Everything was great

Clean rooms, great breakfast, very nice, friendly staff, restaurant next door, a convenient store, grocery store, and airport very close by.

We stayed one night just passing through. The hotel was very clean and smelt good. My kids enjoyed the pool. I liked that it was indoor. We had no issues checking in or out. Great experience.

The best hotel “included” breakfast we’ve had in a while! Room was modern with good amenities. Bed was comfortable. Shower was super clean with great water pressure. Staff was great.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice pool area. When we were there it was very busy with guests but it didn’t seem like the staff was keeping up with the breakfast. When we went down there wasn’t much food and not even plates or bowls for what food they did have. Like I said I know they were full of guests but I feel they could have done a better job of keeping it stocked.

I’ve stayed at 3 other hotels before in town but this will be my go-to going forward. The staff (African-American woman and Caucasian woman who I believe was the manager) were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the staff cleaned it everyday during my stay! Most hotels clean every other day if that or by request only. Housekeeping was the best so I left them a tip. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well as the heated pool. Wi-Fi was reliable. We will stay here again in the future.

The hotel was overall very nice. Our room was clean, and the bathroom was clean except for used dental floss hanging on the shower rod. We enjoyed breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

This hotel was a hidden gem! It’s one of the best hotel we stayed in. The rooms were big and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was great! We will be coming back here when we need a place to stay.

Things to note, the 3 dispensers in the shower was confusing since 2 were labeled as shampoo lol. Breakfast on the weekend starts only at 7 am, which sucks cause I had to leave the hotel by 6 in the morning, so I missed out on breakfast both days. When I went to check out around 6:15 there was nobody at the front desk, and had to call the number , only for him to come out of the office , guess it was nap time . Other than that the stay was ok.

I liked how it is a family friendly place, with a pool and breakfast. While I could walk to get dinner, I could also walk to shopping. The air conditioning was working, the bed was comfortable. It was a nice experience.

If you have to do business on the internet, forget it. We had called the front desk regarding the lack of internet...But there was no internet hours later. The room we stayed in was for a 7 foot customer. The sink counter level was so high and the shampoo, conditioner soap dispenser was weird, at least 5ft above the tub located at the end of the tub. Won't want to stay in this hotel because of the above.

Shawn the desk clerk who checked me in did an outstanding job and made me feel like the company truly appreciated my business. The room was spotless and the cleaning products they used gave the property a pleasant fragrance. The shower had great water pressure and unlimited hot water. In the 4 nights I was there I did not hear any noise from other guests. The free breakfast was tasty and the orange juice was not watered down. The property definitely deserved its 9.4/10 rating on Expedia.

Great stay! Only complaint really is that housekeeping knocked on our door twice before 11(check out time), which wasn’t a big deal overall since we were just there for 1 day.

It was in the middle of town. A lot of restaurants nearby.

The rooms and lobby are super clean and nice and I loved that part. However, the breakfast was below par and the pool is so small. Its capacity is 10 but, we still enjoyed it. And for a coffee drinker, having some good coffee is a must and theirs was something I could live without. But like I said service was good, very clean and would possibly stay again.

Both rooms on either side of us were loud till about 3am. Our AC was loud and didn't really cool off our room. It stayed between 75 and 77 degrees when we had it set for 70.

We stay at this property regularly. Always clean, always comfortable, always accommodating. Never disappoints.

The room was clean and comfortable, until I tried to lock the deadbolt. It would not lock and I was exhausted so I just relied on the top lever to keep intruders out. The front desk was informed. I was disappointed as this hotel appeared to fairly new.

It was clean, quiet, good water pressure, shower drained well, staff was very helpful, and they had fruit and an oatmeal bar and oat milk for people with allergies and vegans.

The only complaint I have is that there weren't an outlet next to the bed that I could use to charge my phone. There was a USB outlet in the alarm/radio but I didn't have an adapter with me.

The hotel had a wonderful, welcoming smell upon entry. The room was exceptionally clean. My shower was hot with great water pressure. Though I didn’t need two televisions, this was a great feature to include.

We stayed for the weekend with some friends of ours. The room was clean, the breakfast was fine for a hotel breakfast, the clerks we saw and worked with were pleasant and friendly. The only complaint I have is the same one I have for almost every hotel any more. There is no service to speak of. No clean towels, no trash emptying, etc. The only good thing about it is that we are saving.money on tipping the maid. Our stay was good but I miss the days of more service.

10/10. The room was immaculate! There was ample parking available. The bathroom was clean and there was a fan! Most of the hotels on my road trip did not have a bathroom fan. I had an amazing sleep - the bed and pillows were perfect.

Chris at the front desk did a fabulous job at making our arrival and stay one of the best experiences ever. He was very kind and friendly. He was eager to answer any questions and to make our stay better. We believe Chris is tremendous asset to the Fairfield Community.

Front desk staff was excellent and the room was very clean. BUT the beds were not comfortable at all and water pressure sucked. The indoor pool is very small, the sign says 10 people at a time. Luckily it was just the 3 of us. Housekeeping came into our room at 9:45 day of check out which woke us up. And our cards were already deactivated at 10:30 even though check out is 11. Thankfully one of us was still in the room with the rest of our stuff we were loading up. The shower/tub was remarkably slippery (my son fell 3 times), I actually wore my water shoes the second time I took a shower. Great location though, close to everything you need.

The lady who worked on the day of checkouts was extremely understanding and helpful. I've told my mother we would definitely be staying at that hotel next time we have to be in town overnight.
