Why do they charge for parking?

The breakfast was very good as were the choices available. The TV experience was the poorest I have ever experienced in any hotel. We wanted some soft music, but none was accessible. You offer a TV, but then deny its use.

Clean and spacious room for two. Lots of convenient parking with Chinese restaurant, Starbucks and Jamba Juice right in front of lobby across the street. Centrally located to freeway & San Mateo Bridge.

was a fan of many years of this property which, now suffering from lowering standards, is less clean and less compelling as it once was. my room was maybe a 5 of 10 on the cleanliness index. 90% of carpet stains can be shampooed out so it’s clear to me that no one is even trying. linens were old or simply of low quality. soaps, shampoos and shower water pressure were terrible. do we just accept this now? the TV picture quality was very bad and quite fixable but the universal remote they give you doesn’t allow you to fix it - which i would gladly have done. mattress and pillows were good. there IS a blow dryer in the room but i defy you to find it. staff were friendly but unkept and spoke minimal english so pleasantries i suppose are a thing of the past. SO much of this is easy to fix but you need to find one person - just one - who gives a damn. standards have slipped and it’s sadly a very mediocre experience. i didn’t find any bedbugs so you have that going for you!

Staff was great but a few things didn’t work properly

The hotel area felt safe, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, very clean in general, and overall recommend! My only complaint is that the fire detector is directly over the bed and the little light is so uncomfortably bright at night. I had a pack of sticky notes and was able to cover it enough to sleep well. The light from the hallway also comes into the bedroom but the way the bed is positioned, it wasn’t too bad. Also, I’m sensitive to strong scented shampoo/body soap and theirs is very strong smelling (smells good but too strong) so my allergies kicked in.

The bistro food is good and fairly priced for a hotel. The staff is also very friendly. My main issue was the fire alarm with its shining green light is right above the bed so it's a bit like sleeping under a spotlight. Also, the rooms are not as quiet as one would hope and, though I'm uncertain of this practice, it would seem the guests are not "spaced out" in the property allowing for minimal disturbance from other guests coming/going. The adjoining room door can be a bit unnerving in the middle of the night when a neighbor checks in and they try to open the door (or ensure its locked).

Room was good, but shower temperature adjustment was not the best. Took a while to get warm/hot and then had to adjust as it would get too hot. Service did come right away to fix it and was much improved. Otherwise, okay overall.

Everything was great, the front desk was helpful and super friendly. However, there was a huge spider above one of the beds that we had to capture and release in the courtyard. Someone identified it as a recluse, so I hope they spray repellant for future guests.

Bed is extremely hard. The carpet in the hallways is very thick which makes pulling luggage difficult.

The property is adequate in all aspects. Very clean and all items in the room work. It is not luxurious but all items are adequate for most travelers. For the price paid it is good value. Staff is very friendly. There is no restaurant but there are other restaurants in walkable distance. Area appeared safe for walking and surroundings are peaceful. .

Very comfortable room! Very convenient location to get anywhere in the Bay Area. Close to Hwy 92 for east -west travels and close to 101 for travel up and down the Peninsula. Wonderful stay!

Always a great stay. My reservation agent got us signed up for Marriott. We realized that for about ten years my stays were going to Grace Kilpatrick on Horseshoe Bar in Loomis, one street over and not me. I thought I was signed up years ago. Ha. Great stay, great hotel.

This location is walking distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, walking and biking paths on the lagoon or San Francisco Bay front. The staff has always been stellar, the remodel is beautiful.

The location is nice and quiet. The hotel is beautiful! The room is very clean (I'm ocd) it was to my standards.

I was stranded in San Francisco, I had the wrong passport, to go to Panama Canal international water, on Ruby Princess. I went back to airport and booked the next flight back to Palm Springs. Unfortunately it was booked until the following day!! I found the information (Many) desk, he showed me how to use Hotel.com and we scrolled and pointed Marriott in Foster City, 15 minutes away from SFO, we booked a room, Sheila greeted me with a loving smile and was compassionate, understanding, and listened to my chaotic, disappointing day. As soon as I walked into my room, I felt so relieved and grateful that I was in América and felt warm inside, soon I had dinner and spent the evening pampering myself and regrouping, relaxing and writing, in a beautiful room king size bed, with sliding glass doors. I learned not to fight with the universe or control things, I surrender to the present and enjoy being free and alive, when we LET GO, God steps in and takes over. I love Marriott s.

I came to bike, walk and paddle board. I am always happy to walk up to counter as they are always professional and pleasant. I worked out hard and grabbed sushi across the way and of course slept well.

We always stay here when we visit our son and daughter in law. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and quite and it comes with a bath tub.

I have stayed at this Courtyard many times and it has recently been remodeled with a fresh upgrade to the rooms and interior. They are presently updating the exterior. The property is conveniently located and is very easy to access from the 92 freeway. The area it is located in is actually quiet and will practically guarantee a good night’s rest. The staff is first rate and eager to assist. I plan to stay here again and again because I have family that live in the area.

Quiet Clean

Very clean room and staff was so friendly and helpful. We forgot an AirPod in the workout room and the cleaning crew turned it in! Although it’s just an AirPod but we do appreciate the honesty and turned it in. Thank you and definitely will be staying here next time.

The remodel is coming along nicely. We ate at the new Sushi restaurant around the corner, paddle boarded in the Lagoon and hiked the updated bay trail. Great trip

It would be unfair for me to make a proper review for the hotel since it is under major renovations. So, there were workers around and typical construction materials and messiness. But, this was not a surprise since we received notice prior to our stay. Other than the construction chaos, our stay was pleasant and suited our needs. The staff was friendly and even offered us free parking and a couple of free bottles of water for our troubles. We were given a newly remodeled room which had contemporary décor and plenty of space to get some work done. The main thing we were looking for in a room was that was clean and allowed us a good night's rest. I feel that we got that and more. I even got in a few workouts in the hotel gym. I imagine once the remodel is completed, it will be business as usual and all of the standard amenities will enhance the experience even more. Despite the dustiness, noise during the daytime and a few inaccessible locked outside doors, I recommend this hotel.

My son and I had an amazing stay and even got to experience one of their renovated rooms. There was a little construction on one side of the hotel but we could not tell at all. This is one of the cleanest jotels i have visited and is in walking distance to a large and beautiful park and lagoon.

Great rooms. My family stayed for 1 night in 3 rooms. The staff put our rooms in the same hallway and were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and modern. We checked in at 2 pm and checked out at noon the next day. The staff allowed our family to stay and use the guest lounge after we checked out so we could continue our visit with family. Indoor pool was open until 10 pm. Family friendly. Also, there was a fire pit until 10pm, and they kept it on for us until the absolute last minute closer to 10:30pm. Everything was really pleasant and exceeded my MIL's expectations which says a lot! Our family could not be happier!!

Pool water bleached by sports bra, and wreaked of chlorine. Choose an inside room - my room had slides doors out to the parking lot without any privacy fencing - made me feel unsafe. Nice farmer's market on Saturday.

I was not allowed to stay because their internet went offline. I ended up sleeping in the parking lot . This is terrible that hotels.scam took my money.

I chose this hotel because it had a restaurant. We have no car available. When we arrived, they told us the bistro was closed, but would open at 5:00. We ate at a wonderful Chinese restaurant across the street. We came downstairs to have dinner at the bistro at 7:00 pm, and es told there was no stag to cook. I asked if they’d be cooking breakfast. Hopefully, they will.
