom has hair all over it.

Honestly the breakfast was a joke the only thing they really had was waffles and fruit. My room was on the back side of the hotel and upstairs there was a bunch of guys that were partying every night the whole week that I was there. The room was dirty room service never came by I actually had to go and ask for stuff.

Easy parking

Booked 2 rooms on my way down to FL from VA and they were both dirty- the beds, the floors & the bathroom. We ended up having to book there again on the way back, hoping for a better outcome but the rooms were filthy again. Was also overcharged when booked at front desk vs. booking online. If it wasn’t for my 2 year old having a meltdown when we arrived to the area, I would not have booked that 2nd time but we needed somewhere quick and cheap coming back from Disney and we already knew where this one was located. Others around were more $ but will definitely be budgeting for a better stay next road trip.

The hotel was in a great location. It was near the mall and close by some restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very welcoming they had breakfast every morning to where you could fix whatever you wanted.

The company should take greater pride in the condition of this property. Most guests choose this hotel for its value—whether they are simply passing through from one location to another or trying to make the most of their budget. Regardless of the reason, maintaining the property is the responsibility of the Days Inn brand and its ownership. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel was very poor, and it made us feel uncomfortable. No guest should ever feel like they are staying in an unclean or neglected place

Just an overnight stay! Was way overpriced for the room. $200 was not work the motel type room that was old and water leaking in bathroom.

Upon entering my room, I was greeted by an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay, making it uncomfortable to relax. The overall condition of the room was subpar, with peeling paint on the walls and visible stains on the fiberglass tub and bathroom sink, giving it a neglected feel. I considered in my reservation a trip to the pool, but it was in poor shape, filled with algae and debris, rendering it uninviting and unsafe for swimming. Given its current state, I believe this hotel would be an acceptable stay at half the price, but at nearly $200 a night, it simply isn’t worth it. I was genuinely surprised by the lack of upkeep, considering the Wyndham brand. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. It’s a missed opportunity for what could have been a pleasant stay with just a bit more attention to detail.

Not so clean room upgraded to the deluxe room cuz I didn't want to enter my room from the outside and maybe I should have gotten that because deluxe I found to be very noisy and had a foul odor in the room like sewage. The fan in the bathroom constantly ran and it was very loud floor in the bathroom was still dirty and I saw toenail clippings on the floor..never again will I stay here. But front desk was VERY FRIENDLY 🙂

The room was disgusting. The toilet had brown dirty water, the shower/tub was dirty, the bedroom lamp was broken, the fridge was broken, the AC unit was broken and the bed was loud and extremely uncomfortable. A new room was requested but denied even though there were available rooms and I was told "if I didn't like it to leave and find a new place to stay." Would not recommend giving any money to these folks considering the room was over $100 for one night stay.

Room was okay. Bed sheets weren’t clean but I used my own however I’m paying it to be clean. Noisy heard a lot of stumping dogs barking and crying. Room was average I think for the price could be cheaper. I’ve stayed at Raddison for cheaper and it was a lot nicer.

We could hear a lot of noise from the room above us. The bath towels had holes in them. The bed covering was thin and did not keep us warn. The heater was noisy and to loud to sleep with it on.

The breakfast was also very poor. The muffins tasted stale, the coffee area did not feel clean, and the waffle station did not look sanitary, so we chose not to eat there. We only needed a safe and clean place to sleep for a few hours during a long road trip, but this stay did not meet even that basic expectation. The only positive part of our experience was the woman who checked us in. She was kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and property overshadowed her efforts. This location needs major attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality.

I was booking a emplyee for fri and sat night, as i called up their to ask them about a early check in simce we work third. All approved, got their friday morning and seen i accidentally booked just Thursday night. She said no problem i will refund you then i booked Friday to Saturday agian, i never got the refund, called and they denied and pushed him out early before 11 am

It was an older hotel and didn't seem like it was kept up much. Also, the bathtub and sink weren't cleaned. The breakfast was as advertised.

Everything was great except my unwanted visitor. I had a palmetto bug in the bathroom. Having lived in the south I know they are part of life. I also wish there were softer pilllows.

The night shift was great. I rented two rooms I pay for both. My room was horrible the noises 😫 ofsomebodt doing mechanic work Till almost midnight then earlier morning. The smell of some smoking was real bad. The bathtub was with mildew, bugs 🐛 inside the bath tub. They was plastic keep moving as I seeing the black accumulation of dark mildew it was late at night couldn't ask to move to another's room I was exhausted. I did mentioned about disturbance though the receptionist was kind and the person to stop. At the end did not follow sleep until four AM. The people starting fix the car again. I sleep about three hours. In the morning we when to get breakfast which was not full breakfast. They have continental breakfasts. The morning staff receptionist lock me out twice. And my friend as well. Do not recommend the hotel at all My friend's room was clean and she has a fully functional bathtub and much cleaner room. For me that pay full price for the rooms was not. If you need to see the bathtub of the bugs I took photos. Available upon request. I will not stay there again

I got to my room and there was what looked like blood splatted on the ceiling and door. The hotel staff gave me a new room. I appreciated that but it was an inconvenience. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. The breakfast consisted of raisin bran fruit loops, waffles, yogurt and coffee. Would not stay again.

There were bugs all over the place i reported and showed the front desk the next morning and showed her a video. she did not offer us another room instead said she would send someone to spray which didnt happen all night in bed i felt bugs crawling on me. next day bug all over the counter sink retuned back from granddaughters birthday party video again from entering the room for proof of what we were about to walk into the room facing again more bugs I went down stairs showed front clerk another video of the bugs & told her we were leaving and req my money back. I sent all videos to the [email protected] .also you can smell pot all through the hotel we only rec one nights stay back I feel like we should had gotten a full refund. I suggest you send undercover quess to see what kind of service they rec.

The staff was helpful and friendly, hotel easy to get in and out, everything needed (shopping and dining) were within walking distance, hotel was quiet, and the room was clean with upgraded bed, mirrors, lighting, furniture and appliances. Overall great. However, the breakfast was not ideal. There was cereal, waffles and yogurt. That is all. Not desirable for someone who is looking for healthier options such as boiled eggs, oatmeal, or fruit. Gluten free? Bring your own breakfast. All in all, we will stay here again because the breakfast was small potatoes compared to the overall hotel experience. Thank you!

Hotel was terrible. I would only recommend if you are traveling and all you need is a bed. The room had a mildew smell and the bed was not comfortable at all. I made the mistake to stay 2 days, no cleaning the rooms, making the bed, or fresh towels. Breakfast was a joke. Box of fruit loops half a loaf of bread and a waffle maker. Would not recommend this place at alll.

Perfect pit stop hotel on a 20 hour road trip! Incredibly wallet friendly and way better then expected for the price.

Had to stay here in a pinch after another area hotel canceled my stay without notice. You could say "get what you pay for" but... the bed was full of unknown stains, the A/C did not work at all, the shower filled with water and the room overall felt worn down even after being clamied to be "new renovated"

It wasn’t the Worst Hotel I stayed at. It needs more help with the up keep. The staff was great they did what they could to resolve issues and accommodate for inconveniences. Cristina was amazing. She gave the Auntie that takes good care of the family feeling. If you get cleaning products from the local stores, and go over what they missed you might feel more comfortable. But there are A Lot of Bugs outside the property. If you leave your door cracked, they might come in. Not sure if you can deal with that.

Lady at front desk was extremely nice however condition of room was dirty, had bad smells, not appealing and somewhat uncomfortable even being in.

Would never recommend this place. There were stains on the ceiling and on the sheets. It smells like mildew and cigarettes. The bathroom door didn’t even close. One of the lights would flicker when the switch was turned off. We got out of there as soon as possible the following morning.

This hotel is very run down from the common areas like the entrance to the hallways, very dirty the carpets are gross, the only saving grace to this place was the room was semi clean, don't think the floors in our room have ever been washed, spilled water from the cooler wiped iit up with a towel was black, other options in the area will never come back

The place looks like it is under renovation and perhaps this is why it looked very shady. The staff is very nice though. Very limited breakfast options as well. The bed sheets looked stained and the rooms can be a bit cleaner. Definitely not the best Wyndham I have stayed at.

Later in day spoke with Hotels.com and they called hotel and hotel only offered partial refund of room night. Tried multiple times since to get this resolved but mgmt at hotel is avoiding call.

Patch of mildew on the wall, the pipes in the ceiling for the shower leaked, AC leaked water all over the floor overnight. Room was cute and neat at surface level.

Was very nervous about walking from my car to the front door. Several groups of people congregated in parking lot, very loud, music blasting, smelled of marijuanna. The "party" continued til at least midnight! My mattress was horrible, so uncomfortable. Bedframe squeaked with the least little movement. Outside corridors were dirty. Not a good experience at this property!

It was okay for the price but it claims to be newly renovated but it was still not in the greatest shape. The paint was peeling and the bathroom was very dingy. There was a lot of screaming outside during the night hours.

The staff were very nice. Our room was 1st floor, entrance from parking lot, so very noisy with people beeping to lock their cars. Lock was wobbly, ac very loud, but cold! Soft towels, comfy bed. Breakfast very limited; packets of grits, 1 kind of fruit, small yogurt. Coffee was fine. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep and don’t mind the simplicity of the room, it is just fine.

It looked as if it had not been dusted in months, what appeared to be mold in the bathroom and on the wall by the bathroom, the tv was connected to the light so it could only be watched if the light was on, there were no batteries in the remote when we arrived. The small toiletries that we given were half used. The one bed apeared broken but was still useable.The hotel itself said recently renovated but it still was very torn down and rough looking. The pool was dirty so we could not swim in it. Breakfast was fine.

2.) The fridge, tv, microwave was all unplugged from behind the console. Had to get someone to come fix it. 3.) ac stayed on all night, was loud and couldn’t manage the temp. Also banged up. 4.) DAMAGE TO THE ROOM. Mold, very clear long term water damage in the bathroom with soft walls from it, it then leaked into the bed area. We didn’t notice it as it was under the flooring but would come up if something was placed on it or walked on. Walls damaged, chair damaged… awful room. It was late so we waited till morning and they said they would issue us a refund. They issued the Expedia money, but charged us the security deposit and kept the pet fee…. All of which we were told we would get back. Do not stay here.

The AC made a loud noise and woke us up whenever it kicked on. There was only a sheet in the bed, not an actual blanket.

They insisted on a $50 deposit “in case of damage.” (And they preferred it in cash—WTH?!) So, presumed guilty. And then told me I was to come get someone to check the room *before I left* in order to return the deposit. It was like a frickin’ cabin check in summer camp. Insulting! (And the $50 was on top of the $35 *per pet* I had to pay for my dogs—who weren’t in the room except in their crates for even 30 seconds.) Just what sort of damage did they expect me to do? I’ve stayed here before, but won’t again.

Checked into a room but the floor was wet because the cleaner obviously used a fully wet mop without even partially wringing it out. Furthermore, they should have noticed and then dry it - but they didn't. That left the floor wet and dirty with puddles of water in places. They moved us to another room. The floor was a little bit wet but instead of going back to the front desk I dried the floor with a towel. When I was done, the towel was filthy (black with dirt).

Property was well kept and clean. Area was convenient to shopping and dining. Price was a bit higher due to events in the area but otherwise a good stay.

As soon as you step into the hallway there was an overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke. I smelled it in the shower. I smelled it when I woke up at night. You could see brown drip stains on the ceiling where the steam had condensed and left smoke stains. The pattern on the hallway carpet did little to hide that it had not been cleaned in some time. Breakfast was a sad sight in the morning. I got up the lobby at 8:15 (breakfast 6-9am). Two juices were empty or broken. The fridge had no butter, eggs, or yogurt. There was a gallon of whole milk. Oh and there is also a homeless person who lives at the bottom of the main steps at the front of the building. Water was hot and pressure was good, that's it.

The room was small, refrigerator was falling out of the space very dangerous. No closet…hangers on the wall . Heater/ AC ran all the time, very noisy & dirty we could hardly breathe. We truly could not get out of there fast enough in the morning. The area was sold out so we had to stay the night we will not be back. Staff was very nice & friendly. We were told when I called Wyndham there were rooms no pets were in, but that was not the case.
