I did not use the hot tub or the pool or the work out room. The staff were really nice and friendly. Especially Sharon & Derek The reception people mainly Sharon & Derek were wonderful, we originally booked one night. Due to unforeseen circumstances each morning we had to add a day to our stay which ended up being 3 days. When I went to update & not check out they were wonderful and we were able to keep the same room each time. That was great so we did not have to pack up and switch rooms.

I stay here every time I'm traveling to the coast. The staff, amenities and location can't be beat. The beds are especially comfortable and the free breakfast is way better than most hotels.

Purposely booked this hotel because of hot tub and pool . However, hot tub was broke and we were told parts were ordered and they didn’t know when it would be fixed.

Breakfast was good. Freshly prepared each morning. The room was spotless. The staff was excellent, always friendly and helpful.

I love this property, we stay there often, but they are renovating until October and they start pounding sawing and fixing about 8:00 am. The fact that we had to pay over 200 for a night to be woken up by renovation sounds.

Good hospitality, good breakfast, nice reception desk service While breakfast was good, the attendants were overlooking every step, by standing against the wall and watching every guest. It was not too comfort feeling to eat under such close watcing.

Clean spacious room. Very comfy beds! Hot tub amazing 😍 Lady who checked us in amazing nice friendly all around great experience. Check out not so friendly gentleman was on the phone didn't speak just kinda there. Breakfast wide variety of items hot pancakes, bacon, eggs/omelet, potatoes sausage biscuits/gravy! Oatmeal muffins the list goes on and on. Great experience would def stay here again. Also great location with many dining shopping options within a couple miles.

The room was very clean, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was disappointing—so crowded it was impossible for the staff to keep up with the food. But overall everyone was friendly, and it was a great overnight place.

We were stuck in a handicap room with an odd showering arrangement that seemed a bit dingy. Additionally we heard noise from the hallway with people coming and going with door slams and conversations. We will definitely not be staying there again.

I already mentioned my disappointment over not having a coffee pot in the room, regardless of the explanation that the hotel had for it not being there. The cooks know how to cook bacon. I stopped the cook after I finished my breakfast to tell her that. Sometimes when folks cook bacon it is wimpy, but her bacon was extra crispy, which is the way bacon should be prepared.

This was a last minute reservation, and it was the best decision. The service was great and their complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. Everything about the hotel was great.

A longer walk to shops and restaurants but there was a Mexican restaurant next door. The restaurant was inexpensive and very good!!

No hot tub working

Wonderful, comfortable bed & many pillows to choose from, & lovely shower. Also super breakfast with real sausage, egg & cheese omelet, hash brown potatoes, hot cinnamon rolls, many other choices. Very comfortable & relaxing hotel! I always stay here when I go back & forth up 95!

I would have liked some more fresh fruit options for breakfast but overall, it was okay. We stayed at this hotel in September and it was outstanding. This stay in December was okay but our room was lacking any amenities such as a coffee pot, extra blanket and soaps for the shower. Maybe, the staff just had not got to it but the room lacked some details you would expect. Overall, our stay went okay.

Pool needs updating. Not as nice as pictured. Hotel was ok. Clean enough but could use some updates. Trash out front was overflowing. Carpent and floors at front stained and hea y smoking area.

I don’t appreciate being given a trashcan with NO BAG in it, just seems nasty. I worked as a recycling inspector for many years so I understand wanting green but, how far are we willing to take this? Will we be sharing washcloths next to save cleaning them?

Bed had a dip in the middle but room was clean

Comfortable bed only thing is the TV would not let us change the source so we couldn't use our fire TV.

Our room was very clean, and even the bathroom was above what we normally come across. The staff was professional and very friendly. The breakfast was also great. Food was hot and nothing was empty. Even the potatoes were cooked to perfection. We will definitely stay there again and recommend this one in particular.

The air conditioner equipment was extremely noisy and we didn't enjoyed

We stayed here one night on our way down to Florida. The front desk was very nice and the fastest check-in process i have ever had. The elevators were out of service so we had to take the stairs up to our room. There was also a gigantic bettle in our room which scared the kids. Once we took care of the beetle situation, the room was comfy. The next morning, we had the complimentary breakfast which was terrific. I would stay there again. Hopefully, minus any beetles in the room.

Stayed here while passing through on a roadtrip. Front desk staff were friendly. Only downside was that elevators were out of service. They did offer to cancel our reservation due to this but did not offer anything else to compensate for the elevator being down. Otherwise was a good stay overall.

The room was great~clean and a comfortable bed. The elevator was broken. The two desk clerks did not offer to help us to the second floor with all our luggage and other belongings. We had a lot of items, because we were on an extended trip. We told the clerk that we had a lot to carry up. She and the young male clerk offered us no assistance. The next morning several guests offered to help us carry our items down. Very nice of them!

Had a stroller and the elevator was broken… he shrugged his shoulders and said he could only give us a room on second floor. Which was fine but stairwells were super dirty and we had little ones.

The property was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. And the breakfast was actually really good.

When we checked in there was a sign up that the elevators were down. They didn't have any rooms left on the 1st floor so we had to go to the 2nd. The room smelled so bad like there was a dog in it prior. Maintenance sprayed air freshnerer but it didn't help. We asked to switch rooms and we had to go to the 3rd floor. The room was clean and smelt fine. Breakfast in the morning was good, but the pancake machine was down. I think we just got them on a bad day. However, the front desk guy was very kind and accomodating.

The room was ok, however one of the beds wasn’t made. Look like the cover was just pulled over. The elevator stopped work so we had to walk upstairs and down

Loved our first floor room! It was so easy for our son, who is a power wheelchair user, to get to the hot tub. The pool and hotub were definitely a highlight of our stay there. But the staff was the best part. The hotel should give them all raises to retain them. They were so friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the temp control handle in the shower seemed to be broken. If we didn’t keep turning it back towards cold, we’d get scalded. It just wouldn’t stay put. Our stay was so pleasant that we are staying there again next weekend on our return trip.

Also, I appreciate that the hotel recycles; it's unfortunate how many hotels don't bother with that. In the breakfast area it might be helpful to make the recycle sign more clear because it seemed like some patrons thought it was another trash can.

I had a pleasant overnight stay. No problems.

We read here twice. The first time was pleasant, and the staff were efficient and friendly. The second time we stayed, the staff were slow but still friendly. Both stays were on a Thursday night.

Very Clean hotel in a good area, with lots of food and stores around. Front desk was helpful.

Room was disappointing. When we unfolded the couch, food from previous renters fell out and onto the floor. Largely confident that one of the beds was a double and the other was a queen. Most staff sat out on the floor on their cell phone or demonstrated their annoyance when asked for assistance. The bright light in this establishment is the kind and welcoming woman, Sharon, at the front desk. She makes you feel welcome, and she is wonderfully helpful and accommodating!

I’m a returning guest. Great hotel to rest overnight. Clean, quiet and great location right by I95.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds with large bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with real pork sausage patties and yummy biscuits. There was also warm Cinnabons my kids enjoyed along with nice juice and coffee.

The receptionist was extremely RUDE. She wanted to charge me an additional $200 for having small children and not living far enough away from the hotel. Upon entering the hotel there was a bad smell. Then hearing the news of the additional fee nearly $500 for a room at the holiday inn for ONE night. I declined the offer and she "as a courtesy" cancelled my reservation even though I had cancel protection. I would never recommend anyone stay here!

They accommodated our group of 8 rooms for 8 golfers.

The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good. Nice and clean room. The building smelled very clean and was!!

Room was clean. We had a pull out sofa bed but had to go back downstairs to ask for bedding for the sofa bed & extra towels because we had 5 people in the room.

Close to I-95, and great local restaurants.

Unreasonable policies led to an unexpected charge at check-in, which left a disappointing impression. To enhance the guest experience, the receptionist staff would benefit from additional customer service training and a greater sense of empathy, especially given their roles in the hospitality industry.

It is a well-maintained Holiday Inn Express. The rate was very competitive.

The room was nice and clean. But I paid an extra $100 for a property with an indoor pool and hot tub and when we got up to use them this mouse were disappointed because they weee dirty and discolored

I forgot my pillow there and they still had it waiting for me 2 days later, so we picked it up on our way home.

I love using hotels.com. The checkin was the easiest ever, room was comfortable, clean and spacious.

We enjoyed here so much that we booked it for our return trip from Florida! Pool was nice and warm.

Good area to stop overnight. East access to the interstate. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel is clean and quiet, bed is comfortable, and breakfast was good.

Although the room was upgraded (not the cheapest) and clean it had a terrible smell of old dirty carpet (or something wet and dirty). We had to use an expensive perfume to somehow neutralize the smell. It was too late and we were very tired to try to exchange the room. I am very surprised with the 8,8-9,2 rating of this place on Expedia and Booking. Based on our extensive experience I would never rate it more than 7.

The entire stay was enjoyable. The bed and pillows were comfy. They had a great variety at breakfast. We love their cinnamon buns. Everyone was pleasant that we dealt with, the front desk and the dining area.

Restaurant and movies in walking distance.

It’s all the little things that set this hotel apart, room darkening shades, Dove body wash, shampoo & conditioner, swivel TV, HDMI channels, comfy beds & a nice side table beside the chair. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel on our next visit to the area.

Check in was wonderful and quick. Ms Carolyn was nice, but didn’t complete our check in correctly. She forgot to add late check out for Sat morning. The housekeeper knocked on our door three times before 11am check out. The end room was the worst, people coming in and out the hotel door was loud. Never do that again. The bathroom sink was stopping up. The hot water in the shower never got hot even after the maintenance man came by Fri evening to reset it. This was our second stay with the Hoilday Inn Express it wasn’t good this time. I think it was just this location. The phone chargers that’s built into the light fixture is out of date. No ironing boards in the room. But overall the bed was comfortable, the room size was magnificent, bathroom size was amazing also. Thanks will return

Room and property were clean. Staff were friendly at checkin. Breakfast was sufficient. I like how they offered plastic gloves at the buffet to minimize germ transmission for guests who were interested.

Nice place to stay. We had my daughter’s cheer comp within walking distance which made it even better. If we travel here again we would stay again.

We stayed only for a night during our journey home. The facility was clean and staff was friendly. The indoor pool was small but warm which was nice. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was out of service. Overall we had a positive experience.

It’s a nice Holiday Inn Express, like all the others. We booked this hotel because of the advertised hot tub. It was not functioning. The breakfast people were very unfriendly.

The staff and location are great; however the AC Unit and the refrigerator in the room were making loud noises throughout the night. My family and I had an overall good experience.

My husband and I checked in and took our things to our room. We showered and decided to go out to dinner. On the way to the car, we stopped at the pool to see how warm the hot tub was. The temperature was great. We came back from dinner and I proceded to go into the hot tub but unfortunately, there was a barrier around the hot tub stating it was out of service. I was exceptionally disappionted. I asked at the front desk about filling up some water bottles with water as the fountain in the fitness area was broken. The front desk person told me to use the fountain in the hallway, The stream was non existant and I could NOT fill up my personal water bottles because the stream was just a trickle. Also, our shower faucet dripped ALL NIGHT LONG. We tried every possible movement to get it to stop dripping and NOTHING worked, It was a very disappointing stay.

My go to place when traveling to or from Pennsylvania for the season. Nice and quiet. Staff was helpful
