Not a clean place to stay unfortunately. Staff is as helpful as they can.

The property was cost effective for an overnight stay, however The staff was nice but the maintenance inside the room was not something I would ever be proud of. I thought because this place was close to my event, I could go there and be comfortable. The towels were missing and I had to go get them from the front desk. The television was ok however there were no working lights by the bed and when I flipped on the switch by the door I got darkness.! Not a good thing fix it!!! The shower rod is falling off and the refrigerator is not closing because it is old. Upon check out there’s a key drop basket that anyone could just walk up to and fake. If you care about the safety of people who chose to stay at this property. Make it something for us to say good things about! They need to show a sense of pride and stop just taking money from people who know what being on a budget means and do better!!!

Clean and good, staff are great fixing with room issue & room change

I had understood this hotel was going to be renovated and be an actual good motel 6 or studio 6. There are a few still out there but currently all of them in Fresno are the nasty buggy kind…. Well so we booked it and paid the ridiculous $100 deposit and it was like $120 a night! Literally for that money you can book a good upscale hotel to at actually has amenities or shampoo etc. and thst would provide breakfast! This one provides nothing! Literally we got the room and it smelled so bad like weed I mean bad!!!!! We went to the office to complain they were like “ok noted” then I went in the elevator and literally people had been smoking in there. So gross! The room had two beds and I do think maybe new linens but it’s the same old beat down furniture and kitchen areas and my room did not even have any towels. We went to ask for some were told that they really did not have enough so some room just did not have any in them. And as we were there the fire marshal had come in issuing I guess reoccurring citations for safety issues they won’t fix.. I literally was ready to leave then however the refund would not be back to me for several days nor would my deposit! So hostage to that amount of money I wasted we stayed. I had a lot of cable channels and I do like the area. But that is about as positive as I can be with this one. I am actually seeking a refund as I feel like they are still a cheap crap motel 6 and should not charge more like they are… go to a better hotel!

Very nice for the price.

The staff were very friendly. I got to admit but apparently the workers were not doing their job. They said they were sorry for that. But the actual rooms were terrible. They were filthy. They were not being clean. There was cockroaches, The air conditioner was very loud.A big hole in the bathroom ceiling with mold when we needed something like towels or other things, there was a sign that said out to lunch. That was ridicul i would not recommend this hotel to any

Why did I reserve a room and get charged again? Also, why was I kicked out a day early?

Nothing . Nothing went well. There were no sheets, pillows, etc, not soap . The shower has mold. Outside there was dog dedication, urine .The place was horrible.

No front desk or emergency response after 8pm?? The hotel was quite nice and my room was clean. The problem was my key card stopped working when I returned from my event at 10-11pm and I was locked out of my room because my keycard stopped working. I understand not having a late night attendant onsite BUT the phone number on the locked lobby door was not prepared to resolve an onsite issue and there was nobody else that I or the lady trying to check in could contact. My suitcase and all my belongings had a good stay but I unfortunately did not.

Location was good

No towels were provided, and I had to ask several times and did not get towels til after 10:00pm after calling down to the office again to ask for towels and when I received towels they were old and dengy and some were ripped.

Nothing Room wasn’t ready @ 3 nor 4:30. Gave me another room and the room key didn’t work so we couldn’t get in the room. When staff tried to open it, it still didn’t work. We asked for another room since that wasn’t our original room and was told no. The room had bottle caps on the floor and salsa in the fridge which means it wasn’t all the way cleaned. Most of the plus didn’t work either.

Kitchenette, location, staff I didn't like that booking . Com charged my cc 7x because the app doesn't work properly

There were no pillows, no soap, no nothing. Room literally stinked and my wife refused to use the bathroom as well. We checked in at 1 am and were super tired so decided to suffer through and get some sleep in, as we had a long busy move in day next day. Please avoid this property at all costs! Its cheap, but there’s a reason why! Worst hotel experience of my life so far!
- 2/5
Dog poop everywhere. Had to ask for towels. Furniture is falling apart. Bed was on a cheap metal frame that made a lot of noises. I well never stay here again.
- 1.5/5
I liked the large rooms and the little kitchen. Only one towel in room, no hand towels or washcloths. When I went to ask for more, they said they would call me when they were out of the dryer.they never called. Room did not have pillowcases on bed and had to get some and put them on myself. Some random leftovers in the fridge from previous guest. Looks like water damage in the bathroom from leaks, and on ceiling in room-droopy spots in ceiling. The overhead light has dead bugs all up in it. It was filthy outside with garbage area, and at night when I was trying to sleep I kept smelling a gross musty smell. I stayed here for an outpatient surgery, so it was nice that it gave me plenty of room to get steps in while recovering. I was happy there was a recliner chair in there, but alas, that also did not work. No little shampoos did have a couple soap bars, but only one towel to shower and/or dry our hands. Whoever was above us, they were stomping back and forth or running back and forth the whole day, not so much at night. Not super great for surgical recovery. Their office is is not 24hrs. They close at 10pm.

After 4 days in a horrible room, I was moved to a ground-floor room where I was able to park outside my room. I have mobility issues. The staff were friendly and did what they could to accommodate me. My wife's name is shown as reviewer, but she did not accompany me on this trip. These were my experiences at this facility. Booked a mobility access room, but never received one. Lack of light bulbs, no chair to sit in, cockroaches. Microwave temperature control broken; stove top didn't work. Handicap parking was in the middle of the parking lot and very difficult to walk the distance to the hotel and get to my first assigned room. Unkempt property, amenities missing/not working have made this my last stay at this facility.

They were FULL and TRASH was piled high on the ground and under the staircase. When I checked in, I asked about the trash everywhere on the ground…. The office attendant stated she would pick it up. Several days went by with trash everywhere… each day more than the last. The day we checked out is the day someone cleaned it up.
- 4/5
There was nothing when asked, not even water.
- 2/5
Office staff were great. But property is extremely rundown and an excessive amount of garage overloading the trash bins. Cigarette butts all over the place and the smell of weed in the rooms is too much. I checked in on a Thursday night, dudes cleaning their cars with music blaring at 11pm like a car show and constant yelling. It used to be an “Extended Stay” which I’ve literally stayed in the same room about a year ago and it’s fallen. Would not recommend. There’s a 4 hotels next door and I’d book those instead. The IHOP is clutch though! Had 2 quick meals to go and ate in the room.
- 1/5
Hotel was very dirty trash cans outside were overflowing the first day and the second day they were still overflowing nobody picked up.then in are hotel walls were dirty, floor was dirty ,bed sheets had stains, microwave was dirty and the ice trays were disgusting.never again will I stay there are request anyone to stay there.Horrible and disgusting

All four days I was there I seen cops ambulances and firefighters. Everyday something new was going on. I deserve a refund in the middle of the night someone pulled the fire alarm. I was paying for comfort and safety. Me and my 3 daughters were up for about a hour with the fire alarm ringing

Got locked out of my room and I mean key card stopped working in the middle of the night and office was closed and no reimbursement was offered or extra day offered
- 1/5
It was a terrible experience Don't stay here
- 1/5
Found a roach, and smelled like smoke. Only had 3 pillows which is not enough for 2.
- 3/5
This place has recently changed ownership. It’s missing proper maintenance and supplies constantly run low or out. The security in the area has been an issue in the past. There are a lot of stores and restaurants walking distance or 5 minutes drive which is nice.
- 1/5
Do not book here it was horrible there is no staff to help you out the second night we had to rent another hotel out key was not working and there was no staff to help. We had to rent another hotel i was traveling with my 2 month baby customer service was no help. There was no toilet paper and towels when we arrived. We could not shower.
- 1/5
Service was terrible, no one at the front desk. Had to flag an employee down to get help. Not to mention the roaches that kept appearing!! Only had a bar of soap. Dirty sheets. Won’t give me back my deposit for something that was already damaged prior to my stay..!
- 2/5
Our room came with only 1 towel - no hand or face towels, and when we asked for more from the front desk they were all being washed. They said they would bring more towels while we were gone for the day, but never did. The front desk was understaffed/they had a scheduling conflict during the night, so when we got back at 11pm they were closed and we couldn’t get more towels. I had to use the bed sheet to dry myself. When you check in, ask for more towels, pillows and sheets. Other than that, the room and property were clean and the price for 2 nights was really good compared to the other hotels around!
- 2/5
Air conditioning wasn’t working , staff said nothing they could do that ac was blowing weak no cold air at all
- 1/5
BEWARE this property closes their office at “10:00”. If you get there at 10:00 there will be no one to help you, so you will be told by the “Hotels.com” person to just go back in the morning. We had to get a room somewhere else. Then, when we went back to Studio 6 the next day, at 8:00 pm, there was a sign on the door that said “We are on break, we’ll be back”. About 1/2 an hour later they were back. So much unnecessary stress and trouble. Never again, and also probably no more Hotels.com as well.
- 3/5
No kitchen utilities provided you have to rent them. The doors on the dresser are falling off. Very run down.
- 1/5
Rooms definitely need attention. Our room key deactivated so I had to go back to the lobby to get it activated again luckily I made it in before they closed the lobby. I tried checking out early around 7:30am and the lobby was closed until 9 am. I was not going to miss my graduation ceremony I left in hopes that I would make it back in time to check out to avoid any extra fees. The customer service number posted on the door was useless no one answered and I couldn’t leave a message as their voicemail wasn’t set up. Won’t be stay here again! I wasn’t the only up set customer this morning.
- 1/5
Holes in sheets and blankets. There was dog hair on the floor, on the bed, dust bunnies on the chair. There was neither soap, nor shampoo, nor lotion in the room. There was not a coffee maker available. The toilet needed to be flushed when i walked in.
- 3/5
You're looking for a cheap room for the night it meets the need but it's tough lol. might be under management now and hopefully that helps in the future. It is what it is if you know what I mean. Nobody lady checked us in was super nice.
- 1/5
The room stuck terribly horrible odor in there, so I was moved to another room, which was no better and there was mold in the shower at the top on the ceiling. I would never recommend anyone to stay there.
- 2/5
Horrible paint, towel was almost see thru lol. No condiment at all. Bathroom door paint was stripped, the chair was one of most dirtiest chair. Bed.. I felt sinking, felt itching. No no no
- 5/5
Very nice and clean with a kitchenette at a great price.
- 1/5
They changed my room from two beds to one king without telling me I couldn't sleep with the person in the bed so they attempted to comp me another room for free on another floor when I went to the other room the keys were not programmed so I couldn't get in at all and the office was closed due to staffing so I was unable to use the room and one of us had to sleep on the hard floor ! And they charged me a $100 deposit that was not disclosed when I made the reservation I had to go get tools because there were none in the room ! Omg it was not a pleasant experience for sure
- 1/5
Do not recommend the lobby was closed and didn’t get to check in at all had to get a different hotel
- 1/5
We arrived at 3pm for check in, the staff informed us that the room was not clean yet and they will call us when it was ready. We came back around 4 and the staff informed us that the room was still not clean and had dog urine smell in it . We asked if we could get a different room or upgrade and we can pay the difference and they informed us that this was not possible.
- 1/5
Room was dirty, had a terrible smile and towels wasn’t available
- 5/5
Love the staff!!
- 1/5
Dirty floors. Dirty and loud.
- 4/5
There was a heaping pile of trash bags under one of the public staircases. At one point, there was a vagrant rummaging through the bags. Other than that, the stay was okay.
- 2/5
The staff was not at all the issue. They were great, despite the fact that one person was trying to manage several jobs at once, and I suspect making measly minimum wage. This place was FILTHY! There were layers of dust and grime on so many surfaces in my room. It was just disgusting. Also, the room had no microwave so the desk clerk had to find one from another room and hand carry it to mine. The stairwells were littered with cigarette butts and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. I was woken up at 4:30am on day 1 by a guy operating a loud leaf blower in the parking lot! Then on day 2, I was woken up at 4:00AM by a lady in an adjacent room to mine who decided to prop her door open and talk to someone on her phone on speaker mode. This place gave me the vibe that it was a low income housing project rather that an Extended Stay Hotel. I will not be back. If I were Extended Stay America, I would be very concerned that this is the type of product associated with your marketing brand name.
- 1/5
Dirty, smelly and people up all throughout the night. Couldn’t sleep, dogs barking and occupants above us moved furniture all throughout the early morning around 2 am. Wouldn’t stay again.
- 1/5
The room was dirty, not clean. Stains, hair and dried unidentified stuff in the walls. The linen was horrible. The room smelled. Not sound proof at all. Heard every step and movement from both neighbors to the side and above the room. Heard traffic from outside. The exterior of the hotel was dirty. Bags of trash everywhere and pee stains around stairs. Unhygienic and not clean.
- 2/5
When we were giving our room it wasn’t ready or made . Very dirty … they switch us too another room that was made . But they didn’t have ice machine and the ice cube tray was cracked so we couldn’t make ice . They wasn’t any toilet paper in the bathroom or towels we had to go down and ask for it
- 5/5
Great staff, clean and we love it here
- 5/5
The staff is amazing
- 5/5
Great staff, love it here!
- 2/5
Bedding was stained. The blanket they give you is as thin as the sheet. Property is extremely loud so we didn’t get great sleep. Also the floors didn’t look ever clean. Ours had glitter all over it. Was giving Blackstone and south of Shaw hotel vibes.
- 1/5
Our room was disgusting.
- 4/5
Standard room with normal amenities. Some paint discolorations in the room, but the overall room is decent for a nights stay.
- 1/5
Absolutely horrible
- 1/5
First room was not made up. There was hair and black things on the bed. The bedding was over by the TV. Bathroom was not cleaned. Second room the door was stuck, so we went and got the clerk, and when the clerk finally got it opened again there were hairs and stains on the sheets. I ask for my money back.
- 2/5
I could not stay here. The room was dirty and smelled like smoke. They hadn’t cleaned from the last guest as evident by the full trash and dirty surfaces. As soon as I sat down, I looked over and saw that my partner was already searching other hotels to stay in. We checked out immediately and were offered a refund.
- 3/5
Room in ok condition. The hotel is used for long stay guests. Staff was courteous.
- 1/5
The room was dirty, the first room they put me in the sheets were literally stained and had black hair on them, they then moved me to a room that had broken light switches the only way to turn off and on the light by the bed was to move the little cabinet and plug it in and unplug it...this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life...avoid at all costs, staff does not care, walkways had human feces on them, parking lot had alarms going off all night, this is a terrible place to stay unless you're selling drugs or doing tricks.
- 1/5
The firealram was going off for 2 hours at midnight. It was such an unpleasant stay because of it.
- 3/5
Staff was nice and friendly. Room could use some loving care.
- 1/5
The first room was roach infested! They moved us to another roach infested room. We could not get a refund without contacting hotels.com after an hour of talking to them i finally got them to refund the nights payment.
- 5/5
Great, Rachael was great

Wouldn’t stay there again.

After driving 5 hours to get to the hotel because of traffic, we got to the hotel around 12:20am. They were updating their ipads and couldn't check us in even though I had called to say we were going to be late. We couldn't get into the room until around 1:15am. It seems like they could have already checked us in and gave us our keys since we had already paid for the room when we got there. We walk in the room and the bed didn't look made, there was trash in the trashcans, there was an open soap bar (that was used and sitting on top of the wrapper), there were no tissues in the box, the cabinets were opened and the bath towels were not folded but were hanging (one on the bar and one loosely laid across the top of the shelf). We were so tired and had to get up early the next morning so didn't complain. We were woken up by the sound of tree cutting? Luckily we had to get up anyway but it seems ridiculous to start something like that on a Saturday morning. Overall a horrible experience and I would never stay there again.
- 1/5
Didn't even stay the night , checked in around 10/11pm and left to a different hotel . It was dirty , sheets were used, bed was not made it was gross
- 5/5
Thanks
- 1/5
Check in was fine. When I went to the room, the door was open and dark inside. The hatch lock was broken off. Mold in the shower. Bathroom floor coming up with mold all around the base of shower. The room and property were not as pictured online. No suite kitchen dishes, but by that point I’m glad. People yelling, people living in cars. I left
- 5/5
Definitely will be staying again it was very nice
- 1/5
We got a call in the evening from the front desk stating they had overbooked. They said they didn’t have room for us after we tried To do early check. They knew we’d be in the area and drinking at a local concert. They said we can check in anytime after the show. That was a lie. Our reservation was canceled by the hotel because we had used a third party to Book the room.
- 2/5
The bed are hard and very uncomfortable
- 5/5
They were able to accommodate me staying in a ground floor room
- 5/5
Monique was amazing. The front desk representative and the place is just a great location and everyone’s really kind rooms aren’t bad at all.
- 1/5
The overall hotel was dirty. My room was a disaster. Fire alarm was saying from the ceiling furniture was falling apart beds were really uncomfortable and really itchy like bad. To the point where we had to ask either to get my refund back or switches rooms then the AC was not working. They finally switched those rooms. Second room was cleaner. AC was working but no TV and the bathroom kept getting clogged up. The only reason I didn’t move to a different hotel because I called around and everything was booked. There was an event going on in the city at the time.
- 2/5
Front staff was amazing . The bathroom however smelled like urine. There was hair around the toilet.
- 5/5
I always enjoy my stay here.
- 3/5
I understand you get what you pay for but this was well below expectations. The room smelled terrible and there were stains all over the carpet. The pictures are entirely deceiving! They really could use a few updates. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable and the pillows should be considered more to be tshirts stuffed in cases. We stayed at a few budget friendly hotels this trip and this was the worst! There was no breakfast whatsoever either. Just coffee.
- 5/5
Everything was gt except that hair dryer wasn't in the room
- 1/5
We arrived early at 2pm asked to wait until room was ready, they will call. 40 minutes later i went to check on the status to find out previous employee was out and nobody was aware of us wanting. Had the room for two nights. One come to clean not even to empty trash. I went to the lobby and after waiting for someone for nore then 10 minutes someone came out to tell us we had to wait because she was on the phone with animals services. So i left . The outside area luke hall ways are dirty. The beds make noise when as you turn on your side so for a light sleeper it's hard to sleep. I usually don't leave reviews but this was the first time i didn't get someone to help .
- 1/5
Play was dirty. Room had dryied up spill on the floor. Long black hairs on bed, bathroom toilet, and in bath tub. There was black hair like someone shaved on the restroom sink. There were bugs in the room, and one got on the bed. There were 3 cop cars onsite at someone's room. I was so uneasy sleeping in that hotel and room, I fell asleep at midnight and left at for good 5am. Just terrible.
- 1/5
Really poor quality
- 1/5
front desk is friendly but the property is dirty. Room over all is dirty floor is an mop dust everywhere and smell old. AC isn’t cold enough.
- 2/5
Convenient location which is why I picked this hotel. Unfortunately, the smoke detector kept alarming/beeping in my first room. Isn’t this routine maintained ? Also my toilet seat was broken. Not a biggie but should also be routine maintenance. The second room had issues with the key lock, which I had to keep calling to get fixed so I could get in room. I would not stay at this location again.
- 1/5
The website said breakfast included. There was no breakfast. Soda machine broken. Took 2/3 minutes of trying before we could open our door.
- 5/5
Great experience.
- 3/5
Comfortable room
- 5/5
A lot of people were saying bad things about this hotel, but it turned out to be a really nice place. yes it's an older hotel, but it has everything you need, from a friendly front desk staff, to kitchen and refrigerator in each room. Good location within Fresno. Restaurants nearby. All in all my room was clean with all the amenities I needed, cable TV, a nice clean bathroom, firm bed. Carpet was a little bit dirty, but that was OK. I would return to this hotel again next time in Fresno. laundry room and vending machines also right on property. And even though it was right next to a busy road, it was pretty quiet.
- 5/5
Quick and courteous staff.
- 1/5
As I was changing rooms, the elevator broke, therefore I couldn’t get all my stuff downstairs for hours. The reason I stayed here was because I had surgery across the street and the hospital wanted me to stay close overnight. So, I was having to deal with all of that stuff in intense pain. The front desk would not give any reimbursement or compensate for my troubles. They had the audacity to say the room they moved me too was clean. Same as room 1, feet were black when I went barefoot. Please avoid this place!!
- 4/5
very quite- felt safe
- 2/5
I had different rooms, and all had an issue 1the fridge didn’t work, and card for door wouldn’t open. Next stay no towels in room, manager gave me a discount for that. The third stay the toilet paper ran out, and at check out they had no grab and go granolas or cookies just coffee. Wood not be available till Thursday.
- 3/5
No blankets
- 4/5
No limit
- 2/5
Staff was good and helpful and area is also good. Real challenge was related to cleanliness of room and smokers around the building and corridors and breakfast items were running out quite frequently even at 7 AM.
- 1/5
Terrible
- 1/5
The place was grimy! Spider webs food splatter on kitchen walls and appliances, tv stand broken so the tv was slanted. You have to ask to get soaps, theres no in room coffee pot, light fixtures we visibly dirty, door didnt close properly, bathroom door didnt lock, no ice maker but icetrays in freezer that were dirty and cracked. Grab and go breakfast was granola bars and coffee.. friends stayed in the arwa for $10 more per night but had pool and gym access, clean rooms, and full breakfast and security on site. I felt very unsafe at this location.
- 5/5
Clean fresh room and surroundings, parking lot secure
- 2/5
NO ICE MACHINE N FACILITIES , MICROWAVE DIRTY
- 4/5
I would stay there again
- 2/5
Checked in, found trash can full of trash and beer cans, microwave dirty inside with food splatter. Noisy people wandering up and down balcony all night, some not appearing to even be guests of the hotel and wreaking of marijuana. We went to lobby in the morning for the "free breakfast", found it was actually going to be a granola bar and coffee in a to-go bag. Then they tell us "sorry, they did not pick up the breakfast order, so we don't even have breakfast today anyway." This is the last time we will ever darken the door of an Extended Stay America, ever.
- 5/5
Great service, nice spacious room, and dog friendly. The only complaint is that the floor wasn't the cleanest. I guess you are expected to wear your shoes at all times. Otherwise your feet will get visibly dirty.

The outside of the property is very deceiving. Its in a nice area quite however the room was worn down. The tables and night stands were all scratched up and worn down. The bathroom had cigarette burns all over it. The towels and sheets weren't clean. They were dingy and the sheets. They gave us 3 small pillows that were worn down. They didn't even have a ice machine and offered us ice trays in 104 degrees f temperature. No pool. And our room keys kept not working so we had to got ask the office to activate them serval times. Not worth it.

This hotel was good for the price, stayed on top floor, opposite of the highway, was quite, bed was comfy. Room need a little maintenance though, broken toilet seat, cabinet door falling off and broken bulb at reading lamp.

Terrible experience! The rooms were rundown, as was the property. Ratings did not reflect our overall experience, would never stay here again.
- 3/5
The most broken property i have ever stayed at
- 3/5
The "breakfast" was just coffee and granola bars
- 2/5
I will not stay here again.

Two cockroaches skittered for cover when I turned on the lights. No one answered the phone so I could move to another room I had to sleep with the lights on The receptionist was pleasant and helpful.
- 1/5
And m sorry I have such a dismal response to a very dismal, worn out room.

Monique was really fast, kind, and pleasant.

Room was dirty and sticky. Floors and counters. Bathroom didn’t look cleaned. Left trash in trash cans. Blankets were not clean. Pillows are flat. Bed was hard as a rock. People hanging out in parking lot late at night playing music and smoking Overall this place is just outdated and trashy. Trash all over the parking lot. Heater was on 80 so the smell was humid and gross
- 3/5
The room did not have a coffee maker or an ice bucket which I regard as a basic feature that every hotel room should have. While they advertised having a breakfast, there was only coffee and a few packaged muffins and cookies, not a breakfast. Fortunately there was an IHOP next door. The electric door lock did not work reliably. The magnetic lock would not release and took multiple attempts to get it to open. I reported the problem but it was never fixed.

Tv broken in first room second room no tv third room handicapped shower horrible. If ur going to Fresno go one block north and stay at the Hyatt place may cost a little more but worth it.

Check in was at 3 PM. Needed to make it to a concert down the street by 3:45 PM. Arrived at 3 PM and had to wait until 3:45 PM for a room to be ready, despite booking the room in Nov. 2024. We were late to the concert and missed most of the band’s set that started at 3:45 PM. Due to the inconvenience, the second employee I spoke to that eventually got me a room (ADA accessible when that is not a necessary accommodation for me but it apparently was the only room available at 3:45 PM) said she would discount the price due to the inconvenience. She did not. I still paid approximately $119.

I love Extended Stay America, but that room I had was nasty as hell. As soon as I stepped in I wanted my money back, but it was 10pm and I just needed to goto sleep. If I had arrived at 7pm instead, I would have gone somewhere else (No, they didn’t have any other other rooms available, nor would I want another one there).

Hotel smelled like cigarettes and pot both inside and outside.trash overrun outside area cans. Had to request being moved to another room as the next door occupants had beach chairs set up at our air conditioning (main Window) where they would sit and smoke. Trash was left in new room they gave us, as well as being filthy underbeds. Will definitely not utilize this chain again.

There weren't any dishes, glasses, pots/pans, utensil. In amenities of :kitchen" was pointless. Shampoo & conditioner were not in the room. Had lots of bug bites

Terrible place. Tried to check in and was immediately told they are overbooked and will not be able to accomodate me. Had to scramble to find another hotel at the very last minute. Extended Stay America Suites in Fresno is a low budget, low class facility. You have lost a customer for life.
- 5/5
Comfortable and easy accessible to variety of restaurants.
- 3/5
Carpet was damp and smelled like pee, stepped on a crack pipe in the parking lot , so pretty average for Fresno.

Friendly staff
- 5/5
One of the friendliest stays I’ve had at an Extended Stay. I was really pleased with the staff and how responsive they were with requests, especially for the kitchen set
- 4/5
The property is a little older and could use more regular trash service as the dumpsters and cans were all full over the Thanksgiving holiday. The clerk was happy to accomodate our room swap once we asked.
- 4/5
enjoyed my stay here only thing i can say is the beds could be better they were pretty hard
- 5/5
Should’ve been gated in.

I ended up checking out an hour after checking in because the hotel was not what I expected. The bed was super hard, floor dirty, "kitchen" from the 70's, no microwave, stained linens, and overall didn't feel super safe.
- 3/5
We just stayed short time. The staff at the front desk was super nice!
- 4/5
Close to my medical and we always enjoy the kitchen and appliances

The Customer Service Was Awesome and staffs Was really nice and professional

Zero supplies in room. No coffee maker. No cooking supplies. No silverwear or bowl. No microwave in my room. Not even a small shampoo or conditioner. You mist grt all that from office. "Breakfast" was coffee and small packaged muffins. Room was way outdated and looking dingy. Carpet stains. Bed was clean at least. Windows dirty. Walkway needs sweeping. You'll likely find this to be lowest price and you get what you pay for...bare bones.
- 2/5
Dirt towel in our bathroom. Air conditioner did not work. Kitchen but no ice or pots and pans. We move chair and it was filthy under neath. No coffe maker. They said there was breakfast and all they gave u was a granola bar.

Bed wasn’t size I booked. Springs kept us up all night. No shampoo or soap. Refrigerator ran poorly all night.

I arrived to check in after a long long day at the hospital and needed to check in to finally rest, only to arrive to a closed lobby. I also called to see if anyone could help me and no one answered. I was in the parking lot for about half hour, noticing how other guests were turning away from the locked lobby. While I was waiting, there was a lot of sketchy people, including what looked like prostitutes behind one of the buildings. I had my teen child and we did not feel safe. I want a refund!

Excellent option for long term stays. Rooms are clean. They have full size refrigerators if you want to put groceries in there. Quiet area.
