It's a very nice place and the price is comparable if not lower than other places that are not as clean or comfortable. The breakfast area needs to be larger but almost anyone can find something to eat because they have a good selection.

Woke up too late for breakfast. The staff scammed us out of our security deposit. They claimed we smoked in our room, but I don't smoke and my boyfriend doesn't smoke. He does chew tobacco, and the staff claimed they found crumbs of tobacco on the floor and bed, but that is easily swept up with a broom and not worth a $250 charge for security deposit and room damages. They scammed me and my boyfriend, and we will never stay here again.

Room was larger than expected, very clean! Muffins at breakfast bar were stale but that can happen anywhere. Front desk was extremely helpful when we asked about a recommendation for sushi. Went to recommended sushi restaurant and sushi exceeded our expectation.

Near lots of stores and restaurants, which is a plus. For the most part, very quiet which was great. However, there were two gnats in the bathroom and strands of hair on the towels. The room smelled fine and the air conditioner works great. Even though the room looks clean, it did not feel clean. The place doesn’t really look like the pictures either, especially the rooms.

It might not be super fancy, but its clean! The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a ton of shopping and food nearby!

I'm from La Habra and when I come to visit this is where I stay everytime. It's convenient, clean and has the free Continental breakfast 🙂 the staff are always pleasant and they also have the outdoor pool & jacuzzi!

The staff was very nice wnd helpful. checking in went smoothly. The rooms were clean and cozy. We had a great sleep. The beds are really comfortable. The only down side was the water pressure. The water pressure is very soft and temperature would go from hot to cold in use.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The elevator was sketchy. Breakfast was good, I wished they'd serve some kind of meat, but I doubt most places do that anymore. The fridge was nice to have in the room. Walmart across the street. About 20-30 minutes to drive to Knotts Berry Farms, depending on the traffic. It was well worth the price.

When I come to Southern California, this is where I stay. I found it to be clean. Well staffed in a very convenient location for all my needs It is also probably one of the best values for the dollars spent. It’s not a resort, but it is a nice clean place to lay your head after a long, busy day.

Terrible smells throughout the building. Checked in and our room smelled like extremely strong perfume like they were covering up something really bad, avoid room 331. Got a new room thankfully but the refrigerator didn’t work. Pool felt extremely dirty.

This hotel has much improved over the past year. I would recommend if staying in the area.

Walking in the hotel will make you feel like you've been transported to the U.S. in the 1980s ish. The hotel is quite liminal, backroomsy (especially in the downstairs bathroom and elevator lobbies). However, the staff did a great job keeping maintaining the hotel's cleanliness and atmosphere. They were incredibly helpful and nice. And even though the rooms look "vintage", they were quite clean. Given the price range, I would stay here again.

Besides the room being clean, it had a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, iron/ironing board and hair dryer!! Much more than I expected. Plus continental breakfast from 6 am to 9 am. And plenty of restaurants and fast food joints within walking distance. This place really added a great end to a wonderful weekend!

There was no hot water

The building itself is older and the neighborhood gave me slight pause; in fact, several cars in the parking lot were missing windows, and at least one truck appeared to have its owner living inside it. The room, however, was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was DIY waffles, cereal, and assorted pastries, and while I would have appreciated some sort of meat/protein, it was still a generous offering to be included in the room price. And my car had no problems overnight, so the stay was a good one.

I liked the MOUNTAIN boiled EGG they put for breakfast FANTASTIC 😊

It is cheaper than other properties so I guess I got what I paid for.

The pool and hot tub area were perfect, pool was heated and that made the entire booking worth it. I was able to be there for 3-4 hours and during my time it was really empty so I enjoyed it. Breakfast waffles were great.

Other than that, all else was ok but I thought a bit pricey. I did not use the outdoor pool and I didn't think it looked clean (cloudy).

After a very rough start with an unpleasant front desk employee, the stay was quite pleasant. Excellent service at the breakfast buffet!! Good quality and very attentive woman providing quick delivery of food and clean spaces. Rugs and furniture need updating.

NO HARDLY ANY SELECTION

Stay was generally good considering this property has been around for a long time. My only complaint is the noisiness of the bathroom when in use. It was especially annoying at night as I was woken up whenever my neighbor used the bathroom. The combination of the fan going on automatically and the flow of water from sink/toilet woke me up several times. I am a bit of a light sleeper, but it is clearly noticeable. Other than that, staff and breakfast and cleanliness of the property were quite reasonable.

The hotel looks like it hasn't been updated in a while but it was a very comfortable stay, beds were nice the room was clean, and the shower was excellent. Didn't stay long enough to have breakfast or jump in the pool but I will definitely stay here again

Property was nice, room smelled a bit musty.

So we have stayed at this property 5 times. Loved it! It would have been 6 but this ruined it for us. As soon as we pulled up there was a women right outside the door yelling at my family and we have a 7 and 9 year old to "not touch her Fing stuff this is my SH." I'm an adult I don't care but dont yell at my kids who were just getting their own stuff out the car. I asked the staff what they were going to do about and Martha said "we can't do anything about it. " last time I checked yes you can it's private property and you should want to do something about it if it's affecting you customers. I asked when does the pool close and she said 9pm and that was it. So we quickly went up to our room threw are stuff down got our suites on because we were super excited to swim. There was only 30 minutes left so we quickly went down stairs just to see a sign that says pool closed. What kind of crap is that! How do you not say sorry pool is closed! No Martha straight up said the pool closes at 9pm. So messed to miss lead your customers to think the pool was still open!! So we went up to the counter to ask when the pool was going to be open. James said no one not even the managers know. He continued to say we can just leave. Who says that! There customer service was so bad. I looked at him and said you don't tell people to just leave good customer service try's to keep their customers. I called hotels.com and asked to be moved after explaining everything. Dont tell me to leave I will!

Though room furniture and bathroom was quite dated, appeared clean. Not the best overall experience but had a comfortable room and bed.

Breakfast there has always been nice, thanks to Maria. The A/C in the room was REALLY LOUD and did not put out cool air at all! We have been staying here three to four times a year for the last ten years and it has never been this awful. When I asked for a manager I was told no one was there to talk to me. I asked several times each day for three days.

The photos they had on Expedia did not match the rooms or lobby. Rooms were ok but need to be updated some stuff was had wear and tear. Overall was a good experience the beds are comfortable was able to sleep good.

Our family booked two rooms, we were very comfortable, the property was very clean and the staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

It had treadmill, etc but no actual weights/dumbbells, sit-up tables, etc. - WiFi was ok for standard use but not enough speed for large scale downloads, gaming, etc. - The room’s AC was old and needs to be updated. - Bed was super clean and comfy. Housekeeping staff were all amazing, helpful and friendly. - Rooms have a safe to put your valuables which was a nice added touch. - TV selections were very limited. They could use a carrier with a wider selection. - Some Front Desk staff were excellent and some could barely greet you. - Overall, I’d start again for sure.

Very comfortable here. It gets busy so there isn't always availability of rooms for certain dates. Staff is really nice, both at the desk and all of the housekeeping. The ladies work hard to get the rooms clean. Morning dining area staff are really pleasant, staying on top of things. It's a nice place to stay.

The hotel was your average budget hotel, which is fine. The really poor thing was that the shower head was about 5'6" sbove the floor, so brush up on your limbo skills before staying there if you are taller than 5'6".

This hotel was a surprise for me. When I booked it, I was expecting an older, but adequate hotel. Reception area is in excellent shape and looks like it was updated not long ago. Beds were reasonably comfortable, maybe a little on the firm side. Property was quieter than I was expecting. Plenty of on-site parking. I don't anticipate being in the Fullerton area again anytime soon, but if I was, I'd definitely book here again.

I had a great stay. Staff was efficient and fast. Breakfast was light. Nothing extreme but delicious. Hotel is outdated but room was big and I slept great on the bed. No complaints. Definitely booking again if ever in the area.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good although other Days Inn serve a few more hot items such as eggs and sausage. Water temperature was lacking some as it went from warm to cold pretty quickly. Maybe too many showers running at the same time. Otherwise, stay was good.

As always. Our stays are wonderful. Only one tiny hiccup. Reserved a non smoking room 2 weeks in advance and were put in a smoking room. The hall was stinky of cigarette and and mother natures green goddess smoke. Both my husband and I are non smokers and we spent a week and a half in a smokers world. Not sure if it was a mistake or the fact that the hotel was fully booked. Everything else was great!.

Nice hotel, but the sink clogged I first used it

I was happy with the cleanliness of the hotel in spite of it's age. Our room safe was challenging to get working, even with a staff person helping. My husband eventually figured out how to consistently use it, so we could be confident our things wouldn't get locked inside! One of our towels had black stains on it which looked to have been washed into the towel.

I would suggest an upgrade with competent contractors. $300.00 for a lousy stay. My company wouldn't even stay due to the awful noise.

I try to book places with a hot tub and check reviews about the quality of it. Reviews were accurate. Water was hot, not warm. Tub was clean and jets had pretty good pressure.

The shower did not work

Used neither, but breakfast was a carb overload…almost no protein and only green bananas for fruit.

The staff for breakfast was friendly and great! The room was a complete different situation. It had a strong rotten egg odor from the sewer, room was completely outdated. Bed mattresses were flimsy and it was so cold with the small blankets. You can hear EVERYTHING.

The room cleanliness was not good at all. I could see lots of hair and dust on the floor in room and bathroom but closed my eyes. The breakfast was very simple not like the other places I stay with the same range. over all it is an average place for stay for a short 1 or 2 nights.

Spent 3 nights. Had an accessible room. It's was great for my needs but you still had to step into a bathtub. With all the grab rails, it's was fine for me, but I know this would be a problem for some. Room was clean, quiet and very comfortable . Woman working there breakfast room was amazing. This is not a luxury hotel, but the price was right for the experience we had. The room was very clean, very quiet, and very comfortable. Everything was in working order and it was exactly what we needed for having a place to shower and sleep while visiting friends and family. The bed was really comfortable, as were the linens and pillows. We didn't visit the breakfast room, but it seemed to be pretty popular with other guests.

The staff treated my husband and myself so horribly, we did not stay there. I have not had a worse experience with a hotel.

This is such a decent local hotel to stay at. Anytime we are in need of a local hotel to stay at this is our go to. If you’re just coming through town or going to local amusement parks in nearby cities. They have such a great continental breakfast with such a good variety. The staff there are so accommodating and super nice. Don’t expect the Hilton though. This place is definitely in need of a good upgrade because a lot of their stuff is quite old but very well kept. I will continue to keep coming here but please do a remodel sooon. You need it.

The rooms are very old and outdated. Walls are paper thin. The bathrooms have rusted sinks and I definitely wouldn’t trust taking a bath in them. Carpet had slight darkened in certain a spot. The fridge smelled funny. I don’t think it’s an issue of if they are cleaning well I think it’s an issue of old and outdated. The pool was a decent but could use a good cleaning. The breakfast was very limited with premade waffle mix almost expired activia yogurts and some danish juices from concentrate … the only great thing about this hotel is staff and location. Super close to Craig Regional park and other cool parks, close to lots of dinning/fastfood, and a safe walkable area. Don’t think we’ll be coming back any time soon. Too old/outdated.

Sometimes staff can be hit or miss at this location, but this time, everyone was very welcoming and friendly, especially the housekeeping team and the breakfast crew. Room was clean and parking convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean and nicely lit at night. Only ding was that the rear entryway required a room key to access was a bit hesitant to work. Some finesse and patience was needed and after a few tries the door would unlock. Great facility overall!

Food was great and the staff lady was wonderful and always make sure food is stocked up and always smiling and helping everyone and very hard working.

Staff has been great. Bathroom fixtures,, lighting, ventilation needs updating. Windows updating for security. Slider window easily opens when pushed and only has a small aluminum clamp piece attached to hold it secure for a first floor window. This is unsettling as a guest.. Breakfast could be improved by adding hot foods such as scrambled eggs and breakfast meat and cut fruit for healthier options. Lobby and corridors need new paint and carpet.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, had all the features (microwave, fridge, safe, tv, table and chairs, etc). Shower ran cold several times seems connected to other units use, and the shower head is rather low, I’m 5’8” and had to crouch, a head on a handle would fix this. Front desk was quick and answered questions, smooth check in and out. Free parking was a nice perk. Pool hours are 9am-9pm and didn’t fit into our schedule unfortunately. The facility and surroundings are clean. The room was spacious and the internet worked properly. The TV choices were limited, however, since I was on a business trip it didn't matter.

It was nice but we saw a few ants in the bathroom, the breakfast was not great not much variety. And other hotel had the coffee available all day that was a let down

Yes. The only issue was the walkie- talkies the maids had were very loud while they were in the hallways. Also, cleaning began promptly at 9am, even on weekends when I would have liked to sleep in but the walkie- talkies and loud conversations by the cleaning staff made that impossible. The rooms and property were VERY cleanc

The property is aging, but fairly well maintained. Sheets & towels are always clean, but ( like most hotels) they need to wash the pillows.

The property is dated. However, everything was clean. Staff members were friendly and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the usual affair with continental and waffle choices. Due to dietary restrictions with our family, we ate elsewhere. More selection would have been good for us but overall it was an adequate selection for most people. My sons liked the gym.

Hotel was quiet which was nice after a long day. AC worked beautifully as well. Free parking and plenty of it. Close to many options for food and shopping. No issues with WiFi. 100% would stay again. Wish I could pick up and drop the hotel wherever I’m going for a trip because it was perfect for us

First room that we were given had carpet with what looked to be a pee stain. The room smelled and we asked for another room which we were promptly given. The second room had lvp flooring which was newer. By our second night we had ants coming in through the window. We did notify staff and after returning for the day we didn’t see anymore ants. The hotel itself seems to be older. Breakfast attendents were very happy and kind. Unfortunately this breakfast is carb loaded! Waffles, stale pastries, toast, bagels, oatmeal and cereal. The only healthy options were boiled eggs, bananas (which were never ripe) and activia yogurt. Hotel is overpriced but is the only hotel not crazy far from Disney at ridiculous prices…

The room was mostly clean. The beds were comfortable, comes with a microwave and fridge. The layout of the hotel is really weird though and walls are paper thin. Both nights we were woken up by doors closing and shower noises. I’m talking LOUD. Breakfast was all bread- waffles, bagels, pastries, cereal…no protein or fresh fruit (I’m not going to count the green bananas.) The staff were nice enough though and it’s inexpensive. Wouldn’t stay again though. Too creepy and loud.

The carpets smelled like cigarettes, the room smelled musty. During my booking, it asked if they're was anything special I needed. I asked for distilled water for my CPAP machine. None was provided, when I asked about it, I was told, we don't do that. I tried to buy a bottle of water but none of the vending machines worked.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was polite and accommodating. Custodian and cafeteria staff was excellent. Maria was such a sweet heart and very attentive to all in the Continental breakfast room. Very helpful. Love her so sweet to everyone. Hotel needs some upgrades but well kept. Beds very comfortable!

Out of all my stay at this location this trip was the worst one. Ask for a pack n play n they give me a dirty pack n play very unacceptable. Got change to a different room because I didn’t like the floor in 1st room,the room I got moved to the toilet was leaking I ask for maintenance Wednesday n I had to keep going to front desk to remind them I never see maintenance until Sunday the day before I checked out. The table in the room was so wobbly.

The staff was unprofessional and the hotel hasld a bad odor especially the hallways. Otherwise everything was not bad for the price. Best thing was the hot tub.

Hotel was clean and well-kept as always. Ice machine o third floor was out of order the total time I was there. A working ice machine on my floor is the only thing that was wrong the whole trip. Otherwise, no issues.

The crew working the breakfast area is awesome. The area is immaculate and they are friendly and professional.

The check-in and checkout was very easy. We did late check out and it was only about $25 extra. I liked the free breakfast. The pillows were very comfortable. I do wish the pool opened earlier. It doesn’t open until 9 AM and by that time it’s already too hot outside in August and September.

Staff is always super friendly. Hotel is comfortable & convenient. The only thing that could be better is more variety for breakfast but we usually stay here when we come to this area.

I hated that when I turn ac on there was an awful smell coming out of it!! And I needed it because it's summer and still hot in LA.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Not accommodating and impatient. They need training in order to work in hospitality otherwise go work fast food. Rooms were old and outdated. Save yourself the trouble by skipping this one. The newly built La Quinta 3 min down has excellent customer service and rooms.

Clean property. Parking lot was clean and secure. Lobby was fresh, hallways and elevators. The room was clean with microwave and cold refrigerator. Bed was standard firmness and pillows. Comfortable location. Safe area. Restaurants nearby, grocery stores, and clothing stores.

I had a work trip to this area and this was the least expensive option that looked reasonable. Great deal: low cost, clean rooms, a functional (albeit not extensive) gym, people seemed to like the breakfast, and a nice area with no sketchy behavior. The staff was lovely.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. Pool was nice and clean. Hot tub worked too. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, but still a nice bonus since it was free.

Everything was great. The shower handle was giving me some slight issues (I had to pull it pretty hard and the temperature control was a little funky). Other than that I had no issues. Staff was helpful, breakfast was nice, good amenities.

Top sheets were a bit scratchy but otherwise slept comfortably. I picked the hitel bc of the pool which my daughter enjoyed.

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. Everthing was on point. Breakfast was delicious. Price was great!!

Cons: Rooms were dated. Main elevator was broken. Heard from another frequent guest that its always a problem. Towels were thin, scratchy and had holes. No bar soap included. We'd still stay here again!

This is an older hotel that needs a good renovation, but the room is clean and comfortable and has a microwave and a refrigerator and a good working shower and a comfortable bed. We are initially given a room that wasn’t cleaned yet so we had to redo the process of checking in. But the parking is free and it was only 20 minutes from Anaheim Stadium And we would stay there for again.

Hotels looked and felt old. Carpet was worn. Breakfast had no protein. That said, it was cheap, close to restaurants, had free parking and breakfast (grab and go pastries and waffles). The room was fine and mostly clean, just a bit dated and tired.

All Handicapped parking roped off for 2 days...ice machine and soft drink machine out on our floor...the hotel is really showing age...carpets in hallways are soiled...elevator floor was filthy, but at least it was working, last visit it was out of order...NOW THE POSITIVE....the location is great...all the associates are welcoming and friendly, from the desk personel to housekeeping to the breakfast gal...the beds are the most comfortable with plenty of pillows and decent bedding...towels soft....rooms have fridge..microwave and coffee makers...and it was quiet.....

This is definitely a good value hotel. Paid around $100 for a double queen room on a week night. I decided to give this place a try instead of Holiday inn and save $50. I feel like it was worth the savings. For me, the main difference was in the breakfast. They had a waffle machine and pastries and some fruit and oatmeal but no hot foods such as eggs, sausage, potatoes like most congenital breakfasts include. Definitely not worth paying an extra $50+ for an upgraded breakfast so I was happy with my choice to stay here. Exercise equipment was very dated. I took one look but didn't end up working out. Rooms were slightly larger than average with a small table to sit at with 2 rolling chairs. Bathroom and beds were fine. No complaints.

The property is old, but clean, and in great location, and feels safe. Quiet, parking lot is big. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was old but cleaned. The bed covers were old, but cleaned, and have holes. The bathroom was old, but cleaned. The sink draining was clogged, need plumber fix it. The carpet is good. Will stay here again if we will be in the area.

We stayed here for the amenities especially the pool & we truly enjoyed our stay. The only thing I will say it was hard getting enough towels for everybody (5 of us in 2 different rooms). The front desk guy copped an attitude about it & our key cards stopped working the first day. Other than that, we felt safe & would stay there again. The breakfast was good & other staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel. Have stayed here before and first experience was better than this one. Hotel in midst of renovations. Workers in room above us worked first day 9a-9p. Only stopped after we complained as it was so late. Second day they worked 9a-8p. Lots of pounding, scraping, loud voices, and moving tools and equipment. We should have been informed and possibly asked if we wanted another room as there would be construction above us. No offer after several complaints and no communication about possible solutions except front desk would inform us when they would be done.

The location was convenient with the destinations and attractions we wanted to visit. The hotel staff were very kind and attentive while the property, interior and room were spacious and clean.

Air conditioner was VERY LOUD. and prevented me from getting a good night’s sleep. All vending machines were broken and I would have liked some bottled water.

The breakfast could be better and it would be nice if they allowed the hot tub to stay open later than 9:00 pm. I've been to several hotels that keep it going until 10 or 11 at night. All in all, it was a decent hotel and no serious complaints or issues.

Hallway carpets badly need to be replaced! Bed was to hard.

For an older hotel it was clean and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting family and it was a great value for the area.

In general it’s OK or good except the following: coffee tastes like water; breakfast area is locked outside the breakfast hours, so we can’t get simple things like tea, napkins, folks, etc; breakfast area is way too small for this hotel.
