Great room. Very clean but there was an old smell of cigarette in the room. Other than that it was a great stay!

The total energy, nice outside breakfast, paddle boards.

When I travel through Fort Myers, Latitude 26 will always be my go to place to stay, especially in the off season. Given the amenities, closeness to so many things to do, including the beach, I doubt there is a better deal out there. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and have everything one needs to stay an evening or a week.

Such a quaint cute little area! The pool was nice and everything was well maintained We stayed in the little cottage and the first couple days we had a problem keeping it cool but the gentleman at the office got us an extra fan and it worked great!

The place looks good in general with an excellent location. Rooms are very spacious but need maintenance. There were termites residues on one of our beds and one of the rooms booked by a family members the AC was not working. The staff moved them to a smaller room and part of the family ended up sleeping in our room.

Enjoyed our stay. Walkable to a lot of things and quick uber to beach. Nice room and marina area. Pool was great. Breakfast was meager but as long as there is something we’re happy. Everyone that worked there was nice. Was so nice to have restaurant steps away Walmart is walkable for snacks or if you want to grill

We had plans to take the Key West ferry the next morning and wanted something close. The property is easy to get to, plenty of parking, and Check in is automated. Nice outdoor spaces. Room is a little dated, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Overall nice stay.

The room, sheets and bathroom were very clean. As we only stayed one night and it was raining we could not use the pool. I had inquired about a grab and go packed breakfast as we were leaving very early and a very friendly young man brought it to our room shortly after we had checked in. Overall, excellent, professional and friendly service. I would stay there again It seems the walls might be thin as we heard a phone beeping all night for incoming messages in the neighboring room. Some.people just have no manners..

We loved our stay. This is a place meant for people who want to have fun and enjoy music throughout the property. The tiki bar is a blast. However, if you go to bed early, it might be a bit too loud if your room is nearby. In our case, we loved it. They also have two swimming pools with one quieter and more relaxing whereas the other was our favorite place to hang out each day with fun crowd, food, beverage service, music and an overall good vibe. Be cautious on the room size that you reserve since ours was considered a standard room, but didn’t have a dresser or a place to put our suitcases other than on the floor. The room was rather inexpensive so we will just get a bigger room next year and it won’t be an issue. Just don’t buy the smallest room if that is a concern of yours. Parking was easy, plentiful and free. As for location, we could walk a few blocks to everything. That includes the beach where we saw dolphins and stingrays, plus multiple fun bars and restaurants. Truly in the center of everything. If you want to ride bikes, I’d recommend going to Sanibel Island for the day since they have 25 miles of paths whereas Fort Myers Beach is limited to streets/sidewalks in a more congested area. For food, we enjoyed our hotel restaurant, but we would also recommend walking four blocks to Snug Harbor. For events, we drove to the Everglades for an airboat tour, which was fun, but no wildlife except at their pet farm. Did the tiki boat tour and had a blast with Captain Mark.

We had a nice visit and would definitely recommend! Our room and the property were very clean. Staff was great with their communication leading up to our arrival. The breakfast was simple, but was enjoyable with a nice comfortable outdoor eating area.

Make sure you call the hotel directly because you need to fill in forms electronically prior to getting a room code. There is no one at the office after 5pm. Room was OK; property is nice by the water; breakfast was nice and outside by the water

Parking was great, the noise from the busy road right in front of the property was annoying. Shower was not exactly clean.

Great little room. Stayed in the loft suite. Was my second time there. Beautiful little place right over the bridge to the beach!

Amazing staff and amenities

My issue was the noise. The cleaning rooms were close by and all night these very loud long mechanical noise so loud it kept us awake so much throughout the night. We had some very loud people next door but the staff was very quick to tell them it was the quiet hours.

There are 2 properties…. Both on busy highway too close to highway for us but staff and the breakfast setup was adorable and nice

The room was so cute! Restaurant next door, lots of fun things available to borrow including bikes, fishing poles etc. Perfect for our night before getting on the Key West express early in the morning. It’s right down the road.

Decided to ditch the normal all-the-time common hotel and rented the cottage. Such a great decision. The place is quiet and perfect.

We enjoyed bike riding, the pool, and the many outdoor amenities that were available. The restaurant next door was great too! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The only complaint I would have is that the resort is on a main road with a lot of traffic noise. We had an amazing trip with many memories. Thank you Latitude 26!

Staff, pool and kayaks were very good. The room's floor was a bit dirty when we got there, but we never asked for it to be cleaned. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged but fine. saw a dolphin right off of their dock! great location just a couple of miles from the beaches, wal mart, grocery stores and restaurant options. VG option for the price range.

I could not access my room initially. The to open the door didn’t work. We had to travel several blocks to the office, to have the issue resolved. They do not have a telephone number to speak to a person. The room was sparse. There were sugar ants all around the bathroom sink.

There are so many things we loved about this motel. The first thing we noticed is how clean the property is colorful, great decorations on the outdoors. It was awesome. We were pleasantly surprised going into our room beautiful colors, decorated nicely and clean, clean clean. I’ve never seen a motel room this clean the gentleman that was working. There was so nice. Anything we asked for questions or beach, chairs, and towels. He provided information he provided. He was fantastic. We definitely will be staying there again and bringing back the family.

Staff was very pleasant. Hotel is very outdated. Room smelled very musty. This doesn’t even come close to a resort. I would not stay there again.

Have a live person answer the phone. There is no way to contact the resort directly.

Day 1&2 we stayed on the houseboat Floating Coconut. Adorable. The only thing we noticed was listing port side, worse with low tide. It didn’t bother us but we let them know. Day 3 we had a change of plans and stayed in a King room which was newly renovated and as large as a suite.

Wonderful! Perfect location to the beaches and grocery. Decorated so cute and has string lights out to enjoy in the evening. Great bar and grill next door for lunch/dinner. Very happy with latitude staff. Very helpful and friendly. Would definitely return!

Keep this in mind it was a late last minute booking for just a night before we flew back home. We didnt get a chance to explore to resort. The room was clean, basic hotel room. Somewhat outdated but wouldn't rule it out when back in the area.

We had a very nice time!!! Great location too! Went to Snug Harbor for supper after shelling on Sanibel. Summerlin Cafe is great for breakfast too and it’s close by.

This is a small motel style hotel. Check in and out is all automated and easy to do. Location at marina is nice for sitting by the water. Cute bar with music next door. Rooms are cute with Florida decor. The front desk host was great and brought us our breakfast options the night before since we were checking out before it was to be served. The only improvement I can recommend is having improved comforters. The thin sheet and coverlet was not adequate. Sleeping would have been better with a warmer blanket option.

Breakfast bars and english muffins, coffee, tea, juice, milk good variety of snacks. Not bad for price of the area. We just did a quick overnight stay getting off of the Keywest express and this was close.it looked like this could be a good weekend getaway there was a canal behind the hotel that you could pattle board of use Kayaks that they provide at first come first serve. Hotel was old but nicely redone. Clean and beds weren't too bad. Breakfast area was cute by the water covered patio over looking the canal. All in all good for the money. We would use this hotel again.

Our issue was could not keep the tv on. Kept shutting down on us through your Hulu .

My stay there after disembarking the Key West Express late at night was a seamless/Keyless entry to a very clean, nicely decorated room. One bed ( queen) is in the entry with a small kitchenette. The other bed (King) is in a closed bedroom. The whole property was well maintained. ALL the staff was professional, kind and courteous from the Manager to the housekeepers and maintenance. A very SAFE area. We were 2 women traveling in our 60's with our 85 year old mother. There is a restaurant just a few steps away. Great Food, staff and very reasonable prices. Next time I am in Ft. Meyers, this is my go to place!! The free breakfast was well stocked on a cute outdoor patio area that is self- serve. I highly recommend 👌

This place is wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and the my room (#9) was spotless. The pool and outdoor lounge were great! They also have a gas fire table that you can use and it looks out over the water. I will definitely stay here again!!! The whole place had a very cute vibe.

The Boathouse was clean and plenty of room. Needs some maintenance and upkeep. The boat tilted to one side so doors didnt want to stay shut. Staff was not onsite for most of our stay but could call their other property across the street if needed. Amazing amenities such as use of bikes and kayaks. Wonderful breakfast spread. Convenient location. Beautiful location for sunsets. Don't use the onsite laundry! The water made my clothes smell horrible and I was not driving back home for 2 days with that in my car.

The room had flood/water damage. Mold. Broken cupboards. Dirty bedding.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Good hot water pressure in the shower. Kayaks and bicycles available for use. Very close to Fort Myers Beach. Free breakfast was just ok. Only real negative is the road noise, as it is on a busy stretch of San Carlos Blvd. We would stay here again.

Clean room, great staff! Loved having bicycles available. We rode them to the beach. The hotel is old, but maintained well. Could certainly use dark out curtains. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

I really like the idea staying on houseboat especially the five of us. Im not disappointed. Floating Coconut cottage boat was fun, secluded with a great dining option-Bayside Sports Bar and Grill. Everything we tried there was excellent, so we came back for more. I would definitely recommend staying at Latitude 26.

Great place the property is older but well maintained. Pool was great free kayaks and bikes are neat! The breakfast was decent… Overall would recommend and will likely be back! The staff was also fantastic super laid back great little off fort Myers beach off season spot!

The breakfast out by the water and we had yogurt, fresh fruit, granola. Cereal, milk and plenty of coffee to begin your day.

We had a great time. It rained a lot so we stayed on the boat most of our time and played games. Will definitely stay again. We had a slight issue with the AC and maintenance took care of it ASAP. They're a great crew.

Dirty towels, location wasn’t the one we normally stay at . Staff was hard to talk to if you could find them . Overall very unpleasant stay bathroom and tbke had small bugs all around in it

Brief overnight stay before going to Key West. Not fancy but clean. No contact with any staff on site. Great location if you’re taking Key West Express ferry which is less than 10 minutes away by car.

Room 9 is where i stayed, nobody should stay in this room until you update it, broken tile and loose floor tile, outdoor table in chairs that where painted. Desk chair, rollers on it that dont roll, tv way to small for room. IF your going to charge that amount for this room, you need to upgrade. I wont be back!

The bed was okay, and there was a decent outdoor breakfast space with nice breakfast options. The swimming pool and the next-door restaurant serving traditional American cuisine provided additional comfort. Located next to a busy road, but with quick access to the beach area. I was satisfied with my stay there.

We stayed here on a whim last year and love it- inviting and clean, reasonable prices, close to trolley stops for easy access to beach and restaurants- free bikes and kayaks.

The place is well located and the staff is very friendly and willing. But unfortunately I will not stay there again. The room had a very strong stench, smelled like mold and even though I left it open then asked them to spray it, the smell didn’t go away. The AC units are Jurassic, and I could see from the outside that they were also dirty, with that, the air in room did not circulate evenly so one side was too cold the other side was muggy (I had a double bedroom suite). I am not sick, not sure if because of the smell or the AC.

Contractor says fix your AC your Jacuzzi paint everything else that needs to be fixed. The outlets are in good shape no electrical problems but there’s a crack in the hot tub and your AC needs to be fixed. Just buy a new condenser and be done with it. I don’t like cheap people fix it or stop running the unit that doesn’t have AC.

Small, simple and very nice. Clean, good service. Everything was good to very good, except the toilet paper. LOL I don't know why single-ply toilet paper exists. Please invest in 2-ply.

I liked that it has boat ramps so you can park your boat or Jet Ski. Plenty of parking if U have a boat or Jet Ski. Rooms are spacious. Downtown Ft. Myers is like a Mile away where there is plenty of shopping and dinning to do. Ft. Myers Beach is right across downtown Ft. Myers just across the street. Staff is friendly. Joe was great ! Let us know if we needed anything to just contact him.

We stay there because it was close to the Key West ferry. Stay was pleasant and had good proximity to restaurants

Big shock when we arrived….the pictures on the website were real pictures but here are some others to show you the full property. It’s also on a busy road full of ugly buildings. To call it a water resort is a joke.

That really meant a lot Bonus: the trolley stop is right down the street and it costs a dollar a day to hop on and hop off to the beach and entertainment! Nice outdoor furniture. Even a bbq grill. And a nice restaurant next door. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We WILL be back. Thank you

Property is tropical with a variety of seating areas. Breakfast was sufficient to start the day.

Clean and comfy. It’s right on the canal which is nice. The road is busy and you hear traffic 24/7 and maybe need some better curtains to block out the light. Overall nice and would stay again. Very close to Sanibel and Red Sox

I had a good stay. The bed was a little soft, but I don’t weigh a lot so that was all right but the fan in the bathroom kinda got annoying but the people who work there were awesome and it was clean and I would go there again.

This place has impeccably kept grounds and clean comfortable rooms. Complimentary kayaks and fishing poles, crystal clean swilling pool and we literally watched dolphins play in the channel while we ate our breakfast. This cute resort offers extreme value. Note that it does sit on a pretty busy roadway but this is a small price to pay

Loved this place! Thrblocation is next to a rewlly delicious bar and then within walking distance, you can hop on the bus for dirt cheap and go down to fort myers beach!

Clean. Good enough olde Florida style motel. Pool gate locked at 6 pm so not able to swim after long journey. Near Key West ferry. Short drive for early morning boarding. Nice desk clerk.

The staff is amazing here, only issue lots and lots of noseeums. Our kitchen was covered in them. Unfortunately they say you got to get used to them. But honestly the location and staff made everything great.

OMG what can I say this place is the best the rooms were cute and island style. The staff what can I say about all the staff they were great! Approachable always willing to help you from the front desk to the housekeepers. And the amenities what sold me to come back! Kayaks, fishing poles, the marsh to go fishing bikes, the pool and a fish bait store next door and a restaurant walking distance. I've been to some hotels in Fort Myers and in Naples but this one is the best! if you love sun and fun without having to get in the car this is your destination

There was free bike and kayak rentals. You can walk 45 minutes down to Fort Myers Beach. Bike to Mini golf and other areas. Kayaking in the canals right from the hotel dock.

The photos that are on your site are far from reality. This place is on a very busy highway and the service there is not even remotely existent. The beds and furnishings are extremely outdated and uncomfortable. To me this was false advertising, to where pictures do not show what you are actually getting.

It fit our needs

Omg it was the best! So much to do not just the pool... we were on the water fishing daily on the provided kayaks and fishing polls! Best stay ever! So clean lite breakfast provided property nice! Loved it coming back! And the housekeepers and staff the best!

Too much traffic. Sanibel was not worth day trip. Dead fish and dead stop traffic Key west was amazing. Lovers key nice but traffic is crazy.

The location is terrible; very close to the street so you hear the cars day and night. They play this annoying music all the time...I guess they have a speaker somewhere. I guess they think it's Disney (?). Along with the noise, comes the fact they don't have blackout curtains, so having a good night's rest is out of the question. The mattess was so soft you felt you were inside a cloud, and not in a good way. One thing I did like was the check-in process. Easy breezy. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this place.

Had ants, housekeeping walked in on me, the entry pad worked sometimes, shower only partially worked. Looks cute and good location but I would not stay again or recommend for anyone else.
