The lady that checked us in was not friendly. Room had a light fixture that was exposed.

I did not eat any breakfast at the site. My visit with relatives in the area included breakfast with them. There was no option to say I didn't partake.

Realized within 5 minutes of booking we booked the wrong location. Front Desk refused to work with us and Expedia. Extremely rude

The wash cloths in our room were dirty, the tub did not drain, and the tv didn’t work at all so that was very disappointing. Breakfast was extremely limited but it was the hotel nice and quiet and had several dining options around so that was a plus. Overall just an okay hotel.

The Indian lady that was here on Saturday, July 12th at 2pm was severely rude and her attitude was nasty towards me. I had an issue and needed to leave the residence I was staying at so I booked the hotel. I asked if there was anyway to check in early and I was willing to pay but she said absolutely NOT. So I wanted until 1:55pm and came back inside to check in and she was rude and telling me it was still too early (the hotel was not busy, few cars in the parking lot), and when she seen where I was from she made the comment “why you come here?” And then when I told her I just needed to get away, she shook her head at me while proceeding to say “you got email 2pm check in, no earlier”. She was VERY rude. It should be no one’s business on why I book a room! Will not come back again.

No bad feelings

Convenient Refrigerator in room had a massive amount of ice in upper freezer, which apparently had been that way for a while, that it actually cracked the interior of the upper door shell. And could not get anything in it if you tried!

The manager, the fact that I was not given the handicapped room and I fell And the hostial manager kicked us out because I called corporate on the whole thing. He said he didn't like handicapped people they are too much trouble.

Easy in and easy out. One night stay while traveling.

Nothing They tried us in two different rooms it’s was so hot cause the air was turned off and then it wouldn’t even get cold. Was only there ten mins and ask for a refund and was given a hard time and treated like I had went in the room to steal something is the way we was treated finally got our full refund. Also the bed was very hard

Juice machine was broken. Breakfast wasn't anything great. I did see a waffle machine bananas and fruit loops and frosted flakes. They did have French vanilla cream so it was a win for me.

The only real issue was that there was very heavy walking or poor insulation directly above my room. I reported the heavy walking that went on for about an hour after 9 p.m. and there was no change after reporting it. It sounded like kids playing and falling repeatedly on the floor or someone marching around the room above.

Nothing. The room was not cleaned prior to our stay. The bathroom tub had tons of hair in it from the previous occupant. There was used soap, shampoo etc from the previous occupant in the bathtub. All of these things confirms that the room was not cleaned prior to our stay. I addressed all of my concerns with the staff during my checkout and they offered me no compensation or anything. They ignored all of my concerns. Do not recommend and will never return this hotel.

Overall the property was a good stay and the staff was friendly

The quality of the hotel was older. However it was clean. But our toilet was wobbling and the flooring was linoleum. Flimsy and not stuck down real well.

It was loud

Comfortable room and beds Woken up by rattling water pipes early in the morning. Hardly anything there for breakfast. When asked, the staff said that's all you get for the price you paid. They should not be marketing for free breakfast.

Service is terrible. Staff is disrespectful. Terrible customer experience. They do not have any customer service etiquette. Rooms are old and outdated.

When I got to the hotel, no one was around to check me in. It took approximately 10 minutes for a front desk person to arrive and there were 2 other people waiting to check in behind me. It then took approximately 10 minutes to find my reservation and check me in. I did not get a receipt as the printer was broken. The hallways were very noisy between 7 and 10pm. The breakfast was awful. The cereal was stale and the juice machine only gave out water. I was not pleased.

Very quiet,and comfortable. Just a few down sides. Majority of the lights were blown in our room, ask for new bulbs said they'll get to it tomorrow. The place was a little run down, needs updated. I would stay again mainly because the beds were comfortable and you couldn't hardly here I 85 traffic

My daughter and I were displaced from Hurricane Helene, and stayed at the Motel 6. Everything was fine until the pest control lady came and made her rounds to each room to spray for bugs. That evening there were roaches just everywhere!! I let the front desk lady, Carrie or Sherry (I can’t remember her name) know, and she sent her boyfriend or hubby (they both live there) to Home Depot to buy “more” bug spray. They were fully aware of the problem since he let her know that they were out of roach spray and that he would have to buy more. She apparently sprayed while I was out, and I’m not even sure that she really did because it didn’t help. I ended up having to throw most of my belongings away and buy vacuum sealed storage bags to protect the belongings that I had to keep. Hotels.com contacted them and they had the audacity to say that I didn’t bring it to their attention. I obviously did, and I did again at checkout. I should at the very least be compensated for the bags that I had to buy!

Room smelled of weed and the smoke alarm kept beeping. I called the front desk, but no one ever came to fix it.

Shower head sprayed everywhere. Tub didn’t drain.

The shower curtain would not stay closed when in the shower and the heating and air-conditioning dials wouldnt work properly.Towels could have been better😉

For the room - there was no safe, the deadbolt lock did not work, the side door (which was near my room) was supposed to be locked at 8pm, but never was (and workers were using a brick to keep it open as well). The shower curtain in the bath had mold all over the bottom of it! When we arrived, the cable TV was out, there was no toilet paper on the holder (1 roll of toilet paper was on top of the toilet. There was 2 sets of towels and 2 wash cloths (we like to use a clean wash cloth for our face and another for our body). So, we went to the front desk to get more toilet paper and more towels. We were there for 3 nights (Fri, Sat, Sun) and when we saw housekeeping on Sat morning they were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed for our entire remaining stay.

We did not receive housekeeping, no clean towels, wash cloths, etc.

The TVs were not working. The room was not great. Would not stay again.

Got what we paid for. Bed was clean but ice bucket was smelly and dirty, lamp had no button for on and off ( broken) had to be unplugged. AC unit leaked water into floor.

Nothing The bedsheets were rags. The comforters were torn. Reserved King Delux Room. When I checked in, my room HAD to be changed to 2 doubles because we had a pet with us. That made no sense. The room was dingy and we felt unsafe. We checked in at 3:30 and checked out at 8pm.

The room smelled freshly cleaned and was so comfortable. I had to make myself active, otherwise I would have slept the entire time! N/A

Everything was clean. My request for ground floor room was honored. I asked for a room near the side door, they said yes. The air conditioner worked great. It was quiet. Convenient location. Everything was good.

We are early risers and the only thing in the room for my husband to drink was decaf coffee, but no hot cups to make it. So he went without coffee from 4 AM till 6 AM when he could get coffee . No decaf or hot water and I try not to drink coffee. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were nice and quiet. Price was good. Would stay there again.

Well two nights wrre ok little noisy but ok and the 3rd night was almost unbearable ,the lady on the night shift embarrassed me tremendously, said she was calling police on me cause I hadn't paid but i had paid ...i was totally embarrassed and will never stay there again. If hotels.com doesnt compensate my troubles i doubt I'll ever even use them again... that's how bad it was!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff was excellent but room was very old and tired. Chair in room had torn bare areas, toilet was loose and rocked back and forth. Badly needs a upgrade/refurbish in room. Breakfast was very limited.

Let's do a list: * Checking in was great but they have a bunch of rules up on the glass where you check out. I don't know what their clientele is like but it was off-putting as many of the rules were basic human decency. * I had a room in the first floor that faced the rear of the hotel, the sliding window was ground level and didn't lock easily. I had to force it locked. I was concerned bc it was a lot of discarded trash and beer bottles in the wooded area outside the window. I wasn't sure if that was from a past guest or people hang out back there. * the glass window had a disgusting stain on it and was overall filmy. * there were some type of metal containers under the beds so if you flop down on them it makes a noise. * I got up around 4am to use the bathroom and the ceiling was leaking right above the light. I reported to the front desk and they promptly moved me to the adjacent room...while telling me they were aware of the issue.

The location was good and close to several restaurants as well as easy in and out of the parking lot. There were lots of outside cameras. The beds were ok but my room was advertised as 2 Q beds & a double sofa bed but it was only a couch. There were clothes left in the drawers which told me it had not been cleaned throughly. I accidentally left an item in the room at check out and called that afternoon & got told to come by the next morning & speak to cleaning lady which i did. She then got an attitude because i came to collect it. People smoking weed in the hotel where my children were and it would take our breath just walking down the hallway so they cant say they didnt know because how could you not.... They could do so much better.

Price was good. Property lacked breakfast options. Room was a little rundown.

Old furniture, chair was ripped like it came from off the street. The wash clothes were sooooooo dingy. The towels were okay.

Overall, it was not too bad for one night.

Good value

We were moving and traveling with our two dogs. The facilities were clean. We had a room right by the door and it made taking the dogs out easy. I also liked that the hotel was back away from the road since the dogs did not like the sounds of road traffic. The breakfast was pastry and fruit only. The coffee was good but we stopped for breakfast elsewhere. The pillows were on the lumpy side.

The stay was good. The towels and wash clothes could use washing better or replacing.

Its a new clean hotel remodel. The staff is great. And my price through Hotels.com saved me quite a bit of money.

Place needs to be remodeled and housekeeping kept knocking on my door b4 checkout. Staff was nice though.

The bedding were clean but the floors were not that clean. The furniture were really worn out with materials chipping out. They should just throw out the chair and couch. Breakfast was empty before 9 and not refilled.

Clean property, easy check-in and out. Much better option than all the other hotels in the area.

Very peaceful and quiet stay in small hotel. Was rather surprised they didn't have a pool as I thought that to be standard option for most hotels but overall was enjoyable stay

Everytime u move u hear the metal popping and creaking. Could not work the tv No guide to look at for channels. Older people like me need paper guide.

Night staff was helpful and nice. She told me about restaurants near by . Extremely amazing customer service.

We needed a place to stop for a night on a longer road trip and this hotel was great for that. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was great.

We were looking for a basic place to stay one night while traveling to Greenville. For the price I expected better considering what I normally see in my travels. I wished I had remembered my UV blacklight to properly inspect the bedding. The breakfast served was sparse with very weak room-temperature coffee. My only compliment is that the staff and one cleaning woman we saw were all friendly.

The place is disgusting & dirty. I picture they saw on the website for the room, is NOT at all what the rooms look like. The pillows were awful, very old and to say they were lumpy & bumpy was an understatement. It was like sleeping on a bunch of rolled up socks stuffed in a pillow case. The desk chair was disgusting & peeling & lets not discuss the puke green chair they had shoved in the corner of the room.

It was super quiet inside the property and outside, however, I noticed there were people who sat in their cars all day. They didn’t bother anyone but the reason they were there is suspicious. The 2Queens suite was very spacious and clean. There was a stale smoke odor in the room that was difficult to mask. The sofa was very old as well as the curtain. The smoke odor is most likely embedded in them. The only other inconvenience was there weren’t any usb charging ports, not even on an alarm clock. Overall, the room served its purpose at a very budget friendly price. It was a clean and comfortable place to crash after a couple of busy days

No elevator, no carpeting no working outlets to charge phone no clock in toom no kleenex in room not enough towels and toliot sings when flushed

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very humid when the air conditioner was running. The in room refrigerator froze my soda, so I couldn't drink it. The desk chair was very worn out with patches of the black vinyl missing.

Was OK, but there was trouble checking in because Hotels.com supposedly reserved me a particular type of room that was no longer available. It turns out it was a handicapped room, but I did not need a handicapped room so it worked out fine. The room itself is a bit awkward, i.e. the bathroom door jams and is hard to close. Some light switches are difficult to use.

Clean, nice facility. Towels were like sandpaper but bed was comfortable. Decent channels on tv. Breakfast was a waffle maker and cereal. Pretty disappointed.

Easy to get too

Ive never been to a hotel that did this before and i wonder how many times this has been done without being noticed. The owner was not very nice when confronted i dont think i would have gotten my money had i not complained.

Cleanish room, comfortable bed, quiet, safe area, friendly staff. It was pretty good for the price. I’d stay here again. The hallway and lobby could use some cleaning.

This is the only place I’ll stay the next time I’m in the Gaffney area.

No air on in room. Had to go purchase a fan because the air was not on. It was 98 plus that day and walked in to a sauna. Front staff was way out in left field. Seemed like he didn’t have a clue..

Hotel looked new and the room was modern.

Very clean. Attendant was great! Parking was easy. They need to fix the Waffle House parking lot. : )

I didn't know that mattress manufacturer could actually manufacture a mattress as hard as the one I slept on. Might as well have been a large square piece of board. Pillows were comfortable though. Room 115

Not enough toilet paper booked the room for the 8th at midnight by mistake instead of the 7th and had to pay again for the 7th could not get a refund stayed in the room for six hours and then left. Didn’t understand why hotel couldn’t just let me stay without paying twice there were only a couple guests in the whole hotel that night

Only stayed one night but it was good. The room was big and clean. The water pressure in the shower was great. Beds and sheets were good. They were removing the carpet in the hallways either for new carpet or flooring. Would stay again.

It was a good stay for the money. The towels needed to be replaced because they were worn. So if you like soft towels, bring your own. I don’t know if they had breakfast, because we didn’t eat it. But there are lots of restaurants that have food nearby. I left my phone there and was very fortunate that they had it at the front desk and let a family member pick it up.

Reserved the room for 65 a night then got there and they tried to charge me 143 a night. Place smelled like piss and was dirty. I left never to return.

Check-in was quick and the room was clean. The little bar of soap to wash your hands didn't lather so I'm glad I had brought my own soap. This hotel is fine for a quick overnight stay.
