Great space and clean

Well, I booked the wrong night, relies it the night of booking, I wanted to rebook for the next night, which was to correct one. They wouldn’t work with me to do so. Of course know no fund. Then go a bill for it , changed me fees and all. For a place I didn’t stay. I’m sure the place would have been nice.

The staff was incredibly nice! We also booked the conference room for a meal with family after my dads funeral. They upgraded us to the penthouse for no charge. This was very nice being able to have family come up to the larger room to visit more.

Clean. Large rooms. Only complaint is the bathroom has a frosted glass door so when using the bathroom at night it lights up yhe entire room. Breakfast was ok. Skipped it our second morning Cant complain much when its free.

We booked because it had a pool, hot tub, and included breakfast. Breakfast was good! All the basics: toast/muffins yogurt, juices, oatmeal, waffles and a breakfast entrée sandwich - changing every day. Offered sausage or turkey sausage option and some vegetarian quiches on the side- No complaints. Bummed that the hot tub jets were not working - the dark hot water did not look very appealing without the bubbles & The pool was pretty small and chilly. The rooms were spacious, and the hallways were nice and wide and clean. THE ROOM LAYOUT though- NOT so good. The large sitting area is off to the side IS nice, but the bathrooms are directly in front of the beds. The clear-ish sliding door open up right in front of where people are sleeping. The beds stare into the big bright sliding bathroom doors. No way to be stealth. Also if you don’t like highway noise- choose a different hotel. The fan even on “high”- it is quiet, but blows imperceptibly from somewhere up above, so it’s hard to feel the air movement in case that is something you enjoy. Overall though, pretty nice.

It was very clean and beautiful inside. The staff were very welcoming. The only complaint we had was the door of our room let the hall light shine in underneath, which made it hard to sleep.

This was my second stay and i wasn't as impressed as the first time. The bed was extremely stiff and we were placed next to the elevator. It was pretty noisy with people going by. Not to mention, the room next to us played loud music past 10 pm and I had to call the front desk to let them know. All in all, I am not sure we will return.

The front desk clerk was so nice. The breakfast had really great variety and quality. The pool was so much fun.We loved it so much You ran out of brown sugar for oatmeal.

This was our second or third stay here. Since the first time booking this hotel, we were amaze by the quality of service provided by all staff members. The room was clean and waiting for us. Everything worked and it made our weekend enjoyable. Hope to be back soon.

Spotless room and overall great experience

Other than the bar being closed because someone didn’t show up for work… it was a good stay. I had read reviews saying that the Lobby bar was so fun… well, that wasn’t the case for us.

The bartender was very pleasant. The parking lot well lit one of the best there was in the area.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Our only problem was that we asked for connected rooms and were assured we would have them. Instead we were placed across the hall from one another so we asked for a change but they had no adjoining rooms left. We have young kids so it was a bit inconvenient.

Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Bathroom is big but it’s right in front of the beds so every time you turned the lights on you wake everyone up. The shower was not cleaned, still had hair from a razor in it. It was really hot in the pool/hot tub area.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The only issue we had in the rooms is the AC was locked out so you could not change the fan setting and it was too warm at night. The breakfast was not terrible but not 5 star. The lady that checked us in was very rude and kind of looked down her nose at us. The front desk staff when we checked out was very nice and thanked us for staying at the property.

Nice quiet short stay.

It was my first time staying there. Spend 2 nights very quiet and the room was super spacious. It was very clean and nice with any problems at all and highly recommend here will for sure stay here again in the near future.

Very clean property...pool area was clean and warm. The rooms were clean and spacious only down side is one tv im used to having a tv n the dining area for the kids. Breakfast area was very small...seating areas big but food area is small and limited selections both days they had the same thing sausages no bacon.

Room didn't come across as all that clean, residue, smudges, finger prints and such were evident which made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. Overall, we would use this hotel again just based on the comfort of the beds.

The breakfast area had a lot of tables & chairs so it didn’t feel crowded at breakfast time. They have a nice bar area with a pool table & jukebox. Our room was very very nice & spacious! We enjoyed staying here and the price was excellent.

Lovely stay and great views

It was quiet, no noise from interstate. Hot tub and pool were amazing. Pool was not still warm even though unheated. Beds are a bit firm but still very comfortable. Our daughter loved the games, but was hard to get a turn with other kids staying there. Room was very spacious. Light did come in from the hallway from the door, but a rolled up towel took care of that. Overall excellent and would stay there again.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was friendly. And they have central air and heat ( a big deal to people like me who get sick with those floor units). Breakfast was great.

They are doing construction so it’s noisy. The food is only in the bar and it’s terrible and very expensive. The lobby and common areas are freezing cold, 65°. The hot tub is great but the pool is not heated so it was too cold for me at around 70°. The staff is accommodating and the rooms are very clean. Adequate parking. Uber eats and GrubHub does deliver food if you don’t want to leave the hotel, also there are places to eat anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes away. The bar and restaurant is closed on Sunday, which is ridiculous so there’s nowhere to go nothing to do nothing to eat. So forget socializing or having a cocktail on Sunday.

Stayed here for a night visiting family. The front desk staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Breakfast options were great. They had a pool table and gaming for the kids. We even enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I loved the late check out. I didn’t feel rushed to leave. 10/10 recommend. I would stay again.

This hotel was wonderful. We usually like to stay in the stockyard hotels, but they were sold out. This was a great find. Just a short drive to the historic stockyards and rodeo. The breakfast was great. The quiches were a nice touch. Pool table in the lobby. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The staff was very nice and professional. Very large room and bathroom.

This property is always super clean, very, very quiet and the staff is amazing, accommodating and friendly. This was my 4th or 5th stay in your facility and I expect there to be many more in the future.

Our stay here was quick but worth every penny!! Room was perfect, 2q beds with sofa for our little family of 4. Have to young boys who enjoyed the golf outside, wanted to play pool but it was too late for them and we needed rest! We did enjoy the pool for a little bit, since the water was a little cold so we only enjoyed it for like 30 min.. my little one was freezing! Which i would rate this a 4.8 but everything (including breakfast) else made it a 5 star!

The safe was amazing! The rooms are very clean and spacious. The outside patio area was so relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Definitely would stay here again when in Fort Worth.

A lot of fun outdoor and some indoor activities. Hot tub and pool are rather small for the amount of guests in the hotel. I like how the room was somewhat divided with the pull out couch available in our room.

My family really enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. Not only was the hotel beautifully decorated, but we loved our spacious room, along with enjoying the amenities: pool table, golf course, mini-store. Good breakfast. Everything was very clean, and the staff was very nice. The room was quite. We will definitely be staying here again, when we are in the Ft. Worth/ Dallas area.

Finally, a hotel with a decent bed! These beds were a great combination of firm with softness of a pillowtop so I actually slept well and as a person with a terrible back I rarely sleep well away from home! The grounds were spectacular, pool was great, rooms got pitch dark & quiet at night, and staff were super. The one issue was the shower (which had amazing water pressure!!) faucet/shower head was not anchored behind the wall so when you turn on the water or change the temp the whole apparatus moves behind the wall. Didn’t bug me, I know corners are cut in mass production and it was still a great shower. We will absolutely be back!!
