There was no hot water in our room. My daughters family was in another room and the sink was clogged and filthy.

From the staff to the GM my experience was very exemplary. I wanted some tea late in the evening and even though the restaurant was closed, the GM went and made me a cup himself. That is service👌.

Liked the ease of checking in and checking out. Pool is nice and clean. The Bistro has delicious food and coffees.

Food and beverage was shut down due to staff member being out sick. Things happen but not sure why they did not have a backup. However, staff members were very kind and helpful.

The rooms are not soundproof at all. We were awoken one night at midnight and didn’t get back to sleep until close to 3 am due to the people staying in the adjoining room. I had to make 3 phone calls down to the front desk before they actually came up and told the people to quiet down. Hearing the tv blare from the opposite room was one thing each night, but actually hearing every word and thing the people were doing in the room on the other side of us made for an uncomfortable and unpleasant night. Once that room was empty next to us, the room was bearable. We will not stay here again due to that situation and how it took over 2 hours to be taken care of.

My stay was very extravagant I felt like the princess that I am from the time I arrived until my check the check in process was very smooth and convenient the entire experience made me feel like I was visiting with family hospitality polite professionalism was top tier and the breakfast burrito was my favorite so tasty and delicious the staff in the restaurant made me feel like I was waking up to have breakfast with family I felt so warm a welcomed the rooms where clean and spacious and the full gym allowed me to perform regular workouts I was visiting home and that’s exactly how it felt I highly recommend I will be back whenever I return home to visit I would give 100 stars if I could thanks to all staff members to a job well done.

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and the tables at the pool area. The housekeeping staff were amazing! If we are ever in Florida again, we would definitely stay here!

I had something come up at the last minute and needed a late check out. The front desk gladly accommodated my request and actually gave me a later check out than what I asked for or needed.

They never changed the sheets for a week they put their cleaning stuff in front of the elevator the elevator needed to be vacuum not good

I’ll never stay at this hotel again, that’s for sure. Staff is great but it’s like a great actor working on a stage cobbled together by toddlers. Outlets didn’t work, no ventilation in the bathroom, stains everywhere, tv remote didn’t even work, and the lights were all mismatched. Gym was small and dirty. Hard pass on this place.

The hotel looks quite clean and nice, the pool area inside the court is also very nice with seating options even outside of the pool fence. The pool itself has limited shadow options but was also nice to sit and relax there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the toilette flush. Within minutes the service staff tried to fix that, which only partially helped. So within another couple of minutes we were given another room that made us happy along with a free choice from the reception's groceries selection as compensation for the trouble. Appreciated :) The parking lot was nice as well with enough space. Mind though, the hotel is located directly in the departure zone of the nearby Page airport. Expect some business jets and frequent flight schools pistons traffic right over the pool area. As plane enthusiast I like it but I can imagine that some people won't. The gym suitd my needs. The only thing about it: It seems to be a "passage room", so while you are working out expect some "traffic" going through the gym. We did not use the bistro food options for breakfast or dinner so I can't say anything about that. To the south side of the motel there is a auite busy road. If you can try to get a room looking to the pool area and being located on the north side of the building. Some of the power plugs did not work in our room.

The staff is awesome. They go above and beyond. Especially Peter and Kelly. They do the best that they can given who run down the hotel is. The rooms have a weird smell and way too humid. The gym is run down. The laundry room is rusted and machines do not work properly. The pillows and bed are horrible. The toilets do not flush properly. Got a good deal so I hate being so hard but the property does not live up to the Marriott name. Again, all the workers from cleaners to front desk are great.

We had a 7 day stay. Our room was cleaned every day! The pool area was very nice. Pool was warm. The breakfast was not provided although available for purchase. Starbuck's coffee for the win! The ice machine on our floor was not operational although ice was available on first floor. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located. Beaches within 30 minutes. Close to Topgolf and shopping. Easily accessible from the airport. Several choices for dining located nearby.

Pool equipment is all broken. Even the blocks around the pool are loose and if stepped on the edge wrong could cause injury. I have video evidence backing all claims. Gym is just bare and basic. The flat bench that is there wobbles and feels like its going to break and all rusted up. There were multiple floors that got flooded with water and hallways were soaked. Then they brought in fans to dry and the floors smelled moldy..everytime i came back to my room it was moist and musty smelling. Anywhere you park outside all the trees nearby leave pollen and leafs all over making your rental dirty fast. If you have a courtyard balcony dont waste you're time opening it because the buildings LOUD AC units above the main lobby.. honestly.. worst vacation motel experience and it was my first time flying and going to florida.. much more to add..

The room was definitely neglected as the room smelled like mold & mildew. We found obvious evidence of the presence of mold in the fridge, bathroom (shower) and even the painting in the bathroom was moldy. The late night clerk was not helpful in any way and even after complaining he could not approve a late check out. Just a bad experience and would not advise to stay at this location.

It was a horrible experience. I’ve been in other Marriotts and had excellent experience. First, when I got into bed and pulled the covers up I smelled men’s cologne. Then the sheets felt they haven’t been cleaned. Like tried body sweat. Then when I went to take a shower. Practically all the towels smelled like used body sweat. Totally disgusting. When I tried to explain this at the desk. Just said sorry and tried to give credit points. I told them I don’t have any programs with them. But they wouldn’t give me any kind of credit for my stay. Plus they had sent an email about they have new beds. Definitely a lie! The bed had in bedded sink holes from over use. The worse experience I ever had at an hotel. I spent one night stay $350. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

We had little red bugs crawling on the walls and in the shower . I let the employee at the front desk now and asked for a different room. It took them literally five hours to get me in another room. I wasted most of my morning standing in the hallway with my luggage. Instead of enjoying my vacation.

It was below my standards for a Marriot Courtyard facility. The sink wouldn’t drain water properly. The iron was broke in the room.My room didn’t smell fresh the first night but housekeepers cleaned it my second night.

The convenience to the location we were at every day. My room smelled musty, and dirty- like a bag of stale laundry. The bistro which was one of the main reasons we stayed there didn’t serve on Sunday- which is advertised as weekend. Then it was closed Monday night, and then Tuesday night we went to try for the third time and the lady working was absolutely rude to me, and another family. The front desk lady was even more rude, accusing us of not wanting to understand and I had to tell her to please not say that because that’s not true, I’m happy to Google translate. It was awful and inconvenient.

Room was fine. Facility fine. Before stay-had tried to get a very simple question answered on a cancellation issue between Expedia and the Property and was ping ponged back and forth multiple times (4 each) and no one every answered the question. I was hung up on by the property and both parties kept telling me to call the other- very frustrating.

The rooms were beautiful, clean and well supplied. However, it was HOT. There was an issue with the air conditioning and the temperature stayed between 75 and 77 degrees in HOT 90+ degree Fort Myers. I was offered another room a few doors down and it was the same - HOT! The thermostat in that room was set on 69 and it what's definitely mid to upper 70's. The staff employees looked at the air conditioning, and we're unable to fix it and said that there is no air conditioning maintenance available until Monday. Loved the air conditioning in the halls and in the lobby!!!

The only disappointment was the black mold on the very tiny balcony and extremely dimly lit bathroom.

The staff here were very helpful and kind. But when we walked into our room it had a bad odor. The place looked clean, but the odor was really bad. They quickly and kindly moved us to another room, and we stayed there, but there was also a strong smell, this time of pool water. I sprayed some room freshener and stayed there anyways. I think there’s definitely room for improvement in room readiness and freshness.

The location was perfect for our trip. It’s close to a lot of different things. We lost power the morning of our check out. It put a damper on our stay. The outage lasted longer than we would have liked. But overall it was an “okay” stay.

Comfortable home from home feel,clean amenities,some maintenence issues when I arrived that personally was not keeping with Marriott company was that elevator out of order on my arrival ,annoying to have to pay for coffee in lobby when the smaller hotels provide courtesy breakfast and all day courtesy coffee and water when i had to pay and alot of Ice machines not working so to use stairs and walk along way to get ice didn't seem like a "Marriott"style at all !!

We were there for my boyfriends 12 hour live conference and found it to be clean and great location. The staff was EXCELLENT!!! I got to explore the area while he was busy and got to lovers key state park Beach and we went to dinner about 10 minutes away and ended up going to a rooftop and dancing. Surprising weekend!

Well located but a little tired on the maintenance and attention to detail.

The beds were sloped severely towards the headboard. Mold in the shower, and smeled like smoke. We got a refund and went to Hyatt up the road which was a brand new hotel.

The property showed a lot of wear and tear. Rips in the carpet in the hallways, worn furniture around the pool. My allergies or a cold were driven by air conditioner in the room that I could not adjust. I only found relief in the middle of the night when outside temperature dropped below room temperature.

I liked the lobby and the separate little areas to hang out. The front desk guy at night was very helpful but the night bistro person was not friendly at all. I didn’t even bother going there because the interaction was so unpleasant. Hotel is not what I expect for Marriott standards in general.

Hotel was in a good location for getting around the Fort Myer area. No continental breakfast and the restaurant on site was Starbucks a little pricey. Hotel is a little dated, although clean you could tell it needed some updates like new carpeting.

I stayed here to be near my storage unit. In truth it is far too expensive for quality. They must look to upgrade the quality of their rooms, the room was kind of musty smelling and felt dirty. The best thing would be to replace all carpeted and upholstered items because the humidity of the area leeches into these things causing molds. The courtyard of course is nice, relaxing peaceful view. The sun does not reach the pool or balcony. The balcony did not have any furniture. The staff is kind and provided me with bottled water, may God bless them for this. There is no free breakfast and I never saw the cafe open. I didn’t use the gym but it looked good. The bed was very soft and depressable, really it was difficult to sleep on. It felt more or less creepy, thin walls you could hear upstairs and next to you. The place is overall sad or decrepit and I genuinely wish all the best to the staff and future revitalization. Thank you!

We liked how the design of the hotel the property in general. However there was planes flying over us every night and everyday soooooo- loud it rumbled our room. Sucked- anyways. There were so many ants!! Getting into all of our foods and drinks!!!

Right when you walked in your room all you could smell was the mildew in the carpets. The shower was very moldy smelling and drains were very dirty. Toilet didn’t flush properly and kept running. Staff was friendly but the hotel definitely needs some revamping. Lots of teenagers running through the halls ding dong ditching people.

This hotel is okay. I had higher expectations based off the reviews. It was very loud at night due to the busy main road close by. The king bed was kind of on the harder side and every pillow was different. The shower was clean. The bathroom door was extremely loud and if the shower door is closed, the bathroom door will hit it when opening/closing it. The area is sketchy. We enjoyed the Starbucks coffee, they made great drinks. Overall 5/10. Bring your own pillow.

I thought these were better quality hotels. I felt like i was staying in a econo lodge. The so called bar and restaurant was a small over priced store of drinks and snacks and over priced starbucks. There was no blowdryer. There were no USB plugs. The carpet in the room left my socks black. And the fridge was the smallest one that can be bought.

We did get switched to another room but the sofa sleeper was the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE ever. It was like sleeping on chicken wire. There were very few people staying there and we understand why. We prepaid through Expedia for 3 nights and left after one choosing to forfeit out money and find another hotel. We were very disappointed.

the stairs and elevator the carpet was dirty as throughout the hallway and room. The bath tub slopped toward the drain and was slippery placed towel in the tub to prevent falling. Breakfast resturant was good there was a starbucks but it closed at 10:00 and there were no portable coffee stands in the lobby. I am a Marriott member the room was not the usual Marriott quality.

Rooms are dingy, dirty and musty. Staff is very nice however I wouldn’t stay here again because of the condition of the hotel.

The bathroom has used towels hanging on the door. At 6am you could hear people slamming their door clearly as they left for the day. Not a terrible place. Just very mid

I highly recommended this hotel ! Specially if you are participating in baseball tournaments !! So close to every parks!

Hotel is nice! With a convenient setup! Access to Patio or balcony is very nice. Rooms ac was not good but I'm sure it was just the room. Early check in was a great help
