This is our GO-TO stay place for our Florida trip every year for sure. Easy check in, clean facilities, fantastic rooms, wonderful breakfast, and finally easy checkout!

This is an extremely comfortable, clean, and lovely place to stay minutes outside Nashville, TN. You will find a pool, small but nice gym, and that the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and eager to assist. However, you will find the flatscreen tvs in the room are not smart TVs, therefore no streaming services are available but there is cable channels with crisp picture. Very quiet and close to upscale and well cared for properties, a Publix, Chic-fil-a, and Shell gas station extremely close by, but one more negative: only walk in showers, no tubs, but Dove hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion available. We visited/stayed near to First Bank Amphitheater and it was minutes away from this location. The beds in the room were comfortable, but the sun blocking curtains may leave a more to be desired opinion, but, we would love to stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotels in a nice area and very clean. Will definitely return. Whole heartedly recommend.

When making reservations I always compare prices. If the hotel site is the least expensive I use it. Otherwise, I prefer Expedia because you accumulate credit AND you are able to cancel up until 24 hours in advance of your stay. Frequently hotels charge extra to reserve a cancellable room. This hotel is very nice BUT they let us know at check-in that they were not happy that we used Expedia to make a reservation. I felt like a child being scolded for doing something bad. It was embarrassing!

Great breakfast! Bathroom was great! Loved the secure parking in gated basement! Staff was pleasant and efficient! Room/bed was clean and comfortable! We were traveling through to Alabama. The only complaint was the $187.00 nightly rate. We would return if the rate was around $120.00. We probably will pass by the Franklin location next time because of this.

Room was clean and nice. Was told to park in the parking garage at night time however they need to let people know ahead that you can only have a vehicle of 6 foot eight. My son-in-law was not able to park his truck there.

Our stay was highlighted by the incredible cleanliness of this hotel. Even though there were many sports teams staying at the hotel, we did not hear them. The staff was kind and extremely helpful.

The property was beautiful. The area around it was beautiful, too. Our room smelled good the minute we entered it. Breakfast was yummy- the bacon was awesome. The fruit was plentiful and fresh. Staff was very friendly. We would love to stay here again.

The secured parking garage, which was included in our stay was a pleasant surprise. (On a previous trip we had stayed at a hotel -not a Holiday Inn- in Kentucky and several people’s cars had been broken in to/vandalized in the parking lot.) So the parking garage was definitely a great perk. Overall, this hotel was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed.

The breakfast was actually horrible. The bananas were so brown none were edible. I took a pic if it gives me a chance to add. The staff was very rude. The fridge leaked all over the floor. The night clerk was very rude.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. We stay twice a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We’ve been staying here 4-5 times a year for the last three years and the cleanliness of the hotel continues to deteriorate. The rooms smell moldy and just are not as clean as we would like them. The A/C was terribly loud. Staff is indifferent.

Noisy pipes! Water from the floors above as very loud as it flowed through the pipes in the wall. The wet wall should have been insulated.

I paid extra to upgrade to a Standard Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible Bathtub (Accessible Tub) through the Expedia app. Upon checking in I was given a standard room with to queen beds. The manager on duty told me that there was absolutely nothing she could do to help correct the booking or refund the difference because I booked through Expedia. The only thing she offered is that I do future bookings through the IHG app.

There must have been some type of little league tournament in the area because when we checked in the lobby was full of young boys and their parents. When we got to our room we were greeted by a large group of young boys (maybe 8-11 years old) running and horse playing loudly up and down the hall with no adults in sight. One quick call to the front desk and the issue was handled within minutes. I love seeing kids enjoying themselves but this was out of control and with no adult around it could have turned out bad. The way the hotel personnel handled it was excellent. I will stay here again.

This hotel was great! Very clean, good items in the free breakfast, and has a basement parking style garage under hotel, which is very safe, as you need a room card scan to get in. Staff was very warm and friendly. We were impressed by the whole Berry Farms area. So cute and had some excellent restaurants nearby!

So I have asthma my room when I got there the bed was damp the pillows was damp. I went to the front desk and was told it’s because of moisture in the room. Ok well that night I developed a cough. When I was out of the room I had no cough. We pulled the filter on the air conditioner it was covered in mold making me very sick. We cleaned it the best we could. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Can’t really review was unable to stay had thought I was reserving a room in Franklin Indiana 20 mi away had been up and driving since 4 am been to 15 hotels in the area all full went to Expedia which is where I should have started but I’m old and dumb thought the only hotels being show where in Indiana and accidently picked this one didn’t get the protection plan so I’m out 168$ tried to call but the phone number I received from Expedia to contact the front desk would pick up but no one spoke. So lesson learned always get the protection plan even if you think you are moments away.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. Check went smoothly with no problems. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. One single serve coffee machine working created quite a line and the milk was in the stainless steel carafes you usually see half and half in. When I asked the attendant if they had any milk she told me no but I don't think she understood me.

The shower was not as clean as it should be. Parking was an issue. We parked in a front handicap spot and were told to move our car to underground parking because they had guests coming with trucks and they were too big to park underground. They said they would have to call us to come move our car!

Another great stay!!

Once I got inside I found that my room was changed from a standard 2 queen room to a king suite with a sofa bed. I’m with my 18 yr old daughter so now she either has to sleep in the bed with her father or she has to sleep on a fold out couch in a 200$ a night hotel. I didn’t get this room for her to sleep in a fold out bed. I think what really bothered me was being told that they were giving me a free upgrade like they were doing me a favor. What really happened was Expedia sold me a 2 queen room they didn’t not have. Instead of admitting the mistake, and asking what they could do to accommodate me, it was presented as if they were doing something for me. I’m not happy but yet not surprised either being customer service is a thing of the past. Hopefully someone will reach out but I don’t expect it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was close to the venue for my daughter’s cheer competition and there were dining options (that were in walking distance). The staff was amazing! I have stayed at the property multiple times and quality and cleanliness is always top tier! The only issue is the parking. I have a big truck and having to park under ground in the narrow parking lot is a bit frustrating.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to our daughter and family. Parking is two-level with a ground lot and an underground garage. The garage was nice for covered parking but has a low clearance and very tight spots with many precarious pillars. The lobby was clean, spacious, and pretty. The desk staff, especially Jamie, were phenomenal. Our room had a strong body odor to it. We mentioned it and they cleaned the best they could, but likely the bed and sittee need replaced as they still smelled even after being cleaned, albeit less. The bathroom was clean and shower was nice, but the sink drain was slow. We didn’t eat breakfast there so I can’t comment on that. Overall it was ok-not a five star, but doable.

We stay here every year on Thanksgiving night. One of our favorite places.
