The Ashton Hotel is a historic boutique hotel in downtown Fort Worth with large, well-furnished rooms and a convenient location. Classy, clean rooms.

Clean room, central location downtown

Everything was beautiful and overall we had a great experience. The bed was very comfortable! The quality of the toilet paper would be my only complaint lol. Very thin.
- 5/5
Charming, huge rooms, very friendly staff.

Great reception. Room very comfortable
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing from entry to exit. Staff was super friendly and quick to assist. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Only complaint i could have was the shower. The glass enclosure did not go to the base fully and therefore allowed water outside of the shower. Shower products were top notch. Already scheduled another stay!
- 5/5
The location is fantastic, with friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The historic area offers evening music, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
- 4/5
Enjoyed the separate soaking tub!!
- 5/5
Everything about the stay was flawless. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and modern while still keeping their timeless historic charm. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from check-in to check-out. Plus, being steps away from Sundance Square and downtown restaurants made exploring the city incredibly convenient. I loved every aspect of my stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Worth!
- 5/5
Great place. Down town so not much easy parking. It was a nice area with plenty of places to eat. Great stay.
- 4.5/5
Enormous rooms in a beautiful historic building, I couldn't have been happier with the location either Some of the corridors looked a little tired
- 5/5
Room was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Amenities were excellent. Location is great for access to Sundance square. Parking was pricey for valet.

No valet on hand when I arrived. Told to leave my vehicle on the steer in front of the hotel for 3 hours until valet arrived. Opted for self park and was told go just go find a lot nearby. Restaurant was closed even though goggle maps said it was open until 10 pm.
- 3/5
While the location is fantastic, the rest of my stay was a mixed bag, earning a 3-star rating out of 5. Upon arrival, I had to wait 10–15 minutes at an empty reception desk before being checked in. However, once the staff appeared, they were helpful and even provided a complimentary breakfast voucher. This was a kind gesture that I truly valued and enjoyed. The windows were quite dirty, and the room felt dated. Although the housekeeping team clearly did their best, the aging carpets and worn furniture gave the space an inescapable sense of being unkept despite being cleaned.

Classy hotel. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and welcoming
- 5/5
I loved the boutique feel of the hotel. So charming and the staff were extremely delightful.

Very attractive and comfortable. Front desk and bartender were great. would definitely recommend. Bathroom a little scary getting in and out of the tub. And towels were a little worn, considering the quality of the hotel. Your valet and parking system leave a bit to be desired. Was a lot of confusion about the valet payment and how to do it on your phone, etc. not a smooth operation or program.

when I got to the hotel, they sent me up to a room that was not serviced. Looked like a party had happened in there. had to come down and start over, but the desk manager was very nice.
- 3/5
Property was cute and historic. Convenient if you want to be downtown or within a 10 min drive to the stockyards. Not really any amenities other than breakfast. No room service or bar which is the reason for the lower stars. But a decent stay, comfy bed.
- 4.5/5
Great staff, excellent location, nice ambiance.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, and nicely appointed room. The location was perfect for exploring and dining downtown Fort Worth. Very easy location to visit family in the suburbs. We did not have the opportunity to dine at hotel or go to bar - though the areas looked wonderful.

Place is beautiful from the moment you walk in. The restaurant was great, little slow service. The room was clean very comfy with an amazing bath tub and bathroom set up. Jackie at the front was great with getting us in our room and answering questions we had with parking and local spots to go.
- 5/5
Clean room, awesome staff! Breakfast was a bit disappointing because the girl working got everyone’s order wrong. Will stay again for sure
- 3/5
Our room overlooked a roof top that housed the main AC units that ran continuously and noisily all night. Only one chair in the room although admittedly the room wasn't quite large enough for a second chair.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great location
- 5/5
Everything was amzing!!
- 4/5
Everything was great except the shower was like warm if that. The dispenser in the shower are hard to read and the product barely comes out of the bottle.

Friendly check in, great location, the building is cool but the hotel was a bit tired.

Rundown
- 5/5
Polite and supportive staff, and the rooms are very roomy.
- 3/5
The hotel is looking a little work worn. Staff never at desk but behind wall. Had to do own luggage loading car.
- 5/5
We like to take the stairs when we stay at hotels- it was an absolute joy to discover that the original stairs from 1911 have been kept up beautifully!
- 4/5
Great location, good vibes, nice staff No negatives
- 1/5
No way to turn the fan on in the bathroom. Shower turns the tile floor into a slick nightmare. Early check-in needlessly expensive. We weren’t told what the valet costs but it’s stupid expensive. Call the hotel and you get a foreign call center who will give you wrong information. Appalling lack of consideration towards customer experience. Won’t be returning.
- 4/5
Great location, good vibes, nice staff No negatives
- 5/5
A great stay as always. The gentleman at the front desk overnight handled all of my concerns perfectly!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. We first stayed 10 years ago the night of our wedding and enjoyed celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. Our room was clean and spacious.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Love this location. Convenient to everything...super quiet and friendly staff, too!
- 5/5
Very nice staff and clean room.
- 4/5
Never saw the hot tub. Great staff and great location. The valet staff was a good bunch of guys.
- 5/5
It was a great place
- 4/5
The rooms are a nice size. Clean linens and decent amenity. The carpets are filthy. They need to be steam cleaned to lift all that old dirt out. When wiping up some water the napkins was completely black. Gross.wear slippers. The bathroom ceiling starting to peel off. They were doing renovations in the room under me, which was hammering constantly in the morning, but the staff was wonderful and stopped their work so I could get some of my work done. They didn't start hammering again until a day and a half later when I left.
- 5/5
Hotel and hotel staff were great
- 4/5
Spacious comfortable room. Great location
- 5/5
The people at the front desk were very kind! The room was great. Very clean! Out toilet didn't work when we got there but the hotel quickly fixed it while we were at dinner so there was no inconvenience. The only complaint I had was the outside of the windows had a film of West Texas dust on them. Not sure if this is normal or if they just needed to be cleaned. It took away from the view .
- 5/5
Clean rooms, excellent dinning and classic architecture!
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
The building is neat, the room was somewhat clean. But the AC didn't work at all, it was like the heater was on all noght although it was set to cold. The parking situation was terrible, it's advertised through Hotels.com as $55 for valet and as a perk you get a $20 credit... that is a lie. I was charged $68 after we checked out, for one night of parking. The response I got from Hotels.com was to dispute it at the front desk. We jad already left and gone home by the time they charged my account.
- 3/5
Great rooms and staff. Didn’t like the valet system. Way too complicated.
- 5/5
Everything was on point and well done. Loved my stay there and would happily come back!
- 5/5
Great room, attentive staff.
- 5/5
Quiet and courteous property! Staff as usual is top tier!
- 5/5
Excellent customer service, charming hotel
- 5/5
Everything!
- 5/5
yes….everything worked out beautifully
- 5/5
Very cool vintage building. Well maintained and staff was great. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
Overall the stay was good. The valet parking situation is not good at all. For $55 a night, it should be better. The valet caused me to be late for dinner reservations and late for something else the next day. The Ashton shares a valet company with other hotels. The way it is done is not good and should be addressed.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, staff was helpful with questions about parking/local transportation.
- 5/5
We had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.
- 5/5
Spotless, quiet room. Comfortable bed.
- 5/5
The hotel and the individual room we stayed in were beautiful - we would definitely return. The staff also went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We will definitely return.
- 5/5
Historical hotel and clean and neat. Restaurants were within walking distance.
- 5/5
All of the above. We had a great time.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and the staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Rooms were larger than expected. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch and the staff was attentive and excellent. Thank you!
- 5/5
Rodney and Valeria (desk) were very helpful and kind! Sweet peeps!
- 5/5
Staff is great, bartender is excellent. Rooms very nice and spacious. Breakfast is good. Only issue is that the valet parking is done with an outside vendor. Very complicated to get your vehicle as you have to sign up in their website, which requires you to share your credit card information with someone you have no idea who it is or how they might use it. Plus, it's $55 per night. Hotel staff graciously handled my complaint and fetched my car, but it clearly is a customer service issue that senior management should handle. I'm guessing I'm not the first person to complain.
- 5/5
Wonderful food. Cooked to order. Fruit bowls were fresh and delicious. Waitress was amazing. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was very efficient and helpful. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend to others. The only slight inconvenience was waiting for the parking attendants to bring our car. Parking is valet only and a bit costly.
- 5/5
Clean room. Quiet no k go
- 3/5
I had two issues with my stay. First, there were two bottles of body wash and one bottle of conditioner in the shower--no shampoo. I had to wash my hair with body wash, which didn't leave me with the best look on my business trip. The bed was also a bit hard. Otherwise, I think the hotel was attractive, the people working at the hotel were great, and the location was excellent.
- 5/5
James at the front desk was very hospitable and helpful with information. Location was good with restaurants, bars, and entertainment well within walking distance. A really nice experience. Will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Excellent stay in very clean. We loved the bathtub!
- 4/5
Great service, great room!
- 3/5
The spa stopped turning on the second day which was a bummer and we had issues with the AC not wanting to stay on.
- 4/5
did not eat at hotel. the bathroom was very funky, there's a step up to shower, which seems very dangerous. the towels were on shelf over toilet, which is around corner from shower stall. There should be a towel rack in shower stall, there's lot of room.
- 5/5
Great!
- 2/5
We stayed in the Spa suite and was told when we checked in that the breaker may trip and we could just call to have it fixed. It tripped 3 times while we were there for 1 night. This is a known issue at a place like the Ashton, it should be fixed, not expect your guest to have to call the front office to get the breaker tripped, I felt like I was at the Holiday Inn. We have stayed here before and love the hotel, but this was a disappointing stay.
- 5/5
Cordial, genuine staff! Especially Valerie!
- 3/5
I asked for a quiet room. Rooms are lovely but the street noise is very loud. Cars with loud engines and stereos cruising until late on weekend night. I am not sure if there is a quiet side of the hotel. I was told it was city noise but have stayed in many city hotels and this was excessive.
- 4/5
Great staff, location
- 2/5
The hotel staff was not friendly and the valet couldn’t find my car. I left the stay early and went to the Omni instead
- 4/5
Staff were kind, room was clean. It’s definitely an older hotel. I was surprised it was rated 5 stars. I don’t think we’d stay there again.
- 3/5
Room was comfortable. Walls are super thin. Unfortunately we were placed in a room that had a door to an adjoining suite that was closed off. For some reason another guest was placed in the room next door…in the middle of the week. Hotel was not even close to full. We could hear their conversations. Which was not too much of a problem until around 8p when we start hearing screaming and yelling “get the F off of me” over and over. We went to the front desk only to find out there is no onsite security?? Called FW PD. To my knowledge they never showed even though it sounded like a murder next door. The hotel did move us to a quieter room on another floor. I felt bad for the poor 20 something girl manning the desk alone…overnight…with no security. Certainly not the Ashton’s fault that some guests got involved in a DV incident, but makes you wonder about the clientele.
- 5/5
Size of hotel, location, and friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff was great and so helpful with getting around the downtown area. The rooms were clean comfortable and quiet.
- 5/5
Proximity to Bass Hall was a very short walk, and proximity to dining places was even closer!
- 4/5
Room was large. All staff very helpful. Great location
- 1/5
Not only was the room quality dirty with stains on everything, the customer service has been terrible. There was water leaking/pouring into my room from the window all night.
- 5/5
We loved it!
- 3/5
Poached eggs were hard boiled
- 5/5
Great place to stay in a historic building. Staff was phenomenally!
- 5/5
Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
The staff treated me wonderfully from the time I walked in until I left. The room was very clean and taken care of.
- 4/5
Breakfast staff was slow at first but they made it right. Delicious food! Thank you! B. Williams
- 5/5
Loved the space and it was convenient to everything! Staff were friendly, helpful, and polite and it was a treat to stay in a historic boutique hotel in the heart of Fort Worth. But I thought the $50 fee for the early check-in (2 hours early) was a bit excessive. Also, the breakfast was ridicously expensive especially since there are so many delicious and affordable breakfast options available on the same block.
- 5/5
Great old school vibe in the heart of downtown. Staff was extremely kind and courteous.
- 5/5
The staff was exceptional. I was disappointed that the weeknights wine hour did not include Monday.
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 5/5
Beautiful, classy hotel with excellent staff. It’s close to everything in downtown Fort Worth, yet quiet and uncrowded. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was delicious and more than we could eat and the room was super clean and roomy. We loved it! Next time we’ll stay longer.
- 5/5
Nice place with great location.
- 5/5
Nice place.
- 5/5
The Free Blue line bus stop was just around the corner. We were so glad we stayed there instead of at a chain hotel.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel
- 5/5
Great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. John on reception was absolutely lovely. Large rooms with high ceilings. Can be a little noisy at night but to be expected as you are in the centre. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Both evening front desk and morning desk person were very helpful and sweet. Valet was very courteous and helpful
- 5/5
Exceptional customer service!
- 5/5
Staff were unbelievable. Hotel beautiful and so close to galleries and convention center. Water park. Sundance sq and good restaraunts
- 4/5
Good location, reasonably priced, historic building is beautiful. Interiors and rooms could use some updates, feels dated. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.
- 5/5
I liked everything about this property
- 5/5
Amazing staff who know your name and ca not help enough
- 4/5
I only had one complaint and that was the kind of sheets that were on the bed. They were scratchy on my face and I ended up putting a towel down to get any sleep. I realize that is picky but I think the price of the rooms would merit better quality sheets/pillowcases. Thank you.
- 5/5
Great area and front desk staff excellent.
- 5/5
Will def make this hotel our default when in the DFW metroplex
- 5/5
The Ashton is a hidden little gem in downtown Ft. Worth. It was quaint, quiet, and very convenient for all of my needs.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Good walkable area. Beware it can get loud on weekends.
- 5/5
Convenient to the convention center and downtown. Good value for a memorable stay.
- 5/5
Nice vintage hotel updated well. Pleasant helpful staff!
- 5/5
We loved the location. The front desk staff was great. The rooms were cool & relaxing. The building has good character. All around a good stay.
- 5/5
Superb and friendly service from Valerie!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Very convenient to everything. Felt safe. Walkable distant to Sundance Square.
- 5/5
Outstanding service and staff. Nice rooms.
- 5/5
Lovely historic hotel downtown. Walking distance to fun restaurants. Beautiful suite with sitting area. My room had a small fridge and microwave as well. If I could find anything a bit negative it would be that the large bathroom had a pedestal sink so no counter space for makeup bags or haircare tools. I just put my things in my smaller bag when I wasn’t using them.
- 4/5
There was no valet on site after 8 pm. Decided to park in a garage and walk. Not convenient. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant. Great location.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and everyone was courteous and helpful. The property could use a little refresh. It was a good stay!
- 3/5
The room we were in was in severe need of an update. Carpet ware, Dirty tile grout ect. We didn’t really feel comfortable walking around the room without shoes on. There’s also a hefty $55 dollar a day charge to park a car and $75 dollar fee to check in before 4pm. I most likely wouldn’t stay there again even if it was free.
- 2/5
Valet services were non existent. The AC rattled loudly from every vent. The staff charged me twice for the incidental fee for a one night stay.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
This place was great. Love the vintage decor and the history of the building. The old school tub was a plus it was amazing.. This hotel is walkable to a lot of stuff..
- 2/5
had problems with AC! Needs a face life for sure rooms and bathrooms need some tender loving care.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel. The staff were very accommodating
- 4/5
Ashton is an older building with comfortable rooms. The service has always been excellent and the location in downtown Fort Worth is ideal. You are able to walk to any location without any issues.
- 5/5
Exceeded my expectations in every area!
- 5/5
I loved the Bulding
- 5/5
Nice quaint historic hotel with big rooms. The gym is small but has the basic equipment along with Peloton bikes. 5-7PM free glass of wine (evening reception) and friendly staff
- 5/5
Staff was very accomodating during check in. The guest ahead of my party was unruly and quite difficult. The staff was very professional.
- 5/5
Quant, lovely hotel. Stafff will help with anything. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Perfect spot for a one night stay while on a business trip. Tons of great dining options. I didn’t explore too much, but it felt like a cool area. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Another great stay at the friendly Ashton. A peaceful, quiet property downtown that’s near whatever you need. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
The bed was very comfortable and there was a lovely bathtub! I highly recommend staying at the Ashton Hotel.
- 5/5
Fine historical building, beautifully maintained and appointed. Very comfortable, attractive and quiet. Great staff and location. Will definitely recommend.
- 5/5
We always stay at the Ashton and love it. Wonderful hotel in downtown Fort Worth. So much character and charm.
- 5/5
We had a delightful stay. The room was large. Bed was comfortable. Historic touches throughout. The staff members we interacted with (multiple front desk, valets & bar tender) were helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional
- 4/5
Nice place to stay
- 5/5
Excellent boutique hotel
- 5/5
Great hotel - great location- Very accommodating staff. Highly recommend this wonderful boutique hotel for any Dy Worth stay!
- 5/5
Great location and the hotel is modernity updated but has an old school feel. Comfortable beds! And a complimentary glass of wine from 5-7!
- 3/5
I was disappointed in the lack of amenities. No cotton swabs or cotton pads or bathrobes or bottled water provided. No safe in the room. There wasn’t as much as a pen in the room and the comforter was so heavy it was uncomfortable yet we couldn’t get a blanket after requesting one. Valet was very inconvenient. For a four star hotel I expected a bit more
- 4/5
Check in staff was wonderful. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Sundance Square with lots of dining options. We had an issue retrieving our car at check out that delayed us 45 min. The valet attached our name to two cars and brought the wrong car to us. The front desk clerk was aware of the error but didn’t attempt to contact valet (he was not onsite) after we waited nearly 30 min. Valet is $55/night plus tax/tip. Too expensive and inefficient.
- 5/5
Wonderful customer service. Front desk and valet staff were friendly and professional. The rooms and bathroom were large. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was perfect. We would recommend!!
- 5/5
Very clean Very central 2 min walk from sundance place Staff very polite Would defo stay agai
- 5/5
Great service! Stayed for my wife's birthday and went to Billy Bobs for a concert. Excellent time
- 5/5
Exquisite historical hotel
- 5/5
our pillows didn't smell very fresh.
- 5/5
My daughter and I went to Fort Worth for the Van Cliburn Piano Competition. The Ashton Hotel is walking distance to Bass Concert Hall! The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was so beautiful. I highly recommend the Ashton Hotel!!!
- 4/5
Staff were helpful and friendly. I really liked the proximity to Sundance Square and Bass Hall and the area felt very safe.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! Can't wait to come back
- 5/5
Very interesting boutique hotel in the heart of downtown. It has been redone well and we really enjoyed being there. Great location with a variety of restaurants within walking distance.
- 5/5
The valet was extremely high but the stay was non shy of amazing
- 5/5
Amazing hotel. Room very comfortable and bed and linen was extremely comfortable. We do wish that advertisement supported the restaurant no longer being open for dinner. Dining in for dinner was one of our reasons for selection.
- 5/5
Great location in downtown Fort Worth. Very professional hotel staff.
- 3/5
Bathroom was not clean. Found trash in multiple places, hair all over the floor. Showed up to the hotel not feeling well on the day of my reservation. Was charged $75 to check in a couple hours early, instead of sitting in lobby being sick. Staff was nowhere to be found throughout the hotel unless I rang the bell and waited. Felt deserted.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, very good customer service, great location
- 5/5
Lovely historical hotel in downtown Ft. Worth. Friendly, kind and helpful staff. Beautiful updated rooms. Wish I could stay a few more days!
- 5/5
Very cool hotel. The only thing is need to have a dinner menu
- 5/5
Hotel staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet.
- 5/5
We lived the location and vintage vibe in the hotel.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Room had great AC. Bed was comfy. We only had 1 wash cloth but front desk quickly responded to request for more. Shower was great but water in tub could have been hotter but that could have just been a personal issue. I would stay again.
- 5/5
The Ashton is an historic hotel that has that old nostolgic charm with a touch of up to date conviences and services. The rooms are very spacious, super clean and the maid service is very efficient and thorough. I loved the quietness and the smaller not so frantically busy atmosphere. I was there on business and it was perfect for my needs.
- 4/5
Had a weekend getaway with my wife of 30+ years. Nice hotel in a great spot in Fort Worth. Only thing I'd recommend would be to allow for TVs to be "castable" from a phone if we have streaming services.
- 4/5
Spent a coule of days in Ft. Worth and chose to stay at The Ashton. The hotel is centrally located on Main St, within an easy walk of restaurants and Sundance Square. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There was street noise at night, but the air purifying machine in the room helped to drown out a lot of it. I'd stay there again.
- 4/5
Small boutique hotel. Nice amenities in a great area. Very walkable.
- 4/5
No valet to park car Sunday evening
- 5/5
Wonderful experience. Would recommend.
- 5/5
Stunning heritage building. Spa suite was gorgeous the decor amazing. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast only disappointment, grab a muffin and yoghurt to take back to your room only option
- 5/5
I blindly reserved this hotel and loved it. So clean, quaint, quiet. I’d definitely stay here again and free breakfast!
- 5/5
Will come back for sure
- 5/5
Lovely historic hotel located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth! Easy to get to everything including the DFW Airport and downtown Dallas via the train which is just a few blocks from the hotel. Small but good restaurant in the building which serves drinks and dinner. Comfortable bed. Great value for the cost!
- 5/5
Great experience with friendly staff, clean room
- 4/5
Parking isn’t ideal, but they offer valet that is charged through a 3rd party not the actual hotel.
- 4/5
Really cool historic building. Staff was really nice and room was clean. I was initially really happy to have a corner room because of the windows, but a lot of noise came through from the street at night (loud cars and loud people). I would stay again, but ask for a higher floor or room away from the street.
- 5/5
Staff and room where excellent.
- 2/5
Had to wait to check in over 30 minutes. Parking was $60 night.
- 3/5
The room was dark and only one mirror in bathroom. The toilet was low need to update a comfort style.
- 3/5
Years ago this was a very nice hotel; it has not aged well; in bad need of a major refresh; elevators and dingy and dirty; lobby feels dirty also; lobby furniture is designed for “style” not comfort; hotel is understaffed; however, staff lobby desk, bartender, and valet guys were all cheerful and helpful despite being overworked and likely underpaid; overheard staff complaining about outdated computer system; this hotel Needs some major work.
- 5/5
Very nice boutique hotel. Friendly staff as well!
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and hotel is clean and quiet.
- 5/5

Front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Check in had its difficulties. No real valet/check in area. No bellman. I advised they had already charged me for the two night stay when I made the reservation and not charge me again. Of course you know what happened.

Excellent stay & very comfortable. However the Vallet was a bit delayed.

Our upgraded suite that we paid for was double booked by 2 separate 3rd party hotel booking companies, so when we got there, the whirlpool suite that I paid for was not available and we were downgraded without any kind of refund so far. We were not offered free valet parking or anything substantial to make up for the mistake except an offer to grab a free snack. I expect a call to reach out about this matter, so we can find an appropriate resolution.

If they claim there’s “breakfast included” it was just muffins and Greek yogurt. More like complimentary snacks at best. It also can get a bit loud outside but I played white noise on my phone and we slept just fine.

It was great.

We were never told that we would be paying an extra $35 US because it is a heritage listed hotel obviously Expedia did not explain that to us. We fully paid up before and when we went to leave, we were told that we had to pay the extra. I’m hoping that Expedia will compensate us for this.
