Have stayed here 3 times now and every time has been a good experience.

Very professional staff

Pick up at the airport was ok, we just called front desk and provided location. Their shuttle is just a regular van that is not always ready to go because the driver is also the manager on duty, the front desk person and the hotel supervisor. So they unusually ask guests to schedule transportation to airport. If for any particular reason you forget about scheduling, they will initially refuse taking you to the airport. If guest insists, like we did, will make you wait one hour until they feel comfortable to take you and with a higher chance to miss your flight.

Paid for parking and shuttle to/ from airport . Driver picked up another fare trip of 7 that pushed us back to the hotel another 30 minutes.

Hotel overall wasn’t terrible. First room air conditioner made all kinds of racket. Asked to change rooms, second rooms AC was almost as bad but just dealt with it. Otherwise, for what I paid, it was just okay.

Close to airport and convenience shops, restaurants around area

I stay there often because the rooms are clean, staff is helpful, and the beds are comfortable. What else would you need?!

They say breakfast included but you only get a grad & go bag from the front desk. This not what I am use to. I would have went somewhere else because my flight was not until 2 pm.

Limited Staff but, they were helpful. Needed a shuttle from the airport unfortunately none was available during check-in time. Only from 6 AM-11 AM and 6 PM- 10 PM

Very disappointed with my stay. The hotel advertised “breakfast included,” but this is what they actually handed out at the front counter: a small juice, a yogurt, a granola bar, a tiny bag of muffins, and a piece of fruit. That’s not a real breakfast—just a grab-and-go snack at best. On top of that, the hallways had a strong, unpleasant smell the entire time, which made the stay even worse. Definitely not the experience I expected. I wouldn’t stay here again.

AC worked fine. Elevator was out of order. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and simple, appeared to be evidence of foundation settlement.

Staff was friendly if you could get them to the desk. Mattress was so old it had dent from all the years people have slept on it. Privcy curtain was torn down on half the window, and the most important thing no water pressure in the shower

I had a very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude, showing little to no interest in helping. Simple requests were ignored or not addressed at all, which made the entire situation frustrating. Definitely not the level of service I expected. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not what was expected based off pictures posted online. Building is run down despite renovations, parking lot is dangerous, “continental breakfast” was a brown bag grab and go, refrigerator was in the bathroom, water fridge walk in shower got everywhere.

The room was very clean and check in was easy. We left at 4 am to go to the airport, so we do not know about the breakfast. We were not able to use the shuttle since there was snow on the ground. I wish we were aware of this prior to coming so we could arrange transport. We did appreciate them allowing our car to park in the back parking lot until we returned. For the price, I recommend.

When I attempted to cancel the remaining nights, the hotel refused, and I ended up staying only one night out of the three I had booked. This lack of cooperation and the unsafe conditions made the experience extremely disappointing.

I just needed a basic room for a one night layover. The sheets and towels were clean. The room hadn’t been cleaned. The floor and surfaces were dirty, the bathroom sink had hair and makeup in it. I tried to utilize the airport shuttle but was unable to get through to the hotel and had to spend almost $30 on an Uber

Staff is always curtious and rooms are always clean. I stay there every single time im in the Euless area. Quiet and comfortable and the value cant be beat.

The staff was wonderful. When there was an issue with our room they found us another one immediately. They made sure we made the shuttle to the airport in the morning and helped with our bags. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom modern. There’s also an excellent Indian restaurant a five minute walk away which was so convenient for our one day stay while we waited to take our flight. Nothing. For a budget price hotel it was a good value.

No airport shuttle from Love Field, air conditioning in room didn’t work, every 5 minutes I had to adjust the temperature to get it to come back on. I was a late check in informed front desk I was needing a late check out. Lady told me ok. Got up the next morning ran an errand at 9am & told the front desk again I was going to do a late check out guy told me ok. Ran errand came back at 9:45am laid back down & at 10:30am and someone was beating on my door asking me if I was check out. I said I have a late check out and it’s not even check out time if I was checking out at 11am.

Breakfast was grab and go (Continenta: orange, granola bar, juice, yogurt, muffin bitesl)and shuttle from airport wait time was over an hour

One time the bed was not comfortable

Great location to go to AA center. They provide shuttle service. Breakfast to go, which was very convenient. Excellent customer service. What I've noticed first at the entering was amazing scent. Visually clean, mostly updated but more or less like any other, but the scent and customer service made it stand out.

Beds and were tub clean. They were very friendly and helpful at check in. Lets start with my booking being for a room with 2 queen beds handicap room with accessible roll in shower. The room had 2 queens but the bathroom was not handicapped friendly (it had a handle to hold when you STEP OVER the side of the TUB), luckily my mobility didnt fully require the roll in rub but, it was not fun. The 1st night: My husband went to the desk to ask for 2 extra towels and they flat refused and then finally would only agreed to give him 2 FLOOR towels for us to use because according to the desk our "room has already been serviced and no additional towels SHOULD be needed. Our party was 3 adults and we were given 3 towels/3hand towels/3 wash clothes. Apparently anything more is asking too much. Within the room, our remote didnt work at all for the TV and we were told they "would have someone look at it tomorrow" and that never happened. The TV also was tiny and horrible with red color floating around the screen any time it's turned on. Also, although the room itsels was clean, one bed sheet was dirty so we removed it and left it to be replaced but our room was not cleaned so I had to go down and get the sheet myself to make 2nd bed when our group arrived. Also, several lights were broken and would flicker or randomly just shut off inside our room so we had to figure out which ones we should leave off the whole time... One more thing. The end of the hallway smelled like pickles or something similar on both the ground and 2nd floor near the stairs. The smell was very strong but seemed centralized to that end of the hall/building??‍♀️.

Very friendly staff and were very accommodating to my needs.

The hotel itself was well clean and the room was freshly clean (no signs of dust and indication that room hasn’t been cleaned). The staff was very kind and responsive to requests. The only misleading information was the breakfast, as it was a sack bag (brown bag) that included yogurt, juice, granola bar, and other snack like items. Was in hopes of the classic free continental breakfast but I can understand the cost of ingredients on a daily basis would take a toll. Nevertheless, was an enjoyable stay.

The $50 deposit at time of checkin was a surprise. It should be noted when booking rooms.

Shuttle runs limited times, Was told different times from everyone I spoke with at the Front Desk. Took Uber instead, bed linens were dirty stained. Walls were dirty stained, I thinking cleaning needs to be better. And communication regarding shuttle needs to be better. Never had breakfast for myself not sure how that was.

no bathtub plug, tv remote needed batteries, had to pay $50. damage deposit on credit card that was not returned on departure, but 8 days later after two follow-up calls. Morning breakfast consisted of a lunch bag with a few pre selected items rather than allowing patrons to select and make their own breakfast from a variety of items

The hotal is old, but was clean. Loved the fancy light-up mirror our room had! Our bathroom door wouldnt close and the sink drained slowly, but those were not an issue to us as it is an older building. The gentlemen we encountered at the service desk were all very friendly.

Very outdated facility that was dirty. Condoms and comdom boxes in the parking area. No room service to at least replace towels and toilet paper. People in the room next door smoked pot everyday and it came through the wall. Outside very dark and scary for a single lady to come back in after dark. Trash all over the parking lot at all times. Inside of motel had a stale smell. Will not stay there again. Not worth the money

Everything about our room was great, but there was something on the light switch and it was brown and I’m not sure exactly what it was if it was make up or something else that’s the only thing that I found that wasn’t very nice about the room it was actually kind of gross whatever it was, but the light switched right by the door was pretty nasty

At the Euless location, I was given a sack with 2 tangerines, a breakfast bar and juice. What is this? Not sure that this is the standard or not, if so, you may want to reassess.

Easy to find. Free parking. Big room with king size bed. Large refrigerator. Microwave. Electric stove top with 2 burners. You have to bring yojr own pots and pans dishes and sileverware. Single cup coffee maker in roo., but free coffee in lobby. Large tv. Couch to sit on while watching tv or reading a book or using cell phone. It is great.

Is not good enough

First room, lights weren’t working properly and many stains on the bed. Second room was better but then the buildings fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Lots of noise in the hallway which was disturbing.

We only needed to stay one night, It was fine. No issues at all.

This hotel was the best prices with the cleanest facility and rooms. When you walk in you can smell the cleanliness. Very impressed with this location

The property was exactly what we needed for the one night stay. The room and property were both extremely well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the heating/cooling in the room worked perfectly. Only thing I could ask for improvement on was the water pressure in the shower. Other than that, two thumbs up!

I booked there cause it said they had an airport shuttle I call and call and the number listed was for a different days Inn hour and a half later a shuttle comes to DFW takes me to the wrong days inn so I have to Uber to the right one then the shuttle is reservation only and doesn’t run until after I have to be back at the airport so I pay for another Uber for the money I spent I could have stayed at a nicer hotel and not spent hours to get back and forth. Plus the room was cold and unclean.

They didn't clean my room once on my 5 days stayed I understand I was working nights 22 hours shifts I ask fromt dest to let me know please when they wanted to clean my room I was getting off the at 6am every day so I would sleep through the day that's why I told them to let me know the day that they need to get out of the room so they could have clean it they never did

This place is old, I could tell when I checked in. Small place, only two floors. I would choose elsewhere to stay next time in Texas. It smells in the hallway, almost got a headache! It really is just so outdated.

Free shuttle has a schedule, it's not all day. Had to pay $25 each way from/to airport. Very inconvenient the extra $50 dollas had to spend

Good hospitality

The shuttle service is offerred on a limited basis. This is not disclosed at the time of booking. There is no asterisk or footnote after the mention of airport shuttle. I had to pay $34 each way. The free shuttle service was the reason i booked this property. So not right and the mgt there did zero to accomodate me.

I had an excellent stay at Days Inn. The staff was very friendly as well. Although some updating was needed, everything was well-maintained. I want to say thanks to the staff for being friendly. I would definitely stay again

The hotel was in a great location from airport and AT & T stadium. The room was quiet and clean up very outdated … definitely needs a face lift but for the price you can’t complain;) Staff was nice and accommodating, even had airport shuttle which was quiet nice. All in all we enjoyed our stay …

The room was alright. There was no breakfast nor was it mentioned. The toliet clogged about 830a and front desk said they would take care of it. We were gone all day and returned about 845p. We asked if the toliet had been unclogged and we got the thumbs up. When we went to our room we found the toilet still clogged!! We told the office again. He said they would take care of it and a few minutes later showed up to our room with a plunger and told me "here you go"! I sarcastically asked if he thought I was going to plunge the toilet. After a few he said he would do it Besides that...it was ehh.

Do NOT stay here! It looks nothing like the pictures. I reserved my room over 2 months ago. When I got there they had me on the second floor and there was a huge hole in the ceiling as if there was a secret camera and NONE of the outlets work. Then they moved me to the first floor. Room was much smaller. Half of the outlets didn’t work in this room. I entered my room at night and there was a huge bug in there. I asked the manager to change my room and he stated there was no more rooms available. I asked if he can come and get the bug removed. He waited until 40 minutes to come and by that time I had already killed the bug. No one came inside the room the total time I was there to clean and freshen the room. I had to stalk the cleaning people in the morning just to get fresh towels and toilet tissue. Being that we went on a weekend of a women’s conference there was NO availability in hotels nearby so I had to stick it out. The only positive thing I can say is the location was great. It was 15 minutes from the airport and 15/20 minutes from everywhere I needed to go, so I was happy about that. Other than that…. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The breakfast wasn’t what I was expecting. When you’re told breakfast is included you think hot breakfast example eggs sausage bacon etc… What I encountered was a bag of little bites, a granola bar, yogurt and a mango juice which is somewhat deceiving. But other than this the place is nice.

It was okay. The shuttle service isn’t 24 hours I didn’t know that until I needed it to return to the airport. The room had a bit of an odor. It’s a nice place if you just need to shower or something but I wouldn’t stay here to relax.

Roaches and they should not be able to have breakfast as something they do because they throw a yogurt in a bag and an apple literally at the desk and hand it to you.

It was semi clean. It was an older hotel that had been redone. The elevator scared us and needed updating. It made all kinds of sounds while in operation. Grab and go breakfast was a joke. You had to pick up a sack lunch from the front desk of things that were picked FOR YOU.

The entrance it’s very dangerous and they are charging more including the brakes fast when you go for it they give cooks and can of yogurts man. So cheap peoples

Complained about bathroom light flickering and broken desk light but no resolution. Also bathroom door could not completely close.

They gave us a sack bag, like a school sack bag with a little bag of mini muffin, a horrible orange juice, a yogurt! Coffee wasn’t ready at 9am or they run out and took a while to bring more coffee. Staff wasn’t very friendly, very dry and not very good customer service. There wasn’t a spear trash bag to be change in the bathroom. The smell in the room was funky, probably because of the old ac. Ac isn’t central and it was kind of noisy. Also there was some noise during the night and we do not know if it was in the parking lot, upstairs, look like it was coming from outside. I will never stay there again. Left before the second night.
