When I arrived, I was assigned a room and went upstairs, only to discover that the room was already occupied by other guests. This was a serious mistake that should never happen. When I returned to the front desk to report the issue, the receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and seemed annoyed that I complained about being given an occupied room. Instead of apologizing, she treated me very poorly. They eventually assigned me a different room, but it was not clean. The bathroom was dirty, with urine on the toilet and on the floor. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable cleanliness standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They do not accommodate large families or special needs guests. While the website states some rooms sleep 6, the on site staff said that is untrue and has never been the case. They had minimal ADA options and refused requests for assistance.

Shower pressure was absolutely terrible. It didn’t matter what time of day, the pressure in the sink was better than the shower. Took forever to get hot.

The staff at check in and out were out of the realm of courtesy and service of 3, much less 4 or 5 stars. I travelled extensivelly for work and Hilton products; Embassy suites and Hampton inn were in my lodging preferrence for many years. The level of service, cleanliness, breakfast and room impressive amenities were on top of the competition. These days that spirit is gonne. I have been doing some leisure travel and the Hilton like this one are subpar! A pile of dust accumulated on the outside corner of the the shower tells the story. Front desk that rush us through without even looking at my eyes is comparable to minimalists as Motel 6 or Econo logde. Breakfast was as minimal as not having much of any of the old Hamptom inn.

The staff was outstanding. The trickle of water coming out of the shower head was very disappointing.It took twice as long to shower than it should have. The water conservation restrictions were way beyond what they should have been. A major overkill.

Hotel is also on flight path for a Naval Air Station so it can get LOUD

Decently clean Curtains were not good at blackout and there was stadium light shining directly into our window that lit up the room all night. Bed was solid as a rock. Too close to interstate, very noisy.

The staff was wonderful! The pool was very cold, but the hot tub was nice. The water pressure for the shower hot water on the 4th floor was terrible. It was quiet, other than typical highway noise at night. The breakfast had so much variety and was very good!

Overall we really enjoyed this property. I was disappointed that even with calling days ahead and asking at check in as well, they would not allow us to have rooms near our other members of our party. I was also given a room in which I felt like I was rooming in the elevator. I had to listen to the dinging of the elevator the whole trip. Made it so I didn't sleep well at all!

Staff were very helpful and nice. The room was very clean with a fridge and microwave. The location is perfect for shopping and eating! Access to I30 was an easy on and off. Will definitely stay here the next visit to Fort Worth!

Room thermostat did not work (Room 120). There was not heat (temps were freezing) ...air etc... We didn't notice until we got into the room late at night. Upon checkout the nice clerk took my name and number and said the manager would call Monday. They did not.

Standard Hampton Inn - but we were in a room with a connecting door and it was loud. The neighbors came in late and woke us up - we had to contact the front desk. The other odd thing in the room was the bathroom door was just a sliding barn door that did not really close, just slid in front of the opening to the room. Lack of privacy. I don't know if all the rooms have that type of door but I am not interested in a room like that again.

Overall the stay was nice, the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and polite. Breakfast was fresh but without any juice to drink because the dispenser was out of order. They could of gotten two containers like the one they have for water and use one for apple and the other for orange juice.

Nice hotel. Mostly cleaned up. Beds comfy. But the coffee wasn’t kept up. And when I told them the water cups were out they didn’t take care of it for a long while. Minor things. But the staff could have taken care of these minor things quickly.

We selected this room because we needed a handicap accessible room with two beds. Checked about 2 days before we arrived and made sure that was seen. Then got a call on our way up that they could not accommodate the room. So I slept with my 86 year old mother in the same bed and she snored all night long and peed all over everything. I had to get up and wash everything. Not that I don't love my mom, but really I am 66 years old. Having to sleep with your mother just really ridiculous. Then I was told I was going to receive a discount NOPE no can do because I booked with a 3rd party. Well cut your prices so I don't have too. Now told I am going to receive points oh yeah those are worth so much!

Easy check in clean room - there where flood lights outside my window that not even the shade could block out but other than that was a good place to stay

Didn't get the two beds that I thought we were getting, but room was clean and breakfast was great. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My kids froze on the sofa bed as we were pretty warm in actual bed.

Had to get a different room, the bathroom door was broken. Cleaning was also not the best, carpet not vacuumed well and large obvious stain on cloth of bedframe. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Stay was good. Sheets were stained, bed was fairly uncomfortable but not terrible. Room was clean for the most part. Stains on the wall and back of bathroom door. Vent for fan in bathroom was caked with dust.

I rented two rooms and the front desk said that I had rented three rooms so she had said that she was going to remove one which comes to my account and it does not removed I have to pay the room that's not that we didn't even use when we get there to get our keys so we can go to bed my daughter's room which was 219 was dirty and she had to be switched to another room which took forever to be able to program a key and when it's time to check out the other girl in the front desk was very kind of rude didn't even say good morning when I told her good morning she was I know it was early but even that we always stay there and they've never had any attitudes or being rude with us it was just a very pleasant stay

I’ve stayed here twice and it was great both times, it just doesn’t have much to offer around the property.

The rooms looked and felt newly renovated. Comfort was top notch. There were a few homeless in the area, but by far way fewer than any other hotel I’ve stayed in the DFW area that’s reasonably priced.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. We came down at 9:30, and they were out of a lot of things and didn't refill. More people came down after us and had even fewer options. My wife got the last OJ, I only got water out of the machine. The next day, they still had not refilled it, just removed the OJ sticker from the front.

The pool and the gym were closed. We booked it mainly because it had a pool. Son was very upset because he couldn’t get in the pool. Breakfast wasn’t kept up very well coffee was usually out among several other things. It was hard to find someone to ask for things they were out of. The bathroom sink drain was also clogged up in the room.

At first, we were given a room in which the bed was not made, like when it’s used. Went back down at the front desk and we were given a different room that’s cleaned and made. they made things right. What they can make an improvement on is the cleanliness near the elevators, the non-carpet area seems sticky. And the elevator floors as well.

I thought that the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room wasn't vacuumed or as clean as it usually is. Other than that it i would stay there again if I came back.

Called 1 hour ahead to confirm with front desk they had a working hot tub. Was told yes, paid extra for a hotel with hot tub, and it didnt work- cold filthy water. Uncomfortable beds, seedy area, this is the worst Hampton Ive ever stayed in

Overall, the experience was pretty good. My room was clean. The service was really good. All the rooms were sold out and I still got pretty good Service there’s a woman at the front desk named Tanisha. She did a really good job accommodating me in all my needs. Somebody give that woman a raise

We didn't have any problems with our room but did hear that others on our floor had to move rooms due to ac issues or bathroom issues. The pool and hot tub were not available for us to use due to issues. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful when we needed extra things. Breakfast was good too.

We paid $250 for a room of 5 which truly accommodated 4. There’s a smell in the hotel . The fitness center needs serious renovations. The pictures don’t portray the hotel accurately. I won’t stay here again.

Sliding door came off track scaring the daylights out of us. Dining room was closed off under construction. Front desk on Sunday was “oh well”. Will not be staying there again.

The hotel was clean & updated. The pool area was clean. The fire alarm went off the morning we were leaving & staff handled the situation the best they could. They walked around the parking lot & updated us until we were able to return to our room. The only complaint I had about the room is the beds were very hard. Our van got hit overnight in the parking lot, but with the issues going on already that morning, we chose not to report the incident. We would stay here again, but would look for a better spot to park.

Best motel during our 4 week stays away from home.

We requested an early checkin and were accommodated.

We finally get all our bags up the top floor and our key cards won't work. I then realize she never actually swiped the cards, just pulled them out of a box and gave them to us. Later that night our wifi wont work. The error we received is that we did not exist in their system. We call the desk and they give us a guest password. We later get a call to the room (I assume a manger but not sure) asking how we got in the room and who checked us in. I guess we never actually got checked in and that is why we had so much trouble getting the things we paid for to work. She also forgot to charge me for the whole stay and had to call me back over to swipe my card again. The room was dusty, dirty, smelled bad. under the sinks and around the corners there was so much grime, probably where the smell was coming from. Even the hallway, elevators were dirty and appeared to never have been cleaned or wiped down. This was our go-to hotel choice, but we will never be back. We are officially done with this chain. I can get over the unprofessional treatment, but I cannot excuse the uncleanliness. There is no excuse. I expect what is advertised to be what we get, but this chain is clearly going downhill.

The room was very spacious! The Kids loved the indoor pool and The for breakfast in the morning. The location wasn’t far from our destination (the zoo) and and the staff was very courteous and friendly.

We booked an accessible room and when we arrived there were no accessible rooms available. My son, who uses a wheelchair, had to deal with less than adequate circumstances and it was not appreciated. The shower situation was unsafe for him and the room was crowded making it nearly impossible for him to turn his wheelchair around in.

Room key did not work and when they made room key work there was somebody already in the room so they changed my room

The smell in room was annoying it smells like sweat . They didn't made cleaning service and the description says that the cleaning service is it going to be daily. No internet is affer while stay .the tv doesn't have internet wifi and the screen mirroring doesn't work ,also in the description when I read the offering on the staying it says that internet is it going to be free. So all of the description about what it is offered when you stay is a false advertisement thing... I don't recommend to make a reservation at this hotel.

There were several maintenance issues that remain unresolved. The automatic front doors were unoperational during our entire stay. Also local TV channels did not work. We wanted to watch the NFL playoffs and were unable to do so.

Good location but there was some repairs that needed to be fixed asap, like the front doors were broke and we had t pry them open each time we came in or out

Hotel staff very unprofessional chick Ciara tried to fight me. We got locked in the rest room more then 5x my son was locked in the restroom innthe middle of the night from 12pm to 1an one hour locked in there. Never again beautiful hotel but horrible staff and when i told the manager he didnt do anything

Checked in, left and went to eat and a concert. When it came time to go to bed, I pulled back the covers and there was a LARGE WET AREA. Fitted, top sheet AND duvet were wet. Called the front desk but as it was after 11pm there was no one there to change the bed. Clerk offered sheets and a blanket but could not leave station to bring to room. I would have also had to make the bed myself - unable to do so as I recently had surgery. Laid down a towel and tried to sleep on the other side of the bed.

My stay was good the phone didn’t work in the room. But over all the stay was good. The front desk staff was great.

I always stay at this location very time we travel to Fort Worth and we han never had a very bad stay like had this weekend I stay in room 431 and we had so much trouble to get in our room and then we where taking a shower and we didn't have hot water no shampoo or conditioner. It just was a very bad experience this time we had never had so much trouble before like this time

From the moment i walked in..i felt safe..your privacy is important..they dont say your information out loud on front desk to ensure noone else is listening in. Room was clean and well maintained. I felt very comfortable.

The receptionist was friendly. She greeted us with a welcome smile and conversation. Our room was nice and thr beds comfortable. The bathroom barndoor kept coming off track and was not closing all the way. There was a roach in the bathroom. After seeing the roach we didn’t eat breakfast. The hotel was over priced for what you get.

You can always count on Hampton Inn to be clean, friendly and offer a great breakfast, unlike so many other 3rd tier chain hotels.

We were a little nervous when we pulled up bc it is right off the expressway, there was lots of "activity" going on around the hotel. Across the street is a gas station and there was a lot of movement going on and homeless people. The hotel itself was very nice and new inside. Friendly staff and once we were inside felt fine.

Seemed like lipstick stains on the bedsheets. I didn't mind, but of course my other half found it less than ideal. Could be better in that area, but nonetheless the property fit my needs. Our room was very spacious, the breakfast was good, and the amenities are nice. Would recommend if you don't mind some minuscule stains.
