Nothing special, but beds were ok, fridge in the room & coffee free at reception Motel said they never received payment from Booking.com so refused to let us stay unless we paid again at a higher rate. 2 weeks on & still waiting for this to be sorted, hassle & stress I could do without.

The staff makes this place feel like home. Very welcoming, friendly people. The staff cares for this place with pride and integrity. Nothing negative to say.

I like everything about the stay at Motel 6 .

Outside of your room the facility was very tired and worn looking. There was a sidewalk that goes right in front of your window. People walking by a lot. It was super hard to close the blinds where no one could look in.

I like everything about the stay at Motel 6 .

Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful, location was close to the stock yards. Good value if you're only staying one night, which is what we were doing. Lots of character to the facility, as it's very Western themed Facilities can use renovation, just looks rundown from the outside. The location is also right off the highway so it can be very loud at night

Price was low and staff was friendly Bathroom was absolutely filthy and there was brown stuff spattered all over the wall. The curtains and door were trashed. The only thing I signed was an agreement that if my stuff got stolen it wasn’t their fault.

I reserved true expidia and when I check in I was charged more money even tho I hade already paid to expidia

Cheap and cheerful , room is basic , but had all I needed It not the Ritz but neither are there prices Suited me whilst attending the NASCARs and stock yards

The room I had paid for was NOT clean. There were no wash rags in there and the room was supposed to have already been paid for when I got there!! The man at the front desk told me there was no deposit but charged me extra for the room and never gave me a receipt for the room I paid for. I will not ever book here again. The morning of checkout, they rushed us out before check out time and had 3 men sitting around watching me as I put my things in the car. One of those men… came down to go into the room before I could back out of my parking spot. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and it made me very uncomfortable.

The best choice I made for my trip was this hotel!!! Besides being all themed, which is cool to get into Texas vibes, is so so so clean and well located. The staff was extremely helpful every time I needed. Just keep in mind it's a motel, don't go with hotels expectations. But definitely it's a hidden gem. As a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable.

Clerk in front was trying to charge more money for room claiming price on Expedia was wrong! Refused to give us a refund after we cancelled reservation! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Clean room nice staff and close to attractions

We stayed in a newly renovated room and it was so nice! The staff was super kind and friendly as well. Highly recommend for the price!

In town for my daughter's birthday. Upon check in the front desk guy made sure to let us know that there were no "visitors" allowed in the rooms. As a single female, I took offense to that statement. I made a joke about his comment, and he told me that he'd be watching my room. Another person in our group who was in another room, also received negative front desk service. Convenient to the Stockyards. The shower in my room was either hot or cold. If I turned it to warm, I only received a trickle of water. Walls were dirty around the light switches. The property is undergoing renovations. Overall, not a horrible place to stay, however, for a few dollars more, we should've stayed at a different property. This will not be our hotel of choice for our next Ft Worth trip.

When i got there, they didn't allow me to get the as the price i paid in the app. They canceled and i needed pay $115 more. I want the money I spent booking the room back

We arrived and didn't even book in. The man on reception was not nice! The hotel is not like the photos. You need to rethink your need to advetise this motel.

I wasn’t even allowed to check in. Chris at the desk said I booked the stay for the wrong price online and demanded more money. It was at 10:00 at night and I went to find another hotel. Absolutely horrible customer service and he was more concerned with the white powdery stuff he put on his hand and sniffed up his nose. Would recommend this place be shut down!!!!!

The problem I had was with travelalosity. Motel 6 doesn't take Travelocity. So I had to pa for my room twice

I was overcharged. I made a reservation with Expedia. They did not honor the Expedia reservation and I ended up paying $25 more. Otherwise they don’t want me to give me the room. I didn’t have any choice but to pay this is false advertising. Unprofessional ripping people off.

Booked the room off, Expedia the motel, called shortly after and said they’re tired of Expedia selling their room so cheap and denied given us a room after paying online.

I Liked the location and it has that western look to it. While there i saw some improvements being made. Staff was courteous and polite. Look forward to staying there again

This place was so great. They’re completely remodeling the rooms, it’s clean, neat, and fresh. The staff is excellent. This is by far the best deal I’ve ever had for the money on a hotel!

Location was bad, customer service non existent, and I was charged extra when arriving for taxes or I couldn’t stay! It was late I did attempt to get help from hotels.com that was not effective either cause I agreed to pay, I attempted to explain it was late my children were tired, driving 8 hrs I wasn’t going anywhere else, plus in order to stay I had to pay. Worst reservation I have ever had.

This hotel is NOT in the stockyards. Our room was clean and the beds were new but it is right off the interstate and feels absolutely unsafe. The murals on the side of the building don’t help the fact that it is a dirty scary location.

An older motel, but was well maintained. The room was clean. Close to the freeway, so there is quite a bit of traffic noise.

Some small miscommunication with details of stay, other than that, all good. Wish room had microwave, but small fridge met our needs. Very kind when we needed to check in early. Rooms are very clean & spacious.

Great roadside motel within easy reach of restaurant/bars Stockyards area, fuel, coin op laundry. Really enjoyed the Western theme refurb, handmade timber pieces, wall murals. Rooms clean and comfortable, easy parking just off highway, noise ok with us.

Good hotel with a fun Texas/ western theme, good sized room with a big bed and sitting area too. Near the highway but you know that when you book it, and just 10 minutes from the stockyards.

Everything was great. We were so scared booking there but it was great. Just very loud road. It stopped about 3:30 am. They are working very hard to make this place great. Yes, we would stay again and be very happy. Love the FortWorth decor.

Great location. Our room had recently been renovated to a Western theme, in which we loved. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Never felt so safe in my life. If it wasn’t for my son staying with me - I would NOT have stayed there - homeless people in tent across the street- gaping hole under door - random door to who know where? Slept with lights on and didn’t bath or shower for fear

Absolute nightmare . claimed that they couldnt check me in because the internet was down . didnt offer me a refund or a discounted room or a rain check!

Price & location is perfect. Literally cheaper to Uber both ways to the stockyards than to pay and park at billy bobs. I’ve always thought folks were SO REDIC to get a cheap hotel or any hotel and complain about the noise BUT… ok heads up, I can sleep through ANYTHING and I was woke up several times by the traffic. It’s right on a main road and it sounded like racing motorcycles or street cars were going literally on & off all night! Like being at the races only in your bedroom. Take earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. It was still like this from evening to the next morning. Not sure there’s anything the motel can do so it’s not a knock on them but the location being so close to this busy street I guess??? Also, we had two rooms and my adult daughter & her friends were upstairs and said she is positive the people next door were filming a porno. She said the girl moaned so loud that there’s no way anyone is that loud and it went on for over 2 hours. Again, not anything the hotel is responsible for but with a lower rate then you have to expect lower class. They knocked on the wall but it didn’t phase the production next door. lol. Again, ear plugs! If you just need an inexpensive and close place to land and a fun night, it’ll work.

To correct some of the other reviews, for the price you pay for this property… you get what you pay for. Overall, I felt comfortable there. It’s what I expected for $65-80.00 a night. Overall, I was pleased. If you bring your significant other and you guys want hoy to stay. Pay three times as much and that’s what you’ll get. I would stay there again.

You can tell they are working on making it into a nicer motel, and I give them credit for that. Room was clean, and matress was good.

Our room was recently renovated so it was ok but the exterior of the property isn’t very inviting all old and rusty. Staff were great and cheap rates.

We were looking for something cheap, so we got what we paid for. Very inexpensive. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Pool was closed. Construction going on.

No AC, no more TV chanel, and hot water.

The tv had connection problems. The location is next to the interstate and about 2 miles from the stockyards. Overall, the price was high for what you get.

I loved my stay but like last time i stayed the internet and wifi didn't work I wish they could get the issue fixed

Had a terrible week here. The pool was out of service, the wifi didn't work, the tv service was in and out. No laundry facilities, no free breakfast. The place was a dump in a bad part of town.

Terrible experience. I went to check in and the hotel s nasty , had mattresses on the porch, people hanging out smoking pot etc. front desk guy was very rude. I had to get another hotel. Not safe to stay at. Beware it is nasty and disgusting

I understand they are going through a little construction. But the first thing I see before walking into my room is stained curtains on the outside. There’s glass mirrors blocking the stairs to get up. I walk in to dirt build up all around the floor, tape left around the place from where I think they had painted, and holes and stains in both bed blankets. I paid $117 for 1 room. I didn’t even stay, I went to a different place and paid $124 to stay there. Wasn’t expecting money back from this place and didn’t get it. It’s fine because I was NOT staying here.

Stayed here one night, if your looking for somewhere to just sleep and close to the stockyards then it’s not bad, currently doing some work on it, front office is tore up, rooms was ok, bed is very hard, only 2 towels in the room, no microwave but does have a refrigerator, bathroom door would not shut completely, but over all it was ok if you don’t want to pay $600 to stay at stockyard

Trust the reviews that aren’t good. I was hopeful and booked at last minute. Rooms were dirty and literally had a roach crawling across bed when we had been in room maybe 2 minutes.. next time I will definitely spend an extra $100 for better place and better nights sleep.

I guess I was hopeful. It was a last minute trip and there was availability here close to our venue. I read reviews and should have known. It was very dirty, but thought I could make do.. than glanced at bed and a roach was crawling across the bedding.. trash all around property. So yes the bad reviews are all true.. bugs, nasty.. really needs an over haul..
