    Not the best hotel and definitely not in the best location either. Rooms sucked ac barely work rooms had a odd smell half of the wall outlets didn't work only 1 lamp worked the lady at the check in desk was rude if the room was refundable I would of went somewhere else

    I didnt even use this reservation because I couldn't add an adult. And then the credit card use to pay was declined I sent an hour on the phone. And then I cant even get a refund and them had to pay double because you wouldn't let me motify and I use this App all time. But after this I probably wont especially if I dont get at least a refund or total refund this is crap!!!!!!!!! If any questions call me 239-287-6259.

    Th room had mold around the ceiling walls. The water pressure was horrible. The room smelled like an old room and needed a lot of maintenance. The iron did not work and the cord was beyond filthy. Looked as if it had never been cleaned.

    I stayed here for 9 days the first few days were okay. Rooms were nothing like in photos. 2 of the front desk clerk’s were extremely rude and disrespectful and treated me like I was freeloading. Telling me I had to leave because they didn’t check their computer to show I had rebooked the room and talked to me horribly in front of my 5 year old daughter. They had breakfast for only 2 of the 9 I was there not even having milk for the cereal. I was getting a coffee and was told rudely there is no breakfast like I couldn’t see they put nothing out and I had to say I was filling my coffee if that’s okay because I paid a total of $1098.72 for my subpar conditions. If I would have had a car with me at the time I would’ve gone somewhere else in a heartbeat. Pool was closed the entire time and when I asked if it would be open anytime soon I was rudely told no. You can definitely find a better motel for a better price. I would definitely recommend at all costs to avoid this poorly run establishment!!!

    Website stayed newly remodeled, not unprocessed as the staff stayed. I am a mechanical contractor and our unit was remodeled, backwards hot and cold, extremely low water pressure due to clogged screens on a Kohler Bradley tub shower mixer, two lights worked, bulbs were bad in the other four lights. bathroom exhaust not working. To top it off only two bath towels for my wife and I. Had to turn the two used ones for new ones. Was told that the deposit would be on our statement when we left, maybe by the end of the day or two. Do not stat her the owner is a piece of work and only looking for money, not giving an excellent customer experience. No eye contact when staff talks to you, totally disrespectful. The list goes on and on. By the way if you are shorter bring a step stool to get into bed. Not a good experience, our friends room smelt like a THC smoke room!!!!

    The buildings need upkeep. Door handles had been replaced with smaller handles and were not painted. AC'S leaking water on to sidewalks. Bathtub had some mildew around some of the grout. Microwave DID NOT WORK and the interior was missing lots of paint. Please fix the place up.

    It wasn't what we expected from the pictures and for the off-season price of $155/night. Furniture and Tv were old and crappy except the King matress was ok. Bathroom was cheaply remodeled. Pool was closed. This is a motel not really an hotel; breakfast was very limited, not healthy. Location was ok, lots of eating options around. I exptected Expedia to screen hotel listed but clearly this is not the case. Only stayed because we were exploring Marco island and Sanibel island so basiclly used the hotel for sleeping. But will not return and would not recommended it. Some staff like Jasmine front desk and the cleaning ladies were nice others not friendly at all.

    As others have stated, this this is DISGUSTING. disgusting rooms, roaches in the halls, dusty place, rude staff. I'm not exaggerating when say this is the worst, THE WORST BY A MILE, hotel I've ever been to in my life. They don't deserve a star, they deserve a negative star. Don't get hooked by the "low" rate, suggest you sleep under an overpass before staying here. And to the manager or GM reading this, you are terrible at this.

    Always gave us an issue with hotel check ins over the course of a few weeks. And also charge a hidden fee of $5 per day per room not included in anything , and you don’t get that money back . Manager was not helpful at all in trying to help us find a solution to easier check ins .

    My experience was terrible. They gave me a room with no air conditioning. When I went to the lobby to report it, they told me I had to plug it in. And I wonder—if I booked a room for four nights, why didn’t the hotel check the room beforehand, and why did I have to be the A/C technician? I went back to the room and, of course, the A/C didn’t work. I returned to the lobby and they gave me another room, 118, which was even worse. The bathroom was deteriorated, a piece of furniture was broken, and there was a strong gas smell coming from the laundry dryers. I went back to the lobby and they told me they had no more options, no rooms available. I asked them to cancel my reservation, and to this day we are still dealing with the manager, who has not responded to my complaint. Do not go there.

    Checking in was a nightmare! We have our license and the clerk said our payment was declined! It took almost an hour to straighten this out! I called Expedia and she refused to speak to the rep!     My son and I were on a weekend baseball trip. He hurt himself on the second day and we needed to fly home for an MRI. The hotel GM refused to refund part of the remaininf time. The breakfast was from 6 to 9am I'm guessing because no kne is up at 6am unless they have to be. DON'T STAY HERE! There are cheeper better options around.

    The breakfast was a big disappointment, they obviously have a large construction industry people staying there. They know this, or should, and at 6:00 am the breakfast needs to be completely set up with back ups readily available. 30 men in front of us with one carafe of coffee and hardly any juice. Prepackaged bowls of cereal, 3 bananas and bread to toast is not a continental breakfast, by any stretch of the imagination.

    Unsafe check-in, standing outside, behind a bulletproof glass, while the clerk goes back to a desk across the lobby to check you in. If its so unsafe, I didn’t want to stand there waiting. No hot water for the shower. Waiting for coffee in the morning (0800) Wanted to enjoy my coffee sitting by the pool, which says closed dusk to dawn, not unlocked at 08:30, to use the tables and chairs.

    We had a terrible experience here. It was not in a good area. It was so bad that we only stayed one of the total two nights we were here. We went to another hotel. Our friend was also staying here, and she had a cockroach and some other bug in her room. Her room was falling apart. There were people drinking outside our hotel room door.     1-Star Review I recently spent 6 nights at this property and regret to say that my experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the $94/night rate. The most significant issue was the constant noise disturbance. Being on the ground floor (Room 106) next to what appears to be a 24-hour U-Haul facility made it impossible to get proper rest. The poor soundproofing meant I could hear everything, forcing me to double my usual sleep medication dosage. The room's condition was subpar in several aspects: An persistent old, musty odor permeated the space The white towels were in terrible condition - stained, discolored, and some even had torn edges (worse than my kitchen towels at home) The bathroom occasionally emitted unpleasant odors despite my using room freshener The coffee maker was broken, and despite reporting it to reception, no replacement was provided The bedding was old, and the pillows were uncomfortably short and lacking proper support The housekeeping service was another issue - there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign provided, resulting in loud knocking early in the morning, adding to the already disturbing noise levels. Given these serious deficiencies, I believe the room rate was severely overpriced for the quality received. This property performs below the standards of even non-rated motels. I rarely give low ratings, but feel compelled to do so in this case to prompt necessary improvements.

    They have a decent self-serve breakfast with basic choices, but no vending machines. The wifi is not secure, so business or personal financial browsing isn't appropriate. The general are isn't very nice, but eveything else was just fine in my opinion.

    The Room wasn’t too bad at night mabey 3 or 4 small roaches wander it’s nasty but atleast their small so you can kill them easy.My room floor stayed covered in sand because room service would come at 7am and ask to clean the room but that could have been fixed with communication probably so it’s not that bad and the front desk people were the best,very nice and very professional.Overall it’s what you expect from a cheap motel it’s not the best but it definitely wasn’t the worst.

    I did not stay and left immediately. Room smelled bad, there was not a head board on the second bed, pillows seems like someone had just laid on them I was left outside for check in and seen through a glass window due to lack of safety in the area.     I asked for non smoking and my room smelled like cigarettes, cigarettes outside my door, shower ceiling falling apart, they didn’t even bother putting new toilet tissue

    Sorry but we didn’t feel safe enough because there were people drinking on the hallway & leaving their cigarette butts & bottle cover on the hallway floor, the hallway going to our room on the second floor smells like urine. There were people talking loud, maybe fighting in the middle of the night. We stayed because it was near to the place of our destination & it is cheaper than other hotels but we would definitely try another hotel next time.

    We checked in and proceeded to our room, it was awful and the smell is so bad. We couldn't remain in the room for two minutes, we were unable to breath. We went back to reception and told them that we have asked for non-smoking room but the room we were given is so dirty, terrible odor, old and wrinkled sheets. We asked for another room but we were told there is nothing else available. We left our key with the reception and asked for cancelation. They said they will not refund us any part for our entire stay. Terrible experience.

    Room was barely adequate - patched up hole in bathroom door and ceiling tile. Pool was closed by Board of Health. Door card reader stopped working and we had to make two trips to front desk to get them to come open with key. Noisy trucks idling outside (we were told we were on the "quiet" side of the property) at 5:30 AM. Would not stay here again

    The pool was not open. The front desk was unorganized. The room they gave us was the wrong room. We asked for a smoking king bed and we got a non-smoking two double bed. Excessive wait time checking in at the front desk as well.

    Check-in was not friendly. Room was filthy - broken faucet, dripping water, gap in between door and door frame - bugs entering through the door, EVERYTHING had stains. I understand that stains happen, however some of these stains were raised as in never cleaned from whatever the substance was. I emailed Wyndham directly alerting them of the situation, and my "opinions" were "appreciated." I have asked for my money back as we did not stay there... it was over $160 dollars where our next stay was half that price and for a CLEAN ROOM. I am not often so dissatisfied, but this was absolutely horrible. I do not recommend staying here.

    The entry door to the room would not close properly and had obviously been forced open/closed. The latch would secure the door but the top and bottom of the door would not close in the frame. Outside noise from inconsiderate patrons was constant. I will never stay in another Days Inn again and Expedia should rate it a 1 star.

    The girl working front desk was a sweetheart very nice very friendly . The property is seemingly a bit run down, but our room was clean .No previous knowledge of the area from outta state - so ya get what ya get and don’t get upset. I hope that the deposit doesn’t become an issue. I think that once you check out it really should be immediately refunded to card .I will follow up on that.

    Bed was uncomfortable, floor was dirty, noisy area, wouldn’t even attempt a shower. Tub was dirty and had rust.

    It was a comfortable stay. Helpful people who worked there too. I’m not sure why people are reviewing 1 stars. I honestly had a great 3 day stay without any incidents. It was clean, and worth the money 100% I even considered staying a few more days, but business directed me elsewhere. Overall I’d give them 5/5

    I stayed at the property for one night with my 87-year-old mother while we were visiting cousins who live in Fort Myers. There were a lot of sketchy people around arguing, drinking, sitting in their vehicles, and playing loud music. It seems like a storm chasers hotel. The towels were very shabby and we only got two tiny towels and one washcloth. There was a sign in the bathroom listing all the extra things that you could borrow or use, including a coffee maker anywhere from $20-$50 a night which to me says that they have had problems with theft.

    Besides zero water pressure in sink, you only get 2 towels and 2 washclothes per room. If you ask for extra, they may sneak you a towel, but take a washcloth! Seriously 😳, I really hope a family of four gets more or y'all be drip drying for awhile!! And don't be expecting breakfast either

    This was by far the worst experience ever. The pool is not functional and they blame it on a hurricane that happened years ago, meanwhile other pools are up and running. Dont expect to get any sleep at night because it’s noisy, the room next door started playing music at around 1 a.m and the phones were not working to call the front office after calls from my cell phone went unanswered. But then when I went to find out what time was breakfast which is advertised and was my filter for choosing the hotel, they told me and I quote “We just have orange juice and the coffee” I immediately checked out and never to return. This is my second experience with the hotel but this time at a different location. I will not make that mistake a third time. It was a horrible experience for just about the price as all the other hotels which are way better.

    1. The hotel was very difficult to find at night because the hotel is located several yards from the road and their outdoor (roadside) sign was not lit up. 2. The front desk clerk was courteous but we went to 3 different rooms before she put us in the room we had originally booked. 3. There was no hot water at 6:00 in the morning for a shower. 4. After we had paid by cash on the evening of the check-in, we got a call after we had checked out the next morning because there was no record of our payment. 5. We have stayed a various Day's Inn's before but have never experienced such a terrible stay than the one at Fort Myers.

    Lights doesn’t work, no bulbs, faucet handle is falling apart, stinks, filthy.i will have pics and videos to prove. If I wasn’t so tired and if it wasn’t too late I would not stay here. The worse place I have ever been. Picture in advertising has nothing to do with this place. Disgusting..

    Upon check- in the employees were having to call the police because of two suspicious men that guests had already complained about and had been asked to leave twice. As we were driving to our room there were two homeless people sitting next to one of the several dumpsters in the parking lot. The hotel looks to be going through some renovations and hopefully soundproofing. It is extremely loud here. Last night someone was playing music with a lot of bass that lasted about 30 minutes. We could hear as if the window was open, people walking in front of the room and cars/trucks starting up. Also the door does not fully lock from the inside and the toilet has not stopped running since we arrived.

    We felt so about this hotel, actually motel that we decided back home in the middle of the night instead of staying there. In the parking lot area theres was people inside of they cars looking weird it was so disturbing and scary at the same time.
