convenient to the airport as we were catching an early flight, made it much easier. We didn't use the shuttle because we had a rental car to return but it was available. Nice staff and cold AC for a good sleep.

Been to this hotel before and it’s just as nice as the last time. Comfy bed/pillows, dark room for great sleep, convenient location, and quiet. Breakfast was a bit off the first morning but was better the second. Will stay again

We didn’t have breakfast as our flight was way earlier than the breakfast window. Room was quiet, beds were comfortable. The best part was the window coverings that completely blocked out the light. Never experience this with other hotels. Lovely stay for us. Will book again.

The room was spotlessly clean, big and great for plugging everything in. Both end tables had multiple outlets as well as the desk and dresser area. The bathroom was well equipped and the walk in shower was a pleasant surprise. The refrigerator was bigger than expected. The safe was locked and they were unable to fix it but that inconvenience was minor. The staff we dealt with were all very efficient and friendly. There were plenty of tables and chairs in the breakfast area and the food was very good. The area was adjacent to the lobby area so high tops were comfortable for reading or working. The hotel property location was convenient to the college and airport and all the shopping and restaurants but was in a quiet area so easy to relax. Will definitely be staying there whenever needing to be in the area overnight.

The girl that checked me in had a horrible attitude. Southern hospitality is not a thing there.

100% recommend this hotel ( and I'm pretty picky). Well lit parking lot. Knowledgeable front desk staff. Clean, comfortable room with working temperature control , refrigerator, tv. Linens and bed very nice. Bathroom spotless. Shower amenities an added bonus. Breakfast beyond what I expected for an "included " with the room. To sum it up excellent addition to complete my stay.

This was an excellent operation! The staff worked hard at caring for the people staying at the hotel. Facilities were clean and up to date. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had. It was conveniently near the airport, but not noisy. Pool and fitness room was an added benefit.

We didn’t get in til quite late and the desk clerk Allison was a bright spot after a long day. The room was great, good bed and pillows and I particularly enjoyed the blackout shades. Breakfast the next morning was great. When my husband saw make your own pancakes he was thrilled. I particularly like the scrambled eggs which tasted fresh instead of powdered, biscuits were good too and thankfully the butter was not a hard frozen lump. A good stay, easy to get to from the airport. We’d definitely come again.

I didn't get breakfast because it starts at 7:00 and I caught the shuttle early morning. Would have been nice to have had a bag breakfast available. There was no one at the desk for close to 15 minutes when I was downstairs talking to the shuttle operator. Now he was wonderful! I left without being able to speak to anybody.

Serviceable travel hotel. Clean, has necessities. No restaurant on site or nearby, so plan accordingly. Shuttle service responds AFTER you contact the hotel- so make sure to call asap on arrival. Service to airport can be arranged upon arrival at hotel and is efficient.

We stayed here 6 months ago room was very spacious. This time room was smaller and was not informed until we got there that the parking lot was being replaved so was smelly, our BMW got a film on it and was not happy. Talked to the Asphalt team and they assured it will come off which it did. Had to drive back to south Florida to get home then washed it.

I had a last-minute flight cancellation and needed a convenient place to stay near the airport. After some searching, I came across this hidden gem! The hotel was clean, quiet, and welcoming, with a friendly and helpful staff. One of the standout features was the airport shuttle service, which starts as early as 4 a.m.—perfect for early flights. Although the hotel is located in an industrial area, it felt safe and was remarkably peaceful. The morning shuttle driver was especially courteous and accommodating. My only regret was not being able to try the breakfast due to my early departure. If I ever need to stay in the Fort Myers area again, this will be my top choice!

We felt like we were in a Motel 6. The Front Desk Clerk was great however! Room had dead spiders, wasn't clean, beds & pillows were uncomfortable, coffee was icky, much of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, air-conditioning barely kept up with the heat. We will stick with Hilton's moving forward as Holiday Inn seems to have become the new Motel 6.

I stayed here for one night and had a mixed experience. The staff were really nice and the shuttle bus to the airport was super convenient. The hotel's new building and clean interior were definite highlights. However, the bed felt a bit damp, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

The Holiday Inn Express was very clean and quiet. We only stayed one night, due to a flight cancellation. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The transportation was top notch. Alex picked us up at the airport and then brought us to an area where we could something to eat. He went out of his way for us.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing walkable around there, but they were more than happy to drive us places and drop us off and pick us up. We found the hotel quite accommodating and very nice and clean. I’d stay again.
