We were there 4 days. Overall a good stay. Good hotel for the price. The mattress could be better. And the rooms could use a remodel/update. Our key had to be reset everyday almost. That was a pain. We could use it once a day and then it didn't work and we had to go to the front desk. The front desk people were very nice. We did have to ask to have our room cleaned 2 days in a row. When staying 4+ days we like fresh towels and our beds to be made. The free breakfast was good.

Very disappointed. Our room was not cleaned or fresh towels provided. We asked several days to at least get new towels and garbage emptied. We’re told they would come by several days and still no one even provided us with towels. Jason at the front desk did help us when we came down to get towels and garbage bags. Breakfasts were adequate but not great. We do not plan to stay there again when visiting family.

I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. Overall the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast selections were well stocked and good for the value.

Breakfast was limited. Got to breakfast and hardly anything was there. I asked for a yogurt since there was none and was told they had no more. Waffle mix took forever to pour, like 10 minutes.

Overall it was a great stay for us. The room was clean and neat. The location was close but fare enough away from traffic noise made the stay nice.

Large child jumping off bed constantly and running across room starting at 3:30 am. Believe no parent was in room as would think would control child and heard no voice until 6:30 am. Held out for hope til 5am and reported to front desk after waiting for 10 min at desk and employee finally came in from parking lot. Would not offer any solution even though we could not sleep since 3:30 and had no plans to wake til 10 am for funeral and family activities. Would not give another room to sleep and did not even offer apology nor would they contact people in room above us. So exhausted with no sleep, we had to skip next days activities and go home directly after funeral. Ridiculous that you spend 130.00 plus to simply lay your head diwn to sleep and company does nothing to help make that happen. Adults nor children should be allowed to disturb so completely and should be added to list for 1st floor ONLY for future stays. I warned them to not put anyone else in our room after we left if that family was still in room above or Fairfield will lose another customer for life. Worst hotel stay in my 59 years with no apologies or solutions offerred. A small bunk room with bed only for sleeping should be built and kept for such occasions.

The only downside was the breakfast selection, which I wish had offered a few more options. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Fort Worth Alliance area!

They need to have room service and there is no restaurant close by….

Overall, the experience was good: the rooms are very clean, the temperature is well controlled, the bed is comfortable, and most of the staff are friendly, except for that one person who always makes the rest look bad. The food options are also very limited, and the quality is not what I would expect from a Marriott brand; I have experienced better quality with other hotel brands. The pool is also outside so if the weather is cold, forget about it.

Hotel employee was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful during check-in and during the entire stay. The rest of the staff was very kind and welcoming as well.

Staff was delightful. Room was spotless and furnishings, bath and shower fixtures and amenities are first class. Bed and four pillows were comfortable.

Upon arrival, I was rudely asked to wait while the worker continued entering in something on the computer. Then another person came in and got in line. We stood there a good 5 minutes or so while she continued type on the computer. When she finished, she made the comment about finishing up a reservation. She should have spoken a little more pleasant upon arrival or stopped all that typing and checked us in. I typically don’t mind waiting. It was the tone and the way she spoke that made me want to checked in.

Jason did an outstanding job. This one you want to keep.

This is a newer hotel, very nicely kept, helpful staff, good sized rooms. They serve hot breakfast, including Texas shaped make-your-own waffles, but the menu was the same everyday (we stayed 4 days), no rotation in the selection.

The hotel was very nice. The staff very friendly. Our room was wonderful, comfy, and cozy. The one thing we were not a fan of, was they only served turkey sausage and not offer it as an alternative while also serving pork sausage. But thats more of a perk than a must have.
