Excellent, friendly front desk staff - at arrival and departure. Terrific bed pillows and climate control. Then, there was breakfast -- first, no coffee and second, cold scrambled eggs, gummy English muffins and no butter. Waffle House is a walkable alternative

The rooms are clean and well maintained by the excellent staff. Pool is small but maintained. The overall building is outdated and in need of a remodel. Go ahead and book a room for all the positive things I've said, as well as the price. If you want new construction, there is another Comfort Inn a short distance away.

Made the right way - ground coffee beans. Also Hotel honored my wrtten special request of were I wanted my room to be location. Believe the hotel is well managed.

Will not stay here again. The smell of Pot was overwhelming in the Lobby, Hallway and my "non smoking" room as well. For a $200 a night price tag this hotel location is not worth it and needs to be cleaned up. It is ridiculous to spend money at a name brand hotel and be subjected to the overwhelming pot odor. You can do better.

The room was clean. There was no hot water in the shower and the bed is on the floor there should be a mattresses should not be on the floor good luck here.

The hotel is due to be refreshed in May 2026 and it needs it! Rooms are a bit dark and dreary. Decent breakfast, but supplies of coffee, hot water and some food ran out on more than one occasion.

The room appeared fine upon arrival but at night time I started seeing small roaches (mainly in bathroom area) but they would also get on carpet and it was hard to spot them because the carpet is dark. I killed several. Was unable to tell anyone at front desk when I left cause the attendant wasn’t there.

The biggest issue was the elevator. It was having technical issues and me , my husband and ine other person were stuck on it for a little while. The bathroom could use more lighting to help in the ease of doing makeup but thats a minor item. Otherwise, it was a great hotel. Yhr bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. The room was clean, and the area has several places to eat around it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had to go through 3 rooms to find one that didn't smell musty when air conditioner is running. Well after an hour that air conditioner stank up the room with musty smell. The best for last after my wifes shower she had to kill coch roache. Needless to say we checked out immediately Needless

There was nothing nice about this place. The staff was never at the desk. The orange juice dispenser gave you cloudy water, no juice. The vending machine took my money. The cups that were individually wrapped had a hole in it and my water ran all over me. The building is really old and it was just gross. Not like pictures at all. I stayed there 1 night. I was suppose to stay for 3. I tried to get someone’s attention at the front desk. Finally a non English speaking woman came around corner. I told her I was leaving early. Gave her my room number and left. I have no idea if she understood or not.

Overall we had a nice stay. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Good AC. Our only downfall was that Breakfast ended and 9. We were there at 8:30 and there was no eggs, no waffle batter (iron wasn’t warm). A few choices for breads, cereal, yogurt. Nothing warm.

The outside of the hotel looks very grungy and dirty. Neighborhood seemed extremely unsafe. Front desk service was very dry. Not very hospitable or welcoming, but not rude either. Just did the absolute bare minimum, and very monotone. The rooms; Walked in and the ac was in heat mode. It was a typical FL summer day so 94/96 degrees all day. So the room took about 6 hours for the room to cool. Then to top it off I woke up to use the restroom at 2am and found a roach crawling out from under the baseboard and another on the desk in the room. I know it’s not a 4/5 star hotel, but does that mean we’re expected to sacrifice basic communication, hygiene or cleanliness?

My stay was good. The only two things that I was uncomfortable with was there were mold smell on some of the furniture. Also, the coffee in the lobby was always cold.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. The breakfast ends at 9 am, instead of 10 am like in other hotels. The hotels is conveniently located next to I-75, if you're traveling and need an overnight stay. But not in a very nice area for a short get away.

The air conditioning was not working, there was feces on the toilet, and the bedding was dirty/nasty. Needless to say we did not even stay one night.

The hotel is a bit outdated and felt small. They were painting in the hallways when we arrived. The accommodations were small but served our purpose. The location was close to a wedding farm venue of my family and across the street from great restaurant and nearby to other attractions. There was a small pool available outside.

Straightforward clean well staffed interstate-motel. Easy access to airport. We needed it as a base for a couple of nights at the end of a driving trip. Exactly as needed with bonus of nice, efficient staff. Nothing fancy but everything clean and everything worked

My partner and I live long distance and when we’re able to, we make plans to see each other so I booked this suite for the weekend. I got there a bit before she did and I went to use the restroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush so I was able to get someone that was in the hallway. She came and looked at it went back out to her cart brought in a plunger and sat next to the toilet and walked out so then I was like OK well, I guess I’ll do this so I plugged the toilet it went down a bit later my partner went to use it and it wouldn’t work again so I called somebody else down and was like this toilet still not flushing right so the next woman plunged it in mind you it was very difficult trying to explain what was going on because none of them spoke English, which isn’t the issue the issue is nothing was done to alleviate that problem my partner and I wound up having to plunge the toilet every time we went to use it and I’m just upset that for the price I paid for two nights we had to plunge the toilet every time we had to use it, and there was no type of resolution or compensation given or even offered

I booked thru Hotels.com and extended my employees' stay one night. The hotel accepted the money for the 2nd night but would not release the room! They forced my staff to check out 1 day early while they kept the cash. I had to book them a 2nd night at an additional cost. Hotels.com refunded my money. To the best of my knowledge the hotel was paid twice and inconvenienced me and the staff. Such rude people! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

Refrigerator was very noisy all the time. Walls thin. Curtains did not overlap so left a gap we had to close with a pant clip hangar for privacy. I think this is third hotel this trip like that on curtains. Chocolate chip cookies and cold lemon infused water were nice touches.Decent breakfast. Good size room. Free newspaper. Keep lobby way too cold.

When I booked I saw online 100. deposit at check in with cash or card. when I got there I was told 200. instead which I paid in cash and had to ask for a hand written receipt as the desk clerk let me know that they have no way of printing out receipts and let me know I was the first to request, if you have an amount that was increased one may wonder... Really I don't think I'm the only one wanting proof of cash payment. They need to fix there system if they can't print and also by at least automatically giving a written one maybe someone might not question the change in rate published on site. Room was clean. Breakfast was good with hot items as well as cold. A good variety of hot tea. No problems at checkout as I did get my cash deposit back and with ID and a signature needed for it being returned. I did not use the outside pool. Area was ok

Not worth almost $300 a night… horrible experience. I have pictures and videos. Noisy, run down and inconvenient. I just am in shock. Couldn’t get a good night’s rest at all.

Worker entered room without knocking. Most if not all outlets are a fire hazzard. Only 1 outlet worked the rest were loose and unsafe. I could only use 1 outlet to charge. Shower curtain doesn't even stretch across tub, no shelf to put stuff on?, toilet seat loose, needed to wash clothes machine has an option to use a card but it didn't. Desk had no change. Had to go out and get it. I would like a refund or at the very least take half off. I will call fire department if needed to report fire hazard. Person at the desk did not seem interested in what I was saying

The beds are so hard. The continental breakfast is disgusting. Cold, old, and processed foods. I am not even sure if those really are eggs. Next time I’m in the area I will try to stay at a different hotel so that I can hopefully have a more comfortable bed.

They didn’t clean or give us clean towels. Stayed 4 nights and asked to have the room services after 2 nights. That was the only time it was done. For the cost not good.

Called before and price was 300 with everything included. In an hour that changed to 330.

The property was clean and the staff nice. The hotel was full of roofing contractors, displaced Ft. myers residents, insurance inspectors and mountain bikers. At the end of the day, not a bad mix. The breakfast was hot and filling, but Cracker Barrel is just across the street if you need more variety.

The only negative thing was there wasn’t any lighting on the property at night except when you pull up to the door. Very unsafe for ppl traveling. Easy target

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and immediately available when I arrived; but it needed a little help. The shower curtain bar was loosely mounted and sagging, and the shower faucet handle was also loose making the shower adjustment kind of ambiguous. My room was right behind the lobby, so it was a little noisy; but I still slept like a rock. Overall, no real complaints. The hotel was very conveniently located for everywhere I needed to go.

Hotel was affordable and clean. I wouldn’t say spotless but clean enough for me. Area surrounding the hotel was definitely not the best. Most other people staying here seemed to be in the area to help clean up the area after the hurricane. Wondering the hallways and hanging out front drinking/smoking which was concerning.

This is my second time at this location. We like the place, it’s safe and the staff is very friendly. The only thing that can be done is that room’s carpet was ready dusty and bathroom’s sink was not working properly.

Room. Be sure to ask for this in advance. Breakfast was very limited, and they ran out of food the second morning. Property was run down and not very clean. If I had any other choice, I would not have stayed here.

If your looking for hookers and drug deals this is your place otherwise avoid it at all cost! We actually had to call the cops due to feeling threatened by the drug dealers only to be told by them "you get what you pay for." Worst stay ever.

Room was clean and spacious. Only issue was bed was really firm, sofa bed you could really feel coils and it didn't have mattress cover so saw all stains as soon as you pulled it out. Also room faces highway so you could hear cars. We brought fan for white noise which took care of that.

If you Want to hear the entire conversation of people next-door to you including television shows and screaming over on their phones then this is the place for you. After asking if I could be relocated to another room I was informed that there were no other availability in the entire hotel although not all of the rooms were occupied. After walking up and down the hall realizing that I would hear everyone else’s conversations all night long after three hours I went ahead and checked out and went to Another location. I would recommend any other hotels in this one in the Fort Myers area

i asked for extra banquet and it was not available, i asked for a half an hour late check out and it was not possible but yes, they had people drinking and with loud music at the pool until late night hours
