Staff was friendly and our room was very spacious.

The breakfast was very nice Very dirty and non accommodating The sofa bed only has a thin pad on it and you can feel the frame they made no effort to correct it we paid for 6 people in our room they only gave us 3 towels, when we asked for more they didn't want to give them to us

The breakfast was great they even had a little To-go bag and plastic plates and bowls if you need to take up to room or on the go . The staff was super helpful. Next to In n out for late night eats you can literally walk

Arrived on the last minute before closing, staff didn't allow me to grab food for my kids.

It was an easy check in and out. The dining area is a little bit small but maybe because there was a lot of wrestlers that day but after 7am they were all gone and the place is almost empty. There was only 1 elevator and if there is an event it will be traffic going up and down the building. Overall it was a great stay, breakfast was good, there was a lot of parking space and was free.

Its a nice place to stay. For me the mattress was to firm and made it difficult to sleep well.

Staff was far from friendly. I was left feeling like an inconvenience when checking in. Area around the hotel is dirty and quite literally smells like a public toilet. Un-housed people loitering the parking lot and surrounding area. Moderately clean given the area.

The staff was super friendly. The hotel and pool was well maintained. They had a security truck driving through the parking lot at night but it was also well lite. This property would be perfect for solar panel parking structures since the lot is very large and Fresno sun is hot!

I was very disappointed. The elevator didn’t work and the ice machine was on the 2nd floor.. I have bad knees so that was a problem. The pool was cold and the hot tub was out of order. I bought a brand new bathing suit for the hotel stay but couldn’t use the pool area.

Parking was great, the pool was out of service for a while during our stay. The room was good, clean. Air conditioning in our room was great, worked really well. The only thing I didn’t like was there was no vent in the bathroom, or if there is it didn’t work, so after showers our room was really muggy for a long time.

Rooms are super clean. Breakfast is good beds are super comfy love the fact that they use good shampoo, conditioner, body wash lotion. The staff at night when we checked in lady was kind of rude, but the staff in the morning was excellent.

Clean room, spacious. I like that they had a towel specifically for make-up. And have Dove everything, I.e shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion. I also really like the black out curtains and it seemed more modern with the electric panel to bring them up and down. Love the free breakfast and complimentary parking (there was a lot of parking). And we used the free infant crib! This was the first time traveling with our 1 year old and he actually liked being in the crib. Also water temp and pressure in the shower was good. Overall would stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

I called an hour before check in because I arrived early, the room was not available. I showed up 10 minutes before check in with my family waiting in the car and the clerk told me to wait another 30 minutes... I had a very terse discussion with the clerk of how this is entirely unacceptable and how I paid more for this hotel because it had a higher customer service and satisfaction reputation. So much for that...

My 1-star rating for "service" has nothing to do with expected customer service in general, it as to do with the archaic accounting system that the hotel shares with Expedia/Hotels.com. When I travel for business, I am required to produce a hotel receipt to submit for reimbursement. As I checked out, I was shocked to hear that Holiday Inn cannot print me a standard receipt because I booked through Hotels.com. After calling Hotels.com, they said they can only send me a receipt that I paid for a room, but could not produce a standard receipt that shows that I stayed at this particular hotel, on the specific date and that the payment was made at the hotel. Holiday Inn, after calling them again, said they can send me a receipt that shows I stayed there, but it couldn't indicate that I paid the room rate, it just showed a balance of "0". In this day and age, I can't obtain a standard hotel receipt on hotel letterhead that says I stayed there and paid the room rate? This is unacceptable. Other than this issue, my stay was good, as well as the room rate. Lastly, this review is as much a reflection for Hotels.com as it is for Holiday Inn.

My very first time having a really bad experience at Holiday Inn. My bad experience was with our room, which I was able to switch rooms. The young girl upfront was super nice and did everything in her power to make my stay more comfortable.

Nice place. Location was ok. Kept getting asked for help by guy on a bike every time we went out.

Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Amazing. I was looking forward to a nice evening in the jazzed. Went out there and it was wasnt working. Very cold. A little disappointed. I just needed to relax. Had to book me a massage somewhere else..told front desk. A couple more people came out to enjoy it and was very upset. That was the whole reason they booked that hotel for the jacuzzi. Hopefully it gets fixed because the stay was Amazing besides that 1 thing...

This was the best out of 5 hotels we stayed in over the last two weeks. It was newer, clean, spacious, and well lit. The breakfast had many options including eggs, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, and pancakes. We are only staying at IHG Hotels in the future!

Stayed for one night with my husband. Enjoyed breakfast, room was clean, microwave and mini fridge in the room, and staff were friendly especially Samir in the reception. Many food options in the area which are walking distance. One issue we experienced was the heater not working. We did notify reception when we checked out. Overall, great stay and we would stay again.

Only thing I would say was the freeway side was kind of noisy. I got a little fan and that helped drown the sound a lot the 2nd night. I’m partial to the breakfast… the little cheese omelets and wonderful cinnamon rolls ☺️

I traveled to the Fresno area for a memorial service, and stayed 2 nights there with my brother. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Overnight it was completely quiet, which we appreciated. Breakfast had many tasty selections. Desk help was well trained and responsive to my questions and preferences. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I did not stay here my card was charged called several times no return call you charged my card 156$ Terrible customer service and just disregard the fact I said I didn’t rent this room.

We booked this Hotel because it had a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi didn't work, maintenance guy said pump was broke. When I checked in, I specifically asked front desk lady if jacuzzi was working, she said yes, it is working, only to find out it didn't. Very disappointed.

The location on the south side of Fresno is a bit rough.

Hotel is nice. Clean enough. In and out is right next to it however when people start lining up for in and out they tend to block the entrance to the hotel. You would just need to honk so people would make way for you.

Hotel is clean and staff was super friendly. Plenty of room for parking, as I had a boat trailer for this trip. This property is a 4 story building, (I was on the 3rd floor) and unfortunately the elevator was not working for the duration of my stay. Staff did not offer help, nor did I see them helping anyone else, with their belongings. I spent some time in the pool / Jacuzzi. The plaster is in need of a re-do, and although the Spa was hot, the jets were not working. My room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. TV and other amenities in the room worked great. The shades, however, were trashed. I would stay in this property again assuming some maintenance were performed.

I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Express locations. This particular hotel is among the best of the franchise. The front desk is far above average. They have your receipt ready to go, the parking is easy, the rooms are very nice, breakfast is better than normal... Hasson at the front really sets this hotel as the best of the best of Holiday Inn express.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast simple and quick. Overall good hotel for family stopover when traveling 99. Appreciate the full blackout shades. Agree with others about train horn every 40min or so but we sleep with white noise machines so was pretty well masked. We’d stay here again.

Was to close to freeway to much noise had to change rooms to lower luxury would not compensate for difference just weren’t going to even try.

It’s was good. The hot tub was out of order so I was disappointed. I wouldn’t have booked a room here if I knew the hot tub was out of order. Freeway traffic was noisy. Breakfast was good and the girl at the counter with the braces was very attractive.
