Roof over head. Dead roaches in lights, stains and holes everywhere, cigarette burns in the cover, mold and hair in the fridge that was dirty. Did not feel safe or welcomed.

The toilet would not flush called the office and the guy came and checked it and it worked that time and not after, the bathtub did not drain has to call about that as well. We had a different room this role and don’t care for it. We like the other room better

Our stay at West Worth Inn and Suites was just as awesome as the 1st stay. The front desk staff is just super friendly and very efficient. This was our 2nd stay within a week. My only issue is they have smoking rooms but no ashtrays. That is my only complaint.

My 1 night stay with my fiance was just what we needed. My room was a smoking room (which I reserved) was clean, smelled clean, had a king size bed, and a couch. It also had a stove and kitchen sink. The bathroom was huge. The bathroom was equipped with a hair dryer! That's a plus in my book. My room had ambient lighting which was awesome! This hotel is conveniently located along I 30 just between Cherry Lane and Las Vegas Trail on the West side of Fort Worth Texas right behind Northern Tool and Equipment!!

An excellent place to stay. Low price .. Cheaper than any of the other hotels around that area ..quiet.. Just sets off the freeway a little ..Friendly staff ..Check in was really quick ..Definitely will stay there again when needed...

Havent stayed here in a couple of years, but was disappointed because there was roaches. I just cant. SMH

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will do whatever I can to avoid staying there again. I hope the $38 was worth it. You had a chance to make a happy customer and all you did was really tick us off. We are good guests, not messy or loud and we were treated horribly.. Very disappointed. The property also has a musky smell and the a/c unit is not great, there were a few bugs (not bed bugs), the refrigerator froze our food, the microwave didn't work well. and there was no place to hang the bath towels and only three hangers for clothes. Not worth the money, especially with the poor customer service.

My stay here was horrible! I literally had OUTSIDE bugs all over my room and inside my Jacuzzi tube. I literally had to leave and run to the gas station to grab bleach to sanitize my hotel room.

This was a nice quiet place out in the boondocks. The room was clean but the shower curtains were ripped and the shower head was covered in lime build up.

The Top Drawer, under the TV kept opening up from time to time, and I kept closing the drawer when I would see it open, after a while. I Booked a 2 Night Stay, and checked out after the First Night. I will Never stay there again.

Its cheap, did not have coffee or any breakfast options. A/C worked great.

I was able to check in at after midnight. It was late and i said i did not care if i got a smoking or non smoking room. A smoking room was provided and it smelt like someone just finished smoking a cigarette in the room, ugh. Otherwise decent sized room, sheets do not get changed during your stay. And whoever clean the room went through all the drawers when they came (didn't close them all the way) so i don't recommend leaving anything you can't afford to lose in the room when not there.

And the pricing for the hotel room was double because of the extra fees and charges at the hotel charge in addition I was charging additional $20 for early check-in fee at 2:00 p.m. and in addition to that I was already in the hotel I was extending my stay for another night plus the TV never worked the whole time

However what I did not like was the services that I received at the front desk... I got an excellent rate you are beautiful woman on the app however the extra fees above the taxes or additional $30 I haven't seen that with any other hotel and then I scheduled for two nights... And because of the extra fees I end up paying double the cost for the for the room and the two nights I'm overlooked the fact that I pay double the cost and I end up scheduling an extra night on the app and again my cost was double and on top of that when I went to the front register to check in for extra night the hotel clerk charge me an additional $20 and he called it an early check in fee don't make sense because I've been there for 2 days I just extended my stay so now I paid more than double the cost for the room this is nonsense in addition to that the TV never worked while we were there poor services I would recommend this place to anyone because of the customer service.

I whenever I arrived at the property the man in the front was very nice and helpful I asked if there was a bathtub he said all of their rooms have bathtubs so I was happy. Get to the room and it had a jacuzzi tub in it I was so excited ended up booking it for another night well I go back the next day to check out and get my deposit back and the man at the front

Nice stay here. Clean. AC was not on when we arrived, so took a while to get the room cool, but otherwise happy with stay, and friendly staff.

We stayed to attend a nearby graduation for friends and found it to be comfortable and affordable. The room was large and we could not hear the nearby traffic. The staff was very kind too. I recommend.

The parking lot was a mess. There was a thong and a bag full f something almost right outside my door. The outside of the room was full of bugs as well as the inside. In the lobby when I went to check in there was a woman laying on the couch barefooted. Ended up not staying there and hotel refused to refund me any money for my stay. Would not recommend staying here

The management team was rude each time I had to interact with one of them. Two men one younger at night and the older gentleman during the day and the older woman in the afternoon. Just short and very unfriendly. Not welcoming in anyway. The older house cleaning lady was very nice kind and friendly.

The room was clean and neat. The was below confortable. Somewhat hard. Notice the sitting chair to watch TV was very worn, blotches of vinyl were missing. Staff were very very hard to communicate with.

The odd thing is that the the TV and the DirectTV was all disconnected from one device to the other and power, toke a bit since the cables were not there.

The absolute worst customer service ever. The smell is unheard of and they said no smoking but there hallways smelled like I walked into a weed farm. They tried to charge me an additional fee to stay in a room that I was already in! Just overall a horrible experience

It was a horrible experience. As soon as I walked in to my room the smell of cigarettes was super strong. There were ants and bugs everywhere and the toilet did not work.

This was the 4th time my wife and I have stayed at Scottish Rite. Clean, quiet and great basic lodging for the price. The staff are always nice and helpful.

There was a problem when I made the reservation so I explained to the office what had happened and they graciously gave us another room with a sleeper. We paid $20.00 more to cover the other two people that would be in the room....This place was very clean.....beds were very comfortable and pillows were great! We will stay at this hotel next time we are in town.

There wasn't any free breakfast. The refrigerator made noise. Not TV list of channels that where available. No place to hang clothes, except a small area in bathroom from a shelve that was so low that clothes touched the floor. 3 people in room & only got 2 towels.For a handicap room it was good, but to get to room it was a little bite hard to get to. They had pipes laying on ground that could have made anyone fall. They had Issues when checking in.We didn't have any problems with our stay that were bad, just little small problems.

Found used towels in chest of drawers. Mentioned to front desk and acknowledged but the next day after “ cleaning” they were still there. Cigarette burns in bed linen, not another set anywhere? Needed a shower after leaving. The only caveat was that the front desk staff were friendly.

First off I thought the hotel was at another location I was looking at. Second of all I specifically said non-smoking. It was neither! The room smells like marijuana and cigars there was riding all over the furniture stains on the carpet the bedding had cigarette burns on them. The bathtub tile had mold on it it was overall a horrible Hotel. I couldn't even stay there! I wound up going to the hotel I thought I was going to in the first place. I couldn't even get a refund back! Yes I had to spend extra money but it was worth it!

It was all right, the rate was good but required a 50$ cash deposit which the app didn’t say anything about that.

The room was adequate. It was a windy night and the wind whistled through the door all night. There was something on the toilet handle and the bathroom door that came off when I cleaned it. There was dried mud on the floor between the beds that also came up with a little effort. It was last minute and this room had two queen beds, which is what I needed.

It was a last minute booking for us for this trip. The room was nice - it looks like they had and are still doing some upgrading/remodeling, but overall, the room was great. Beds were super comfy and housekeeping was great. Very quiet location also.

The lady at the front desk is rude after paying for another day online she kept calling my room asking for an extra 20 dollar early check-in fee since i paid online and not at the front desk well i guess i didnt move fast enough for her she actually came to my room and demand i give her 20 dollars i told her i was getting dressed i would be at the office to pay it she demand i give her my debt card now and meet her at the office then on top of that i never got any room service and it just so happens that every time i stay there the cops are always called on the same people for whatever reason and seems to be always about the same time around 10 or 11 p.m. the older gentlemen and younger gentlemen are very respectable and have never been been rude like the lady has

This place isnt the Ritz, but it was quiet, clean, and served its purpose. The bed was pretty comfy too! The only bad thing was the ac didnt get all that cold and we like our room to be freezing. It was still a confortable temperature though. If thats the worst thing wrong with it, then thats good with me. We will definitely stay there again when we need a night away from the kids!

This was my second time staying there and the first time was okay when I got a no smoking room other than there being a burn hole in the blanket but the 2nd time was the last time i'll ever stay there. I got a smoking room and was there for a couple hours then seen roaches with suprised me and was just absolutely disgusting. Horrible hotel

The room was comfortable and clean.No frills yet centrally located with reasonable rate for a couple to get away or someone visiting Fortworth,Texas.

Breakfast wasn’t all that The shower wasn’t all that no pressure from the shower head I didn’t understand why my 9 and 14 years old kids was charged

There were extremely friendly. They make sure that we were comfortable and that needs were met. They have absolute best breakfast, and the rooms were very clean.

It was not clean, roaches everywhere including the outside of the door and the water was cold and gritty.

I fell right to sleep about 1 to 2 hrs later i woke up to a roach on my face so then i started tripping they were every where there was a bunch of food in the microwave and a bunch of them things as well there was stuff all over walls even a pretty addition to the wall art a little pet you could say oh and a big fat yellow spot on the sheet it was disgusting...

My room was disgusting, and I stayed maybe 2 hours until I couldn't handle the filth anymore, she refused to give me my money back, then discriminated me! This lady was beyond disrespectful!
