Some time in the night the stool plugged up and would not flush out had to use plunger after every use

The proprierers were very nice and helpful. Many beautiful plants in the checkin lobby and when I commented on them they offered me some. The motel is old and needs a freshen up of the paint, and new mattresses, but it was very clean with a full size refrigerater, a big TV, and good water pressure in the shower. I had a double queen room so a choice of beds, they were both quite old, neither had much foam left on top and one was saggy, but the other was firm and my back preferred that one.

Pretty basic which is to be expected given the price.

The guy got the problem with people booking their stays online on multiple days he says that we can't do that and he says that his wife is stating that my family cannot stay here anymore on top of it we are just traveling to our destination trying to get to where we're going and just the only hotel that is like the cheapest one out of fountain Colorado he is very very very strict this guy at UT motel because of his wife

Needs new pillows. It was very noisy. A dog in the next room barked through the night and a NOISY young couple on the other side were very very loud. Did not sleep well.

I like the doors used an old school key I wasn't aware of no pets and my friend brought hers. They busted in the room without knocking. The dog had done nothing to the room and they started pulling my stuff off the walls and then not only kept my deposit they kept the 4 days I had already prepaid for. They are very nosey . The require going into the room every few days to change sheets, even if you don't sleep on the sheets. Rude, almost like they didn't like anyone not of their race. The man is ok but the woman wouldn't even talk to me

Clean comfortable room. Staff easy to work with even when I had to leave a day earlier than my reservation required. Stay was prorated. Good location close to Mexican restaurant and Dominos Pizza and a gas station convenience store.

Quiet The owner didn’t like the fact that I booked with booking.com, because it was discounted. He would find ways to charge you more or some kinds of fee to get the full payment for the room. He is a scammer we were treated bad.I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay there.They went in our room when we were not there after hours keep that in mind.

The property is well maintained. The showers warm and plenty of pressure. Close to interstate , food, park, conveniences The walls are a little thin. But everyone was settled by 10 and no loud noise until after 6:30

Room 20 is VERY nice! No bugs? They were nice and gave me my deposit back ? Very hard working people have invested alot of time and money to make rooms nice. VERY NOISY here most of the time. Nice big tv but Satellite tv didn't work very well. They insist on entering your room when you're gone even when I asked them not to.

I was calling the hotel because I had a reservation, and I never got an answer, and there was no one who could take care of me, I lost my money, and I had to go.

Room was clean and comfortable but there was no complimentary coffee in rooms or continental breakfast at office the staff had heavy accent which made them difficult to understand them no problem booking with Expedia

Very attentive housekeeping; we had fresh towels and emptied trash cans every day. Beds are a bit firm, so if you're looking for something like that, this is your place. Would recommend.

Easy off freeway. Super basic motel. Nothing more then a place to sleep. Appeared to have long term rentals vs. True travelers. No frills. Just cheep.

The motel was nice. Easy check-in and check out. Everything in the room worked, and it was clean. The only downside was the parking lot was on the smaller side.

Very clean,very quiet despite the area around it. Lots of good food close. Loved the picnic table. Will be back.

Ute motel was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We appreciated a reasonably priced, no frills place to just sleep in for the night.

Enjoying my stay a little outdated but a good place to stay

We pulled into the parking lot and did not feel safe to even get out of the vehicle. The photo on this site is completely misrepresentative of the property. This was obviously used for mid to long term housing as the balconies were crowded with personal property and interior furniture (office chairs and loveseat) being used as patio furniture. Several people milling around their obvious residence. Disabled vehicle in the lot with smashed out window, missing mirror and antenna. Old appliances on parking lot, cleaning supplies and equipment in the yard, etc. we attempted to call as we left with no answer. We are outside of our refund window but believe we are owed a refund based upon misrepresentation. We found alternate lodging.

Nice attendant. Clean room. We had booked a room with one queen, but they gave us a room with 2 queen beds! That was unexpected, but great! Easy to check in/out. Park close to your room.

Spacious room, full sized refrigerator, table and 2 dressers, not fancy but all the basics. Near I-25, but no traffic noise.

Right from the start I knew there was going to be an issue becouse the 0erson that checked me in insisted that he take payment for the room. I indicated that I had prepaid through Hotels.com but he told me that because I made the reservation the same day I had to pay at the front desk. He put us in a room the was absolutely filthy. Right from dirty bed linen to grubby bathroom. Then the light began to flicker and went dim then when the fellow came to look at it the light came back on. In about 10 minutes it happened again and I called the front desk and the problem went away as soon as the fellow came to the door. Then while he was standing there it happened a third time. We changed rooms. While the new room was a little cleaner we still want over it with Lysol before turning in.

The room was not clean. It is run by Asians and I believe they truly don't know the standard of clean here in the US. Curtain in shower had pink mold and knew why. the drain didn't drain well. Carpet in room was not glued to the floor. Accident waiting to happen. Not working light in the main living area. 16 camera's in the parking lot and I think it was a nessesity due the the strang people in the area. They either need to upgrade or they shouldn't be on this site. I don't mind old, but this was not the problem. Very creepy to stay there. I think they need some education.

It is definitely a "budget friendly" hotel. Do not go into it thinking you will be "pleasently surprised/impressed". It worked fine for me as it was a realitvely quiet spot to catch some sleep. But the bed was extremely hard, and not what i am use to. Pillows were flat. Bathroom was OK. Room had been smoked in previously (since this is an older, remodeled hotel), but with the ac/heater unit blowing in fresh air, the room was tolerable. If the bed was better, i would likely stay here again.

This man literally re-arranged his parking lot so we could park our trucks and trailers in the lot where they are safe and on camera. Excellent service!

For the most part this hotel is fine if your looking for a cheap bed for the night, but I would not go back. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, but I was a bit uneasy watching the other guests coming and going. The whole evening there was a guy just sitting in his car in the parking lot. It was weird. Lastly, the AC didn’t work, and it was unbearably hot.

Literally cancelled my reservation a half hour before arriving after sitting on a plane for 3 & 1/2 hours. Didn’t notify hotels.com about it or get in contact with me via email or phone. Terrible that y’all could do this to people. Ended up having to spend an additional $210 that night to find a place to stay last minute. Pay the extra $$ and avoid this scummy place.

Budget motel in decent shape. Staff was friendly tough my contact was minimal. High season rate was among the lowest in the area, though still high for the accommodation. Property needs updating but room was clean. Zero breakfast included for this high of a rate was a stretch.

There is a small table and chair and ash tray outside every room. So smoke from your neighboring rooms pour into your room. Lots of old junky cars. With lots of old people looking like respite care candidates lurking about. Drinking beer out front of their rooms as they chat, play cards strum guitar or play harmonics. They charge a total ripoff rate of $8.00 a load. With their one washer and one dryer. Sitting outside under a homemade hard plastic covering.This motel is surrounded by laundromats @$2.75 a load minimum. The room was ok.... bathtub was very dirty. Caked on, hard crusted dirty stains. They need to use better cleaning stuff. Baking soda with a rotating scrubber needed here. Or some other heavy abrasive !! Furnature was all old and antique looking with blotchy looking worn off faded finishing. Carpets were new looking. The bed was a mich mash of thrown together matress and box spring. Both were very very old and faded. WiFi and TV worked great. This area is surrounded by activities and stores. Not far from malls, shops, libraries, gas stations, restaurants, repair shops and more. All within walking distance.

GreAt price super decent room it would be my choice everytime in need of A hotel in that area I would just never ever ever ever!!!! Use hotels.com again they have super duper poor customer service that left me and my 2yr old sleeping in the car!

This is an awesome place to stay. It's quiet and the check in was quick and the guy was really nice. Room was clean except the shower curtain rod wouldn't stay up ...the tile was kinda old and gross.over all great stay

I wasn't expecting much since this is only a roadside motel, but even still I was disappointed. The office stank when I checked in, that should have been my cue to find somewhere else. I wiped the room down with clorox wipes first thing, and glad I did because it was FILTHY. Every surface I wiped left my wipe brown and grimey, so I'm sure it hadn't been disinfected between guests. The fridge had easily visable grime all over it as did the bathroom. I stripped the bed to use my own sheets, again glad I did, because while I was packing to leave in the morning I watched a housekeeper clean a room that had already checked out. They didn't even have a cleaning cart, I never saw her spray any kind of disinfectant, and watched her pull the blanket off the bed, strip the sheets, and then THROW THE DIRTY BLANKET BACK ON THE BED! Considering the parking lot was basically a who's who of covid hotspots (Florida, Texas, Arizona) I would have expected at least some basic cleaning but no. I've never left a negative review before but this place probably the worst place I've ever stayed. Definitely the worst in relation to covid-19. If you care about cleanliness or staying healthy, avoid this place at all costs!!

After booking early in morning and setting plans I showed up and they said we have no room.i had to spend more time reverving a different hotel in a whole different area . I had to pay more for one night and couldnt find a second night I didn't get into a room until late that night about 9 pm.andvthen still was charged

I have no complaints about my stay. They let me in an hour early, the room was clean and had everything you need. They posted that they have several security cameras on the property, so I felt safe. Plus it was cool to stay at motel that isn't a big chain. Would definitely stay again.

Woke up by police 2am pounding on the doors asking if anyone heard anything cause there was a sexual assault.. When mentioned to front desk we didnt get much sleep cuz all the camotion they didnt care...

They had done remodeling which spruced up the room. Good location and price. Not fancy.

Please do not make this an option. Very corrupt family owned. Will not stay here again. Manager apologized, said he was drunk (on duty) could not conduct business. Tried to give me a receipt for one day less. I counted the days for him. What a mess.

Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was not good. Train horns woke me up a few times. Carpet was clean and maybe even new, but the squares were not secured to the floor.

What an absolute gem!

Hotel is located in a rough area. The walls are paper thin and we endured some very violent crying and yelling. We reported it to the hotel manager and felt so unsafe we left at 2:00 in the morning. He refused to give us a refund.

Was an older motel but clean and kept up. Parking lot area was small and somewhat congested.

There were bloody boogers on the mattress pad. Stained sheets and peeling carpet tiles. It served it's purpose but it was pretty bad. The man was nice but that's about it. Keep driving into Colorado springs and pass this one up.

The UTE motel was a great place to stay. Myself, husband, and daughter stayed for four nights during Christmas 2018 and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Got what I paid for. Everything was good. Room was neat and clean. The grounds were also nicely kept. The manager that I dealt with was helpful and respectful.
