Expensive valet parking.

Good location with easy walking distance to Sundance Square, local restaurants and public train and trolley services. In house breakfast options were very limited. Gym facilities were basic yet functional.

Expedia was terrible. However, the people at the hotel very very kind and helpful as we were camped out in their lobby trying to find a place to stay. They said Expedia wouldn't give them our contact info, or they would have contacted us themselves, but they had contacted Expedia earlier so they would let us know the sitiation.

The bedding was dirty, used bandages in the sheets; the towels were very rough; the room in general was just dirty; and the tv has spots in the screen where the lcd had burned out. The outside balcony area was neat, but very worn out cushions. In general- things looked like the pictures. I’m just really grossed out and disappointed because of what we paid.

On my reservation I requested to have a walk-in shower as I had a medical condition that prevented me from getting in and out of a tub easily. I was given a walk-in shower but I thought it would be a ADA bathroom with grab bars also. There were no grab bars and the commode was not ADA either. Bed mattress is very hard which was not good for my back, although the pillows made up for it. I won't be staying at this property again. I will say Clay at the front desk was very helpful when we as out of towners were trying to navigate where certain tourist spots were located.

Good area. Easy access to almost everything. Directly across from The Convention Central. Super nice staff. Cons: Housekeeping only by request. Rooms are small. The beds were extremely hardy-(after 2 days, both my husband and I had back aches). Breakfast was bare minimum.

Came on a sunday and bar was closed so that was a bummer. front desk staff was very sweet. Loved the mini grocery store which was very helpful for late night hunger.

Everything was great! From the time we checked in with Alex, he was so professional, friendly & accommodating! He made some great suggestions for food, transportation & activities! Very pleasant! The room was nice, clean & great service. Valet parking was very easy & fast anyhow needed the vehicle. When we’re back in the atea, we will definitely stay here again!

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and readily available. The breakfast was very good with a great variety. The bed was uncomfortably soft for me, so I didn't sleep well. It was difficult to access the hotel for check in unless you pull into and block the valet parking area. The room smelled overwhelmingly like bleach.

We rode the train in for the weekend. They gave us a courtesy early check in and let us keep our linage til it was time to board the train! Grateful for the extra mile they went!

Everything except the juice had dairy. I requested at least a plant-based milk option, but they refused to provide it. They could only offer potatoes that did not have cheese on them. Very substandard service compared to what I generally receive normally at a Marriott.

I did not like that there was no self park option, only Valet. I also did not like that when I chose to go for a walk I saw a man squatting in the bushes by the fountain behind the hotel. Inside the hotel was wonderful.

Valet parking is only option on property—it took a long time each time to get car. Inconvenient & time-consuming. Confusing upon arrival of where to go. Poor service: room was never cleaned. Never informed about 2nd floor loft/outside feature. Nothing in room about options/area. Had to use key card to enter lobby—a hassle. Poor lighting in room.

Staff was great! The fire pit wouldn’t work but other than that it was a great stay! Highly recommend Alex for any help!

The shower did not have hot water. Staff was accommodating and provided an alternate room. Parking expensive, not convenient. Breakfast was actually good. Clean facilities.

No parking on site, water pressure is not the strongest, hot water is not great either, staff is not that friendly, the elevators has a dirty odor I can’t even describe; felt safe though and pretty secure area. Downtown is one of the cleanest city I’ve been to. Nightlife around the town is a plus.

We were there for five days at which time the hotel had been without hot water for 10 days. This is totally unacceptable. I complain to Orbitz and I complain to Marriott with no satisfaction. My only choice was to try to find a different hotel in downtown Fort Worth. At which time there was a conference going on at the convention center.

There was no hot running water. The staff were friendly, place was clean but no consistent hot running water during my stay.

The good part is it’s extremely close to the convention center. Normally, this hotel would be well under $100/night but it was $200/night because of the event at the convention center that weekend.

For the price, it was fine-we are locals and we just needed a place closer to the wedding venue to change in and out of. There was no hot water but they gave us free points for a future trip. The internet & TV was slow and laggy. But the room was decent, the bed was clean and comfortable.

We always stay here when in Fort Worth. This time, it beds were very hard and air vents in room needed a good cleaning. Personnel is always so nice and helpful.

The lock never worked the whole time we were there. Each time we made it to the room, we had to go back down to the desk and get help getting into our room. Each time having to wait for someone to show up to hook a machine up to the door. After the Third time this got very old and frustrating dealing with just trying to access our hotel room.

The rooms are clean and check-in process was easy, however I am rating 4/5 stars because of overall quality of customer service. A keycard is required to check-in upon arrival, and we had to wait outside for about 10 minutes because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to let us in. We arrived around 3pm, which is check in time. If you have a late flight, they are likely not able to hold your luggages for you after you check out.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - perfect location, just steps from the convention center! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially Yash Patel at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make check-in smooth and ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly decent with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending an event at the convention center! Will definitely stay again.

A getaway to unwind for a few days.

The front desk staff were awesome with their service and willingness to help. They went over the top at check in with a late checkout and held our bags until we could leave. Good breakfast, great location fair price.

Boys did appreciate having a gym to work out in. One son did have breakfast one morning. Comfortable beds and no issues. Wish we didn’t have to use valet parking but noticed this is case in most downtown areas.

Horrible experience. Cancelled my reservation the hours after I already checked in! And never bothered to call me back just sent an email and refund.

Guess you get what you pay for. The overall hotel was clean but smelled of old due to the carpet in the rooms that needed replacing. The smell of weed from outside and everyday we walked out of our room there were guest a few doors down from us that were evidently smoking it as it was terrible walking out to smelling it everywhere we went even outside on the sidewalk they were allowing them to do it as we walked in to the hotel with our daughter. The breakfast ran out of coffee and had to ask never had anyone refill to the food was ok for free with room. The bar area for evening cocktails was never opened which was disappointing. Valet was always friendly and helpful. Overall stay was quiet and reasonably priced.

I was not happy with the complimentary breakfast. It did not taste good at all. If we wanted housekeeping, we had to make sure we called downstairs before 9:00 am. When I called before 9:00, I was on hold for over 5 minutes. The valet service was terrible. We called every morning to have our car ready 10-15 minutes before we left and it was never ready. My daughter was late to work two days in a row. Overall, it was a bad experience with worse customer service and we will choose to stay at a better hotel in the future.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The bathroom didn’t appear to be fully cleaned as there was a used soap in the shower stall, and the shower head did not function using all options. But the location and cost was perfect for what we needed.

They then watch as I'm trying to figure out how to get in. I push the door, I walk out and then walk back up to sensor for the sliding door, thinking maybe the sensor missed me. They just stare. They watch as I walk around the side of the property looking for maybe a different entrance, which there wasn't. They watch me walk back to the entrance on Houston Street and try again to open. Neither employee offering me any assistance. Finally I kick the base of the door hard enough to let them know it's time they acknowledge I'm trying to get in. One walks over and asks rudely as the door finally slides open "Why didn't you use your guest key? " Astonished by the stupidity and rudeness I replied "Because I haven't checked in yet." Also, it was raining.

Although outwardly shabby, this hotel is undergoing a transformation and upgrading its facilities. The room was clean enough and the bathroom accessible but the shower door didn’t close all the way causing some flooding. Overnight valet is $36/night which was almost half the price of a night’s stay. Also, this location doesn’t offer housekeeping unless you stay 3 or more nights and due to poor staffing it was very difficult to get more towels and impossible to get new sheets. The breakfast was quite abysmal with some spoiled items and most offerings out of order or out of stock. Overall I’d give this place a 2.5/5. Not the worst but could be easily improved with better management.

Was there for our EMS conference. The hotel was being remodeled so I will not hold that against them as they are making it better, check in was easy room was clean and comfortable

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was surprised at the construction going on, if those details had been on the site, i would not have booked. Things progressively got worse, when I checked in they said my room was not ready and they would let me know when it was, was not ready til close to 4pm. Once in my room, went to shower and noticed blood splatter on the wall, the wall adjacent to the sink had what looked like vomit. Next day, went down for breakfast, only to find out there was no food, waited to see if they would replenish but they did not so I left. I came back later in the afternoon to try and work, and ended up leaving, the workers doing the construction had the radio loud. So I just left and went down to starbucks. The only thing that was good was the parking, the valet staff took good care of my vehicle.

The carpet was disgusting looking, stains everywhere. The worst thing was the room wouldn't get cooler than 78 no matter what we had the thermostat on.

Hotel room was excellent, but certain areas were not available when it was posted to be open.

Very dirty room. Carpet was so stained. I paid 350.00 for one night for this place and it’s not worth 100.00. The lobby had a hole in the tile by the bar too. Parking was pretty much valet only and the bartender was on her phone the whole night.

The check in and out was an easy process; very nice staff. Nice location and you could walk around downtown.

Don't expect to park anywhere near the hotel. I had to pay for parking - $36/night. I was not told this when I booked. I was also woken up at midnight by the phone when the staff couldn't find my car keys. Ugh.

The staff are amazing , we always feel so welcomed !! The valets are awesome, always smiling and had our car in and out in a timely manor . We will definitely be back to stay !!!
