This hotel was great in all aspects. If I complained about anything on this review I would by lying! Great experience!!!!!

Our entire state was lovely. Very relaxing. The pool area is nice. The staff was very nice and helpful with questions that we had. I would definitely come back.

All aspects of the stay were wonderful! Only item that was different, was the breakfast. It was not included with cost of room automatically. But what was offered was good and reasonably priced.

I got bit by bugs while sleeping in the bed. There were dogs barking at 8:30 in the morning in the hallway. The staff called my room while I was sleeping.

Price Pot smell from next door

Surprised that we had to pay for breakfast. It was expensive!! Only allowed 2 bottles of water per room. They staff did give us 2 extra. Also, when I got there is when they said I had to pay extra for my dog!! They staff and the rooms were wonderful but it was the extras.

Beds and bedding were really comfortable. The shampoo/conditioner, body wash and lotion was awesome - Crabtree & Evelyn products smell nice and very nice product line.

The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries, and beverages. Checking in with Gabriela was a wonderful experience. She was very welcoming and explained all the amenities.

The room was very clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and even texted to check to see how things were going and if I needed anything. Breakfast was good. I liked the buffet best only due to limited food sources I can eat myself. The outdoor pool and hot tub was wonderful. Plenty of seating and always very clean. I would stay again and highly recommend.

We had a beautiful stay for two nights. The room was clean and they serviced the room each day. Many hotels no longer clean the room daily and, as a result, many properties no longer feel clean. We were pleased this wasn’t the case at this hotel.

The property was just ok. The room was clean but needed some repairs. Housekeeping did not clean our room one day, even after asking g them specifically to do it so we came back from a day at the beach to a uncleaned room. The real issue was no towels to shower after a day at the beach.

This Hilton Garden Inn was perfect for my stay. Highly recommend!

We just loved this hotel. Everything about it was terrific. The staff were so accommodating. Our breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The location was just perfect to go to Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach, Naples. Great restaurants close by. Our suite was so comfortable. We travel quite a bit and this hotel is at the top of our list.

Nice Hotel to stay at. The continental breakfast is not included, rather $10’s per person. And if you wanted the full hot breakfast bar with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and grits it’s $18 per person. It still was very good and everything was very clean. It was a little tricky getting into the parking lot because it’s between two other buildings hidden behind trees from the Hwy.

We did not get the room we ordered because they were over booked. Our shower was dirty and toilet did not flush well. Buffett was way over priced and other food was terrible. Staff was okay but no one seemed excited about working there or went out of their way to help.

The property is very well kept and the staff was so helpful and polite. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The rooms were your basic hotel rooms. Only thing I could say is that the pillows weren’t the best. I had read that in other reviews. I was happy to see that the rooms were cleaned everyday, which not all hotels do anymore. I definitely would stay here again. Kudos to the waitress that served us breakfast everyday. She was the best.

We were there for a week and all was great. Most days we ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant, sat out by the fire at night, did laundry in the clean laundry room and used the printer to print our boarding passes to fly home.

Hotel was clean and in a safe area. Pool was a key feature as it was heated and a decent size. Breakfast not included in rate but avail for $18. Room was quiet and updated. We had an issue with the bed fitted sheets coming off which we reported on day one. Same thing happened on days 2 and 3. Seems the fitted sheets are not king sized.

We had the best time at this hotel! Everything about it was great, the pool, the room, and staff. We could not get enough of the food there!! Fantastic! The chefs were amazing.

The waitresses for breakfast were amazing. The breakfast package was great. I really liked the weekend breakfast buffet. Wish that was every day. The week days, the cook would miss out on the bacon, or no cheese in the omelette, but still good.

The room was fine, but I was double charged for the food and beverage I had in the restaurant. I used a credit card for all purchases there but they also added the charges as incidentals to my overall bill. I explained the double charge to the person who checked me out, and the waitress confirmed it. The person at checkout said there was nothing she could do about it.

Generally speaking, hotel was ok. It was loud throughout the night several nights during the stay so we slept with the tv on to create some low level white noise. Room was not serviced daily despite requests so by the time of checkout trash cans were well past full. Given the room wasn’t serviced, coffee was not restocked but there is coffee available in the lobby downstairs. Dinner/breakfast is available for additional cost in the bar area off the lobby. It wasn’t a bad stay but for the area, there are other options that offer breakfast included for lower cost.

The room was very clean, staff was nice, and the location was central to where we wanted to visit on our vacation. The first night the shower head has absolutely zero pressure and the water was cold. We alerted the front desk and they sent the custodian the next morning and it was replaced that morning. It was certainly better than it was, but still not perfect. We theorize everything was comfortable and perfect. A very quiet location, clean and convenient.

There was a sports team staying and partying all night for several nights. After several calls to the desk they were unable to quiet things down.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. But the room carpet was not very clean (dust and debris under the bed). We requested housekeeping the 2nd day of our 3 nights there; they made the bed (not well), replaced towels, emptied trash, but did not replace coffee station cups etc. nor toilet paper, which he had to request from front desk staff later that night. Also there was no way to set the time on the alarm clock; and the toilet ran off and on (we reported it when we left.) Certainly not issues we have encountered or would have expected at a Hilton property.

The room felt very old and mismatched. More importantly the bathroom smelled like old urine , had only one half of a roll of toilet paper only 1 bar of soap and 1 towel for 2 people. I'm a Hilton Honors member and expected a lot more from this hotel.

Bed was NOT comfortable, I was sinking in it, woke up with back and head ache. Pillows were good, both queen mattress in the room were no different. Tried to sleep In Different directions and positions, but bed caved in in the center. At check out, the front desk man ignored my good morning greeting, until he was done on his cell phone I was the first to arrive to front desk, he acknowledged us when another couple arrived to front desk and said hey! Other than that, safe place, clean and good amenities.

Bartender/ nightstaff was great and friendly. Breakfast server ( we had sit down) seemed over stretched and infrequent. Food was stone cold. Sports team staying there did something in the parking lot that covered several cars including ours with white sticky substance similiar to spray can snow.

The housekeepers knocked on my door at 1125am when check out is 12pm. I was on a call so I said through the door that I would be out of the room in about 15 min. Then the room phone rang and it was the front desk telling me the housekeeper told her I was checking out late. I told her that I told the housekeeper that I would be out in about 15 min. , isn't check out at 12pm? It's 1130am. She said yes. I said ok l, I will be out of the room before 12pm and I was. Way to push your customers out and ruin a nice stay.

we did not care that we asked one day out of the 5 our room be cleaned, and they made our bed but did not repunish any of our coffee or bathroom necessities {towels, washcloths, soap, etc.}. so we were very disappointed when we returned to our room to find nothing we needed.

I had to make a very impromptu trip for personal reasons to Fort Myers. When checking in the process was very expedient. The room was very clean. Service was incredibly friendly and when checking out of course it was also just as easy.

We were really disappointed with our stay. As soon as we walked into the room, it had a strong mildew smell, and I’m fairly certain there was mold present. My husband actually had an allergic reaction—his eyes were burning and he couldn’t stop sneezing the entire time. This made it very uncomfortable and concerning for us. On the positive side, the property itself felt safe and well-maintained, and the text communication was quick and convenient. When I requested extra towels and conditioner, they were delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the condition of the room overshadowed the positives, and I hope Hilton addresses this issue for future guests.

Everything was great, but last night I found a roach behind the curtains by the windows and I couldnt sleep.

Did not revive the king room we reserved but a double queen accessible. We were told as a 3rd party reservation we were bumped to a different room as the hotel filled up. Room was NOT at all what we were looking for.

Paid for a King through Expedia and room was given away for 2 queens in an accessible room because we booked with a 3rd party vendor. Room was missing a hair dryer and the fridge decided to defrost as soon as we opened it. After that first day everything was fine but definitely did not want a 2 Queen accessible. That was very disappointing will have to rethink our next booking as a result.

Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay. It's my second time staying at a Hilton Garden Inn, once here and once in California. The one thing I didn't like was the slight odor in the room. It was like a musty smell. We got an air freshener and that took care of it.

Staff was wonderful, the hotel was amazing for the price and it also had a great restaurant and outside area. Would absolutely stay here again next time for sure!

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and rooms

We had to stay in town unexpectedly for a couple days because my wife went into the hospital there.
