This is a motel with outdoor entry to the rooms. This is not a hotel as advertised. If you are interested in a hotel with room doors that lead to inside hallways look at other properties.

The room was clean and the amenities were fine. The price was good. Even though I called the property at least 3 times, updating my stay with an additional night seemed to be an impossible task for the hotel. I did not know if the additional night had been added or if it was available until we showed up. Breakfast was pretty meager.

It’s was okay loved that the pool was open and they were very great on keeping it clean. The only thing I guess I could say was they could have more options for breakfast. They only had waffles yogurt and cereal. The other quality inn I stayed at in Fort Worth had eggs sausage muffins bagels and other stuff.

The room was just ok. The door didn’t close right because it was bent. The toilet was too close to the wall to use comfortably. The bed linens were stained with burn holes, but seemed to have been clean. We won’t pick the location again.

We enjoyed our stay! Most of the room was clean and very useful. However, I do want to comment that the carpet feels a bit murky(?). Still, I would go back when I come to Fort Worth!

I would not stay here again. The front desk guy was nice but that’s the only good thing I can say.

There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets. Water damage in the bathroom ceiling. Pooling of water in the hallways. Desk chair was unusable. Otherwise, good property. :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

Close to freeway and restaurants and grocery stores. Very hot water for really good shower. Didn't eat breakfast so can't give an opinion on that. Next door to a holiday inn express. Unfortunately there is a homeless camp set up between the two hotels. But they did bother anyone or any cars in the parking lot. Just an FYI. Good price for good stay. Safe clean place. No frills.

It’s alright

Host was on the phone the whole time in checkin. This is rude. He apologized that he must be on the call. Make your priority your customer, not visiting with family on the phone. When he left, he was still on the phone call. The lotion was empty. Too late for me to use. The remote did not work. The room AC had not been turned on and the room was stuffy with whatever scent it had with moisture. I would suggest better preparation and customer service.

I always love this property. They maintain the whole place and keep things clean. I've never been disappointed.

So let’s start out with the fact someone went in our room and pillaged through our stuff and stole some jewelry. I went to front desk when I got back after being gone 10 hrs he said he would look into it and call me right away.. never go back to me went in the next morning was told they would look over the cameras and call me back.. never heard a thing.. not one attempt to respond nothing… no concern or anything on the owners behalf.. 2500 in stuff missing..

All was as expected.

I rescheduled my stay and when I went to check in, they couldn’t find my reservation and wanted to charge me $200 over my reserved rate. I ended up not staying at all. Previously, I had a good experience with Hotels.com. This was unexpected and shocking. I am so very disappointed.

Courteous staff, cleanliness of room was okay, not spotless, but cleanliness enough to sleep comfortably in. Continental breakfast was just basic and small. Would be a nice place for an extended stay traveling work crew. Quality stay for the price.

Room was clean. Amenities were limited. It is not in a very savory part of Fort Worth.

I only got into problems with the staff after I left because they charged me for a pet peeve and I did not bring any pets with me to the room. They are blaming me for pet hair in the room prior to me staying there and after I left, I stayed there on a military drill orders ( so I definitely could not bring any pets.. I don’t even have pets..) and they argued me down about what their house cleaning staff said.. I asked him to check the video of me walking in and out of my room because I was right by the office and they refused to give me the refund for something that was previously in that room prior to me checking in… it’s sad. I always stay at this hotel anytime I come on drill orders, but this will be my last time. I’ve never been treated like this before at a hotel and I stayed at hotels all over the world…

Breakfast was horrible, there was bugs everywhere in my room and spiders in the bed which awakened me from my sleep, couldn’t go back to sleep. Won’t give me back my deposit because housekeeping lied on me. Door had gaps in it would not close properly.

I travel for work. I am responsible for 6 teams. Three of those teams including myself stayed at this establishment. These wonderful staff members and management were absolutely phenomenal. They were understanding. They were friendly and very respectful. They went above and beyond with every single one of the rooms my teams had. And they had their hands full because these kids that I am the boss of run me ragged lol. But the staff and the management handled it all wonderfully. Housekeeping was awesome and the pool was phenomenal if it had not been so cold. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Only hot foods are waffles and toast. No protein offered at all. No liquid creamer for coffee either, only powdered. Staff were very nice and the room was clean with comfortable beds.

Had to park very far from my room..woken up by a small roach in my bed. Then went to take a shower in the morning and a small spider was in my shower. Which I then killed with a towel. My room was directly by the tiny pool so maybe that had something to do with the bug situation. These rooms are not worth the price. Pay an extra 40 and get a la quinta or Marriott or Hilton brand hotel if you want anything a little nice. This was basically motel 6 with a slightly better bed. Building looked old. Staff was ok but not that overly hospitable. Breakfast was also pretty lame.

The room was large and clean but smelled of smoke. This is not the fault of the owners or staff knowing that the rules are NO SMOKING but the people that stay there don't know how to respect other peoples property of not smoking in the room. Come on people!!! If it says no smoking and no pets, please respect other peoples property!

The rooms were very clean and in good condition. Very nice for a budget hotel. It would have been helpful to know that they were going to charge me a $70 deposit before they did it - clearly never said a word about it. Otherwise staff were professional. Lots of people hanging around on the stairs and balcony smoking and smoking weed. Not the hotel’s fault but it didn’t feel very safe.

Breakfast was convenient, with two-- TWO!-- waffle irons. We enjoyed our brief stay, and the next time we come to Fort Worth, we'll stay again!

Both hotels.com and this establishment need to work on their refund policy and rescheduling policy. Just outright taking people’s money when you could do the extra work to help people out is just low.

Staff were all very pleasant. A little noisy near the free way, but after I was sleeping, everything was fine.

Room was good. Access was awful. Room key wouldn't work on the room where ice machine is located. Tried two times and finally gave up because it was too far from the front desk to the ice machine. I was dissapointed by the breakfast. Cheerios, toast, and waffles don't qualify as the breakfast of champions.

It was a comfortable stay for the 20 days I was in Fort Worth. Close to food, convenience stores, and highway. Nice area, quiet area with not a lot of noise. Donut shop next door with excellent donuts too!!

Beds and linens were high quality. Great facilities in room including AC, fridge & mwave. Breakfast highlights included make-your-own waffles, fruit juices, tea & coffee, yogurt and basic cereal. Easy access to everything in Fort Worth via the I-30 and lots of parking. Overall very happy with our 2 week stay and would definitely stay again.

Convenient to I-30 and Fort Worth attractions. Easy drive from Globe Life Field. Comfortable beds and clean room. Breakfast selection was minimal but waffles and yogurt were good. The apple juice dispensed gnats along with the juice so could not drink it..

Everything was pretty good. The front desk staff struggled to be accommodating. However, after asking a few times for extra pillows, towels, or even help with some frozen ice packs we had, they would finally help.

Very loud, lots of people outside working on cars. Did not seem like a family environment at all. The photos of the property were misleading.

It was a decent place. a lot of people coming and going at night and early morning. had issues with my door not closing unless you slammed it. brought it up to front desk and they saw no issue with it. Had a nosey neighbor on my last night, lady yelling at her kids, The wifi was very spotty and often went out on me.

Overall I was able to get some sleep but the breakfast was way below expectations.

Hotel was clean but the service was not good. The breakfast was cereal yogurt and waffles. Having to give a $100 deposit was ridiculous. We could not get it back until the front desk went and checked our room. Or we had to wait 7-14 business days to get it back on our card.

We had people running on the 2nd floor(208) balcony several times after 11 pm…I saw people walking the parking lot several times during the night and early morning ..A career in law enforcement told me theses were street people hanging around..A person or two were sleeping in there cars on the Hotel property ..I looked outside every time I woke up to check on my truck..I felt unsafe and will never stay there again.

Stayed here for the holidays to visit my daughter . Everything was wonderful from the room to staff. Thank you all again for making my visit here in Texas even more memorable ❤️

The on site associate was not wearing a badge and could not properly be verified. There was no on-site manager to speak to and we were told he’s only available during the week. People were walking around the property all night out side. Folks were lounging outside the doors like it was a club. There was no security, the room was smelly, and was not properly swept and cleaned. We did not stay and check out a few minutes after we checked in. Furthermore, we were hassled about a refund, even though we did not occupy the premises for the night. I did not feel safe enough to stay, let alone leave my belongings into the room. I do not recommend this place, it was not a pleasant experience.

Everything you could ask for from an economic hotel stay. A little outdated.

The property was close to the Highway, easy access, only a few miles from Dickies Arena, with accessible to great restaurants and shopping. I also loved how quiet it was during the night, so l slept well with the comfy bed. I plan on staying there again when in the area on my next trip.

Clean room, nice beddings, spacious room. Has elevator, ATM (didn't use) security camera, safe. The lobby looks clean, however, they need to do sth about flies and bugs in the dim lighted area of the lobby. Too many flies and bugs in the free coffee, microwave area at the lobby. Those flies jumps into whatever food you have before you take a bite. Room door directly face hallway (outside). Room curtain doesn't cover the window complete.

The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was stuff on the toilet bowl when you lifted the seat, hair in the shower and a half used bottle of lotion on the counter. Pillow smelled like bodily fluids. The site said they served breakfast but what it should have said was continental breakfast because they only had cereal, apples, yogurt and waffles available. Lastly, we were watching tv late at night, trying to fall asleep when we were startled from one of the pictures falling off the wall. The front desk staff was polite, but I wouldn't recommend this place. Definitely will not be back, if I can gelp it.

The ‘hot’ breakfast was exceedingly limited with the only hot food option being waffles. Only fruit was a bowl of small apples; one pitcher of milk; no bread or rolls. The area around the hotel was sketchy - vape shops, electric station, other motels; not attractive. Beds were pretty comfortable.

When management was notified and saw the bug problem, they only offered a room change in the same building. I requested a refund and left. They refused to refund any money for the 4 hours I was at the hotel. No compensation from Quality Inn.

There was a shooting here last night 5 ft from where I was at me and my daughter the police didn't do anything but ride through didn't ask any questions didn't stop nothing didn't even pick the gun shells up the dude who did it his vehicle is still on the property the people who we have the altercation with are still on the property

The workers don’t serve breakfast just cereal coffee and waffles nothing more, room smelled like cigarettes even thought it was a non smoking room and they made me unclogged my own shower after telling them the first night it was not draining properly. The whole experience there was a 4/10. I have been to a lot of Quality inn hotels and this was hands down the worst.

Not only was this the nastiest,scariest, noisiest motel I have ever stayed in, they tried to charge me $50 for an “unauthorized pet” when it was just me. They then argued with me and refused to give me the money until I told them I have video proof that there was no animal and threatened to sue. I didn’t get a wink of sleep all night because there was loud people and music on both sides of my room. The room itself was absolutely disgusting and when I went to check out the next morning there was a trail of blood all the way to the front office. I only stayed here because wherever I reserved this hotel gave it 4 stars! This place doesn’t deserve half a star! DO NOT STAY HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!
