The hotel is in a very nice location, but it needs good maintenance as you can see the wear and tear on the carpets and showers. Needs a good cleaning but it also boils down to in needs to be refurbished. The breakfast fast bland and terrible. I asked for coffee twice and get ignored.

The bed was comfortable. Even though the hotel was completely booked, it was quiet. The morning breakfast options were far better than others I have experienced. I will definitely be back!

Parking gets filled up quickly with large vehicles taking multiple spots. That gets a little annoying at night. Staff and property were fantastic.

Pool was not working on a 3 day weekend. We were doing a 3 day tournament which killed it for our baseball teams. They did offer to go next door and use the gyms pool but they closed at 7 pm and the kids all had to be able to swim back and forth and float before allowing the kids in the pool. By the time they were done with all the kids, it was time to leave.

There were so many people that the poor workers kept running around getting things done. Coffee was very weak and tasteless and the coffee maker in my room was broken.

i dint like that the carper was dirty in the room it had rips they charge $10 a day to park your car. it is a bit older than the pictures show. Breakfast is ok staff is fine. i will defiantly not stay in this place next time i travel 3 times a year and always stay here this time was my last

Lacking or not so great: Room needs a microwave. Lobby and breakfast area layout is cramped and awkward. Very eighties design, feels dark. Lighting throughout including rooms is terrible. Really no excuse, could swap out with some warm LED, make it look totally different. Good stay at the price, would go back.

Breakfast great except staff needs aware of touching bread with hands while touching other dishes before. It would possible get contaminated.

They were actually able to open the door! Which means they had a key. Luckily we had both locks on and they weren't able to get inside the room. I no longer felt safe and checked out immediately. I asked for a refund and the desk attendant said he'd pass the request along to his manager. I never heard anything from the manager.

Charging $10 for parking, in Fremont, feels a bit unnecessary. Also, their breakfast used to be really good and this time around it tasted like frozen French toast sticks and thinner than thin bacon. Idk, I used to pick this place over other hotels around but moving forward I probably won’t.

The Hyatt Place is secure, quiet, convenient, and clean -- every morning at 11 am the lobby and corridors are mopped, so step carefully. I've never used the outdoor pool, which can only be accessed outside, as there's something uninviting about its placement. The included breakfast is OK -- scrambled eggs, waffle sticks, oatmeal, canned berries, cereal. Breakfast is your only chance to get complimentary coffee/tea. The hotel offers a Starbucks station and small deli to purchase food.

This was our second stay at this hotel this year. We enjoyed it so much the first time, that we scheduled the second. :) The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. It's a great location for all the places we need to go when we're in Fremont. We'll stay again.

It’s an older hotel that has been renovated. Room was clean, comfortable and well laid out with kitchen, living room and study areas. The hotel has nice amenities with a grab and go cafe. Breakfast is average and though the hotel is quiet there is highway noise so bring your ear plugs

Room was just as expected which was great, overall clean and modern. The AC unit did make alot of noise if set at 69 or below but not as much if above that. I would have rated my stay higher had it not been for the lack of communication regarding a change of system which caused additional charges to my bank account on 2 occasions. Manager was able to get it refunded and resolved; however it was a big inconvenience.

It was a great hotel experience! We have 4 kids, so with the two double beds and the couch bed, there was plenty of room for us all. The layout was incredibly spacious for the price and even included a fridge, an extra sink by the fridge, and a sink area outside the toilet/shower, which made it very convenient for so many of us. It felt like a mini suit! The biggest hit for us all was the continental breakfast that was included. So yummy and great service! Also the pool is heated and was pretty nice. They provide towels, and the area is clean and comfortable. There is no hot tub, but we didn’t mind that. We came for events over the weekend in Santa Clara, so we drove about 15 minutes to get to our activities. It was an easy 15 min, however, and well worth it for the cost of the room. If we ever need to stay again in this area, we would gladly stay here again. Great hotel!

We had a problem with our room. Reported it and the staff moved us right away, no questions asked. Walked the area in the morning it was very quiet and nice. Best breakfast out of the hotels we stayed at in Cali. Really enjoyed our first night we signed up for another night after doing Great America. Fantastic hotel, thank you for a great stay!

Friendly, quick check-in with an extremely spacious room. Very clean and plenty of room for a family wishing we would’ve had this room at more of our stays. You could easily have an extended stay here. Full hot breakfast available being refreshed continuously. we did not get to use the pool so unable to say how that was, but it did look clean and others were enjoying it.

Tried to call down from my room 30 mins later since we were all still wanting food and my hotel room phone didn’t even work. Definitely won’t stay here again

Upon checking in i realized the room was listed immediately next to heavy metal side exit door and stairway access. I requested change to another room but was informed they were fully booked until my last day - spent the next 3 nights waking up million multiple time during the night as guest lwere leaving through the side entrance. Hyattt should make it mandatory to have their staff spend nights in each of the rooms to full first hand guest experience. In the last night i was moved to 3rd floor only to find out that they were hosting little league teams which entailed deligthful experience of having unsupervised children running around banging on guest doors in the middle of the night and unsupervised underage children in the workout facility

Be aware that The actual hotel building is smaller than the actual pictures. The pool looked small, the lobby is really small: we wanted to order fries and they said their frier is broken. The fridge in the hotel was also not working and the tv channel was only about 12 channels or so. I paid over $150 per room and was expecting more. On the first floor, there was some kind of sewing business going on. It had lot of sewing machine in one room. It was next to the elevator. Overall the building itself is really old.

This was my first trip with my son to go see a 49ers game and I chose this hotel due to affordability. The hotel room was better than what I expected and honestly I didn’t feel the stadium was far like I thought and it was helpful to be next to the freeway. Cristol provided great customer service and met my expectations. Thank you!

We stayed in the hotel years ago for my daughter's graduation and loved it. We passed by the area this time and stayed again. It does need some renewal or touch up, but in general it is still comfortable. Clean and spacious room. But the vent in the bath was loud. The breakfast was not as good as I remembered, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area and access highways is very convenient.

We stayed at this Hyatt to drive to a football game in Berkeley. We are so glad we did! We got in super late due to the long drive from Southern California and the customer service at check in desk was beyond expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable either the best amenities. The best part of all was the price! We will definitely stay here again!
