Our room was clean and spacious. The hallways on floor 4th smells really bad like old cigarettes. It was so bad that my son started to throw up. I know is a extended stay but it should be smoke free in their rooms.

Nothing The TV didn’t work, there were dead bugs in the shower, an old used soap bar in the corner of the shower, hair all over shower and bathroom. The elevators didn’t work and all the hallway floors were very dirty. The lady at the front was nice, but that is it. Will never stay here again

Room was clean. A/C worked well. Room was enough for what I needed since I would work all day at a job site and come back to eat, shower and sleep. I did have an issue one night when I got back from working all day at 1am and there was no hot water.

Nothing Chemical smell in room despite using air fresheners, ventilation incentive candles refrigerator looks like it was rescued from flood damage all plumbing equipment, barely works. Shower and faucets are inches away from complete failure like stepping back into the early 80s.

Lighting in parking lot by entrance of main door, could be improved. For outdoor lighting, yellow or amber LED lights can attract fewer insects compared to traditional white or blue-toned brite lights on the side of the building, as yellow or amber colors are less visible to many insect species. The building in and of itself is painted grey. Although if painted Yellow, well-known attractant for a broad range of insects, including flies, aphids, whiteflies, fungus gnats, and thrips, often used in sticky traps to monitor pest populations. The attraction to yellow is thought to stem from its resemblance to the pollen and nectar-rich flowers that many insects forage on. Darker painted color shades like black, navy, and red tend to attract mosquitoes, particularly when combined with cues like carbon dioxide and body heat. Note: remove disheveled disabled vehicles with flat tires from parking lot, or palce a sign on vehicle.

It's a dump. Hallways are dingy and very worn. The office closes at 10 pm so if u arrive after that u have to call the national number and then they call someone at the hotel to check you in. Rediculous wait!

Nothing could not even sleep in the room. The roaches on the walls and the smell of the rooms. Hotel would not even give me a refund. Walked into the first room I was given and there were roaches on the wall. Went down to the front desk and they gave me another room walked into that room and there were roaches by the kitchen area. Went back down to the front desk and told them I could not stay there, and they advised me that they have a no refund policy so, I left and slept in my car.

We didn't realize we would have to pay for internet, sheets and towels. We are on a tight budget or we wouldn't have to stay here. If we add up the extras we could've stayed at a better place as far as the no smoking policy, when you go in or out the back door you have to walk through cigarette smoke and buttare all over the ground.

The price and location were good. I prefer your other extended stay locations in Ft. Myers. The rooms were old and filthy, dusty, hair everywhere, stains all over the walls, etc. Beds were loud and mattress was paper thin.

The property is very run down and doesn’t promote the most positive of visitors. There was a lot of loud music being played on my floor, lots of dust in my room on a shelf in the bathroom, they don’t have soap in the bathroom, just small shampoo bottles, the direct tv didn’t work, but the TV turned on. The furniture/cabinets are very dated.

Room was mostly clean considering this is an older hotel, Staff extremely nice.

First hotel with no receptionist, cheapness at its peak

Nothing, it felt like an abandoned building that’s not been taking care for a long time. I paid for just to stay overnight. When I entered the room all the room was clean but it have an intense smell of stagnant urine. Just the moment my family and I entered the room we start coughing not stop because of the smell. We need to find another place to stay because that one was unbearable and we could get sick of it. I reported the safety issue and the staff told me that they will refund the money and the they after they disappeared.

Absolutely disgusting place. We checked into the room and found garbage overflowing, piss stains all over there bathroom, stained sheets that were NOT changed from the previous guests, and hair all over the floor. Absolute bio hazard of a place. We went down to let the front desk know and demand a refund for our stay. They agreed but we have yet to see a refund posted after a week. We tried calling them and no one helps. The only response we got was to call back the next day when a manager would be in but a manager is never in!!! Do not stay here!

They have a kitchen but no kitchen items, no kettle for tea. No cups, no pots, no plates, just a skeleton kitchen, not sure what this is about.

Parking was fine. The parking lot was so trashy. My shoes stuck to the floor as I walked. There was a stove top, no dishes or pots or pans. There was no coffee pot either. The vending machine took my money on one item. On the next item it kept my change. Then at 3 am fire alarm goes off.

Really dirty from past use. No towels. Clean sheets only.

I have stayed at this hotel for going on a week now and I was never offered room cleaning services or fresh towels.

When I’m traveling in Florida and decide to get a room I have come up with my own rating system based on how many bugs I see in the room, less bugs higher rating, therefore I give this room my highest ranking because I didn’t see a single bug. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. There’s a Cracker Barrel and Waffle House right next door also a Starbucks if you’re into that. It’s fairly quiet with the exception of the ever present disrespectful guests you find in any hotel that slams their door every time they go in or out but it was minimal. I have to say overall if you’re just needing a place to sleep for the night while waiting on a flight or passing thru and aren’t looking for anything fancy, this is a nice place to stay. There’s a fridge, stove, and microwave in the room but I didn’t use any of that so can’t comment. I would stay here again if I find myself in the area in the future and need a place to chill overnight.

Hidden fees, minimal amenities, dirty floors, dusty shelves, and not even a coffee maker in the room. Absolutely the worst money i have ever spent.

Our rental car was delayed almost 2 hours and when we got to the hotel, it was after 1am and they didn’t let us check in so we had to sleep in our car. There was a phone in the lobby saying to call if after hours- the person who answered said they were sending someone down to check us in and no one came. I called again and they said they don’t do after hours check ins. We didn’t get to even stay in the room.

Thank God we only stayed for one night. It was a terrible night to say the least. First off, when we checked in I asked for extra towels and they told me they were out because the hotel was pretty full. When we got to the room, we found several little gnats flying around and the floor was greasy and you could tell they don’t really clean out the fridge, because it had hair and stains as well. During the night we woke up to feed our baby and we saw a baby roach on the wall that we obviously killed. Where there is baby there is always more! I would safe your time and tell you just pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. This place was pretty nasty.

I was suspicious when I got there. Not only did I pay the asking price I had to pay an additional fee of $100 deposit. Won’t return for 5 business days to my credit card. When I got to the room it was a dump. There wasn’t any soap, shampoo or hair dryer to be found. Expedia on their site stated you would get breakfast prior to 9:30. Not true no breakfast. Bottom line is this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. STAY AWAY at all cost….

I know is when I called and reserved the room was told that I could check in after midnight got there went to the front desk that they would send somebody down to help me over 45 minutes later somebody got on the phone with belligerent and told that we need to contact Expedia I told him to cancel our reservation they got belligerent what else can I say all I know is I never had a problem with any other hotel checking in late I wanted to stay there four days to 5 days maybe even more well that's all can't do it with totally the hotel's fault maybe it was misunderstanding I don't know took a while to get my money back for my deposit and held the amount of money that I paid for the room for over a week

There were spiders in the toilet and the sink had physical dirt around the faucet and the tv didn’t work. I was told by the front desk “I” had to unplug the cables from the back of the tv to reset it, but It never worked.”This is a frequent problem” (I was told) they have. I was told my room was just renovated after the hurricane. It was not renovated, they put lipstick on a pig. There wasn’t any soap or shampoo and the strong smell of pot reeked through out the building. The refrigerator moved like a rocking chair. Would never consider staying here again.

There were molds below the bed frame. The room was not really clean. There were lack of air ventilation in the corridors, it was smelling humidity.

The property was dirty and had roaches in the room. My initial room was not cleaned prior to checking in. Krista did give me a refund for two of the 7 days of my stay. She also moved me to another room which was slightly cleaner. The floors looked as though they have never been mopped. Other than the cleanliness the rooms were acceptable.

I woke up around 2am to a roach crawling on my face they need to get that problem solved and the hotel would be ok but I will not be checking in to that one anymore

The church is in the amount for the dog to stay and then claiming to be pet friendly extra $26 per night. No one formed us of that so we could’ve made plans. They also charge $100 that we’re not sure we’re gonna be able to get back Seem to be so long

Took almost an hour to get in a room because the first room wouldn't open for any key. Floor and counter top are filthy. Stench from the heater drove me out of the room. There is a constant clanging from the hallway or bathroom ductwork, not sure.

They would not let my husband check in because he was two minutes late for check in time. And the staff was very rude and the front desk clerk was standing outside, smoking a cigarette refusing to assist him. Then, when I called the hotel, they said he was checked in. I was like no ma’am he is not and they were very rude.

Its great for a one nighter since its very close to the highway and lots of food options nearby.

THE 1st time they refused to check me in because I arrived at 12:05 am for my reservation. Apparently they don't check people in after midnight? This policy is not listed anywhere in the booking confirmation or information presented at the time of booking. The second time this location Stole My Money and refused service was when I arrived yesterday to check in at appropriately 6 p.m. and was told I was on a band list of customers and that they would be refusing me service. My intuition is that they did this because I left them a negative review after my last experience. Either way, they are not allowed to continue to accept my money without providing service.

There was no one at the desk. I had to call to have someone come out. They would not let me check in because I did not have my license. I recently returned from Europe and it was still in my suitcase at home. The person I was sharing the room with was not allowed to take over the reservation. We were not allowed a room. Left us stranded!! This was my second time trying to check into a hotel in Fort Myers with trouble. Last time I slept in a Fiat in the parking lot. This time a friend let us crash at their place.

Shockingly horrible, I ended up not staying even though I paid for the room. I checked into my room, found that it had not been made up from the last guest. When I asked to switch to a clean room, the front desk woman told me she wouldn’t because room changes are not allowed! I really thought she was kidding. Then she slammed the roll down door on me and I had to leave to go find another hotel at 10:45 at night. I will be getting a refund and telling the manager all about it.

The property was very comfortable for us in the days we stayed.

This was among the cheapest in the area. It did not have a pool, in room coffee maker, bedside USB charger ports, or breakfast in the lobby (donuts and coffee). If you need those things you should keep looking.

I arrived 10.30 pm the attendant was in a horrible mood asked for some soap said they don't have, my room bed was dirty and stinky really bad. I couldn't sleep with the terrible smell of the bed I left a soonest sun came up. I should be compensated for even taking more time to do this review.

Aria was ridiculous. Fire alarm went off and had to wait to get back into room until fire department came out. Room conditions were not good. And didn't know it was a $100 deposit until I got there. I don't like surprises 😨 I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in! The website said there was a Grab and Go Breakfast. There was none! There was a refrigerator and small kitchenette area. There were no dishes, glassware or silverware. No coffee was available anywhere on the property. We were told we had to pay for fresh towels. We had to go buy towels, a coffeemaker and cooking utensils. The front desk was very rude! We, honestly have never stayed in a place like this!

It was terrible no hot wayer couldnt shower my son nor myself the night we arrived they changed my room the following morning and when we got back from the park i had no hot water in that room either had to wait 2 hours to shower.

We arrived a half hour before check in. No one was at the desk and scruffy man came out and pointed to the check in sign and said “can’t people read”. We came back after 3 and a man behind desk told us we needed a 100.00 deposit. We had already paid for room or would have left because he was rude also. He didn’t know if room was ready and couldn’t find anyone. After several attempts of him using computer and trying to find housekeeping, we went to the room. There were no washcloths. We asked for one and they only had one left! The floor was so filthy our white socks were black. The rate was insane. 361.00 for two days, so we expected more than a bed, bathroom, and tiny tv. There was nothing there that would enable anyone to extend a stay. If your choice is there or your car, stay in the car. We took pictures of the room when we left, in case we don’t get our 100.00 deposit back.

From the room only having what can be described as a barracks style cheap full sized mattress to the complete lack of Extended Stay amenities - kitchen utensils, cookware - literally not a single cup, pot, pan, or fork to be found. When i asked about ice, i was told there was a convenience store nearby. It quite possibly may have been the worst hotel room i have ever encountered. College dorms have more to offer.

We shopped around for a cat friendly hotel in the Fort Myers area. This hotel was close to our family and friends in North Fort Myers and other areas off of I-75. It was neat and clean, with a modern organized feel. We would stay there again on our next visit.

First at all, we arrived after 10pm, the front office was closed already and we had to wait a lot for the front desk to do the check in. The hallways were dirty, like if you were walking outside, we couldn't connected to the Wi-Fi, when I stopped by the front desk to ask for the password the employee told me that I wasn't in the system as a guest, also my room was assigned to someone else while I was out during the day. In a few words...terrible experience
