Do not stay here. Our first night we were kept up from 11pm until 5am by people stomping or doing who knows what on the floor about us. Kids didn’t sleep, I didn’t sleep. It was terrible. AC not working in the lobby or gym. Yikes! Hotel is dated.

We book to stay one night for symphony in FW. Very professional, we book room for double beds and they run out of it, they provide us 2 single bed, only the receptionist need to be clear communication to let us know when check in. It's very nice place with close walking distance to event. Breakfast was good. Will stay again if we have anything in that area.

AC in the first floor was out and the gym was 90 degrees could not work out. Room was not clean.

The room was very clean and well-appointed. The tile floor was a little slick in the kitchen, almost like the mop used had also been used to clean up grease spills. The toilet roll holder did come off the wall and appeared to be missing the tiny screw that holds it in place. It also appeared to be installed upside down. The staff was very good overall. They were helpful and polite, and professional. There was an incidence where better judgement could've been used by the front desk. I went down to the pool to take some pictures because when I was there earlier, there were people in the pool and I couldn't get pics without people. I was fully dressed and obviously taking pictures when I was told I couldn't be in the pool area because it was closed. I explained I was just taking pics, which was pretty obvious. I was told that I had to stay behind the gate in the patio area. If the pool area was closed at a particular time, then my access card shouldn't have worked. I certainly understand that the pool may close at a particular time, but to send a new clerk out to take care of a situation like that which requires a level of judgement that a new employee may not have, demonstrated a lack of judgement by the trainer. I only wanted pictures of the beautiful pool at night with no one there.

Great staff, clean room; they serviced every other day of your stay, which I appreciated. Not much of a smoking area, but I get it. A little pricey but worth it. Never understood why hotels that serve breakfast start at 600am?

Very close to everything and all the staff was very friendly.

Housekeeping was great. Check-in staff was rude. Refused to even look to see if they had another room. We got there and ended up on the first floor, which I explained to the staff that I was very uncomfortable with. She said there’s no other rooms available, my husband got on his app and literally was able to see rooms available in the same room we booked then the first two nights, the person above us had stopped and banging things in the room all night long we had called and asked the office to call them. I don’t know if they were dead because it never stopped. Then we ended up having to rebook another night due to our event going an extra day. The weather was bad and we were right next to an outside door. Every time the door had opened it was slam shut no fault to people staying at the hotel but weather related when we ask the office staff if they could lock the outside of that door or shut down the key fob from the outside, he said no refused to even come up with a solution or even offered to help us move rooms. The door hit slam so hard that it literally shook our beds and woke us up several times throughout the night, we will not be staying there again.

We got there at 3 and the parking lot was lose to empty but there was know way they were letting us check in before 4. We were there for 3 nights, housekeeping never showed, we ran out of towels and toilet paper and our trash built up. I took more trips to the front desk than any place else. The Grant counter top was cracked in half, poo lighting, there are train tracks next to the parking lot and these trains are non stop, shaking the room at times. I won't return here.

There were no chairs in the room other than a broken down desk chair. Maid service was sketchy.v We were always short on towels for 4 people. The TV did not work. Technician said , this TV has problems. To make the Remotes work , we had to stand right in front about 2 feet away. The refrigerator was so noisy all the time. The staff was friendly but nothing was addressed unless I kept hounding them. Breakfast was hot and miss om what was available. Maybe there were more guests to handle. The quantity and quality was bad. Bacon was over cooked clumped together. We did eat. The staff tried hard but the demand was to much for them.

The new room had a comforter that looked soiled. The room otherwise was nice. The bed was comfortable. The front entrance is NOT clearly marked and not like most hotels at all.

My husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary here. The hotel was nice, free parking which is a mega plus in the downtown area. The only downside is the toilet didn’t flush. Luckily my husband knew what to do, so we didn’t report it right away. But after we arrived from dinner and showered we noticed the water wasn’t draining out of the tub, which caused us to stand in water while we showered. The staff member was nice when I did report it and apologized for the inconvenience. But overall the room, the area, the convenience and the price made the night worthwhile and we will book there again!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The property is old and needs an update. Our room was outdated, mold in the bathroom, dirty (nightstands had hair on them and dusty), floors not vacuumed, sticky bathroom tile floor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Close to event attended in the city, and for the location; very affordable

Free breakfast served each day, from 6am which was ideal for early starts. Room was great size with giant bed and all amenities. Bathroom cleaned and towels changed every couple days

It was just another business trip. Parking was great at hotel.

Service was terrible, no house keeping in four notes, empty our own trash, had to go down to desk for towels, etc. really awful.

The pool needs improvement, and some of the receptionists need to have better manners. Room service is not offered unless you stay for an extended period.

The proper needed some updating, but the staff was very nice. Breakfast could go longer on a Saturday when it’s over at nine. That’s pretty early for the weekend in my opinion.

This hotel is so nice and clean. The only downside is that it didn’t appear that our sink had been cleaned in awhile, and there were leftover food remnants that smelled.

Hotel was close to our destination downtown. When we arrived we were informed of a room switch due to running out of the one I originally booked. It worked out fine for the most part no big complaint. Staff was friendly, room was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The shower had mold and you could tell it was old and needed an upgrade

The employees were very friendly, but the shower curtain was dirty, the sheets were subpar, and the mattress in my room was old and in need of replacement. I was in room 329.

Every time we stay it's always a good time The only thing that I dislike is staying a few days and wanting to switch out the towels and I asked the housekeeper on the hallway if I could switch out the towels she made me take it to the laundry area to get the towels I don't see why she wouldn't just switch him out for me instead of me having to walk all the way downstairs to the front but that's the only thing I did not like

Great place to stay. It is super close to everything without being in the busy downtown area. Super easy to park, no issues getting in or out of the property. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool is small but nice that it is there. Rooms were very clean, easy to access. Temperature control worked great, no issues at all.

Loved everything about this property except the comforter was not clean and someone’s shoes were under the bed. Everything else was top notch.

I like the neatness/cleanliness but there is no drinking water or coffee at the lobby only free cookies. Our room was at the very corner which was far from elevator so we used the stairs anyway from 3rd floor. Requested for late check out but only max to an hour.

Hotel is a bit older but well-kept and rooms are large. Warning if you are handy capped there is only one parking space as the other space has been coned off by management. I thought that was illegal to do this. Blocking a handicap space for management?

The hotel was clean, conveniently located near downtown, and the staff was courteous and efficient. We immediately felt welcomed by the friendly staff and even enjoyed some complimentary fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon check in. Our room was clean, spacious, and well stocked with amenities (including a full sized refrigerator, electric stovetop, microwave, bath tub with shower). We especially appreciated the free on-site parking. The hotel was easy to get to from I-35E and Sundance Square was close enough for my wife to walk to (12 minute travel time on sidewalks and crosswalks). Overall it was a very enjoyable trip and we would look forward to staying here again.

Great staff

We stayed a night passing through Fort Worth. The hotel was a bit far from the downtown things, but we were still able to walk to dinner without issue. Overall it was a good location and had good sized rooms.

Nice hotel in a beautiful area of Fort Worth— I’d stay here again. Really, the only issue we had is that it was very noisy in the hallways pretty much all night long.

The a/c was not working in the lobby when we checked in. Our room was hot as well.

Great location! Nice, safe! Had a very good easy and professional check in. I’m a medical professional working back to back shifts and the sweet attendant was thoughtful enough to give me a room in a quiet area of the hotel.

Room (136) smells musky. Strange there was no potatoes at breakfast. Only sausage and eggs.

Powdered eggs, rancid pork sausage, and rubbery bacon. I don't hold high expectations for a hotel breakfast, but this was sub-par. Everything else was great.

The property is okay, but there is very limited parking at night and they don't enforce towing cars without permit pass, they had six cars parked their without passes. Beds are very outdated, you can feel the springs as you lay down. Everything else is okay.

Very nice facility.only issue we had was it was completely booked and there’s not enough parking for the hotel. If you didn’t get a spot in the parking lot you had to find something on the street

We had a good stay and the staff was mostly friendly. Our room must have had incidents before as it was clear some things were missing like the full length wall mirror and the bedding was stained with yellow spots. But still an overall decent stay.

My wife and i checked in with no problem. We were given a parking pass to park our car on the hotel property. We let the hotel to go out that night and when we returned to the hotel the parking lot was 100% full. Even though we had a parking pass we were informed that we could park off the property. We were unable to fined a place to park and we looked up to half a mile from the hotel. So we asked for a refund after deciding to leave do to no parking even with a parking pass. As of now the refund is up in the air.

Super easy to get anywhere in Fort Worth. The first night staying there, we took a Lyft to get to downtown. Cheap, but found we were perfectly fine with walking. Definitely recommend walking or even renting the E-bikes for 24 hours to get around. Lots of one way streets and pay to park lots. There are bike return spots throughout the city as well as the Stockyards. The 3 1/2 days we were there, we never drove our car. Walking took 15 minutes to get to the train station to get to downtown Dallas (very nice/safe). We took the TRE train for $12 roundtrip, that was good for 20 hours. Took 12 minutes to walk to downtown. Took about 14? minutes to ride the bikes to the Stockyards. E-bikes were $10 for 24 hours.

Everything from the kind clerk checking in to the helpful clerk checking out was amazing. The facility was super clean, quiet and comfortable.

I loved my stay. The room was everything I hoped. I like to cook for myself. I found out from another guest I could have taken a train from the airport and the local bus for a very affordable price. I might do that next time. Breakfast was really nice, organic eggs. Loved the pool, fitness room, and location. I highly recommend.

The front desk help in the daytime was not friendly, even rude. Evening desk with Moises was good. Breakfast was outstanding!! The bed as old and broken down - definitely overdue for a replacement. Seemed like a cheap bed to start with though.

Air conditioning did not work at full capacity, making the room hot and stuffy... and the room smelled atrocious.

When getting to the room after being out on the town got back no parking anywhere around our hotel we stayed at had to park done the road a little ways had to walk to our hotel down the road very inconvenience

It was a great stay and the staff was very kind, helping and always accommodating. The overall cleanliness was pretty good however the only thing I’d recommend is to remove the carpet because it always needed vacuuming around the entire building. Would be easier to clean and sanitize if it was faux dark wood in room and common area especially when pets are allowed to stay at property. Also the photos needed to be updated because our room did NOT have a sofa it was a big empty space and the description says sofa. The property is next to a train track that is operating so if your a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Location was great and super dog friendly with lots of walking options and super safe. I’d stay here again.

This place is top notch. Awesome staff from the front desk all the way to the breakfast staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended. I will be staying here next time I’m in the Ft Worth area.

I will not book there again. I was assigned a different room than I paid for. The bed smelled funny. We did not eat breakfast there. All I wanted was a cup of ice but the only ice machine was not working. A parking pass is required which causes me to go back to my car before I can settle in the room I did not request. Altogether a disappointing experience. The air vent blew directly on my smelly bed. Either I was freezing or roasting- no in between option. I am more exhausted now than before the hotel

Very friendly staff

If you are looking for a place close to downtown FW, this is it. It’s quiet because it is far enough away but if you want to enjoy the night life, it’s only a short ride share away from the action. Definitely recommend.

Everyone was really nice. My favorite part other than the hot breakfast and in room kitchen was the wall of activities. There were so may events and things happening all around. It was nice to see it all in one place.

The room I reserved was not available when I checked in and the late night front desk staff was clueless and the other one was rude. HOWEVER when we spoke to the manager in the morning letting her know about our experience she was so professional and accommodating she definitely embodied Marriotts usual service standard.

Noise from adjoining room was terrible; a complaint about the inhabitants was made. The carpet threshold was held together by old worn black tape. Breakfast food available was a joke.
