Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Smith

This was my first time to stay in Ft Smith, and I don't think I could have picked a better hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to stay at the Homewood Suites the next time I'm in town.

One of the cleanest, great customer service, better than average breakfast. Great room full kitchen :) Would stay again in a heart beat!!!

Staff was friendly. Place was clean There was a part of a hamburger meat stashed under the couch when we pulled the bed out. I seriously think they need to pull furniture out atleast once or twice a month just deep clean all rooms

Addie at the front desk was amazing!! We were early and my brothers room was ready and we were not anywhere close together but she worked and got us a joining room and I was also able to check in early. She was just so sweet and had a positive energy about her. She just made my day! When we checked out the guy at the front desk was also so nice. I didn’t get his name. Just a great group of people. The lady at the breakfast bar was also very nice. Loved by stay there!!😊

My son cut his foot in process of glass inside of the closet when he was building a fort. It happened on Valentine’s Day.. he had to be rushed to the ER and He had to get stitches!

Our stay was perfect.

The room was comfortable and very spacious. Beds are quite firm bordering on too hard. Bathroom was obviously water damaged. Staff was courteous in person but horribly rude when contacted over the phone.

The room was filthy (including animal evidence) and hotel staff did not want to clean it.

Never told us how to just access cable. Why didn’t they call someone to fix. Breakfast staff person not friendly. Breakfast just ok. No bacon Worst problem heating unit in bedroom run off and on all night. Could not shut off. It was awful. Was not controlled by thermostat. Thermostat so old could not see temperature in room. Toilet so low very difficult to get up and down

Room was great, staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only thing that was not up to the Homewood standard was the breakfast. It was very sub par and so much processed food. Not the quality that Homewood usually has

Addie checked us in , made sure we were taken care of during our stay and checked us out. Addie was amazing with the best customer service. Very clean hotel and we enjoyed our 3 night stay. We will be back!!

Roomy

The room was clean, property was nice, staff was friendly, we really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely use this location again in the future. We had a blast in the indoor pool and appreciate the dog area outside with provided dog waste bags and trash area.

Everything about this place was AMAZING

Upon check-in, after a six hour flight and one and half our drive from Fayetteville, Arkansas, I was greeted with a smile. I apologize that I can't remember his name...he greeted us with a infectious smile. I so love smiles and good customer service. I checked out sleeplessly approximately around 6:00am and was greeted with another smile. Her smile brought sunshine to my heavy heart in the dark. Thank you Team Homewood Suites for bringing a smile to my face during a difficult time. Until again...smile and the world smiles with you.

The staff here are AMAZING!!!! I had broken my foot before our trip to Fort Smith and my foot was so swollen. The front desk assisted me with ice and ice packs... wow. We could not ask for better customer service!! Could not ask for better cleaning staff!!! Would recommend this place to everyone!

Only 1 issue… the AC unit in 120 doesn’t have a continuous fan, so every time the AC kicks on, you wake up

We had a great time overall however the older lady that serviced the breakfast station is very rude and coughs over the food with her mouth open.

Staff was friendly, hotel ground, and inside were clean, and well maintained. Only small problem was the shower head attached to water pipe leaked spewing into the bathroom. Put a towel over it so it didn't spew, and reported it when we checked out. Manager was nice and thank us for reporting the problem.

Hotel is in need of maintenance. Nice stay and the employees were very helpful. But the toilet would run, the legs of table in the room were loose, the indoor pool was tepid, and on Sunday the card reader for the side exit door stopped working. One or two minor issues is understandable, but many minor issues is concerning.

We have stayed here multiple times. Always excellent!

Honestly one of the best stays while traveling. If i had to say anything that could've been better as far as drinks. Otherwise i would stay here again. Room was clean hotel was clean staff super friendly. Lots of shopping and food near by.

Great property and location was quiet and close to restaurants

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Very clean, awesome hot breakfast, great facilities (we really liked the pool area, fitness center, and basketball court). The room had a ceiling fan, which is a rare feature in a hotel. The only thing I didn't love is that they only clean your room every other day. If i stay there again, I will request that they at least bring extra towels and washcloths, plus toilet paper daily (and take away the dirty towels).

It was like having an efficiency apartment, plus some other ameni3you will not find elsewhere. Overall the place was clean, but they need to make a point to vacuum the loveseat/chair and under the cushions as well. I would stay again.

Excellent bathroom cleanliness. Our suite slept 6, and was perfect for our family. Check out was noon which was nice. Pool was great. Breakfast was good as well. A in my book!

I didn’t get a receipt from my payment at check in or checkout. They said I would get a receipt by email…still waiting.

The hotel was beautiful in a nice location. The room was great it was a suite. My issue with the hotel is in the 50.00 pet fee got entered in as 512.17 and was taken out of my checking account for several days until. When I went to the front desk they kept trying to say it was hotel.coms fault when it had their hotel as the one taking it out. And in the end it was their fault bc it was the pet fee.

It was clean and quiet during our stay. It is pet friendly but we hardly heard any animal noise. It is close to a variety of restaurants and shops.

A wonderful place to stay

The staff was very kind. Our room was clean and comfy.

The jetted tub was perfect. The size of the suite made me want to just live there. Kitchenette, separate bedroom from main area... Was only staying a night but splurged a little for the amenities. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was standard.. but did maintain constant refilling so they didn't run out early like other places. Variety of vending at front desk was nice. Free delivery for food if staying at the hotel was also nice. All around great stay. Hoping for more opportunities to stay at the higher end hotels since I travel alot. Mainly... It makes a difference. Even if it's 1 night or 1 week, the quality matters.

Clean, comfortable, good size room (3 adults, 2 kids, and a dog) and a good breakfast. We only stayed one night but would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Front desk operator was very friendly and informative. Great customer service, I believe her name was Marta. We really appreciated being put on the first floor since we had a dog. It made it much easier to take the dog out.

Hotel is clean, well lit out in the parking area, we had a bit of an issue with the ac unit on the room not heating enough but the unit at the kitchen/living area was working great and it kept the room comfortable through the night

Feels more like a home than a hotel inside

You have to hold the flusher down the first time or the toilet would not flush. Had to request toilet paper. Only had partial rolls when we arrived.

Stayed overnight ona family road trip and it was by far the best stay we've had on one of these trips. The place was so nice that I kind of regretted needing to hit the road so quickly the next day. Clean, helpful staff, really nice room - the best.

Absolutely a great, safe feeling place to stay. Big field for any size dog in the back and side to play. Only down fall is we are on the 4th floor and we hear every door close and the floor shakes a little

Nice clean and quiet hotel tucked out of the way from streets and stores, yet within walking distance of restaurants.

Quality room and what we were looking for…

We had our dog and there was plenty of open space around the hotel to walk and exercise our dog. Convienently located near restaurants and the room was very large with a wall dividing the bedroom and the rest of the suite. Very quiet except of the heater, which was too loud. But not a major issue. Friendly staff and a very nice place to stay in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.

Such a nice hotel!! My flight got canceled late at night and the hotel not only had a shuttle that could come get me, the driver and the front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful with how tired I was! Room was super nice & comfortable. Great kitchenette with everything you could need. Bed was sooooo comfortable. Very happy with my stay!

The Hilton facilities never disappoint. I would put a hand held unit in the showers though.
