Our stay started off poorly and never really improved. When we arrived at the front desk, it took about 10 minutes for someone to come out and assist us. After finally checking in, we used our key to enter the main door and went up to the 4th floor, only to find that the room key wouldn’t work—the light on the door stayed red. We went back downstairs to have the key reprogrammed. Back upstairs—same issue. Downstairs again for a new key. Back upstairs—still the same problem. After a third trip downstairs, an employee came upstairs with us, knocked on the door, and discovered there was already someone occupying the room we had been assigned. At that point, we had to drag all of our luggage back downstairs. We were then told there were no rooms available with the queen bed we had originally booked. Instead of honoring our reservation, the solution offered was to send us to a hotel next door. I had to insist on speaking with a manager because I expected the hotel to provide the room type I had reserved. Manager wasn’t available until the next day. To make matters worse, after finally getting settled, we woke up the next morning to loud construction noise right outside our window. (I have videos.) Overall, the check-in process was disorganized, our reserved room was unavailable, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. I would not stay here again.

Was woken up at 12 am but front desk staff because they had put us in the wrong room but didn't know til 3 hours after we checked in and were in bed. Fortunately we did not have to change rooms but made for a rough night sleep

The construction trucks with trailers took up over half of the available parking spots. The second night had to park my car at a different hotel’s lot a pretty long way from this hotel. Either expand the parking or limit the vehicle size!

The location was great access to stores, restaurants, and easy access to highway. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Definitely a place to return. Rooms were very comfy and clean. The only downfall was the breakfast in the morning. The food was cold even in the food warmers. Bacon was burnt and hard to eat. The guy putting out food wasn't pleasant either.

Hotel facility and location was good. No compliants about that. I also liked that the wifi worked well and that the hotel had complementary printing service as well. Most of the staff were not friendly at all. Two major cases in point. First was the male staff who handled the breakfast arena weekdays. He was the most unfriendly and not so nice person. He never smiled or even made any effort to make the environment warm and attractive. It felt as if he was being forced to come to work weekdays. He couldn’t even be nice to my 2 little children who were just being children and happy to always come to breakfast in the mornings. We stayed in this hotel for 12nights and his negative attitude was consistent through out our stay. Second experience: We expected a package who showed delivered on our app but got missing in the hotel. We went to the reception to complain and the lady at the front desk did not handle the matter well at all. She was very hostile and immediately went on the defensive with my wife who was just simply complaining that her package was missing. She was almost exchanging words with my wife at some point during the conversation. At some point, the receptionist took out the frustration on our 2 little kids who were just being kids and running around in the hotel. We escalated the matter of the missing package to the Hotel manager via email as well. Eventually, we took initiative by ourselves and decided to go to Candlewood Suites located just opposite the hotel and found our package was accidently delivered there. This simple initiative was what we expected the lady at the reception or the hotel manager to immediately suggest and check once the compliant was made. But alas, this was not the case. Our frustration on these complaints is the fact that this is a Hotel and guest treatment plus hospitality should be paramount at all times. Unfortunately, it was not. Hotel staff should understand this the most and the Hotel management must do everything to ensure that staff understand this clearly and showcase it in their daily interactions with guests at all times.

Breakfast was nice. The shower hadn’t been cleaned. A bought flip flops and cleaner to deal with it. Hotel was quiet. The mini fridge leaked so the room smelled damp. Bed was comfy. Clean and quiet gym but one of the machines didn’t work. Other than cosmetics and stench no real issues.

Front desk person was very rude. Had a problem checking in and was never resolved. Never did stay there.

The hotel itself is really nice. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was good. Just be aware that the hotel is across the street from many soccer fields and the majority of the residents seems to be adolescent male soccer players. They are loud and stay up late...so if you are traveling for work and need a good night sleep, this hotel might not offer that. If you are a heavy sleeper and not bothered by others up late, then this is a great hotel.

Check in staff was polite, easy check in process. Parking was a little far. Room was xleannfor the most part. There was what look like a toothpaste cap on the floor outside the bathroom. We were greeted right away, easy check in. Our room was clean and in the morning breakfast was very good.

The only issue was scheduling, but was resolved.

The location was very clean but the breakfast option were lacking. It’s literally the same thing every other day I just wish there were more breakfast options. One of the elevators wasn’t working so that was a bit of an inconvenience but I managed. I wasn’t told I would be charged $75 at the desk I just noticed when I was looking at my transaction history but at least that will be refunded in a few days.

There were ticks in my bed and I was bitten. I now have to pay to go to the doctor for antibiotics in case I get lyme disease. The hotel staff came to my room and took pictures and confirmed it was ticks and said it was most likely from someone before me with a pet. I want a full refund for the room and for them to pay my doctors bill!

The breakfast was pretty standard for this set up—waffles, fruit, yogurt, toast, cereal etc. Pancake maker was not working, but that’d set it apart from other free breakfasts. Food tasted great! The room was very clean, including the bathroom. Ours had a walk-in shower. They use Dove products in the built-in refillable shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser. We enjoyed having a Keurig station in the room, but they have good coffee/tea all day in the lobby! There’s a fridge and microwave in the room; both were clean. We had a suite, so the couch pulled out to a full size bed. They gave us a bedding pack at the front desk. The soccer stadium can be seen from the hotel property. The Frisco Fresh Market (down the street) was great, too. The highway was easily accessible—not too far down Main.

Air conditioner was not working. They came up to reset it……maintenance was already off. The hotel was fully booked. They could not move us. It was HOT! It was already 10:30 when we checked in, so going to another hotel was not an option. Front desk girl was very nice….brought us a fan after awhile. Do not want to pay for this room !

Our go to place to stay when we are visiting family in Frisco. Clean rooms, hot shower, comfy beds and great staff.

We book every year when we come in to play a soccer tournament and we always appreciate how close it is to everything. The stay is typically great. Our room this year had a lot of water damage and the hotel smelled like someone was constantly going arou d spritzing perfume. However, check in was easy and as long as someone was at the front desk, help was a breeze (a few occasions there was no one there including check out, I had to wait a while since I needed a reciept). The food was good and the timing for breakfast worked with our schedule (we have so many hotels that dont serve breakfast before 700am on weekends). We would stay here again.

The property is nice and feels new. The breakfast offered will hold you over until lunch, but it is not a feast. The pool is great for young kids, but there is no shade directly by the pool. The shade is divided by a gate.My mom loved the beds, and the shower was wonderful.

Drain in sink was stuck. Got that open, then it smelled like sewer. Shower water was mildly warm turned all the way up. Usually like staying at Hiloday Inn Express, next time we will stay somewhere else.

Great room with amenities such as coffee and tea. The breakfast in the morning was generous and had several choices. I like cereal and appreciated the availability of milk. Toasts were my second favourite, so I was also happy there was butter and jelly. There were fruits that I could keep for those days when I didn't make it to breakfast. Our chef for breakfast was friendly and professional. The welcoming staff were professional and answered all my questions. The location is also good, as it was not too far from where I could find things like a wine bottle opener. Uber rides were never too far, so yes, I enjoyed the place and had a great time in Dallas, Texas! Thank you!

We arrived for a late check in to find out paid reservation was given away. Hotel staff had no sense of urgency finding us another place to stay. I was pretty much on my own. Found a better place SHERATON on Stonebriar for same cost and nicer.

The property had no hot water during our stay. I was in town on business & was out working in the hot Sun all day only to return to my room to a cold shower. So I thought hmm, maybe I’d take a dip in the pool before my shower? Well, the pool area was trashed & the pool was dirty too. Extremely disappointed in my stay here.

Got there and air conditioner didn’t work, toilet was plugged and the last two days of the week stay there was no hot water. Imagine how we felt flying home not taking a shower for 2 days. They said they’d take 25% off bill and they didn’t and said he would tell the manager but we heard that the whole week we were there. I will never stay at another holiday inn again.

We booked a long stay at this hotel during the ACM awards. We didn’t mind the distance and the surroundings were nice. Our first night we never received housekeeping. After the awards we had to go to the front desk and ask for new towels. The rest of the trip we were not in the room from 9:30am-6pm. No sign on our door. Still never received the daily housekeeping. The desk clerk claimed she was the only person there and we needed to come get new towels and trash liners. We had to take care of our trash ourselves everyday. We made complaints to corporate. At checkout the clerk said the manager would also be in contact with us reference our complaint. We waited over ten days post stay and they never called! There was also food and trash on the floors in the hallway all week. Never touched and we mentioned it to the front desk as well.

It meets the job for a short stay. It’s clean, quiet, safe. No bells or whistles— just a basic stay. If that’s what you need, this place works REALLY well.

It was ok, I saw online this hotel was recently built but the bathrooms are not so new and the carpets look pretty little old and dirty. Overall experience is good but not a go with kids.

They turned off the AC right at check out time. I was in room for 5 extra minutes. It was 100 degrees

No hot water as the boiler had gone out. When my husband told the man at the front desk he just looked at my husband as if he didn't speak English. He offered no help at all. Parking was limited and lot was difficult to maneuver as it was shared with another hotel. Breakfast wasn't that great and no chain restaurants in the area as an alternative.

Almost everything else was great, but we had to take ice cold showers the whole time.

They charged my card 3 times, booked online paid in advanced, charged the deposit which I was fine with, then they tried to extend my stay without us knowing and charged our other card and then when I was told it would come back, it didn’t, the front desk person basically said “f**k off and hung up on me. Terrible workers and took forever to get through. If that’s how you treat your guests then you better hope you don’t piss off the wrong person. Never again.

It was very noisy with the wind whipping thru the building. The noise in our room was very loud whenever someone walked down the hall. I tried to check out this am and the person at the front desk had no idea what to do. Didn’t receive a copy of bill. The room was extremely difficult to get a constant temperature where we like it.

Clean rooms.

Overall the hotel was great but i didnt sleep one bit. First room my daughter and i were in had the shower leaking so we had to move rooms. Next room had the connecting door and my neighbors decided to have an argument, and i could hear every single thing like they were in my room. I expressed to the front desk that my 6 year old had a procedure the next morning and we had to be up by 4am. The arguing stopped but i still heard when they talked, opened the door/etc. My daughter had already fell asleep or i would have complained again.

The beds were comfortable. This is the first time in years that I’ve slept in a hotel all night without having back issues. The shower was also amazing. The front desk staff was also great.

The next door room was making noise and yelling. Fighting each other, bangs on the wall, screaming. Someone was running up and down the hallway and screaming all night. Didn’t get any sleep at all.

Didn’t stay. Flight cancelled from DFW. Sight on 3 rd party showed shuttle service and there was no shuttle and it was far enough from airport that an UBER was more$ than the room.

Staff management was not accommodating with my booking error with my stay!

Every Hotel I’ve ever stayed at had early check in if the room was ready, here they charge you $25 for early check in. Towels were all different with one having 3 holes 1 very large and 2 smaller holes. Toilet paper holder needed to be maintenanced as the roll kept falling off. My biggest complaint was housekeeping knocking on guest doors @8:30AM saying “Housekeeping” waking people up who are from a different time zone for us it was 6:30AM (with do not disturb hangers placed on the door) *checkout was 12PM so they should not have been disturbing guests who had not checked out. They were loud so we heard them doing the same to other guests.
