The breakfast was not really good. The sausage was rubbery.

It was good 2 night stay. Breakfast was decent, good sized rooms. Helpful staff. Fair amount of parking.

The room was extremely clean and big. The free breakfast included many selections from pastries to cooked items. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again! The best hotel I've stayed at!

Pros: the room is clean, and front desk staff is helpful. This hotel also offers free drinking water at the ground floor.

The room I was assigned had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, food was in the room, etc. Exhausted from my drive, I then had to go back downstairs and wait at least 10 minutes for the manager to assign another room. He didn't really apologize nor was he friendly at all.

Newly renovated, Location is great. Staff friendly. Check in easy. Bed was not as comfortable as I would like. We did not realize your room is only cleaned every other day.

No rooms of hotels bathrooms exhaust working bad smell all over the hotel, it didn't say outdoor swimming pool, Staff are very lazy, very few food to eat in breakfast. I got change 4 rooms due to bathrooms exhaust. very very terrible experience. It is very danger to stay in this hotel.

A modern and clean hotel that appeared updated and fresh. The room was comfortable, plenty of space, and although it was freeway close, I hardly heard any automotive noise. Breakfast was solid and I appreciate the fresh brewed coffee and selection of beverages. Shower pressure was fantastic and the provided soaps/washes/lotion were quality. The only thing I noted was the parking lot could use a bit more lighting the further away you are from the hotel entrance.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. Rubbery eggs and Canadian bacon. The make your own waffles are fine. When we checked in I asked for a quiet room and the front desk person said he couldn’t do that. That because I reserved with Expedia that I had to have a certain room near the elevators. Well that wasn’t acceptable to me. I literally was thinking of going to the Marriott down the street because they were charging only $100 a night and was just going to eat the cost. But somehow the person was able to get us a room at the end of a hallway. The property isn’t the nicest Hampton Inn we’ve stayed at. I really wouldn’t recommend.

Room was clean. The staff was so friendly and breakfast was great. Having it open up at 6am instead of 7am was a plus, as we were there for early soccer games and otherwise wouldn’t have been able to get breakfast.

Room was clean and accommodations were great. An extra banklet in the closet was nice because it was freezing. The only issue we had is that we could not get the mute button to cancel on the TV. . . minor issue but unable to reach front desk (no one answered phone when we called and no one at desk when we dropped by) is all. Probably busy elsewhere, but no big deal. Breakfast very nice. Thank you!

My fiance and I stayed here for a concert that was at levis stadium. I was trying to find something that was both affordable but also well kept and most importantly safe. The staff at the front was super friendly and it was nice that they had free parking for guest. There was also breakfast included in the cost. I belive the cost was totally worth it becuase of this. It's in a nice quiet area too as well as near a highway which comes in handy. I'm overall very satisfied with our stay.

Elevator broken. I wish I was notified before hand as I was traveling with an elder.

Shampoo bottle was missing/no tissue paper/no hair dryer. The window latch was broken & were on the ground level. It was late when we found out, so we kept the room. My 2 daughters legs were bitten by bed bugs. I felt something bit me too on my foot before I fell asleep. Internet was not working when one of us tried to get connected. Not worth the nightly rate I paid.

Front desk lady charged me twice when i paid thru app.. then pool was dirty i cleaned it before we got it.

This property is finishing up a refresh. Just a few items to go. Location is in a business park. Not a lot around but the staff and customer service are excellent! Breakfast dining staff was diligent, kind and smiling. The manager Nick Scott made a point to follow up with me on a couple of minor issues. His follow thru and attentiveness was impressive ina world that often feels as though customer service is dead and gone. So appreciative for that! I’ll be back.

Very clean hotel. Convenient to my course. Nice room. Friendly and competent staff. breakfast was included with some variety and good. Coffee was pretty good. I appreciated having cold filtered water to drink and a small gym. Tv worked without issues. My only compliants are that the bed was a bit too soft and I could hear the woman in the room next door.

Only downside during my stay was the car rental company provided me with an EV and it would have been nice to have chargers at the hotel. Instead I had to drive ~3miles to the closest charger that my car could connect to.

The hotel is under renovation but my stay was not directly affected. The housekeeper tried to gain access to room without announcing themselves prior to checkout time and opened door which was a breach of security. Unacceptable. Spoke to manager who offered a credit on stay but didn’t apply it. Not good.

The remodeled rooms were clean and refreshed, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Staff smile every now and then but seemed not very happy.

Hotel under renovation, not noted on website. Noise from construction early, dust not controlled by plastic sheet barriers. No safety bars in bathroom shower. Unfinished, rough wood in room's alcove. Pool and fitness room only accessible through construction chaos. Room attended to only every other day. Person at front desk said room should never have been rented. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Did not meet expectations for Hampton Inn. Should have been reduced rate?

Very old building. Poor pool. Rooms not ready for people flying in from SJC. Breakfast fair at best.

The only hang up I have is, the lady at the breakfast bar is not that friendly and she stares. I also noticed that when I made toast and split it and sat down, she immediately got up to wipe down where I cut it. I felt a bit rushed and awkward.

The greenery around the hotel hid the proximity to highways and city bustle, and I was surprised my room was so quiet and comfortable. I will stay at this hotel again when visiting the Bay Area

Nicholas Scott the general manager did a wonderful job accommodating my baby and I while we were in Fremont, CA for a few days when I had a few bumps on the road. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the AC felt good. My baby loved the breakfast every morning. Anything I needed, Nicholas was very nice to help. If I’m ever back in Fremont, CA I will definitely be back and refer anyone who is in that area! Thank you so much!!! 😊

Nice hotel, very clean…. When we arrived there was a maintenance man in our room fixing a light, he never came back. A bit-picky comment but housekeeping only left 4 packets of decaf coffee, no regular. Other than that, a lovely hotel.

Whenever in the Fremont area, I try to stay at this property. It is in a quiet location, a very well kept and comfortable property as well as being a very good value. The included breakfast is far better than most and I always sleep well.

Big spacious room, very quiet, welcoming, front b desk was very polite and definitely knew what he was doing. Very quick to check in and out. Oh and The contactless key entry is so awesome and so easy to use! No problems at all.

The property is quiet plenty of parking. Front desk young lady at night and young man in the afternoon are very pleasant. Always with a smile and very friendly. Morning lady on the other hand is so cold and a bit rude. The hallways and hotel is kept very hot. The AC works very well in the room, but the rooms are old, dirty and need some attention. Our toilet was not clean when we first arrived, that was disgusting. We always start at the Hampton in Union City, CA and we love it! This site not so much. Breakfast is very nice, pool area is dirty.

I was only staying over night but could easily have stayed several more and been comfortable.

This was the 6th and final hotel I’d stayed in on my trip. It was the best of all of them. Every aspect was clean, up-dated, well-lit and with more little amenities than most places. Plus, breakfast was included.

The coffee 24 hours

Front desk didn’t go over what’s closed/open. She gave me my room keys without telling me what floor I was in, I had to ask. Then I had to ask where the elevator was located. I also had to ask about the gym and pool. For future reference: it’s best to have your front desk go over things with the guess. It’s not like everyone goes to the same hotel. Expect that everyone doesn’t know where everything is and help your customers

There’s short of staffs. I have to go down to the front desk to get the towels. Nobody’s available during checkout..quiet place though..

It was near the shopping area with great restaurants. The only draw back is missing the great breakfast this hotel has during the "normal" days. However, there box breakfast is still good. Hope to see those great breakfast soon.

The room was missing washcloths and the team was super fast and polite about fixing the situation. This is a sign of teamwork because the person who should have done it didn’t, and the person who fixed it was pleasant about it. Decent breakfast option considering the times.

I was emailed instructions on contactless reservation due to covid19. I booked my room from the available selections provided, upon arrival. I still had to check in with front desk anyway and the room I booked was not ready so the staff selected another room for me and sent me there. Also, when contacted about the stay, I learned they put in their system that the room was ready & did everything on their part when that's not what really happen. Also, TV sucks. It has a scrolling channel, no option to select channel. Everything else - basic as can be.
