All of the staff was very friendly went out of their way to make the stay wonderful .The manger was out every morning cleaning the patio furniture.they told us about nice places to go .a lot of long time staff which means there a good place to work .Joy at the front desk was the best !!!! The location on the beach was exceptional and the view was fantastic. The breakfast was fine and coffee available 24/7 was a nice touch. No training facilities or safes in the room. The area was great, but I understand it was hit by a hurricane quite badly.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Everything was very clean, tidy, and recently remodeled. Our room was very nice, clean, and had a full kitchen. All rooms have an ocean view. The pool was quite large and very clean. Breakfast and parking are complimentary. The staff are very nice and friendly. I rate this hotel a 100/10.

Stayed here recently and had a very good experience. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great for relaxing and getting around Fort Myers Beach. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend it to others. 4/5 stars.

Our third time. We could not wait till it opened up after the hurricane. It was so nice and kept up and clean and friendly and pretty. The breakfast bar was cleaner nicer newer and good. The all day coffee machines were the BEST

Beautiful and clean hotel. It had an amazing breakfast included and staff on hand keeping everything full and clean. They have a coffee/espresso machine (2) that are free all day I was uncertain how coffee would taste but its fabulous! Had an Americano every morning! The room was big and had a kitchenette w a full size fridge, stovetop and dishes. The pool is nice and beach is right there. Amazing water view from our balcony. 10/10! Just do it!

Breakfast time staff could be more courteous to guests. The lady overseeing and refilling almost shouted at my 11 year old for spilling 2-3 drops of waffle batter 1-2 inches next to the cup. When I tried to ask if everything was okay and was there any problem, the lady replied YES. When I checked the waffle batter serving machine myself, I couldn’t get the batter out myself. Then she was kind enough to say, “Maybe it out” and proceeded to refill it. Other girl assigned to the breakfast was only interested is talking to Koko. The parrot in the lobby. She didn’t bother to check what was happening for a moment. Overall everyone at front desk except Mike was not very courteous. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t give a 5 star.

An issue occurred in the pool where a family with 4 boys seemed to take over the pool throwing an American football across the pool and diving at it splashing all in the pool. One guy asked them to stop and the “lady” mother got very aggressive. The desk staff said tell us in future and we will stop it. Shame it created an atmosphere all because the mother had no control over her boisterous kids. Despite that, we had a great holiday

What I liked most was the way we were treated by the hotel staff, always with a smile and always courteous. The location was great, a lot of parking spots, safe, simple but good breakfast, just on the beach, no roads crossing or things like this, just walk from the hotel's door and you are on the beach. the night before my check out, I made arrangements with the front desk employee to have my checkout done by noon, but around 11:15 am, a woman, I thought was a sheriff knocked my door mentioning my checkout was due by eleven. Besides that, I have no complaints.

The hotel was great. The staff was great. Location to the beach was excellent. Breakfast was awesome. You're about half a mile from a little bit of shopping and a few restaurants and some bars, but the area is still quite devastated from hurricanes. There's a lot of construction and building going on. It's a very nice hotel.

Hotel completely remodeled since the hurricane in 2022. Overall Good. Water pressure in the shower is really poor. King bed was a new mattress but it was uncomfortable. The cable TV kept going out, they need a different provider. Breakfast included was good, fresh and they resupplied the eggs etc. constantly. Coffee as usual not great in hotels, it was from a machine. Front Desk Staff Excellent. WiFi speed not great but ok. PROBLEM, Ft. Myers Beach (FMB) has a LOOONNNGGG Way to go to recover. Depressing to see so many empty lots of homes that were not rebuilt. 75% of business locations Empty. Few restaurants to choose from on the Island. Sometimes you have to travel a good bit like off FMB to find a different place to eat. Honestly I have been to FMB numerous times before, it is a great beach, but at least 2-3 years before I would consider returning, it is not really tourist ready yet. WORST the constant noise day and sometimes at night of the dredging machines trying to replenish the sand on the beach. When they are active just about impossible to use the balcony in the room.

So the hotel was great overall definitely would stay again . We've been coming to fort myers beach since 2012. However, we researched the hotel and on Best Western Plus beach resort actual website they didn't disclose that The Fort Myers Beach restoration project is going on. There was a huge dredger and super loud machines running at all sorts of hours near the resort. It was impossible to enjoy our beach front balcony and we had to walk super far on the beach to not hear the machines. We almost went home it was super upsetting and decided to ride it out though. BW really should have been transparent about this. Very disappointed being we came for quiet romantic getaway and spent good money to stay here.

There is a kitchen with a two burner stove and a small full refrigerator. There are not many restaurants, so we drove out a couple miles, each night. This was fine. They are still building back from the hurricane 3 years ago. The beach is beautiful but they're still working on some of it. Breakfast and coffee are included each day. This was great for us. The staff was super friendly. Everything was squeaky clean. We liked the view from our balcony each day. We're hoping to return.

The property was newly renovated. Family friendly. The evening front desk guy was super helpful, kind, and professional. Day staff ladies were okay not as friendly. Overnight front desk staff nice as well. Our room was great and clean. Housekeeping staff were top notch super kind and did a great job! Breakfast was fresh, hot, and good! The property was nice and very clean! You can rent chairs with an umbrella by the beach for $40 a day. We rented a jet ski for an hour the staff there were also friendly. The jetski rental for 1 hr after tax was $180ish, was a little pricey but to be expected. I definitely plan to come back here yearly! Thanks for making it such a great stay!!! My daughter and I loved our experience at Best Western Beach Resort Ft Myers, FL.

We had such a great time there. It was very clean, awesome view of the ocean,had your own deck, nice size refrigerator. We are planning to go back again.

My wife and originally booked two nights and our experience did not start off great as some guests around the pool area were extremely loud and breaking every pool rule they could. I reached out to the front desk to complain and within two minutes Donnie had corrected the situation. We were so impressed that we booked a third night. The Hotel and its grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great and the entire staff was friendly and helpful to all our needs. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and intend on returning back.

The room itself is so bad and old , A/C in such a bad condition, making horrible smell and very loud voices. It is so old. The room is so small not worth the money i paid per night. The pool is so small for the capacity of people that were swimming, did not feel healthy or safe. The beach had algae and merky water and there was no warning posted. Overall bad stay , waste of money.

Parking was a plus. For negatives, there was very loud music playing sat (House next door) most of the day, and then later that day, we could barely sit on our balcony because a large family ( adults included) was slapping each other down below with noodles in the pool. We were trying to entertain some family visiting. We felt staff could be monitoring this a little closer. The room was not cheap for the weekend, but we were happy to be visiting the area.

No need to drive, restaurants and shops are minutes away.

Very clean and well maintained hotel...the entire staff is friendly and efficient. We love that it is only a few steps to the beach...that's the whole point of our vacation! Their breakfast options are good, the breakfast area is organized and cozy. You have to get up early sonit doesn't get crowded but you can always take your food out and enjoy it on their little tables and nooks outside. They also have a good sized pool if you want a break from the beach..that is, if you can resist it. Despite a 4 hour thunderstorm during our stay, we enjoyed all the sun and white sand! It's within walking distance to the the town square which is their tourist hub (other than the beach of course), with tons of restaurants to choose from and little shops to browse around. It wasn't too crowded since it's not peak season but that's why we loved it even more. All in all, we had a good short vacation..we'll definitely be back again!

The staff at the Best Western Plus Beach Resort was friendly and informative. Our room was clean and comfortable. You can't beat the location and walkability. Being able to wake up each morning and walk out the back door and be on the beach was awesome. "The Square" is a 5-minute walk and provides options for food and beverages. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would stay here again!

Checking in/out was very easy, all the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and patient with children. Our room was ready even though the hotel was full. The beach is pretty nice, with white flat sand, the shadow under coconut trees is amazing, nice place to walk around. I felt safe letting the kids play on the beach. The walk to the pier, restaurants, and shops was such a short distance from the building and you can go quite far before you’re over your head. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Full refrigerator, microwave, and electric stove with utensils in the mini-kitchen area.

This hotel’s environment is very family oriented which I loved! Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. In addition, it is extremely clean, staff is constantly cleaning and sanitizing everything. The only issue that I found at the hotel is the elevator, you can tell that it’s dated because the wait is horrible, for people that have leg issues and can’t take the stairs and need to use the elevator will die waiting for it at the lobby. Everything else is good, if my family and I return we would most likely return to this hotel.

When I say it was RIGHT on the beach.. walk out & there it was!! Beautiful views from the balconies !! Even with the storms we sat out & watched .. thé breakfast was good .. thé changed it up each morning .. the only thing I would complain about is the carts you put your luggage on were very hard to roll & the elevators were slow but hey NO biggie !!! I would def go back

Privileged location on the beach, very clean facilities, breakfast to measure, very clean room. There is no bar service for the pool and garden.

The hotel was well kept and clean. The staff are really nice. I wish they had bigger rooms because they're small. The beach location is excellent and you don't have to deal with public beach.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is right on the beach. The rooms were clean and equipped with refrigerator, cooktop stove, and microwave.
