The property was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing. The food for breakfast was amazing.. The staff was very friendly and helpful and polite. The amenities were great. I will definitely be back.

Good place to stay few nights, staff was very kind and helpful, my only issue was the ac unit a bit louder at least in our room, but the rest of the experience was good.

The room and hotel were spic and span! Comfy beds! If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that they did not have any ice in the eating area for breakfast in the morning. When I asked someone, they told me to go up to the second floor.

Quiet, nice area. Close to Target and other shops. The room and bathroom were large and clean. Breakfast was a good variety. Make your own waffles, premade eggs, fruit, hard boiled eggs, danish, yogurt, coffee and juices. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located and area is quite. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Staffs are very courteous and customer oriented. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good as well with hot items included.

Our suite was very roomy and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast every morning and hotel is in a quiet area.

Seph, Rachel and Darling are superstars. Seph heard my room was not physical ADA, it was hearing compliant, he contacted me and offered an ADA compliant room physical. I was very appreciative of his action. Rachel and Darling quickly swapped out a defective desk chair in the new room, quickly, less than 5 minutes. Kudos all around!!

the breakfast is not why you stay at this hotel

Actually one of the best overall hotels I have ever stayed in. From the price to the cleanliness, size of the rooms, location in town, breakfast. I will be back in the area again and will not even bother looking at other options.

Breakfast was ok, green bananas were not a hot topic but average and very clean areas. Traveling alone with my young daughter i was very disappointed in the front desk staff allowing fast food uber eats delivery people to be in and about without being checked and rooms called! I was spacific about calling me down when my uver driver arrived so i could go down to get it. That did not happen so while i was on my way down via the app as it " shows they are near" he was already on his way up to the wrong floor! Never checked in never got a call. After we figured it out our food was obviously cold. Security as a woman and child traveling would be a zero.

The hotel is clean and safe. Being a female and traveling alone, I felt safe at this hotel. The pool and morning breakfasts were well appreciated as I visited my mom at the ICU at a local hospital. The warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening were comforting from a long day at the hospital.

The pool was great and heated. The breakfast was horrible and definitely not fresh. Staff was not the most pleasant. The second room we got was horrible. The water pressure was bad. The linens didn’t smell fresh. The room was very outdated. Absolutely not worth the price. I am not sure where the positive reviews came from but no satisfied.

Started with on my arrival when I checked in I was given a different type of room than I booked. The desk said well its still a queen suite. I had to explain I booked a king because thats what I wanted. I even went as far to call after I booked and again the night before my arrival. They did make it right and gave me the room I booked after my husband got involved. There is no water pressure and the breakfast is nothing special. I found the reviews I read misleading. It was clean and quiet tho.

This is the best Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in….spotless and the staff is so welcoming! I checked out very early in the morning and left my shoulder bag (with IPad and makeup) in the lounge/breakfast area. I had a call by the time I got to the airport. There wasn’t time to go back and, when I was back home the hotel staff facilitated the UPS return- they went way beyond the call of duty and I’m enormously grateful.

We were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Our room was extremely clean and beautifully laid out. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast offered many options that were tasty and healthy. The hotel was booked 100%, but it was so quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Only one elevator was working which caused a long wait at times to get to our room. The juice machine was out of order when we went to breakfast on Sunday. We stayed for 4 days and had to ask to get our room serviced, once our room was serviced. We were left with one towel.

We have now stayed at this location on two different occasions, both times were exceptional experiences. Close to highway, quiet area, nice front desk personnel, main areas of hotel seem clean and nicely maintained!! The two guest rooms w/ bathrooms that we have had at this location, have both been very clean, nicely maintained and everything in the rooms function as they should. As a bonus the fridge in the rooms have a decent amount of space for being a mini fridge.

This property provided a budget friendly lodging option, but was not ideal. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the public areas were clean & updated. Unfortunately upon arrival, I was given a room on the third floor that absolutely reeked of "dog". Staff kindly moved me to another room. The hotel is not in the best of areas and the industrial-like area across the street is poorly lit.

The hotel the breakfast and the service were excellent. The only thing I didn't like were the beds. Bad and old mattresses.

The breakfast wasn’t anything to talk about either. It’s the kind where it’s made somewhere else, and reheated to serve. One of the sausages they had was absolutely disgusting. It might have been one of those where it’s pretending it’s meat. If the person buying that stuff had to eat it every morning, I’m sure it’d be a better quality.

The one thing that needs to be improved is the options for breakfast It was very limited and the regular dark roast coffee needs to be brewed stronger.

The property is in good condition, only 1 elevator is working, take a long time to get the upper floors. The staff are very nice and friendly. Quiet area and the parking is free and plenty of space.

I arrived hungry so ordered food delivered. The order was left at the front desk and I went down to get it, but it had been stolen in minutes. The hotel did not care.

Overall clean and nice staff at this hotel. This was for a business trip and I did not need to worry about anything here. Plus the pool was a nice touch.

I chose this property as it is close to the person I was visiting in Fort Myers. I had an accessible room due to mobiibty issues. The room bathroom was fitted with many safety handles. My only question is why a tub instead of a shower for easy access. I was able to maneuver and other than that the stay and facility were excellent.

It’s been awhile since I’ve stayed at a Hampton Inn because of needing a third bed. This hotel exceeded expectations. Everything about it was great.

Property was nice, breakfast was lacking compared to other Hampton inns but overall it was nice.

We arrived late after 10 pm and the TV was so dark could not see the picture. My husband went down and asked if they could fix it and they said no one was there to repair it or take a look. We said that was fine but was disappointed and they could take a look at it the next day when we left in the morning. We arrived back again late that night and the TV was still not repaired after have all day!! Was upset since they had 8 hours to get it fixed. My husband went back down and they called the maintenance man when asked if he repaired the TV he said why and the front desk person explained that my husband had a video and the TV looked exactly the same as it did last night. He said that he repaired it and it was fine. The manager gave us a credit for two nights, which was great now I have only a partial refund which is being credited. This is a place we stay all the time and have never had a problem until now.

No complaints, everything was perfect. I will be back at some point for sure.

The facility is very clean and well kept. The front desk staff at our check-in at approximately 4:45 pm was not friendly at all. We did not feel welcomed by her. We guessed that maybe she was having a bad day or something. Conversely, the evening and the next morning staff we very friendly. Kitchen staff were excellent and patient. Overall, great place to stay!

Friendly front desk personal.

Everyone on the staff treated us like we were guests in their personal house. Even the maintenance man, the women taking care of the breakfast, housekeeping, & the front desk staff made us feel at home. We generally stay at Hampton Inn‘s, however this was the best. This is no exaggeration!

The parking lot was closed off for they painted the parking lot and let it dry all weekend long inconveniencing those with trailers. I had to back completely through the parking lot to the back of the parking lot to park

Check in process was very easy and we were greeted. We got to our room and everything was nice and clean. The second day we were there we came back in from dinner and near the bar area when you walk into the room we noticed ants. I called front desk and they said maintenance was gone for the day. So we moved everything to a different area. Next morning we found more ants on the desk where we had moved things too and they were all in our stuff and food and drinks of water we had. I told front desk again upon checking out and she said they could put some points on our Hilton honors. But besides dealing with ants the room and service was very good.

We were pleasantly surprised that they offered Twins tickets as that was the primary reason we went to Orlando for the Twins spring training camp. A very nice bonus indeed!

We actually had reservations at another hotel in Ft Myers where, upon checking in, it was so disgusting, we immediately grabbed our phones to look for another option. Given that there was an event in town all weekend, there were not many rooms available anywhere, so when we saw one here, we reserved it right away, figuring it couldn't be worse than where we were currently. Upon arrival, it was a sign of relief. Modern and well-kept reception area. Friendly and efficient staff at the desk that made check-in a breeze, even for a reservation that was less than 20 minutes old. The room was big, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The only thing we were "meh" about was the breakfast, but that's usually the case for us and there is a Dunkin 90 seconds away if typical continental breakfast isn't your thing either. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We didn’t hear any other guests from our room at all. It was the best sound proofing I’ve experienced at a hotel. The housekeeping was great and always kept us stocked with towels. The breakfast was ok. A huge negative for me was their juice machine. I’m pretty sure they water down the juices to make them stretch further. None of the juices tasted right. I even thought it was running out of OJ because there was very little flavor. She checked and it was still half full. So. Like I said. Disappointing. Overall it’s a decent breakfast but not as many options or as good as Holiday Inn Express’s. The only other issue we had was with the pillows. Down feather pillows. They were so soft we were stacking multiple on top of one another to get any firmness. We ended up having to buy some pillows. I easily rate this hotel a 4 out of 5. I would choose a 4.5 if I could.

We’ve stayed at many a Hampton Inn, but were amazed at what we saw when we entered the room! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast was your typical continental breakfast, but tasty and well-stocked. The proximity to Dunkin was a plus too!

Property was very clean and quiet

The only minor inconvenience was the water pressure on the third floor. Minimum. I wish they would install those removable shower heads this way you could concentrate better with the poor water pressure. But again, I strongly recommend this hotel.

I did not like my stay at the property the staff was unfriendly there was nothing you could have available to eat and shop in the lobby. The room was clean but the noise from the air conditioning system in the room kept repeating every so often it woke me up during the night and it was annoying, I did not like my stay at the Hotel

The not-overly-friendly front desk clerk took far too long to check me in. (Even though I had called 2-3 days in advance to request both my rooms - was waiting for family - to be on the 2nd floor, the rooms were apparently not assigned that morning.) My impatient started to show, so later that evening when I went to the coffee station to make some hot tea, and found no decaf tea bags, I asked the same front desk clerk, and was told they don't carry any. I knew this probably wasn't true, and the next morning as I went to get tea again (there still were no decaf tea bags stocked) the very nice general manager confirmed they always have decaf tea and immediately went and got me some. Sounds silly, but as a chronic tea drinker, it was disappointing not to have a hot cup of tea (preferably herbal) at bedtime. Otherwise, the property was very clean, and very nice; the rest of the staff were very friendly. I lounged in the pool for almost 2 hours during the evening waiting for my family to arrive, and it was peaceful and lovely.
