Absolutely worst place I’ve ever stayed. Very outdated and everything broken and dirty. Upon arrival into the room immediately I noticed the floors were dirty. The bathroom toilet had red stains on the side. The shower head was broken therefore the pressure of the water hurt when showering and splashed everywhere. The microwave made an awful noise. The hotel said it’s all smoke free but yet our room stank like cigarettes. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. They only get 1 star for the waffle making and even that was jammed. Wouldn’t stay at this days inn even for free again.

It was right off the highway It was dirty, and a lot of drug use and prostitution right outside the property, during the day. Left 20/30 minutes after checking in. Wouldn’t stay here with children, or alone.

Booked for 2 nights and called to alert that I would be missing the first night due to schedule change and to keep existing reservation for second night. The following morning my reservation was canceled and charged 2 nights but I was not allowed to check in the second night. It was canceled Saturday morning before 3pm check in.

When asked for some towels, the clerk was rude and said we should have taken the time to inspect the room when we arrived. I didn't know that was an expectation. There was no spa or gym that we found.

We where very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this place for anyone traveling with family. The room was horrible the door would not lock we where a family of four and there was one towel for us to use when we got to the hotel there where people hanging out by the stairs and it smelled like weed. Never again.

The nails protruding out of the door and we got snagged on. The filth on the bathroom counter and head boards. Smelled horrible the 1st room to where I was coughing due to the smell. The other room the smells weren't as bad. No elevator for handicap people. Couldn't get any ice it was disgusting due to it being open and the homeless randomly grabbing ice. We literally lysol the bedding bought our own pillows and blankets. They even had holes in their bedding. Hair was falling off the shower curtain while we tried to bath. And its not our own hair. Wiped it the entire room down with clorox wipes and had to buy an air freshener to even make the room smell better.

NOTHING Everything about this stay was awful. When we got to our room, it smelled heavily like cigarettes. The bedsheets had stains, the bathroom smelled bad, the floor was sticky, the TV didn’t work, WIFI didn’t work, and there was even a fly in the room. The AC was blowing air that also smelled like cigarettes. The cleanliness of the hotel overall was honestly a 0/10. The entire place smelled really bad, and there were homeless people all around the hotel, which made us feel uncomfortable. Then around 12:30 in the morning, I got a call from the front desk. It was an Indian lady who had literally seen me check in earlier with the receptionist, but she called acting like we somehow put ourselves in the room. She was rude and kept questioning our reservation, saying they didn’t have our name on file, even though she admitted she was the same employee who saw us check in. What made it worse was that after I explained how disgusting the room was, she didn’t care at all or even try to move us to another room. She just kept asking questions about the reservation. Also, the pictures they have of the hotel DO NOT match the actual rooms at all, so don’t be fooled. This was honestly the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Did not get the room I pre booked. They gave me the room they wanted. I asked for a king size bed and I got a room with two queen beds. What a rip off

It was hot in Fresno that weekend and the air conditioner did not work the first night. We called someone to come look at it and they made it very clear I was impeding on their time. Whoever answered sounded very much annoyed. They finally made it to my room this individual put his hand over the air and he said it was cold enough. I WAS SWEATING!!! It was warm air coming out of it. I will not be staying there again

Dirty! From floor to sheets. Our sheets were dirty. The tub had splashes of what appeared throw up next to toilet. Towels were so worn out and small. Do not recommend this place at all.

The room was very outdated and the linen was stiff but the the lady at the front desk staff was so awesomely nice. It was just perfect for us passing thru; we got to get a little rest and ready to go back on the road.

Breakfast was a joke and the entire place has a funk. Bugs and it smells like mildew. Will never stay here again. Holiday inn express next door is way better. With the extra money. Biggest regrets booking here. But it was last minute and cheap but you get what you pay for.

We only stayed one night (2 adults & 2 kids), but it was a sketchy hotel. They claimed it was recently remodeled. We didn't notice any new renovations. I would stay here again.

The room smelt terrible. It was extremely run down and literally everything there was broken. The beds were dirty. Stained pillows. It appeared the have marks on the curtains from someone cleaning drug syringes. Nasty stuff stuck in the carpet. Broken fridge and rusted dirty microwave. Woke up to leave and the walk way to the stairs was covered in dog poop.

The staff was very kind and welcoming despite being very busy upon my arrival. The area was a little rough but the hotel itself was well maintained and I felt safe and was able to rest well.

Room was dirty. Had a door that was hard to open and closed. Shower was dirty. Bedd had stains. The homeless literally walked the corridors damn parking lot. To be fair and honest, they caused no trouble. Just one experience.

Stayed at the suite total of 4 the table they had for work purposes had broken legs had to try to put it together as best i could. Curtain rod almost falling off with 1 screw coming out. The middle bed had white sheets with some black surfaces was disgusting. I had to ask for more towels because they only provided 2. The2 sofas in the suite were filthy and discusting. Dirty tissues in one of the drawers next to the sink disgusted meaning they didnt cleaned the room. The tvs sucked 😒

I will say there were 2 very kind helpful girls that worked in the office there. But the others honestly were rude and did not know what they were doing. On two do the 6 days we were there we either didn’t have water or hot water for periods exceeding 8 hours and they refused to give any credit. They also charged my card twice for the same reservation bcz they had told me that we had to the do the reservation and I couldn’t use my points so we rebooked it had to pay full price and the office clerk had said she was taking the first one out of the computer but she didn’t so I got hit with both on the same day. And their answer was that I had stayed that next day. I kind of had to. They had taken my money with out my permission and I couldn’t go and pay somewhere else. Many things with just bad service

I would avoid this hote!!! So the room looked ok, we got one of the redone rooms however twice while I was there and without any notice they had people working on the water and I had no water and then no hot water for over an 8 hour time frame. Their only way to fix it was to have me change rooms but the ones they offered were so gross. Both the older ones and one had urine stains on the bed skirt to a bed that was so old it was falling down and the other looked like it had feces on the bed skirt. So both were a no. I wanted compensation but the owner won’t do that and e en when I called Expedia they could not do much bcz she would not budge. Also when I had booked incorrectly and the worker said we had to rebook it and that she would remove my booking but she forgot or something so also I paid for two nights one night and getting it corrected was horrible. Avoid the headache and the bad neighborhood and find a better establishment!!

It was gross. We ended up not staying. We checked in and the rooms were water damaged, smelled of smoke, and moisture. Nonrefunds because we checked in so late and didn’t see the rooms until it was too late.

It was ok for the price.. it was clean. Just the stomping and yelling from the people upstairs kept us up half the night. The bathroom reminded me of a gas station bathroom. I’m only 4’10 and I couldn’t reach the floor on the toilet

The breakfast was limited. But didnt really habe much of a selection. When getting more towels for the room, they didnt have any available and the crew was unavailable during that time. We had to go to walmart to get extra towels. Plus the towels they did have were small, rough, and thin.

We received amazing service starting from Benny at the front desk and friendly staff that we see in the complex. We also liked how the hotel was walking distance from the other fast food restaurants around the area. Other family members also booked a room downstairs that was accessible for my mother who uses a walker and wheelchair, and was pet friendly for a very reasonable additional fee. I am not complaining how they let us book the suite instead of a regular room without a without an additional charge because they said everything was already fully booked. However, the room looked like it was in a bad condition. The microwave oven was missing legs and needed to be propped up to utilize, there was a huge hole on the ceiling, exposing electrical wires, there are sticky stuff on the hangers, and there were stain marks on the bedsheets. I guess for its price, we get what we paid for, but you just have to prepare yourself and know what to expect.

Overall, my experience was okay. The room itself was fine, but it wasn’t very clean — I found hairs and some blood stains on the sheets. The hotel is also right next to the freeway, so it was a bit noisy at night. Staff was amazing and breakfast was good !

Couldn't get the shower to work as it was clearly broken. Man from reception came up and showed us a convoluted way of getting water to come out, but it was clearly damaged and hanging on by a thread. We grudgingly accepted the room as it was late. But there was no offer of giving us a room with a proper shower. Stayed in the US for two weeks and this was by far the worst room we stayed.in.

Was rather a bitter disappointment than what was expected in the photos, all the furniture is stained, along with the sheets and towels, hotel was very bad, was also robbed outside, sadly the hotel was careless about everything, mangers were not wanting to help at all, called Fresno PD they were no help as well, overall I paid for nights I couldn’t even gain access to my room, the staff did not care about the situation at all as I was very communicative the entire time, please use the extra money and stay somewhere else that cares about the guest.

The clerk at the front desk did not seem surprised at all and said I would need to submit a request for refund online. Please stay away form this place.

The place is very out dated and a little dirty. The lamppost was broken, the sheets were old, dirty and had holes in them. The bathroom door doesn’t lock and was broken. The noise of the freeway can be bothersome. The area does look ghetto. But the good things are the staff is very friendly and kind. There is a lot of eatery’s in the area and the beds were comfortable. It’s convenient if you’re traveling.

Not good. Checked in and an hour later checked out. The room had a terrible smell of chemicals. Door looked like it had been kicked in and was hard to close. Shower had mold.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at, not even worth 50.00! Mold around the backboards, all over the bathroom and shower. Rusty fixtures, bugs, odor of smoke and mold. Homeless sleeping in the ice machine room, and around the property. Falsely advertised hot tub and gym, they have neither. Stains all over the comforter and even the pillow cases! This is a poorly run hotel and definitely should not be part of the Comfort Inn brand, which I’m taking the time to inform corporate. This hotel is a scam, run by scammers. Don’t stay here, plenty of other places in Fresno that are better. We checked immediately out and lost money, due to manager refusing to refund! Again…do not stay here!

The bathroom door was coming off, the space was cramped (no space even to change clothes) in bathroom and in bedroom. The pillows were only half and fitted in the pillow case.

Bedsheets were dirty. If we needed anything, we'd always had to go to the front. No ironing board, couldn't get into the pool as the key cards didn't work neither did housekeeping's keys worked.

good for a one night stay. it’s convenient, next to a few fast food places, and affordable. the water pressure in my room wasn’t that great, and I was afraid to go number two in my own room because it didn’t seem like it wanted to flush most of the time. but like I said, it’s affordable for an overnight stay.

Their rooms were old, everything stunk, they tried to hide the smells with cleaning supplies. The bedding had stains on it. It smelled like urine on walk up to the room. We had a late check-in with the traveling and they seem to clean the room five minutes before we got there. While we were checking in, two groups of ahead of us were canceling their reservations due to dirty rooms.

Despite that, it was still a nice stay. The room was mostly clean and the area felt safe. For what we paid, it’s a decent place with a suitable breakfast selection. The staff was kind as well.

The pictures were misleading and inaccurate of how it was in actual person. Especially arriving with children, this place shouldn’t be open in all honesty.

Calling this place a “roach motel” would be an insult to cockroaches worldwide. Old plastic yellow shower with hair packed in drain, graffiti on inside of shower curtain rod, gross worn out towels with hairs on them, had to take a “luke warm” shower (and that’s being generous) You can tell someone broke in before because the moulding on the lock side of door was replaced with metal and the door let light through the bottom 2 feet of the lock side. If all that isn’t bad enough, as I go to turn off the lamp between beds, 10” from my face, I see a bloody bandaid stuck to my side of the nightstand. I wouldn’t stay at that location again if it were free. I rarely write reviews, and I’m not doing it to trash the company, just hoping to help someone avoid the headaches I dealt with.

The motel is located in a run down part of town with an unsafe feeling around the area. The rooms are not cleaned well and had carvings in the end tables. We could not stay here and asked for our money back, then went to another hotel farther north.

Don’t stay here. It was an absolute nightmare. There was trash in our bathroom including a used tampon in the toilet and used towels. The bed had questionable stains, and the floor was sticky and looked liked it had not been vacuumed in years. I had my kids with me and really we couldn’t stay there so we left.

People who work hard deserve a better comfortable nights stay thank you for clean and comfort especially the refurbished room. The employees were friendly and helpful but the area where it is and the people surrounding it were unpleasant.

Very dirty rooms. Floors have not been swept. Bath towels were like small hand towels. Noisy- you can hear your neighbors. This is beneath Wyndham standards. Would never stay here or recommend.

Our room was not cleaned well. Our replacement room shower was defective. Other customers fighting and disturbed our sleep at 3am.

The best hotel for its price, rooms are twice as big any other. I been to several locally at this prices, this one is the best.

We went into the room and there was bloody sheets, went back up to the office. It was 18 minutes after we checked in and they told us we were past the 15 minute and could not refund us.

Service was excellent 🙏, but I will give 1 star because I found hair in the tub, in the bed and dog food in the corners the towels poor quality and with yellow and black stains.

I really hate to rate places like this, but some of these rooms really need a renovations. Per the pictures posted on the website is nothing compared to the real room. The room we got 1st was FILTHY. Floors to bed to lamps to bathroom to baseboard of the walls was gross. You wouldn’t want to lay on it even for free. Went to ask for another room and it was a little bit better. Front desk was helpful and didn’t ask questions. I guess it’s true, u get what you pay for.

First time and Last time, will not recommend. We thought with them having noticed of renovation that it would be in good condition. Unfortunately, no! One of the bed's sheets were dirty or stained. In bathroom was a dead roach on floor. Then by later into the night there was live roaches coming out. All the other roaches came out for the dead one's funeral.
