    A bit disappointed. Check-in was at 3, we arrived at 4:30 and were told they were short staffed and no rooms were ready yet. After waiting they gave us a room and complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was very undercooked and my wife found a hair in her eggs. The pool and hot tub are very small and we're too crowded to even get into. We heard people talking from other rooms well into the night. Staff was friendly but a 1 and done for this place.

    Everything was perfect! My only feedback is that their breakfast flow could be a little better. There was confusion on who had breakfast included in their stay which led to some frustrations and a bit of a traffic jam trying to confirm who had paid.

    Now the reason for the lower rating is that the floors by the elevators on the first floor were always wet and dirty. I think the people from the pool track water across the lobby when they come inside. Upon checking in, the room looks okay at first but when I started to unpack I had a can of sparkling water roll under the cabinet with the mini fridge. I pulled the cold can out from under and it was covered in long black hair. I took a shower and noticed the shower curtain had stains. The bathtub and shower walls had small black hairs all over it. I had to pre rinse the tub out before showering. I then get out and grab a towel, it’s covered in black hairs. I grab the second towel, it has a black mold looking stain on it. I ended up grabbing a hand towel and having to dry off with that. I called the front desk to have them deliver new clean bath towels. They apologized and delivered them right away. I refused to walk around barefoot but I noticed crumbs and the carpet just looked like it needed a good carpet cleaning. The pillows were way too soft as well.

    AC Doesn't work, only clicks on for about 5 minutes. Can't control the temperature, staff is no help to remedy this issue! Beds were hard as a rock and walls are paper thin. Don't expect to get any sleep here!

    Staff were great. I checked in but the thermostat in the room didn't work (63 degrees in the room). I had some challenges explaining the issue to the front desk. Finally, they moved me to the room next door which apparently no one had been in for a while. It was 60 degrees in the room and took an hour and a half to get the room to 67 degrees. Now I need to contact Hotels.com because the receipt I was sent has my name but the address in information is wrong.

    Staff was courteous. Very frustrating no shower stool available and no cash availability at the main desk. Only credit cards. Not making up the room daily isn't cool. No streaming service for the tv. I'm old so real soap would've been good. Only one elevator worked. Room was either too hot or too cold. Hot water took too long to come up to second floor. I expected better from a hilton hotel

    We've stayed at this hotel several times while visiting kids and grandkids and this was the first time we've had any problem. The lamp next to the bed wasn't working and there was blood on the bottom sheet nearest the window. Both were minor issues. When we arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk told us we had two bookings through Expedia and one had to be cleared so we wouldn't get double billed. After going back down to the front desk to get a pen and paper (none in the room) I ended up chatting an Expedia agent who took care of the problem and we were able to settle in for the evening.

    We stayed in Room 212 right above the Elevator Mechanical Room. There was a loud grinding noise all night. We had to change rooms the next morning. There were no apologies and there should have been some kind of compensation (i.e. free breakfast offered etc.) as we did not get any sleep the entire first night of our stay. Additionally, bottle water should be free to all guests not just platinum or gold members!

    The air conditioning worked well when it was on but we wanted a constant air flow and it did not stay on for longer than 5 minutes. It did not matter what setting we put it on, it would routinely turn off rather than stay at a constant flow of air.

    Maids cleaned room once in 3days, and took towels and dint replace them. Breakfast was not included, and was charged $18 just for a few eggs and sausage. There were small water bottles in the room. Just $3 a bottle. The place will nickle and dime you to death. I was afraid to touch the fruit at the checkin counter for fear of being charged another $5. I thought Hilton was a classier place. I was mistaken on that, and will not be "taken" again.

    The rooms are comfortable, and ready for a good night sleep. **the shower in Rm 419 needs the back wall cleaned, pink mold growing, you can see where they clean to and leave a huge middle section untouched of cleaning. it's a nice shower, just needs a good cleaning.

    Mad and there should be other ways. I begged the guy to FaceTime with my mom or email her to approve to use her card for hold deposit. Hilton I will not be booking with you guys anymore. Terrible customer service. Also before I got there was a guy ahead of me that was not able to check in and he seemed upset because it was late and we didn’t have a place to sleep.

    The buffet was just okay. The service from everyone we encountered was very nice. Unfortunately our room didn’t have a black out curtain. The hardware was on the walls but it was missing the curtain/shade. My kids and I were up at 3am with the parking lots lights coming in brightly and at 5am when the sun came up, we just got up bc it was so bright in there. We’re exhausted and won’t be staying there in the future.

    I arrived a few minutes before 4pm and our room was not ready. No problem, I can wait a few minutes. My family and I sat right next to the front desk, and with our multiple suitcases on a cart, and waited for them to let us know when our room was ready. They anticipated 5-10 minutes. The lobby was empty and everything was very calm and not busy. The receptionist looked over at us every few minutes while we sat waiting and had enough time to laugh and joke around with each other. 40 minutes later, I went up to them and asked if there was an updated time when our room would be ready, and they told us it was already ready. What terrible customer service that they let us sit there and wait without letting us know! I had let them know we had a wedding to get to and they were aware of our eagerness to get access to our room to get dressed!

    This property is aged. We arrived and were told our reservation had been cancelled. By phone call, with no notes as to the reason. It took a manager to reinstate the reservation, which I paid for months in advance and had not cancelled. Check-in took much longer than anticipated due to the error. The bed was not very comfortable (think old, squeaky springs). The first morning, shower water would not get any warmer than barely lukewarm (just slightly warmer than a cold plunge). The second morning there was hot water. The room thermostat was on a motion sensor (I guess). So it was uncomfortably warm when we returned from our day's activities and also felt like it got too warm overnight. The toilet seat would not stay in an upright position, so every time my partner tried to lift it, it banged back down (super loud in the middle of the night). One of the elevators got stuck on the second floor, so we had to get off and had to take the stairs down. We were on the 4th floor and the hallways did not seem to be air conditioned at all. It was hot inside. This was really disappointing for a Hilton branded hotel. I would not stay here again.

    One of the only hotels I’ve ever stayed in where the A/C was PERFECT in my room! You set it and it actually stays where you set it. Very, very comfortable! Mostly, though, an amazing staff! Especially Kenroy & James. They made my stay a 10. Thank you!

    The so called asst GM refused to let me make my breakfast order that I did every day for 3 days. He claimed I could only get the free buffet. I bought vouchers for hot breakfast made to order and he refused and argued w me saying it didn't cover those items. Long story short the actual GM said yes it does just as I had told him. He argued to the hill w me and caused a seen. That's how you treat your guests, shame on you Hilton! 7/9-7/11/2025

    Our plane arrived in Sacramento at 7 am and the memorial service we were to attend didn’t start until noon. The Hilton staff member was so kind to us! We bought breakfast the he let us use the pool and change our clothes in the lobby bathroom. He was just great!

    The elevator clearly has seen better days but was functional. However I could tell the carpet hadn’t been shampooed in a long time due to the nasty brown color and smell of dirt that emanated from it. The room was a good size and appeared decent upon entry. After getting settled in, I went to take a shower, which is wheee things quickly went downhill. This hotel uses those cheap pre-molded plastic shower basins with textured flooring. Upon entering the shower, I noticed pooling water from the clogged drain, nearly getting to the point of overflow. Then my attention turned to the greasy floor beneath my feet. I looked closer and observed a darkened mixture of oil and filth caked into the textured flooring and was able to feel how oily it was as I stood on it. Looking closer, there was mold/mildew all along the caulking where the basin met the wall tile. Then I noticed orange and pink bacteria staining the grout of the wall tile. To try fixing the clogged drain, I lifted the cover and found masses of oil, hair and slime had built up over the drain, lined with pink bacterial growth around the cover. This shower clearly has not been cleaned in 6 months or more and was utterly disgusting. Review character limit: filthy room, toilet bowl rings, dirty floor, disrepair. I bought draino and Scrubbing Bubbles w/ bleach to clean. Nasty Hilton motel not worth price

    There was no open bar or restaurant as advertised. When we arrived the pool was closed.ybro.wqs smoke filled and when I was moved the maid was still inside cleaning. We specifically looked for a hotel with a pool, bar and restaurant so.we.chose this hotel. Imagine our surprise when all 3 were no goes.

    Staff are always friendly and professional. Rooms are clean, spacious and lovely. Elevators are in desperate need of being replaced/upgraded to the 20th century. Parking is convenient and surrounding area is safe and convenient if you want to shop at outlet stores.

    Property was great and staff friendly. Only problem is that they did not change sheets or bedding when notified that a child had had an accident overnight. This happened 2 nights/days in a row and made us all have to sleep in one bed making our 2nd bed useless and the room smelling like pee. Not great.

    Front clerk was extremely helpful, location was very clean, and conveniently located. However, the only thing was the stomping from the floor above us all night. It could have been an elephant or something but that was loud stomping that made the ceiling creak. I recommend this place, hopefully you don’t get an elephant above you 😆

    While the front desk staff was excellent (friendly and efficient), the room was not up to Hilton standards I used to know. The toilet seat was loose (I repaired it), the bedside tables were mismatched, the brown ottoman did not match the green chair. All in all, the vibe was a college apartment that had been decorated with Goodwill castoffs.

    $8 for a beer. $11 for an "import" $38 for a $6 bottle of wine. Utterly ridiculous pricing. But hotel was nice and quiet. Lamp switch next to bed is 6 feet off the ground???? Get a drink from the 76 gas station in the parking lot.

    PROBLEMS was the room being next to the laundry n entry to pool & building. The washer n dryer banging n spinning away woke me up every morning! And, people speaking loudly in the morning too. I was really looking forward to the hot tub n was a real bummer it was ice cold. Not to mention, my door card stopped working on the pool entry door. I would stay there again, but in a different room. The hotel is at a super convenient location and lots of eateries.
