No soap or shampoo in the room

Property needs bear maintaining.. or just maintaining period. Better information on the tv channels on what is available and not available. Interior was very clean, and feels comfortable walking in. (Outside looks would definitely turn you away) And making sure the soaps and things are amenities are ready.

Even though it is out of the way of a lot of things, it was relatively quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions or services. Easy access to I25 and food delivery was was easy.

Yes the person that checked us in did not actually check us in and the other staff gave the same key to our room but it was fixed by the second staff member training might be improved so it doesn't happen again

Staff was helpful and room was clean. However, there was a lot of noise in the parking lot early in the morning. We were up around 7 in the morning and there were no cups for juice or coffee, yogurt or milk for cereal. So, no breakfast for us.

We've stayed at this Super 8 before and were not impressed with the facility or the staff, but the entire building has been renovated and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything has been repainted, the flooring was replaced, and virtually all the tv's, lamps, linens and bathroom fixtures have been upgraded. I would have scored 5 stars on everything except our microwave was on the fritz and the tv didn't work in the morning for some reason. Both were reported to the front desk when we left and they assured us they'd fix it right away... and I believe they will. This is not the "old" Super 8 and we will definitely stay here again.

they called us at checkin time and cancelled our reservation We were not able to stay because they do not accept CATS, except they advertise that they are PET friendly. We had to find another hotel at the last minute, much farther away.

Overall that was a very nice stay

The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on, it might have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The pillows were not much better. The bathroom floor was laminate plank that the t&g had failed or been installed incorrectly. You stepped on one end of a board and it popped up, chucjs of the top layer missing wirh sharp edges, easy to trip, large gaps between planks. Very clean.

Dirty floors. Bed sheets had hairs from other people when covers were pulled back on arrival. Outside areas unkept. Dog barking for hours that someone left alone in their room. Floor tile broken in bathroom and popping up everytime toilet was used. High fall risk for older folks. Staff was friendly but seemed unconcerned about fall risks. No elevator for second floor. Should be mentioned for seniors or handicapped that cannot do stairs well. You get what you paid for and cheaper is not better.

It was okay. Looks like they have done some upgrades but need to fill holes in walls & paint-otherwise was fine.

It was a good little motel to stay at for a few days, the staff was really friendly and the rooms were clean. It is right off I-25 by a major truck stop, so it is quite loud but other than that, it was a great stay.

Checked in at shift change and that was not super fast...and it was late and we were tired. The hotel is old and has a smell that I could not quite place. It was okay for what we paid.

The property was the perfect location for our trip to visit our kids. It was small and quiet and they have done some renovations which made it seem well maintained. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again

When I travel I look for savings anywhere I can. I have stayed at Super8 many times. This is by far the nicest one I can remember. I have nothing negative to say. Great price, great room. Can't go wrong. Thanks

The area seemed safe enough. A lot better than the other reviews I read about other affordable hotels in/by Colorado Springs. The staff was over the top nice! We arrived super late (3am). Had no issue checking in and everyone was super nice. The rooms were clean and renovations were being done while we were there.

We stayed here only because we were out of town and our other room was cancelled. This is on the worst area, there were prostitutes wandering around and no elevator, my husband had a bag back and I had a hard time dragging out luggage upstairs.

Staff is extremely nice. Property is in a kind of sketch area though.

Staying for 5 nites , I expectat least clean towels every day , bed made,but not clean sheets each day. That was lacking.

Only clean the rooms every three days. Off you need clean towels unless you went to the front desk and asked for them. No phone in the room. Use the card key to open your door once and then had to get it reprogrammed. Will never stay at this location ever again.

Check in process went great. We had a room right next to the vending machine/ice machine so it was noisy at times. We had a 2 night stay. Room was no clean 2nd day. Door in bathroom needs to needs to replaced. But overall it was a good experience. Will stay again.

Room was clean, comfortable. The friendliness of the staff was excellent. Nice quiet place to stay. Close to Colorado Springs I would recommend and stay there again.

Had everything I needed for a short stay in Colorado Springs. Easy drive from the airport. Walls are super thin but it was kept pretty quiet at night.

All 3 staff members i met were well worth having as employees The hispanic woman who checked me in was very polite and helpful. The white woman was as helpful as she was attractive. =P The hispanic man that was there when i got back from my race helped with everything i needed or wanted to know.

All was well. Room needed maintenance. Very roomy but needed more table space.

Room 222 was decent, everything worked. But the shower rod was nearly coming off the wall. The shower curtain wouldnt even stay in place because of it nearly coming detached. Other than that the place and stay was good

2 inconveniences that I didn’t like: Hotel has no elevators and the property is pretty far away from any dining places. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and in good shape.

1. I normally don’t use hotels that don’t have elevators 2. I would have liked it better if the hotel rooms had lights on the ceiling instead of just 6 lamps. Other than that, the property is in good condition with great wi-fi and the air conditioner was nice and ice cold.

The tv didn't get any channels, the pillows didn't have any pillow cases, there were no cups or towels in the room and the phone didn't work. The managers couldn't figure out the tv and the owner was a complete ass.

Bedding was old and damaged, vending machines poor assortment and over priced, ice machine filthy, and the continental “breakfast” was embarrasing.

For a cheaper motel, the stay was wonderful. The room was a bit cramped for two people because the furniture took up most of the space. Other than that, everything was great!

Room was dirty, old urine in the toilet made bathroom rank. Broken down furniture. Not even a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. Trucker stop area. Not a lot of stuff right in the area.

I want to start off by stating the staff were amazing and friendly. The hotel was nasty, no fridge in room, which they said there was. Ice machine broken. Shower falling apart. Patches not painted, breakfast was only make your own waffle or cereal, trees over parking lot, loud, only provided 3 pillows, floor was nasty/ unswept/unmopped, floors uneven and building was musty! Well never start again!

Average for a Super 8. Close to PPIR.

This one overnight was booked as a stop on a motorcycle trip. Check in was odd because they tried to tell me that they didn’t have the type of room I reserved. Ultimately they did. But why say that? Remote didn’t work. There were wires sticking out of the wall and plugged in. During dinner, I noticed that there as a policeman outside with a flashlight on our bikes. After speaking with him, he was surprised that we’d leave motorcycles out there. But reassured me that they normally go through the lot once every 20 minutes (!). Also there were people living in the parking lot. For the life of me, I don’t know why I’d ever be in Fountain again. But if I am, I won’t be staying here.

Checked out earlier than planned. Dirty, dark, nonworking lights in room, no closet, mold in bathroom, very questionable location. Great person behind the desk, though. NO refund given for second night. I reached out to Hotels.com and they couldn't help either! VERY disappointed in Hotel.com and in Super 8 Wyndham.

I know they are updating the hotel but the rooms could have used a few things (ie trash can in the bathroom, cups working lights) also we stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and there was only 1 towel, wash cloth and hand towel for the whole room. The beds were not comfortable and the bedding all had cigarette burns in it. It was not terrible but definitely could have been better for what I paid.

I stayed at this property once before and it was fine. This time, not so much. First the front desk person gave me the wrong room. When I complained, she put me in the correct room but someone had been in there via the door between rooms (creepy) and the person in the next room was smoking so the smoke filled up my room. When I complained the front desk person said there was nothing she could do (despite the sign that said there was a $500 fee for smoking in rooms) and offered me a sheet to put under the door. To top it off, the bed had bed bugs and now my entire arm is covered with bites and swollen. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'll never stay at this place again.

If you just need a place to sleep and take a shower, this place is fine. Our room had broken floor tiles in the bathroom so wasn't particularly safe getting in and out of the bathtub. Also, the alarm clock was broken so why was it even in there? On the plus side, the staff was helpful when we needed extra towels

I felt like I was in a frat house or college dorm, it was so noizy. Dirty floors. Nasty! Cold room. No blankets. Not very well kept. When I showed for my check-in at 7 pm, tooms were still being cleaned. But it wasnt ean when i got to the room. Nasty conditions. Dirt and sand on floor. Tub still with cleaner in it, not rinsed completely. Loud hallway ALL NIGHT LONG! Barely slept dure to noisy guests. Like they were having a party!! I got up at 2 am. Left at around 5. Never took a shower due to dirty tub and platter on back of bathroom door. Filth!

The stay was horrible no breakfast or anything.

Upon arrival and AFTER paying for the room the staff informed us of our room being switched around due to them getting full... I'd had my reservation for at least 3 days prior to arrival so im confused as to why my room was switched from a king bed room to 2 "queen" beds. Also, phone in the room kept ringing so we answered it, it was inquiring guests asking us questions about the hotel!!! We finally had to unplug the phone, it was so bad!!

And the men... well, they are always working, like men do. Good job on the remodeling.. eye do miss the carpet tho :)

The front desk people were not friendly and not professional. They say no smoking and yet it smells like smoke and dogs everywhere. You hear dogs barking all night long. Room had a musty smell mixed with bleach.

Staff very nice and friendly. Problem is the remodel, there is NO carpet in whole building. Very loud when walking in hallway. And very loud when people talking. Can hear noise from hallway while trying to sleep. Heard music from another room due to no sound deadening. Felt cold not comfortable with wood like flooring. Also no continental breakfast. Not even any coffee anywhere.

I’m almost certain there are prostitution activities happening here. Theres no sense of security here. The door on the side of the building is propped open all night for any one to come in and out, and Conveniently located right next to a gas station/truck stop. It’s a little complicated to find the actual hotel. The beds were not comfortable at all, they give you 2 small pillows on the bed. To be fair there were signs that the building was being remodeled so it was a bit messy but I didn’t see any signs of remodeling.

This hotel is very clean. Customer Service is great. Front desk service is good. Easy check in. Nice and quiet location. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thank you!!
