Fantastic place with a very cool vibe! Live music, awesome tiki bar, very tropical landscaping, 2 blocks from beach, pools are fantastic, staff super friendly! The music goes on pretty late but we were there with our 4 year old and when. She needed to go to bed you couldn’t hear anything in the back bedroom. Really great place can not wait to come back!!

No breakfast was available in the lobby. Their 'excuse' was they hadn't served it since COVID...REALLY!!? And they charged $5 for a cup of coffee. NEVER have I been charged for coffee at any hotel, motel, resort etc. RIDICULOUS!

The staff were friendly and polite. The property is run down and still needs repair from storm damage. Rooms had damaged floors and in need of updates. With so many rooms it is hard to believe I could only find 1 handicapped parking space and 1 person occupied it for most of the time I was there. I’d recommend this to a young group people who enjoy drinking and music at the tiki bar or anyone who likes daytime sunning at the pool or beach which is close.

Worse place I ever stayed. I got a message the day before, the elevator wasn’t working. Ok.. I got there after driving under a heavy rain and they told me where to park. Finished my check in, went to my car get my luggage and realized I was at 3rd at the opposite side where I parked and had to carry all mine and my daughter stuff and bring it by myself because there is no one to help. I was mad but tried to enjoy my deserved vacation. Blinds are horrible with no black out, I mean I was awake before 7 as the room gets VERY sunny inside. A/C old makes horrible noise. People including staff smoking everywhere all day long. When I complained about all that - I didn’t see anyone working on elevator - because I was already thinking how I would had to bring all my stuff downstairs again, the front office manager said the elevator has been broken for 3 years since hurricane, what the heck??? Plus baby cockroaches in the room, that hotel is in horrible condition, needs LOTS of maintenance! 1 of 10 just because it’s a nice location… I would never recommend or stay there again!!

Location is perfect! Pool onsite and very short walk to the beach. Tiki bar on site with entertainment. Fun atmosphere and within walking distance to many nice restaurants.

The resort was very nice and we enjoyed the location , room was clean and ready for early check in. The down of the resort is parking , the parking is not directly near your room and because they have a restaurant there sometimes it gets full. The other thing is that in our room the shades let the light come in and no curtains to prevent it. So if you plan to sleep is a bit hard . No phone in room so make sure to take your chargers.. Everything else was great ! 👍

Tiki bar and pools open to the public. A party hotel. Noise around our room until 2:30 am. Once and done.

There was an old dried wash cloth left in the shower when we checked in. The next day, the room was cleaned, trash was not emptied, old towels were removed but not replaced. Also saw a lot of baby roaches around the room. Was not warned about the loud music from the tiki bar late at night (room was right above the bar). Would have been nice to have a discount for food at the tiki bar restaurant instead of yukatan. It is very close to the beach. That’s the only reason I chose it.

Great location and quick walk to the ocean. Pool is community and not private. Tiki bar was fun, but if drinking and parting isn’t your vibe then try a different location. We were on the 3rd floor next to the parking lot and the tiki bar which is open to 2am. So it’s definitely loud if you’re trying to sleep. Bathroom need to be remodeled.

I've been staying at the Lighthouse for many years. I have to say, I'm not a fan of the late night ruckus at the teke hut. Not all of us seniors are trying to relive our youth. The motorcycles parked under the building reving there little motors with strait pipes at midnight is disrespectful.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. There was loud music from 2 PM until 2 AM—you simply cannot sleep. It was overcrowded, there was no elevator, and it is absolutely not worth the money they are charging.

They gave room keys to other people who entered while we were resting, which was a big mistake.

We loved the room. Very clean and staff helpful w/ the parking. I didn't see an iron or board and they need a parking garage is the only negativity I saw. But I don't think that there is any property nearby for a parking lot. The staff was helpful tho about finding me a space. We will definitely go back for another stay

This resort is so lovely, the vibes are chill and the drinks are strong!! The grounds are well kept and so tropical.

Perfect location near the beach and shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and very clean. Unfortunately we were only in town for one night or else we would have extended our reservation. We loved the Tiki bar as well. Check in was smooth (once I found the office) and the front desk attendant was extremely friendly and helpful with the different amenities. Great stay and highly recommend

Accommodations were ideal. Location is perfect for access to restaurants and beach. A full size refrigerator and stovetop are a bonus! Love the tiki bar and pool area. Clean and well maintained. 👌

During our stay we had one staff member who was very nice and offered us a room upgrade to a quieter part of the property as we were traveling with our 8 month old. The other front desk staff member was not helpful when trying to check in and noted our room was being cleaned for the last 2 hours. Sliding door in the room would not lock and would not seal which meant for a warm breeze and noise from traffic all day and night. Nice pool. Just be very cautious selecting your room to avoid the noise of the outdoor bar that is open until 2 am every night.

Everything about our stay was very impressive. This is where we will be staying now when we go to FMB. Well done and the tiki bars and whole atmosphere is PERFECT.

The bathroom light flickered the whole time we were there I asked for a new light and we never got one. The bathroom door the hinges were so rusted that the door did not shut all the way and you had to slam it shut and then pull it to open it. The blow dryer that was provided fell apart on me the first day I used it and it was totally rusted. I asked for a new blow dryer and I never got that. The other thing you need to remember is the rooms are right above or right by the tiki bar they have music every night which is very loud so you’re awake all night until the music ends and the bar doesn’t close until two so again, you have all the noise from the people. I will probably never stay at the lighthouse again.

Our room was right on top of Tiki Hut where every night music was so loud couldn’t sleep. When I asked to be moved front desk told me Expedia should have warned me that the room would be noisy and nothing available…. Otherwise place had nice pool , breakfast good in morning and two block walk to beach.

Room was clean and great location. We could walk anywhere on Fort Myers Beach to all the restaurants and hotspots. This hotel was hit by Ian. Looks like they remodeled it after Ian very quickly. And it shows in the rooms and they need to be looked at again. Scrape and repaint the ceilings , fix the drains in the bathroom sink and recalk the bathrooms. The pool area was great and inviting. The room was very big with a full kitchen, which was nice to have.

Everything was dingy, property needs TLC. Parking limited, am handicapped and there were 8 parking spots beneath out building full, however 7 of the cars had no Parking tag to even be there. Handicapped and had a long walk to where we had to park car. It was obvious that parking was used by bar patrons, there was to be an attendant but we were told only on weekends, this needs to be 7 days a week not two. Two more cars were parked in this same area in an area marked no parking, wife went to office about other issues, mentioned the parking situation and was informed those were owners cars, that lack of concern for paying guests. Music in both bar and pool areas were excessively loud, so we opted to spend money at neighboring bars and restaurants. Its obvious the owners aren't looking for repeat business. It appears they are only concerned with the bars than the rooms. That they only wish to take money out and not put any money into the buildings/rooms.

There was mold in the shower and the floors felt terribly dirty, as well as the material on the furniture looked clearly filthy. Reported it to the office. They stated that they would refund me still waiting on that refund. Highly disappointed. However, the area is a very active in good area to be in.

Also - if you want a quiet place to stay, this place isn’t for you. We knew there was nightly bands, but we didn’t know the layout of our building and the bar/band was centered directly in the middle and it was loud. However, we did enjoy it from our balcony and the music stops at 11 pm so it wasn’t horrible. But just know, this place is never quiet. Food at Tiki was always delicious and consistent, The staff was great. There’s supposed to be someone in guest parking to move the cones as they block the entryway into the lot. Half the time there was no one there so we had to get out of the car & move them.

Not having an elevator was not OK. Having the waterfall pool open to the public was terrible, and the music blaring so late at night was terrible.T along pizza off the.menunwaa disappointing. We loved this resort for so many years! We had not been back since Ian. We won't ever be back again.

Mold in our bathroom surrounding air vent. We didn’t notice at first , but we were coughing really bad the last few days of our stay. Parking attendant leaves you sitting for 10 minutes waiting to park in parking lot, finally moved cones out of the way and just entered.

A very fun resort. Had no idea that they had the islands top bar and one of the best swimming pools. All in all a wonderful visit. Our room was super small with no place to empty our suitcases however, part of that is my fault for not better understanding the room size. Definitely will come back again and will get a much larger room that allows us to move around and unpack our stuff. Great visit and definitely would recommend.

The location is very good; it is close to the central part of the Fort Myers Beach area where all of the restaurants and shops are located. The Tiki Bar stays open late, and the music can be quite loud. Additionally, the pool is open to the public, meaning essentially anyone can access it, even if they are not hotel guests. On the Sunday we were there, a group of young people who were not staying at the hotel came in and took over the pool area. They were loud and rowdy—throwing each other into the pool and hitting a ball around—making it difficult to relax. As a result, my wife and I ended up gathering our things and leaving the pool area.

We so enjoyed our time here. Our room was poolside and recently renovated. The amenities were fantastic. Had breakfast by the pool and the food was excellent. If you’re into the bar scene or just enjoying a cocktail next to the pool, this place is the best. Everything is right there and you have easy access to a fun time or a quiet time. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. Access to Fort Myers Beach is within a couple blocks and all the amazing restaurants are also in walking distance. I don’t think you could enjoy Fort Myers Beach any better anywhere else. We have made a pact, my son and I to return many times to come.

Although not on the beach, it’s close to everything. Loved both pools, the Tiki Bar, and live music. The traffic noise was not bad. We stayed in a room furthest from the Tiki Bar, so the noise wasn’t bad there either. Nothing, but I could see how it would be really loud if you had a room over the Tiki Bar.

The property is open to the public. Adults $20.00 and kids free. We did not get to use the amenities, which cost us $80.00. They put us on the third floor (42 steps) and there is no elevator. The tiki bar is opened to 2:00 am, which has very loud music the entire time. The beach is NOT close. It is about a 1/2 mile away. We will not be going back.

Walking distance to the beach with very good rates. Very Clean, we had a suite and eachone outside has its own little table and chairs. They forgot to leave me more coffee for the next day but was not big deal We went down and had breakfast so I just got some then. :)

We always stay at the Lighthouse when we visit Fort Myers Beach. They have everything you would need for your beach stay. The staff is super accommodating, from the parking attendant to the front desk. They all really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Close to all the beach activities going on at Fort Myers Beach.

We just stayed for one night. When we arrived in the evening, the property was super busy and it was really hard to figure out the parking situation. However, once we found a spot and got to our room, the room was very nice!

The location is great but be forewarned that the tiki bar is going pretty much all day and at night until 11/12. It is very loud! You will not escape the music by going to your room. It’s a very nice place to stay if that’s the environment you want. Not great for just trying to relax.

It was such a great location to beach and all things were in walking distance! A trolley and bus were also both available! We loved the location The fact that there was smoking allowed

The room was gorgeous and the staff were very attentive! Though the peaceful ambiance was ruined by the loud tiki bar late into the night (didn’t realize on our part that they’d be partying way past closing) and the food was very greasy and salty (not surprising for a tiki bar). The view was quite amazing and the quick access to the beach was excellent! Was extremely excited about the little kitchenette that was in the room as well as the back balcony with lounge chairs. Will DEFINITELY be coming back!

We booked a two room suite unaware that it was located right above the bar. Didn’t get much sleep for the three nights due to the noise of the band and the loud crowd which did not end until 2:30 am. We tried to switch rooms but there weren’t any available and the women at the main desk was very rude. We stayed in the older part of the complex which was run down. They have a beautiful pool area with newer units that looked very nice. The staff was very friendly and service was great. It’s a great location and a nice place as long as you’re aware of where you will be staying.

I have stayed here many times over the past 25 years but this will be the last. I should have listened to recent reviews. We paid $400 a night for a room on the second floor with a broken elevator. The shower door continued to fall off so they came in and took it down and rehung it but did not clean up after themselves so I had to clean the floor. There was mold in the shower. The room was EXTREMELY outdated. I don't mind paying for a room but you need to put the money back into the property. The pool is beautiful but it is open to the public. People came in on bikes so we couldn't always get chairs. I have never been to a resort where the pools are open to the public. This is done so they can sell $14 drinks to people off the street. The staff at the Tiki Bar and pool bar were great but the office staff were rude and made you feel like you were bothering them. It would have been $100 more a night to stay at Margaretville and I am sorry I didn't spend the extra money. For the difference it is a no brainer in the future. Believe the other reviews. If you can book it for under $200 it is probably worth it for the location but nothing else.

This place is a huge dive and totally overpriced. It looks nothing like it does on the website- the property is old and in bad shape. When I arrived I couldn't believe what I paid to stay at this place and felt totally ripped off. The live music played on the property blared in my room until late at night. There is not even a front desk. As I arrived just after 11:00 PM I had to find the security guard in the very loud and busy bar to get my room key. The elevator was broken. I had to drag my bag to the second floor to my dingy room. Housekeeping did not come for three days until I found someone to complain to. The only positive is proximity to the beach, but this does not outweigh the negatives and the heavy price tag.

The Bathroom constantly smelled of Urine. We complained but the cleaning of it seemed to make it worse. The towels were old as was the furniture, so old, they must have picked it from the street after it was thrown out. The floors were filthy to the point I threw my slippers and my husband socks out. The parking was awful!!! If you did get a space you were lucky. The hotel needs a major renovation. There were no amenities, No shampoo/soap/conditioner. I dare use the coffee pot. The fridge was dirty. The cost of the room was ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT!!!

They need to decide, are they a resort or a bar. They are not a resort right now, they are a Tiki bar. The noise coming from the bar at night is ridiculous for us who wish to be in bed by 10pm. The music in the bar did not shut down until midnight. The lights outside the room stay on as well and the rooms do not have black out shades but simple blinds so you get that light bleeding into your room. These two items lead to a horrible night of sleep and wrecked our next day because of the situation. We choose to leave early because of this. In addition to this parking was terrible. This "resort" has no working elevator to help you lift your stuff to the room and no signage on the stairs to guide you when you were forced to climb them with your luggage. The front desk felt the need to take a picture of my ID with my credit card information. This policy is very violating as I want my credit card info secured not in someone's phone. This so called resort was the worst part of my trip. I will never come back and would never recommend.

Our 2-bedroom unit was dirty and in very in very poor condition. The floors were cracked in more places than I could count. One of the bedrooms had no window! The window in the other bedroom was rusty, rotting, cracked and disgusting. At best, suitable for drunk spring breakers.

Tiki bar music blair until midnight every night. No room cleaning service daily. Only when you check out. Have to go to office for toilet paper, Clean towels and coffee because room service doesn't clean the rooms. The floors are fifty. Stepped in shower and the bottom of my feet are dirty in the shower. The front desk at night has no support to address guests needs. You are on your own to go to the front desk person which can't do anything except sit out side smoking, hand out towels, coffee and toilet paper. We have a group of 16 staying at an average of $1000 per couple or $8,000. None of us are satisfied with the room service or quality of accommodation. The Tiki bar was fun, had good service, fair food, good music but you need to let people know the band or DJ goes to midnight. Can't go to sleep before midnight.

Yes it has like mini apartment bed room king size bed. Staff was very professional, answer all questions. Showed us were our room was. Tiki bar very nice bartender. John was a very good bartender, food was good. They us a map were to go around town in fort Myers, We went to Perry’s bar, awesome Pizza the we had a upside down pizza, cheese is on the bottom and sauce on top again awesome. Richie G

Staff Courteous. Room was just older and out dated.

For the four days I was there. I had to keep calling and requesting the towels to be exchanged other than that the place was nice. The food was good at the tiki and good entertainment poles were clean.

The staff was fine here but the pictures of the rooms were not consistent with the room we had. The shades in the room did not allow privacy and the door had a 1/4” gap in the top. Room was clean but there was mold in the tile grout in the bathroom. There was excessive noise from the Tiki bar in the room past 10pm. Not the level of quality I expected from the pictures.

We had a check in today around 2. We were very please that the room was ready early, as we had a wedding to attend at 5. Some examples that we found when entering our room. Bug smashed on wall next to light switch. Bug dead on floor. Headboard stained. Floor looking like it needs mopped. A piece of tile sticking up. Not pictured.... Toilet seat broken. Just figured I give you a heads up on why my review probably won't be the best.

We had a lovely stay at the lighthouse, the room we had was very spacious with a kitchen if eating in was preferred. The rooms were immaculate and we had plenty of towels in our room and could get more if we wanted. The Tiki was right there playing excellent music but you could could also eat here as well. The location was excellent and we could walk everywhere. The beach was beautiful too! Thank you for a nice stay!

Room was above the tiki hut that had loud music til 12/1am. When the add says tranquil retreat And no hot water to the third floor. Staff upon checkin said she could not move us. Nor could they move us on day 2 Awful. Prisoner once I got up there. If I stayed out all day. I came back exhausted to loud music beneath me

Room was worn. Paper thin walls. Pool is small and right next to Tiki Bar.

The room was much older than the pictures advertised looked. The caulking around the bathroom was moldy, the room had a stale smell and felt moist, the paint was peeling off of the lamps on the nightstand, and the fabrics in the room were stained. Most notably we did not have a comforter just a sheet. There was also music blaring until 11:30pm from the tiki bar that had our room shaking from the base. Definitely more of a spring break vibe.

We were in the newly completed section, which was very nicely done. The room was a one room suite, which for 2 nights allowed us a little more room. The best feature is that it's right in Time Square, park your car and you can walk to everything.

We are on the third floor without elevator (we received a message after the reservation was made but it was too late) also we are above a outdoor tiki bar so loud music and drunk people in the stairs at night.. not cool with kids. The person at the lobby told us is was written on your website but No. Really a ln below ordinary place to stay I wouldn’t recommend

The best things about the hotel are the location and the tiki bar which had a great atmosphere. I would describe the hotel as no frills but clean.

No water pressure vents were filthy elevators broken loud music until 11 pm loud bar crowd later than that. Shutters didn’t work for patio doors room was a dump very dated half the electrical switches didn’t work. Never again

Definitely a hotel for parties…which is not us. The bed was comfortable and once the noise died down from the tiki bar we were finally able to sleep. Until that happened, though, all we could do is listen to the ruckus. Again, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, staff was courteous, the food from the tiki bar was good, but we won’t be staying there again simply because of the noise.

Website pictures are deceiving, half of the hotel is NOT remodeled, sofa couch was extremely uncomfortable, refrigerator was set on the coldest temp but definitely did not keep things cold. Our floooring in the room was buckling and cracking. Room smelled musty. If you want to party hard, this is the hotel for you! If you have a family with small children, definitely not the hotel for you. People park in non-parking spots making it difficult for other guests to exit the property. Our first day arriving, a female working in the main tiki bar was NOT friendly and acted like we were more of a nuisance than anything. I've stayed in this hotel in the past hence the reason why we came back last time however, I will not be returning. Was definitley looking forward to this vacation but was extremely let down.

IT is difficult to get to and find the check in area. But my issue was the pool area does NOT look anything like the picture. THere is still so much repairs that need to be done and I hope that they continue to work. The tiki bar was fun and priced right

Our go to spot. Nicely decorated rooms with comfy beds. Entertainment down at the tiki is always fun. Newly opened rooms in the back haven't stayed in yet but they look amazing and so does the new pool. Stay here you won't be disappointed. We love the lighthouse

The TV had a line through it, The band that was playing needed to keep their political views to themselves. The shower when it was draining the toilet was backing up and bubbling. Cigarette butts everywhere. The pool they show in pictures not the one on premises. A place over 60 plus trying to relive their youth.

We DID like the huge Tiki Bar, bartenders, good drinks and music!! People were enjoying themselves and it was a nice mix of age groups. The hotel is across the street from the beach and next to Margaritaville. There’s nearby walkable places to eat but golf cart and shuttle transportation is available for a few dollars per person.

Loved my stay, loved the vibe & the ambiance of the pool area at night, loved the live music and tiki bar right there, i disnt hear the music while i was trying to go to sleep. So close to the beach shops, coffee other night life. Loved it! Already booked my return trip for the spring!

I did not not get any free breakfast,but was good food.Thae room was not as clean.After walking on floors my feet were dirty.So wear shoes all the time.Toilet broke had to be fixed then still would not work right.Had to come back again.Then day I left was acting up again.No camaras on that building.Said they up graded me and I they did was gave me a rroo tat on top of garage.Could not see nothing.Then elevator quit after I was there.Would not stay again.

It was close to everything and I love their 2 bedroom suite options along with the Tiki Bar

there is no place else I would rather stay in Fort Myers Beach. I absolutely hate leaving there every time and I'm looking forward to coming back as soon as possible.

The rooms are newly renovated and are very spacious. We were disappointed the pool was not open and waiting for an inspection.

Not overly crowded. Room was huge with 2 queen beds, full kicthen, stove, plates, cups. Tiki bar was awesome. Food was awesome. Room service was fast. Ordered our food and it was at the door within 10min. Check in was ease. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse resort. The renovation of the room wa well done. The furniture was comfortable and the room was clean. The property is in a great location - wither easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, and entertainments. We only found two negatives. 1 -the parking situation is horrible. We were issued a parking pass for the stay butf ound that the 10 spots in front of our back of the resort unit were take 70% of the time by non-resort guests. We asked the parking security guy and the front desk staff about it and were told, we know many spaces are taken by non-resort guests but we don't enforced so just keep looking. If we are paying close to $200 a night, we should not lose our parking to non-resort guests. The other negative is the room is extremely bright all night. The blinds do very little to block the lighting from the exterior of the hotel. It was a minor inconvenience and won't prevent us from staying again but I wanted to mention it for others who are sensitive to that type of thing.

Nice place

We enjoyed our holiday weekend stay from the food to the tiki bar, beds were super comfortable and staff was great. There is only one negative that I have to put and i do understand they are still working on repairs. However the elevator not in working order is really hard since we had our blind son with us. We did manage the stairs but it was difficult. The offfice staff were extremly nice and helpful to us it was just a hard situation. We will definitely go back, just hopefully that situation will be fixed.

Our room and the staff were wonderful but the new pool that was advertised was not open. We were not told until 3 days before our trip which we were already driving to Fort Myers Beach from New York.

This is a great hotel yo have fun and party all night. The kind if place you don’t care how everything looks because you won’t spend much time in your room. There’s a band that plays every night until 11 or pass. The rooms and place should have a full renovation from bathroom tiles to replacing vinyl flooring. There was only 2 bed sheets for us to cover. We will always stay here when we come to the gulf coast, have been for years. We understand the damage from Ian and still working on it :) The blowers from the tiki bar kitchen made sitting outside impossible based on the room location, breeze was ok. Felt safe there, and enjoyed it.

Floors were in terrible shape and need to be replaced. The planks were cracked bad. Do NOT walk barefoot.

We had a one night stay .I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was recently renovated, very nice decor! Lots of fun activities 😀 Everyone enjoyed the pool , lots of fun with the other guests!!!! We will definitely come again.

Great place to stay in FMB! Close to everything.

Very loud music, late into the night. No smoke detector in room. Very minimal cooking equipment in the kitchen, not even a steak or cutting knife. It was advertised to have a guest laundry on site and it did not. Our room was ungodly hot. When we asked at the front desk, they said it was because it was hot outside, but every other guest we asked at the pool said there rooms were all 70 degrees or lower. Ours was hardly under 80 despite thermostat being set at 68. We watched a housekeeper just leave our door room wide open the whole time she planed our room while we were at the pool. Definitely will not be back and will not recommend this place. Most of the staff acted like they didnt want to be there when asked for anything. A bartender rolled his eyes at me because he had to put his cigarette down to fill my ice bucket. They allow smoking all on the property too which I would have absolutely not booked here had I known.

We were locked out of our room for hours. There were no hotel staff to let us back into our room. We paid over $300 per night and had to sleep in our car to wait for someone to show up to let us into our room. It was the worst vacation ever.

Multiple roaches. I know its Florida and next to the water, but definitely more than anywhere else I've stayed. Other than that, I love the place.

Our stay was wonderful! Our rooms were new and large. Check in was quick and easy and we were even able to check in early. The pool was clean and fun. The Tiki Bar was a good time. The hotel is in a perfect location- so walkable to the beach and the restaurants and bars nearby. Plus free parking, right by your room! Great stay, definitely recommend.

When there was a heavy rain storm the window leaked water in both the front bedroom and the living room. Also, the bathroom window was very loose, but luckily we were on the second floor, which did not make us extremely concerned.

For the Price, this was a great place to stay. We were on the fourth floor of the main area and the tiki bar was very loud, but the band was good. The bar and pool area were pretty crowded the entire time we were there. Our room was very large. The bed was comfortable, and we had a shared outdoor area on either side of the room.

This is my third time staying here and I absolutely love it! Will definitely be back.

We liked the room 155. Could not have been better. The lady who checked us in could have been nicer. The food was terrible! Coach fritters are full of shells. Surprised we did not break a tooth. The peel n eat shrimp had no seasoning and were undercooked. Kaylee served us breakfast the next day. She was rude and told me that ordering my eggs over medium was unusual. They came out wrong and she made quite a scene as she threw them away and aggravated me while I ate the rest of the meal.

The AC quit working and front desk clerk was wonderful and moved us to an upgraded room.

I liked everything about the resort. The location was great, the resort was clean, very nice restaurant on the premises, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful! I will definitely be going back to the Lighthouse Resort.

The staff lied rigjt to my face about having a workingnm elevator. Claiming it just broke the day before. Every guest comfirmed it was down for the whole time they were there. My wife & i are recivering from knee surgeries. Top floor, they kept us on the top floor, they had cheaper floors on the bottom floor but didnt want to do the paper work. They could have told usbin time to rebook elsewhere. They just didnt want to loose the business....we're never going back

Loved the Tiki bar (which is open until 2am) and pool. Unfortunately the main pool was closed due to waiting for permits. Room was great with a nice balcony area. Parking is tight especially on the weekend. Close to beach, restaurants & bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the tiki bar, just across the street from the beach and other bars and restaurants. Clean room, fun place.

Enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately the new pool was closed 3 of the 6 days we stayed, however there was still a smaller pool available. When we did use the new pool, it was so refreshing. Clean, big enough for multiple families and the waterfall was fun. The king suite was brand new and met our needs for the most part. It was decorated well and easy to find! Make sure to plan for no utensils or stovetop in the new suite. It was closer to a mini kitchenette with a mid size fridge. No closet, but plenty of drawer space and 2 bars for hanging clothes on either side of bedroom TV. TV was spotty here and there for local channels, but you could use your own apps on the smart tvs. Both TVs were large and new! Patio was a great space to see the new pool and shaded! Be prepared the noise travels with as close as the suites are to the new pool. No sleeping in with the younger families swimming early. But we didn’t mind. Staff at hotel was amazing! The Tiki bar was fun, although it was a little confusing at times on how to order and sometimes navigate where to sit. No true wait staff. You had to go to bar each time to order drinks, food, etc. However, they were extremely fun and professional! Fun music! Location of hotel was PERFECT! Super close to the beach, restaurants and other hotels to meet up with friends/family also visiting. We would stay here again.

Great property to stay with family. Clean and spacious rooms with a view of the pool. We had a fantastic trip. Will book again soon.

Room was clean upon arrival, we even got to check in early which was great as we got in 6 hours before check in. The tiki bar was great! All the food and drinks we had were so good. The ONLY two complaints I would have is parking, if you can leave your car do it because it is very hard to get a spot. The second is the new/nice pool was shut down for a few of the days while we were there. Overall we had a great stay

Beautiful property with two pools. One pool is next to the restaurant/bar area making it very convenient. Rooms are spacious, clean, and mine had a full size refrigerator and stove. My balcony was huge and had two chairs and a table. My balcony overlooked the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Cockroach’s crawling out from under the bed literally snacking on some crumb that was left on the floor right in front of my eyes. Also I believe they allow pets which correlated to some really bad allergies for me but that’s my fault for booking at a pet friendly place. Fun atmosphere by the bar and pool.

I had booked this for 1 night with some friends. After arriving the front desk was very helpful & kind. When we got to our room we loved it. It’s not like all the other chain hotels. It’s unique and was an amazing time. Only minutes from the ocean. Pool was great & bar was a fun time. This is walking distance from tons of great activity’s. Their sister restraunt the Yucatán had awesome food. Live music and a great atmosphere. Don’t listen to the few bad reviews people have given. I had 0 issues and an amazing stay. 10/10. 100% will be staying here in the future on my next trip.
