    It was close to freeway The room was dirty. You could see the dust on the floor, counters and refrigerator. You can tell housekeeping does bare minimum to keep room clean. People walk around smoking weed openly in the hallways. Night staff looks high. Let’s not forget the trash smell coming from the stairwell due to overflow of trashes and roaches in the rooms.

    Literally showed up and the place had no carpet. Elevator was broken and they kept all their trash in stairwell which attracted cockroaches. Apparently they were going through renovations but that wasn’t told to me ahead of time and they still charged full price. Woke up each night itching in bed, although I didn’t see any bugs on mattress. We checked out earlier and went somewhere else. Worst extended stay ever.

    There was no sitting chair, no desk chair, no night stand, no comforter on the bed, no trash can in the bathroom, no dishes/pots/utensils in the kitchen, no cold water in the bathroom sink, no sheers on the window. The smoke detector chirped all night. Worst hotel I have ever experienced.

    Also me and my wife got accosted in the parking lot when we come back to the hotel from visiting relatives and the guy was asking us for money and got upset when we told him we didn’t carry cash when we went inside and told the staff the front desk clerk about it he asked us where? we told him, the guy costed us out here in front in your driveway just right in front of the doors And he goes where and we pointed to another customer getting accosted in front of the doors of the hotel They just didn’t care they didn’t go out there and stop the guy. They didn’t ask the guy to leave the property nothing the guy had barely any clothes on. he stunk and kept pulling his pants up, cause they kept falling down so we knew there was something wrong with him.

    Went to Texas for the USA National Karate tournament. First reason for renting here was the kitchen and second was the breakfast. Well needless to say we got none. Breakfast consisted of coffee and sometimes a muffin no garantees. The kitchen in the room had nothing, no pots, jo plates not silverware or coffee pot. We were told to ask for them and if available they would give to us. Well they were never available. The room was dirty, smelled bad and had roaches everywhere. They came on our 2nd day there to fumigate and everything was sprayed all over the floor leaving it sticky. No room service other then every 5 days. You have to take your own trash out. Parking lot is dark and people are always sitting in their cars. Elevator never stopped at the 2nd floor so we had to go up to come back down. Staff was very rude. I got there an hour before check in and was told 3pm sharp, after traveling all day with a child that was not what i wanted. Hallways are dark and smell. Doors barely closed right. My son and i felt so unsafe the entire time we were there. Rooms are dark. My drapes were always wet no idea why. AC unit was held by 2x4s and when i asked the front desk she said oh yeah they are all like that. Terrible.

    Marie jou was very rude to me as well as my wife , she should definitely be fired IMMEDIATELY for the lack of respect towards customers unwarranted attitudes an side comments made on her end . Very short , impatient . Daniel was just lazy the only staff members with excellent communication skills and customer support were Yendi , Mertle , and Noah .     The deposit of $100 cash is something people need to know before arriving to check in. After traveling for 7 hours and getting your bags out of the car, the last thing you want to do is put your stuff back in your car and try to go find someplace that will allow you to get $100 cash back. Also, my nonsmoking room reeked of cigarettes and even had ashes on the counter. The one thing that I can’t complain about is the friendly staff. The hotel is in rough shape and really needs a renovation.

    Prior to check-in I called the front desk with a question and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. On the phone I was told my room had been downgraded from two queen beds to a studio with a pull out couch. Upon arrival I was informed that I would only be receiving one queen bed and no pull out. There was an enormous roach just outside the elevator. And the breakfast is a joke. Never again.

    The staff was friendly, however, the building is an old, musty, decrepit building. That would not have been too bad but the horrendous odor in the room was unbearable. I was told that although I had reserved two rooms they would not be close to each other and probably not even on the same floor. I explained my 81 year old father was traveling with me. However, even he had a hard time breathing in the stench coming out of the room. I had to leave. Never again.

    The housekeepers either need to be retrained or fired. I asked them beforehand if the room had been serviced cause of the reviews. She said yes. I get to the room checked the sheets and they were covered in hair. The second bed fleece was covered in dog hair. No one had changed thebsheets they.just made the bed. The floor in the bathroom was filthy with dirt and hair from the previoius stay. Everyone but one lady seemed to have an attitude. The pamphlet to request dishes said it would be delivered to the room but they told me i had to come get it. I needed a trash bin for the room and i had to go get it. Their rules are weird when it comes to towels. And the sinks were clogged as well. I did spot a roach that came out of the tv once it was turbed on.It was a quiet stay but the cleanliness needs so much work. Maintenence however was good they responded quickly. But i would not recommend anyone especially with children to stay at this property. Too much of a headache.

    This property is supposed to have fully stocked kitchens. Due to Covid, you have to get the supplies for the kitchen from the front desk. This is understandable. What isn't understandable is that they didn't have anything to give me for my stay except for 1 pot and 1 plate. No eating utensils, no pans, nothing else.

    I was surprised to see the room i was staying in. I felt like i was is a one bedroom apartment. It was something different i have ever stayed in. My daughter and grandson loved it. We was just there for a night but we loved it. One thing i would change is the parking lot so it can open up to the hotel next door. Why, I said that my youngest daughter and her cheer team was next door at Spring Hill suites. I had to get on the side road and drive all around to get back on Fossil creek to get back to were she was to have breakfast with them before they get on the bus to leave. We was all there for a Cheerleader Competition. Other than that I love it.

    It took 30mins to find someone to check us in as there was no one at the desk. We asked to use a restroom, we just drove 12 hrs, and was told they don’t have a public restroom. I’m not public I’m a guest. We ask for a kitchen set and was given 2 pans, 3 cups, 3 plates, no utensils. At bed time we ask for linens for our fold out couch and was told come back tomorrow after 6pm and they might have some because it’s their laundry day. This is all in the fisrt couple of hours. We had to get new keys twice because that wouldn’t work. No trash can in the kitchen, no drain plugs in the kitchen or bathroom, then one thing after another until our last night the power went out there were groups of people just hanging out everywhere and letting the kids run up and down the hallway screaming and yelling. We decided to just leave. Will never go back or recommend

    The staff upfront was extremely nice and helpful! But we unfortunately have nothing else good to say about the hotel. The hallway on the first floor smelled like animal feces and old cigarettes. The smell was so bad that our ten year old was covering his face when passing the “animal room”. The bed had stains on it, we didn’t wanna cause a fuss super late and we try to be understanding that stuff does happen. So we took off the sheet and laid our personal blankets down and slept on top of those. We woke up with bites on us and so did our children who slept on the sleeper sofa. My husband went and talked to the front office staff and checked us out of the hotel early so we could go elsewhere. Please just spend the few extra bucks on a cleaner hotel and skip this one all together.

    I feel bad for the staff at this hotel. I think we saw 2 very nice ladies working the entire weekend we were there. The hotel was clean but worn down, little things like leaky faucets, slim choices on the grab and go breakfast etc. they also had issues with the key cards on several rooms, including ours. I probably will look at spending a bit more for the nicer hotels next door in future trips. Again, the staff was great!

    I didn't like how when we went to check in, after we've already make the booking, she said that they were completely booked up and that's we would have to wait for an opening and it would be first come, first serve and that she would be doing us a big favor by letting us have it first.     The cleanliness of this property is extremely unacceptable. The sheets were covered in pet hair and spots. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. That carpet is nasty.     Arrived 45mins early. It took 15mins to register, had to wait 15mins for 1st room to be cleaned, which still had dirt & stickiness on the floor. Had to wait 1hr before 2nd room was ready with dirt still on the floor upon entrance. Was told rooms are cleaned every 2 WEEKS when asked about room cleaning the next morning! Went to desk to obtain clean towels & was told they don't issue clean towels. I hit the roof!!!! So, then she tells me I needed to bring the dirty towels to them to get clean towels. There are a lot of areas that need improvements. The hotel location was a plus, everything else needs work. Most of the staff was very pleasant & accommodating. I would return only if improvements in housekeeping have been updated and more staff hired to keep maintenence more appealing.

    Hotels.com did not even reserve a room with Hotel. We got to the hotel and they told us we had no rooms available. After traveling with my family for 9 hours we had to go driving around to look for another hotel room somewhere. Hotels.com has never done this before but I will never be using them again. I have booked over 60 rooms over the past three years with hotels.com and I will take my business elsewhere from now on! It was embarrassing and shocking all the same time.

    Nothing was unique about the property at all sorry. Cleanliness would be rated on school grade system A-F it would be a D- basically only even coming that close to passing is because of the honest attempts to correct some(not all)but SOME of the problems. This comes as a major disappointment and shocker being that the services were the t O8otal opposite Services of which I received in the past the previous times I stay at this location within a couple years prior

    Arrived in room and there were no cooking utensils, no plates, no bowls, no pans/skillets. Asked the front desk (she was very nice) and was informed that because a larger group came in, they asked for additional plates, skillets, etx so they didn’t have to keep cleaning them. As a result, all cookware was taken from other rooms and there were none to be given out. All that’s as left was a spoon and a bowl. The stove burners are very ancient and really do not get hot. Had to buy a skillet at Walmart. Stove took 15mins to be warm enough to cook an egg (on high)

    Horrible my whole floor smelt horrible. Then I went into my room where I saw bugs 🐜 and ants everywhere. I had to leave and pay for a diffrent place to stay

    The room guaranteed but since less than 24 hours , the refund has not been made and there were no rooms available. The clerk made several attempts to contact your service and was handed off to Expedia and the phone number your service gave her was bogus. I would like my money refunded

    I was double charged, and charged a various extra charge on top of that, when I spoke to the lady the next day she told me she would even take off the dog deposit. Needless to say that never even happened. And it took several days to get my money back. I won’t be going back. Really doubt I’ll be using the site ever again.

    Couldn't find remote to t.v and i found a pair of dirty underwear and socks under the tv in a cabinet! Bed was awfully close to the wall and it made it uncomfortable getting up and having to shimmy my self along the wall

    Toilet stopped up. Bathroom sink drained VERY slowly. Fold our sofa bed VERY uncomfortable. Did not get room service on 23rd or 24th. Front desk staff very pleasant.

    Staff was awesome and rooms were ok but could be updated. It has full stove with oven unlike a lot of extended stay hotel with only a couple of burners.? Also full fridge. Room has linoleum flooring which makes it feel cleaner.

    After making a reservation and noted we would not be arriving until 2 or 3 a.m., we were told when we got there there was no rooms available and the system should not have made it reservation for us. So at 3 a.m. in the morning we had no room available! Three other hotels were booked finally found a different Hotel. Front desk was rude about reservation.

    This place is pretty decent. But the coffee service is minimal and i would expect a better breakfast for the price of the place. They have one of those plug in air fresheners plugged in in the hall between my room and the elevator. I have COPD and it really choked me. Made my face all hot and my throat close off every time i left my or returned to my room. And it really wasnt that pleasant of a smell. The vending machine is in the laundromat which is very hot so all the chocolate is melted. Someone didnt think this through very well.

    I absolutely loved the staff and their willingness to help but I guess I was put on the floor with all of the dog owners and they ran out of toilet paper. I will definitely stay there again just need to make sure I go to Walmart first

    We chose this hotel because of location & hotel amenities. The staff wasn’t very informative upon checkin & we had to continue asking for items that should have already been in the room. The cleanliness of the room and items in it was very poor quality. My family will never stay here again, very disappointed.

    tlc. The bathroom fan sounded like a helicopter and the room had a slightly musty smell. The smell of sanitizer almost overcame the musty smell.
