    Air-conditioning was not working room was humid. It was Keith's birthday and staff said something would be setup for him. Nothing ever was setup. We still enjoy this hotel but our experience was not 5 star as usual. Pool had rules no music snd very small and over crowded. We invited friends to come stay at the Omni to celebrate his birthday and things were mentioned about how small snd crowded pool was. Kids were splashing us and made it hard to relax and enjoy our friends. Hopefully next time is better. Beautiful hotel ♡

    Paid a considerable amount of money to valet 2 cars overnight. When we went to retrieve the vehicles at checkout, my wife's was pulled around, mine was parked in the street. Nobody offered to help us with our things, or to even bring mine up. Definitely not the Omni Dallas service

    Room I booked on Expedia was different than the one I got, and Omni staff didn’t want to help. Didn’t stay the night bc it was not what I needed. The photos on Expedia showed a nicer room than what they have. The pool area is mostly for kids, and the hot tub is a little gross. The lobby and other areas are fine it’s just dated.

    Location was good. We Liked that there were several restaurants on site. Our room floors were soaked wet for some reason when we arrived. Also, bobs chop house and wine restaurant required reservations. It’s BS that we can’t eat in a restaurant in a $480/ night hotel we’re staying at without planning really far ahead. Ate at whiskey and rye instead onsite. A $25 low quality burger, really?! That was really lackluster. Save some tables for hotel guests. And finally, parking is $51/ night. That is outrageous!!!! Liked the hotel, but not for that price. Felt more like $$250/ night place.

    Excellent location with great facilities. Perfect for those attending the nearby convention centre or just looking for some time out at Fort Worth Nothing much. Valet parking was steep so l would recommend parking at the nearby garage only a 5min walk.

    Hold auths were incorrectly placed on my credit card prior to my arrival despite my reservation stating "pay at property". I called this hotel directly a month before my arrival to ensure I was charged for 2 additional rooms and that my additional guest would pay for their own rooms using their own confirmation codes. Additional Auth hold and payment were still placed on my cards incumbering my funds and taking days to be corrected. If hotel staff would have waited until my arrival at property per "pay at property", the situation would have been avoided. We were also charged $150/night for incidentals that were not conveyed at time of reservations made using Expedia. Totally blindsided by these extra auth holds on my credit card. Totally ruined this trip.

    The SUPER Expensive Valet Trashed the inside of my car and turned off my AC? They also moved around Boxes in my car. NOT Happy And ALARM ABOUT this matter. I have a Very nice SUV Lincoln Reserve that’s black in color. I don’t know Who in Valet did this PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WARN Your Customers to Watch out to have nothing in their cars, bc it’s $56 dollars and they will glade they take that for the night, TRULY Shocking a Depressing. They Actually took and misplaced my Dogs RX. My white Box with my Medication was Smacked and trashed, the Medicine is $900 dollars! Was NOT EVER Going Back! A BAD Distrist! I NEVER Had that occurr in Lynette 57 years of life. They demand ONLY Valet, then TRASH the inside of the car. It took me half the day, I won’t touch my $1,000 RX. VERY HORRIBLE and Horrific Experience after I got my car! I will call hotel management! I am a retired International Fonance Deart Gloval Leader of Top Military Degense contractor. Just bc I had my Service Dog with me? So, that’s maybe the respon! Very Dispicable and Disappointing! Please Warm ALL Customers FOREVER And FOR EVER, NEVER to Valet park their high Profile vehicles! What the hell!

    Excellent location to main attractions in Fort Worth, hotel was well maintained inside and out, two on-site restaurant, two bars, pool bar, spa, Starbucks, guest room service, beautiful lobby area, room was spotless, spacious with nice decor with coffee maker and mini fridge, Wi-Fi access, on-site shop (Cowboy Culture), valet parking, all interactions with staff were top notch from check-in to check out, reasonable rates given the many amenities offered, neighborhood felt safe walking around to shops, bars and restaurants close to the hotel even at late night

    The staff here is very friendly, polite and helpful. The food was good and the property is in great condition. However, the valet/parking situation is a nightmare. One day we waited just under an hour for our car, 40 minutes the next day. (We texted ahead both times) The convention center is right across the street and on Saturday it was gridlock ans had a heck of a time getting back to the hotel. We would not stay here again due to this issue.

    Overall our stay was great however I think a few things are worth mentioning. The pool area is pretty small compared to the number of guests they have. The shower drain in our room was really slow so you’re standing in a few inches of water while you shower. And lastly, I know the valet staff work HARD but it took at least 20 minutes to get our car pulled around when we asked for it. Again, super thankful for them but it’s $55/day for valet so I think they could have a quicker response time. We would stay here again though!

    My wife used the gym and thought it was well stocked and again spotless. We used the outside bar in the 2nd floor. Great views and amazing furniture. Their outside furniture was clean and spot free. Which is something you dummy see very often, even at other high class hotels. The entire staff was like the fil a of hotels. Meaning a, always smiling, and hard working. If we ever get back to Fort Worth, we will definitely stay here again.

    This was possibly one of the best hotel stays my partner and I have had to date in the US! We were showered with the absolute best hospitality. Upgraded to a suite, with thoughtful chocolates cake and champagne. What an abundant experience. They had a steamer for me to use for my dress, they gave us ample bottled water. The breakfast buffet at Cast Iron was delicious, with excellent service. We will definitely return!!

    After several recent disappointing stays at other hotels, I'd come to not expect much in the way of nice hotels. What a change of heart after staying in the Fort Worth Omni! Such a pleasant stay in every aspect...promptly and courteously greeted by valet and front desk, spotless room and bathroom with all working lighting and plumbing fixtures. The restaurants were very nice, clean and well-staffed. Hotel is very conveniently located with easy access to the Fort Worth Stockyard area. Highly recommend!

Starbucks located inside the Omni had the worst customer service and a don't give a care attiude. Got multiple orders wrong and many customers complaining about the 30+ minutes wait it took to get incorrect orders. I saw no happy customers while I waited 40 minutes to get one chi latte.

    I was unable to keep the reservation due to family illness. I cancelled with front desk of property two nights prior and was told there was not penalty. I received a notice that funds were withdrawn three days after original reservation date. It was charged full amount for “no show”.     Had a great trip. I Suggest arriving a few minutes early for check in to beat the crowd. Same for the lobby Starbucks. Would definitely stay again. Didn’t eat at the restaurants but the bars were lively with good drinks and fast service. Outdoor pool and hot tub were a relaxing. The hot tub was actually hot! Overall worth the money. Hotel is Across from the FW Water Gardens and a short walk to Sundance Square. Stock yards are a bus ride or Uber away.

The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which made the experience even more special. We also visited the bar and Bob’s Steakhouse both provided excellent service.     Decent hotel but massively let down as this is a poor chain with poor customer service. Erroneously charged for WiFi despite being a member and not being charged on check out.     The Omni was amazing! Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. It was so clean, sparkling even. The valets & concierge was efficient & friendly, as well as the front desk staff. The room was beyond our expectations. Nicely appointed, decor was fresh & felt upscale. Bed was very comfortable, the the shower had excellent water pressure. Pool & garden area was very lovely. Sadly we didn’t get to take advantage because it was cold, windy, raining & stormy during our stay. Maybe next time. Location was convenient on/off freeway & walking distance to many downtown options. Absolutely will stay here again when I return to visit family.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The Valet can take a while to get in and out because the driveway is tight and demand for the service is high. The valet staff did the best they could and were polite. Plan on extra time getting in and out of the hotel with the valet service. It does cost around $50 for overnight but parking costs a pretty penny everywhere in this city. We were able to walk to breakfast nearby each morning. The beds in our room were pretty sunk in the middle which made sharing a bed a little difficult. Noise comes right in from the hall, but not so much through the walls. We recommend this hotel and will stay with OMNI in the future.

    Street noise clear up on the 9th floor of my room soundied like motorcycles and load exhaust vehicles were in my room with me! This went on well after 10-11pm! Overall area was good and well kept. Food and Fun are close by and easily accessible by walking or with Uber. Restaurants in the close area within a 1/2 mile or so and ones at the Hotel are pretty expensive so be prepared.

    Overall, it was clean. Room lighting was too low. You can either valet or park on the street. I valet but to not have an option for self park other than the street was kind of disappointing. The room walls are thin, you can hear people talking in the hallways and from my experience vomiting. Yuck. Dude next door was wasted and I heard it all. The spa experience was wonderful as well. The one downside that we experienced was the water would not heat up for the shower. It might have been the particular room we were in.     This was the second time staying at this wonderful hotel. The first time visiting the pool. The pool is very small for such a large hotel. I would suggest a larger pool- in Texas summer especially. A separate adult only pool would be ideal. Otherwise this is my go to place in Fort Worth

    I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location was great it was right across from the place where I was attending my event. Different places to get food was in walking distance. We had a great time!

    From check in to check out was very smooth. My most memorable moments are coming into the room after house keeping had been there. I can tell that whoever clean my room did it with care, excellence, and it wasn’t just a job, they actually cared about me. The bathroom was refreshed with towels and my items in the bathroom were neatly arranged. My shoes were neatly placed and aligned. The care touched my heart and that person deserves more than a raise but should be recognized.

    Great hotel, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They are so attentive and always smiling. Room is nice size and was also very clean. Throw pillows and decor could be updated. I would say the only negative to the property is the pool is extremely small so it was not pleasant at all on day one of our stay when it was full to capacity, but that is not really a fault of the hotel since that’s by design. Seating was cramped and we couldn’t actually swim on this date but the hot tub was nice and there’s additional seating and loungers opposite the pool on the terrace. This is just something to be aware of as the pool was a big factor in us choosing a property so we were a bit disappointed. If that’s important to you it’s something to consider. The pool bar is nice with friendly staff. In room dining for breakfast was excellent. We had some of everything on the menu and it did not disappoint in both taste and service. I would definitely recommend the hotel for personal or business travel with or without family and will return.

    We stayed 4nights pd about $800, got there and was told its another $52 a day for parking I can not believe that you dont even have an option. The pool is so small I didn't even brother it was too crowded. Tried the jacuzzi for a little but that was soon over the max number of people. For the money we paid I was very disappointed. 1 day I had to call for more towels they never gave us more toilet paper we had to ask.

    The most Fort Worth hotel I have ever stayed in, without being over-the-top or kitschy. The bed was amazing, and the furniture was perfectly suited for the room. We had a problem with hot water, and we mentioned it at the front desk as we were leaving for dinner. By the time we returned, it was fixed. I wish the pool area were easier to access. The doors were not well marked on how to use them, and my husband dropped his drink while trying to access the gate to the pool (it was hard to open). I think directional signage in the valet area would be helpful. Also, when we were ready to leave, we had to back out as we could not drive between two cars that were using the valet area to casually load their cars.
