Well to start off the staff was real professional and helpful. The rooms were very clean and also the breakfast was very delicious and we will be coming here again.

We had such a great stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the front desk girl was incredibly friendly and welcoming, she really set the tone for our visit. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and everything was well stocked. Our room very comfortable. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Not being from Ft Worth, it was a little difficult to find and get to. We arrived at rush hour and were delayed at a turn because of traffic.

We travel and stay here at least four times a year. We stay in the studio. We liked it better before the remodel because there was a huge desk that separated the beds from the couch and you could store clothes in the big desk. Also, upon entering there used to be a big mirror there above the sink/coffee area. It was perfect fir 2 unmarried individuals travelling together. Now, there is a big picture of a cow in place of the big mirror. Only one trash can for the whole studio. A small round table took the place of the huge long desk.So there is a lot of wasted space in the studio now. Hopefully, some of these temodel faux pas will be fixed.

I loved this staff and place . Rooms were very clean, staff greeted us with emailed every morning at breakfast. Food was one of the better ones for sure compared to places I’ve eaten at other hotels. Parking lot well lit at night and right next to a few places to eat.

Everything about our stay here was fantastic. The cleanliness of the rooms, the service from the staff, and the pool area was very clean. I’m still giving this 5 stars although if I had one area of critique, it would be to have some different options for breakfast. Other than that, if you’re staying in Ft. Worth, this is the place.

The breakfast was great as well as the breakfast attendant. The front desk workers were very pleasant but the room was horrible as we hand a bad ant problem, with ants coming out the cracks in the wall and i had a room full of kids. Ants were crawling all over their food and it wasn't nice. I called down to tell them to see if we could move and they told me my only option was to fo an early check out but NOT RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND BACK because they were completely booked. They said no manager was available at all to speak with until Monday and my only other option was for them to come spray in which they did but the ants came back. It was and unpleasant, uncomfortable stay for my family.

The facilities were excellent as was the morning breakfast buffet! A lot better than most I have been to as this one had fresh cut fruit salad, omelets, bacon, sausage patties and more! Coffee was plentiful and excellent! The room was clean, spacious and the pool was excellent to swim in!

We ended up not needing to stay the full length and requested a refund for the 2 nights we didn’t use. Hotel management has ignored our request and essentially was able to double dip from our reservation plus any that came after we checked out.

The hot breakfast menu has many options. Try the blueberry waffles (recommended). Esthela’s service was superb, it’s nice to start your busy day with her attitude. Will come back!

1st room they stuck in a heavily smoked in room, we were moved and then someone was on the 4th floor above us was throw things on the floor and stamping like wild animals. Nothing was done after 6 calls to the front desk. Needless to say i didn't sleep all night and i had just had surgery on my hip.

The breakfast menu was great and the kitchen manager was friendly and kind. The shift managers were super nice and helpful.

The room was never clear properly. We pay for our king-size trying to give us a double double bed.

I requested a refund for this stay at the hotel and they told me only Hotels.com could grant the refund. Hotels.com customer service said that only the hotel could grant the refund. I was just asking for a credit to use a later date.

Parking was a little tight, and it's not the newest Hampton, but it was nice all the same.

Front desk check-in was friendly and quick, but it definitely seemed as if she could have used some help. The room was great until we figured out the air conditioner wasn't working. We got a room changed, but was down graded from two queens and a pullout couch to a king and a pullout couch with a rollaway bed. The rollaway took longer than expected to get there as the only person working was busy. We definitely needed the two queens and the pullout for the five people we had staying there. Hopefully I will see the credit I was promised soon. Overall it wasn't too horrible just inconvenient and not as expected.

The air-conditioning was very loud and ran all night. I had trouble sleeping. If I raised the temperature, it still ran all night. The check in staff were just cordial The night staff were very helpful and were very cheerful. She (I can't remember her name) but she went out of her way to help me. The coffee set up in the room did not have regular cream - only packaged powder The soap in the shower was less than effective in cleanliness. The breakfast was disappointing. I was hoping for a better selection (more protein). Coffee was just satisfactory. I was disappointed they did not have regular cream, but only offered coffee mate

This hotel was very clean, and it looked like its' been renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was clean, and the water was warm, breakfast was very good as well. I am definitely coming back to this place.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was semi clean. Bathroom had hair on the floor from previous guests and the bottom of the tub that should have been white was grey and brown like it had never been wiped.

It’s being renovated and the some of the parking lot still has construction materials. The inside is very nice and the rooms have a new, clean feel and spacious. Nice custom curtains and new everything. Good value for the money. The breakfast was a nice touch too.

I would have given them 5 stars, except that the guest next to us were super loud and obnoxious. We had to call front desk around 10:30 pm and then this AM. The front desk employee in both situations were very responsive and took ownership of the situation. I just wished we didn’t have to deal with this since this is a nicer hotel and it was midweek.

The hotel is under construction, but our room was fine. Octavia at check in was amazing, very friendly, super helpful. Jacuzzi was out of order which is a bummer after a long trip.

Everything was fine with the room and the breakfast options. However, the pool water felt sticky, lacked the right level of chlorine, and the pool and pool deck needed to be cleaned. Also, the fitness room was unavailable due to construction.

The room was great. Very specious and clean. The breakfast was served in a conference room because of renovations being done in the breakfast area. They had a variety of options though.

At 1:45 in the morning, then again at 4 in the morning, people screaming hollering drunks in the hallway. Not a fun experience and I will not be back. And I would not do it if I was you

Amazing hotel they were under remodel and alittle dirty by the elevators and had some crews working but not gonna complain about that cause that’s part of it. Loved the location and king size bed.

The renovations are ongoing as the Hilton steps in to the Hampton, but ask services continue and our room was excellent in every way. We would definitely return to this hotel.

The elevators were not working and they were doing remodeling to the whole downstairs so it made it difficult because you had to stay up stairs and the elevators weren't working. Also our room had AC problems. But the staff was very nice.

I wasn't told about the construction/demolition going on which compromised the elevator. Had to be escorted by staff to use the elevator. Very inconvenient. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was awesome after stepping through noisy construction zone going on all around lobby. I mean REALLY!

We have stayed at this place before with no issues. Staff super friendly and accommodating. However, the elevator was broken our entire stay. Staff would have to take you up and down when you arrived or needed to leave. Stairs were available but with luggage, that was an issue. But other than that, everyone was extremely nice.

Despite being under construction, check in process and overall cleanliness are great! Elevators are currently under construction as well which is the only reason I have 4/5 stars on condition/facilities (I was warned about construction after booking). So far so good!

Hotel was in the middle of remodel on a couple floors, which was at times a bit noisy. Elevator could only be operated by staff because of a previous lightning strike. That being said, it was still a good experience. Can't say enough good things about the efficiency and politeness of the staff. Their ability to handle everything is to be commended. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast delicious. Would absolutely stay there again.

Hotel was under renovations so rooms were only on floors 3 & 4. We were on 4th floor with no elevator. Only ice machine was on 1st floor. Noticed on my last day the renovation crew had blocked open an outside entrance all night leaving the hotel/guests vulnerable. On a positive note the staff was friendly and helpful. I had a great room on the first flooracross from the swimming pool with no neighbors on either side of me. My problem was the neighbors upstairs were up all night making all kinds of noise. Elevator has been out since December. You either had to walk up thexsyairs ir have (find) an employee manually work the elevator. It was struvk by lightning and parts ate no longer available. Had to wait a .hour past check in for a room. 1st room they put us in was a new re. Modeled room that had carpet and glue fumes that we could not breathe in. They are undertaking a remodeling, and well, it will take all summer. They have no clue when the elevators will be fixed. Very disappointing stay.

The hotel is currently undergoing construction. We stayed in an already renovated room and it was very nice! The only downside to this is that the elevator could only be taken when accompanied by a front desk agent, which was kind of inconvenient.

We have stayed at this property several times over the last year and will continue to stay when we are in town!

I reserved a room and pre-paid for it. I was informed that the hotel was being remodeled and did not have a working elevator when I arrived at the hotel NOT before. The person at the front desk could not accomadate us. We were expected to go up 3 flights (floors) of stairs with our luggage. Some of the people with me could not walk up the stairs. So we were NOT able to stay at the hotel. And the hotel would NOT refund me my money.

I personally really liked this hotel and the staff. My boyfriend and I only stayed here for one night but had previously booked a different hotel that was in very poor condition. When I called in a rush and a despite time the staff was very understanding and accommodated us with our needs for the night.

I asked Rebecca the staff who checked us in and she said not this Hampton Inn because they are a franchise. However she gave me the usual 2 bottles of water and 2 packs of butter cookies in a plastic bag which I always get at Hampton Inn at check Inn.

Good stay. Our commode was broken. We literally had to take the back off to manually flush it every time. Asked for a manager to call us after checking out to see what we could do. I mean I’m pretty sure that is not the way it works. But not call. Charged full price.

Nice and friendly personnel, clean hotel. The only problem (and this is not a fault to the hotel) was they had no Wi-Fi and the elevators weren’t 100% functional, this was due to a recent thunder strike on the hotel’s electric system. Either way, we were satisfy and will return here in the future.
