Overall a great experience!

When was clean. Bottom of the tub was not slippery. Staff was extremely helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. They did have laundry on site, but I did not use it.
- 4/5
I don’t want to write a review.
- 5/5
All went smoothly. Staff was great. Room clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and accommodating.
- 2/5
The room was clean---that's all the good I have to say. One blanket on the bed I just thought was a sheet---thin--so very thin. Shouldn't have to BYOB--THE second B meaning BLANKET! Towels were rough and skimpy. No hair dryer. Very noisy since it is close to a busy street. If you just need a place to lay down for a bit then go for it.
- 5/5
Stuff in the front desk were very nice and professional. They were very helpful. I will recommend it. Definitely coming back.
- 2.5/5

Great staff very friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Location was perfect for our purposes, clean sheets everyday of the trip without door ever being knocked on Carpeted floors, dated but clean
- 2/5
First room had broken tub. Lighting is terrible and dark.
- 1/5
Location Malodorous.
- 5/5
amazing
- 3/5
There was a hole in my shower curtain, so the bathroom floor got wet in my first morning. I informed the staff and they changed it the next day.
- 3/5
Not modern, need a model refresh
- 2.5/5
Price of the room and closeness to the venue I was attending was good. Room size was great and bed was comfortable. I have stayed at this motel before, and it has been a little more put together. There were some broken items in the room that could have been easily repaired by maintenance or staff when maintaining the room. For the life of me I could only get one channel to work on the TV. I was not there to watch TV but just wanted to check the news before bed. May have just been a remote issue and by the time I was watching I did not want to head to the front desk for one thing. Neighbors in room next to me were loud enough for a few minutes that I thought they were fighting. After the door slammed it ended.
- 5/5
No pool
- 5/5
Beautiful spacious room... very clean.... all amenities in good working conditions... large t.v. with good quality pictures and nice selection of local and pay channels... even coffee in room and in lobby very early in morning. Staff are nice and professional. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Staff is always friendly
- 1/5
They had bed bugs, which is what we heard, and did not end up staying there.
- 3.5/5
The bed had TWO definate (body) INDENTATIONS & NOT firm enough. (0nly reaason I didnt recommend). Needed a good nite of sleep, & i also have back problems.
- 1/5
We did not stay at this hotel- cancelled reservation upon check in . The receptionist was rude and did not accommodate someone with a disability and was unprofessional. The hotel charged the card and we did not stay there. The hotel is under construction and the pool and whole area is under construction. The hotel is located next to a busy loud road.
- 5/5
Location of room, close to lobby. Water didn't taste good to me.
- 4/5
The pool and spa is closed for County Inspection and cleaning. So no pool and spa for a while. Nobody know when.
- 3/5
The bed was concave and there was one light in the room. It was sufficient.
- 4.5/5
They do have a pool , but the only problem is it was down when we were there.
- 1/5
The coffee maker was broken. The TV was slanted because it only had one set of leg bases. The fridge had a missing leg. The hair dryer didn't work. Only had 1 large towel.
- 2/5
The room tv didn’t work. The pool was closed. There was ants in our room. By far the worst experience. Advertisement will fool ya. That’s for sure!
- 1/5
The room overall was 'clean' - for being a lower end cheap hotel it is what I expected. The manager, Lena, put me into a room that was already occupied so she had to switch me into a different room. Not a problem. Indoor pool and hot tub - advertised. But not available to use for some unknown reason. The guest laundry on site is not operable and apparently the washer and dryer haven't worked in months. The room I was switched to had a Jacuzzi tub - I went to use it and attempted to turn on the jets. Non working and no knob to turn the jets on - I had to use a pair of pliers I had with me in my luggage. The motor was on, but no air coming out of the jets - it then continued for over 2 hours with a horrendous noise and by 11pm (I had to wake at 5am for work) I went to the lobby and requested a different room. I was informed by 2 staff members that the room I was placed was in fact blocked off due to issues with the tub, etc..I was ultimately put into a different room to sleep for what was then maybe 4 hours. I was also informed that I was never actually checked in to the initial room (with the Jacuzzi) so I never even existed in their system. This is a junky hotel. I travel A LOT and stay in very high end to very low energy hotels. This one definitely took the cake. I would not recommend this to anyone. Also, upon arrival the manager left the property to take her son to school because he missed the bus. Not professional by any means. Embarrassing and a waste of my money.
- 1/5
I woke up at 1 AM feeling a bed bug crawling on my shoulder. I killed it and then lifting the covers to see an old mattress with some blood stains. I showered and left immediately. I hope to get a full refund. Room 222
- 4.5/5
Good location Sink had issues with draining
- 4/5
We were disappointed that the hot tub and pool were closed. According to a friend that has stayed there several times in the past hot tub and pool closure is a regular thing. Call ahead to check of thats important!
- 1/5
The toilet in room was broken. No hot water in shower. Had ants in room. Pool was closed.
- 3.5/5
The staff and the America's best value inn is amazing. They are wonderful and friendly other guests were kind and courteous Even though I called before reserving the hotel, to make sure the pool was available the pool was closed when I arrived. We also had ants in our hotel room though. We did leave the birthday cake out on the table overall the hotel room was clean and after cleaning up the cake the ants did calm down The staff was extremely friendly and made up for the lack of amenities overall a great stay for a good price
- 3/5
What breakfast? Desk Clerk that they have not served breakfast for several years! Third party showed breakfast when ordering room. Somewhat disappointed. No Elevator
- 3/5
There were only two lights in the room. Both were near the door. The sleeping area (2 queen beds) was dark. No bedside table.
- 0.5/5
Mcdonalds was across the street ,that's it for the likes Absolutely Nightmare Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. I was moved four times because the conditions were so poor. Between a broken shower and a mattress that was so worn down it had a giant "body-shaped" crater in it, the furniture was clearly decades past its prime. The worst part was the smell—it was a heavy, alarming scent of decay. The state of the mattress and the odor were so bad it made me question the safety and history of the room. Management offered no help, so I left and demanded my money back.
- 5/5
We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open. Otherwise everything was fine
- 3/5
The rooms were clean but the hotel was old you could tell it hasn't been renovated in a while . in our room there was alot of stuff that didn't work ,some of the outlets didn't work the lights were flickering off and on and the shower only seemed like it had 2 temperatures which was scalding hot or freezing cold there was no in between.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The curtains needed repair (Room 106) and the place shows some wear, but generally a pleasant stay.
- 3/5
my room was too close to the front could hear people talking at the front
- 5/5
I was amazed. Everything was working and staff was wonderful. Nice area
- 5/5
Clean, jaccuzi rooms are awesome
- 5/5
We always enjoy r stay at this hotel. Very friendly people and have always helped us.
- 4/5
Good basic motel for the Forest Grove/Hillsboro area, priced extremely well and located conveniently for eating, shopping and Pacific University.
- 2/5
Our school dance team stayed here and had to move rooms at Midnight due to bed bugs.
- 5/5
Didn't use the laundry or the gym
- 1/5
Our room smelled very strongly like mold. This building should probably be evaluated for toxic mold.
- 3/5
My room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, it showed serious signs of wear...chipped counter Formica, missing sink towel rack, the rubber seal on the refrigerator was out of position and needed to be replaced, and the hotel wifi was woefully weak and unreliable for a business traveler.
- 4/5
A few things bad like the door to the bathroom
- 4/5
Clean room, polite staff
- 4/5
Everything was fine, pool is still closed due to a mold issue. A good budget location.
- 3/5
Room was ok
- 4/5
Would've been 5-star, but the front desk staff just ignored my greetings EACH DAY I was there, both coming and going. Not friendly at all.
- 3/5
Room ok,
- 5/5
The room & the staff made sure to take care of every detail.
- 1/5
Terrible
- 1/5
The rudest staff i have ever experienced. Glad you pay your employees to watch tv rather than helping guests
- 5/5
So far great nice place worker and staff are great i would stay again
- 5/5
Clean room….comfortable bed!!!!
- 3/5
Parking was good.
- 5/5
Everything went smooth and the check in process was seamless.
- 3/5
They need to change their advertising, there is no breakfast. Also my daughter had to visit the front desk for cups and toilets paper.
- 3/5
The rooms were clean, the individual room door jams were in terrible condition you can see into the rooms easily, there is at least 1" or more of clearance around the door top, side and the bottom. They need to be replaced it was not just my room almost all on the main floor were the same.
- 3/5
Staff was great
- 5/5
Room was clean, service was promt and simple. Nice service, and everything was quick
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was excellent
- 2/5
The staff was friendly, however the TV/Cable didnt work, and there was a huge hole in the sink. The room had a bit of a smell that wasn't all to pleasant. Paid for 2 nights only stayed 1 and took the loss.
- 5/5
Mona greeted us warmly We were treated with respect
- 5/5
Room was clean…staff was friendly and we loved the upgrades in the lobby!
- 3/5
Our stay started off by being given keys to an already occupied room, to which a couple was quite surprised when we walked into their room. Then the tv wouldn’t turn on so we collected new remote batteries, and it still didn’t work. We were instructed to turn it on manually, and then found no reception. My husband finally knocked on the box and finally there was reception. The secondary door lock was broken off, which was a bit unnerving. The sink had a 2 inch hole in it so we had to be careful not to run too much water into it. The room only had a lamp on one side of the bed, so it was dark. Overall, the motel seemed to be lacking in repairs and basic updating. Would not stay again.
- 5/5
The staff is always warm and welcoming to us!
- 3/5
We stayed in a room with a built-in Jacuzzi. It was nice to have and use after our evening out. Overall the room and motel shows signs of age and use. Our main issue with the room was that the toilet seat was broken and not attached. We advised them upon checking in and out. There was no offers to replace or repair it during our stay. We would stay there again, in the same room and hope there is a useable toilet seat.
- 3/5
The most discouraging part for me was that there was no gym as advertised. When I travel I always lookf for a place that has a gym...even a small one as I am an avid exerciser. I had to drive to a gym 20 minutes away to work out. You should note it on your website that the gym is under renovation to prevent other visitors from expereincing the same.
- 2/5
Our sink area was pretty gross - around the sink had built up yuck that I couldn't even get rid of. The bathroom light didn't work. There was no TV remote anywhere. Overall smell of room was not a clean smell at all. Nothing about the room felt clean or fresh - would only recommend as a last resort for lodging to be honest.
- 3/5
Non working outlet in the bathroom. Broken GFI outlet so unable to use anything to get ready that required electricity and a mirror at the same time
- 5/5
Very clean, no frills rooms. A pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for an affordable stay. Would definitely come again.
- 5/5
Safe parking. Didnt use laudury, but does have a pool!
- 1/5
Sheets don’t fit bed, water tasted terrible, just very dirty. Holes in curtains, no back in remote, torn towels, holes in carpet
- 1/5
Was missing the stopper, no towels , dirty room, TV never worked Smells like dog, and the bathroom was nasty. This place is not well kept, need my money back,
- 3/5
Staff were pleasant and helpful. They have been able to accommodate my request for a first floor room because they do not have an elevator to the second floor.
- 1/5
I never stayed at the Best Value property in Forest Grove. Consequently, I cannot rate the hotel. I never received an email notice about this reservation after August 19, 2025.
- 5/5
Laundry room was look, yet no notice was place on the door staying that the laundry room was out of order. The sign on the door read " go to the front desk for the keys" to use the laundry room. Yet when i went there i was told the machine was broken. I dont believed that was the truth. It seem to me that they simply didnt want me to use the laundry room because i look simple.
- 5/5
There were a few issues with the room, but it looks like the hotel is undergoing a renovation, so I'm not gonna be too upset that things are a bit chaotic.
- 4/5
Good customer service and price.
- 4/5
I liked the spa bathtub in the room, and it was very spacious. Not too homey feeling, but maybe that's a personal preference.
- 5/5
Convenient. Staff very friendly.
- 3/5
- thin towels - lumpy mattress - no iron or ironing board in the room (front desk does provide them when asked) - no closet, there’s a rack to hang your clothes by the door - etc. I booked this property because of its low price and its proximity to Pacific University. I was there only to help my son get settled in his dorm. It served that purpose.
- 3/5
Really the only thing this property has going for it is location. Across from the Mcmennamins Grand Lodge. Fast food and coffee close by also. That being said, although the updated lobby looks nice as well as the view of the pool (which is closed and has been for well over a year). The rooms lack in almost every way. The plumbing leaks so wet carpet, matress is comfortable but larger than the base so not ideal. No clocks. The overly worn velour-like chair had rips and slices all over it and the icing on the cake was the lock for the window was broken off. We have stayed over night here before and basically knew what to expect although there was "remodeling" going on the last time and was hopeful for improved rooms. We will stay again if our first choice is booked, but this description will hopefully prep others for the reality of this property.
- 3/5
However, I was not given the room I had already reserved AND paid for. I was told, "Too bad, but another person came in, wanted that type of room, and agreed to the pay full price for tonight. You'll just have to arrive earlier next time." The room i was given was clean enough--on the surface; but it had an extra bed, so did not have the type chair i really needed for my extended stay.
- 4/5
Looking forward to the p00l, sadly not ava
- 5/5
Loved being within walking distance to The Grand Lodge and all its restaurants and beauty.
- 1/5
Toilet seat loose. No shelves in refrigerator. Only one outlet for guest in whole room(at sink). Curtains too small to keep out light and heal up with bent paper clip. Wouldn't stay. TV screen faded with 28 white spots screen. Generally poor fit and finish through halls and lobby, Entry door handle missing The place is poorly maintained. We canceled our second stay.
- 3/5
All of the advertsed facilities were down and had been for quite some time (pool, hot tub, laundry room) and the rooms were mostly clean but were missing some things like light covers, drain covers, etc.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. I only needed a place to sleep each night as I was there for a wedding. I appreciated being able to prepare coffee in the room, use the microwave and frig. The only suggestion - larger bath towels.
- 4/5
The staff was very professional and friendly. Checking in was fast and easy. The staff memver went out of her way to see if a room was available earlier than my check in time .
- 1/5
We even asked when we arrived and they said yes, the pool is fine and open until 11pm when in fact it had been closed due to orbies in the filters from children days before and paint particles in the pool from there “remodel”. Again, extremely disappointed especially paying 153$ for one night and nothing to do for my kids. If we would have known before booking we would have went somewhere else!
- 3/5
Towels were not good at all; too small and not very absorbent and not at all fluffy.
- 4/5
I had thought they had a breakfast, but that room is now used to store furniture.
- 1/5
Nothing
- 2/5
The check in was efficient. A little disappointing that the pool was not operational on such a hot day. Also, the hot tub was dirty and not operational, which was the entire reason for booking. A bit dated but that was too be expected for the price.
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 5/5
It was amazing
- 5/5
Was really nice and comfortable, we even decided to stay another night.
- 3/5
It was close to where we needed to go. Only 2 pillows and dirty parking lot and only one entrance.
- 1/5
They had bed bugs and red liquid on the sheets
- 3/5
Met the need at this price point.
- 5/5
Everything went smoothly; clean & good value.
- 5/5
Very convenient location close to shopping centre and highway. Room is clean and front desk staff is very friendly
- 1/5
Rude
- 4/5
I liked their nice little swimming pool. I didn't enjoy their coffee. The coffee itself was okay but not hot enough. The creamer was that terrible powder kind. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and will go their again but bring my own creamer. I only saw two staff people and they were very helpful.
- 5/5
It was convenient.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Clean and easy
- 2/5
Room smelled badly
- 4/5
The a/c unit in the room only went down to 60 degrees and even then the air didn’t blow around the room. Had to go to the store and get a box fan just to cool down the room enough to sleep
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and efficient. Older property but well cared for
- 4/5
It’s not the prettiest, but it’ll get the job done.
- 3/5
Basic hotel. Older and a bit musty. My problem was with the outlets—they were so old and loose, nothing would stay in the outlet. Had to unplug the TV to charge my phone.
- 5/5
Older property but good place to stay
- 3/5
Meets basic needs. NO elevator!!
- 4/5
It seemed furnishings were just worn out and needed to be replaced.
- 5/5
I’m on the road 26 weeks a year and spend a lot of time in hotels. I only review them if they’re very good or very bad. For the price, this place is a steal! Every other room in the area was close to $200 per night. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel with lots of frills, this is not the place for you. But if you’re looking for a comfortable bed in a clean room with a shower that has very high pressure, you’ve found your hotel for the night. Highly recommended!
- 1/5
Reservation system was manipulated to delete Expedia reservations and take a higher paying rate for others.
- 3/5
My rating for condition of the room is poor not because the room was not is good condition but as an electrician I noticed that the smoke detector was gone. Thais not just a code violation it could be a serious safety issue
- 1/5
We did not even get to check in because the lady behind the counter had no idea what she was doing then she disappeared for over 10 minutes. The people checking in when we got there came back down the hall and said their room key wasn’t working and there was a line of people in the waiting room trying to check in with no staff in sight. We ended up leaving
- 3/5
Mona, Lena were fabulous!!
- 3/5
The door in the bathroom was smashed in, the dead bolt on the door was busted and holes just left exposed, the hair drier filter was full and gross and blew out something when turned on, the devider between the need and desk was all chewed up and got my daughters arm when are touched it, the bed were really uncomfortable, and the purple next to us and above us were slamming their doors and sounded like they were jumping up and down and running most of the night.
- 1/5
The next night we were just getting to bed and we heard doors slamming and loud talking in the hallway again. We hopped that it would not drag out like it did the night before, so we tried to go to sleep. But much to our dismay, someone came bursting out of a room across the hall and ran down the hallway and then a man, speaking a foreign language, came out after and was yelling loudly at the first person who was running away down the hall. I didn't want to listen to this for tree hours like the previous night so I rang the front desk. The phone rang more that 20 times then hang up. So I rang it again. This time it rang 4 times and then stopped again. so again I dialed "0"; approximately 15 times. Each time I dialed "0" it rang one time and hung up. Then the last time that I dialed "0" a woman answered the phone on the first ring. I asked her...
- 3/5
Towels were like kitchen towels. Didn't dry and their were only 2 in room. Tv was on and lights when i first entered room in middle of day

Good

The weekend manager was very rude. You know I asked her for a downstairs room when we got there she said she only had one and she could move us to it, which was nice. Then we went to the room. Our chair was broken. I asked her for another when she started getting really rude in saying she hasn’t go in the room so it’s not her fault if it’s broken and they don’t have another chair to give me I said why I don’t want my husband to fall out of it because if he does, you guys are paying for it, she finally came to the room with her phone and recording our conversation and brought us a metal folding chair. I told her I didn’t want that because there’s no way for him to get out of the chair the room the curtains had holes in it. The comforter had holes in it. We had ants in our room This morning. I walked by and Glatter and she accused me of picking on it when I gave her the key. She said I threw a matter. Tell me I was a whack job. She is the most unprofessional lady I’ve ever seen and you guys need to take her off your list. She sucks and so do them and don’t think I’m not gonna call and talk to her manager tomorrow. I will never book the Hotels.com. Is this the kind of places you put on there when I checked out and asked her for a copy of my receipt she said get it from you guys. She didn’t have to give me one so I don’t even know what she charged on my credit card. That’s not right.
- 4/5
Ok
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Hotel is in great condition, very nice place! Everything works as it should and the room is huge! Great deal for sure!
- 4/5
Please clean and fix the hot tub. Staff was very friendly and nice!
- 5/5
Clean rooms great staff
- 5/5
It is quite and safe close enough to everything
- 4/5
Just a quick stop for a university visit. Overall comfortable. Upon entering checking it smelled very clean. Guy who checked me in had his legs up on the counter in his phone and almost seemed annoyed when I said I was checking in. Room was clean, some draining in the carpet but it wasn’t terrible for $70/night. Near many restaurants. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Convenient and affordable to visit my college athlete and watch his games
- 4/5
Everything was pretty ok, the only two things I didn’t like were that the pool and hot tub were closed. Also that you can hear everything through the walls, it’s not quite at all. The staff were pretty good, and especially the housekeeper’s. Overall it was not bad, it’s a decent place to stay.
- 1/5
The sheets and bedding were dirty. The tv was broken. I was told by the agent on the phone that it had wood floors, but instead it had carpet with stains. The room smelled like weed when I arrived. The towels were small and inadequate.
- 2/5
The hotel is old and it shows. The room had a mildew smell. There was a good amount of street noise. We won’t be going back. It was unpleasant.
- 1/5
No pool, no breakfast, no toilet paper, popsicle stick stuck to the sheet, employees don't speak english and have a bad attitude. There was a party in the back parking lot and the security door was blocked open next to the overflowing garbage can that was not emptied for the two days we were there. To be continued on yelp!
- 1/5
Every thing didn’t work very old fashioned hot water ran out very fast refrigerator broken cofffe pot broken pool not working guest laundry not working
- 1/5
Staff was rude, had multiple people behind front desk, drinking alcohol, loud and unprofessional
- 1/5
It was the worst place ever

- 4/5
It was cool
- 2/5
Room was clean, however we couldndt get wifi to work until morning of check out and even though the jetted tub was a huge plus you could hardly feel the pressure of the jets. Over all, the grandkids enjoyed it but next time i will see if they have another room with a jetted tub.
- 1/5
The staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating. I tried 3 different rooms and they all smelled terrible. Similar to a cat litter box. I was told the first room smelled like that because it was directly above a long term resident. The towels had large holes in them. Overall very outdated as well I’ve stayed in many low rated hotels, but this is the worst by far. I checked out early and found a better room.
- 4/5
The room was clean but the toilet was quite small and close to the ground. Also a lot of light and sound comes thru under the room's front door. Also the electrical receptacles are old and my chargers tend to fall out some times. One more thing, the bolts in the chair back need to be tightened.
- 4/5
Hotel needs refurbishing. The lobby carpet was worn and dirty. The couch was worn and looked like something that even Goodwill would not accept. The room was spacious, but the electrical outlets needed to be replaced.
- 1/5
The next morning, we left our room around 7 a.m. and returned later to find the door unlocked and would not latch shut or require a key to enter. Thankfully, it didn’t appear that anyone had entered, but it was unsettling enough for us to request a room change, which significantly disrupted our schedule. When we returned late that night, we discovered the new room wasn’t much better. One of the beds had a broken leg, which we reported but chose not to switch rooms again due to the inconvenience. Additionally, the overall cleanliness as well as the smell of the rooms were subpar, making us uneasy throughout our stay. We couldn’t trust the state of the amenities, such as the pool, and felt embarrassed to invite family members to visit us at the hotel. Unfortunately, this experience was bad enough that we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a shame because it’s the closest accommodation to our family, and we had hoped it could be a convenient option for years to come. Instead, this visit ensured we’ll be looking elsewhere for future stays.
- 4/5
The good: My bed was comfortable and clean and it was fairly quiet. The hotel is in a convenient location, near family and shopping. The not as good: The parking lot had some trash. There wasn't a lot of communication by the staff except a friendly hello and goodbye when I checked in and out. They never said anything about room cleaning for example if I had to request to get it cleaned. It was never cleaned and I was there for three nights. My room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. There were always kids in the lobby, they were well-behaved but the lobby appears to be their hangout area.
- 4/5
Hotel needs renovation.
- 4/5
Hassle free. It worked out for what I needed it.
- 3/5
It is an inexpensive place to rest my head.
- 1/5
Arrived late in the evening approximately 9:00pm, front seat under construction. The entire place reeked with a strong Marijuana smell. It was strong and BAD! After checking in and heading to our room, the smell still lingered everywhere even in our room overnight. It was a breath of fresh air when we left in the morning the construction was done and the Marijuana smell was gone!

Would not recommend the accommodations . Staff are rude and unprofessional.

Some time it was loud enough to wake us up. Other than that it was a good stay. Clean and friendly.

The room had an odor like wet dog. There were no towels after the first day. Housekeeping took the wet towels the first day but never replaced them nor refilled the toilet paper. There was Kleenex. The coffee maker didn’t work. There was no luggage stand.

The sink stopper got stuck so the sink wouldn't drain with no handle to lift it up. We went to call the front desk and the phone had no connection. Went down to ask for help with sink and they had no handyman. The towels were very thin. We asked for additional towels and they told us they didn't have many towels.

The person who checked us in at arrival was very nice. Our cable didn’t work in our room so no TV. They gave us the wrong room when we checked in. Only had one bed but the reservation was for two queen beds. Once we got into a room there were only two towels and one wash cloth. We had 3 people on our room. We asked 3 times for more towels and every time we were told they were still drying and they would bring sponge to the room. We never got an extra towel.

When we checked in and got to our room which was a double occupancy we had one washcloth one bath towel one hand towel one bath mat there were three of us when I asked for extra towels I was told to give them my dirty ones and they would only give me what I'd already dirtied I tried to tell them we needed extra no extra I ended up going and buying my own washcloth and my own towels just so I could shower I asked for extra pillow no pillow didn't have any kids that went swimming in the swimming pool asked for a towel no towels all towels were in the dryer apparently pull frigid supposed to be a heated pool frigid I have stayed at this property off and on for the last 14 years this is the worst experience I have ever had here I will never ever ever ever ever come back here again I will stay in the ratty tatty motel next door before I would stay in this one

Lake was beautiful! Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom layout was awkward.

There was no DO NOT DISTURB sign for the door. It was clean but some of the linen set was missing.

Mold on the ceiling in the shower. Had to hook up the television ourselves. The bathroom sink had puke that wasn’t propers cleaned. Felt very unsafe being there. No security. The parking lot had random cars that looked like they were stolen. No elevators. Sheets were the only thing cleaned. Toilet seat was broken. Stayed only 2 nights. Will not stay there again. Would recommend that Expedia not offer this establishment on their website.
