Good location and nice clean rooms.

It was a nice place to stay and everyone was friendly. It was also conveniently a good walking distance to all the surrounding shops and food locations.

Really responsive and kind staff, great location with easy access and near lots of stores and restaurants. Nice indoor pool and large exercise room, clean and comfy rooms and large common area. Breakfast is standard fare and changes daily.

This hotel was amazing! The beds are so comfortable, the curtains blocked out the sun, and the room was very clean. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was so good with lots of options.

Overall the hotel is clean and the staff are very nice. The problem we had is the train. It comes out of a tunnel right next to the hotel, it shook our room and was too loud to sleep through. If you are a heavy sleeper, it is very comfortable. If not bring good ear plugs.

Definitely would stay again

All the staff were friendly and polite. The free breakfast was good overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again. We are in 216 and the shower door did not remain shut while showering. I put the doors in different places, but it’s still open while showering getting water on the floor but overall that was my only inconvenience.

Was very disappointed to discover the hotel was feet away from a railroad track. The train ran night and day making sleep near impossible. The staff was unable to give me another room, they said they were booked up. Personally I feel people should be made aware of something as significant as a train rattling the room and blowing the horn around the clock. The rooms were the same price as ones on the other end of the building that were quiet. I paid nearly $1000 for a 4 day stay that I got little to no sleep the entire 4 days.

I left as soon as we got there at 10pm, Around 11:30pm a man walked into the room. My mother thought it was me coming back so she said “back so soon?” Then she heard him mumbling and he thankfully left. When I did return it was very late and she was still awake and told me what happened. Neither of us slept much that night! In the morning, I went to the front desk and told the woman what had happened. She said “Did you leave the door cracked open?” Like it was our fault someone broke into the room we were staying in. I said “No, I closed the door when I left. “ besides, it is a heavy door that slams shut as soon as I let it go. So it was definitely not left open. I said, “is it possible someone got ahold of a master key?” And she replied, “the only person with a master key was the woman on duty at the desk at 11:30pm”. I said, “Well, he got into our room with a door key.” She just stared at me like I was complaining about nothing. I then said, “ok well please tell someone else that is in charge here because there is a man that has the ability to get into the rooms and the Hotel should know about this so someone can investigate before something bad happens. We were lucky nothing happened.” She just said ok and looked at me like she had no idea what I wanted for her to say to ease our nerves or rectify the situation. The next night, we double bolted the door!!

Over all it was a very pleasant stay and we will use this hotel again.

Hotel was very clean. Very nice bathroom in the room. We had requested a roll away bed when checking in, but when we returned to our room around 11pm, the bed was not in the room. We had to call to the front desk and wait for them to bring it up to us. On the day we were checking out, we had several cleaning staff banging on our door hours before check out time and even coming into our room while we were showering without waiting for us to respond to their knocks on the door, even with our do not disturb sign on the outside of the door. We told the front desk upon check out, but they did not seem to care. Besides this, the hotel was very nice with comfortable beds and clean rooms. Breakfast was very nice also.

Everything was great. Very clean and well kept. Service was excellent.

Staff from check in to check out - personable, attentive and friendly. Room was clean -warm - bed little hard with a few uncomfortable pillows but able switch out. Breakfast was plentiful and appreciated.

We were booked in a room with no heat. It was below 30 degrees outside. They offed us blankets and a discount. After I complained they moved us to another room.

Cleanliness and location

I was put in a handicap room with an odd contraption on the bathtub (who puts a handicapped person in a bathtub room) and was told there were no other rooms available. This was never addressed again. Third time I’ve stayed there in the last two months, may be the last.

While the draft was great, our keys kept resetting and we had to keep doing downstairs to get new working keys. It was so irritating!

It was fine. Mutiple things empty in the room, pillows were terrible. Breakfast was good but you cant ask any questions as there is a language barrier with staff. Had to have the ac on when it was 30 degrees out or the room was super hot. Pool is nice. Not a bad experience.

It would have been fine but the smoke alarm started chirping in the middle of the night and woke us up this happened both nights we stayed. There were a couple of very large dogs down the hall which barked,now and then. The microwave did not keep a set time and blinked 1:31 constantly and the printed buttons were in French!

I stayed two nights, and I did not like that my room was not cleaned after the first night, when I returned the bed was not made, trash not emptied and no clean towels. I inquired at the front desk and was told that the rooms were cleaned ever other day, then I was told that I had to request for the room to be cleaned. That made no sense since I saw the attendant on my floor when I left that morning. I also had family staying at the hotel and their room was cleaned the next morning. That was my only concern with this hotel.

Excellent location on Linton Hall Rd to visit our daughter in Bristow. In huge shopping / entertainment plaza with plenty of good eat / drink options within short drive or walk. All the usual quality amenities of Hampton -- easy check-in/out, courteous staff, clean / comfortable room, nice gym and good breakfast. Will definitely be our home on future visits.

They changed my reservation without telling me. They moved me to a smaller room and expedia didnt help. They charged me for the larger room and expedia didn't find a replacement. Worst service ever and last time i use Expedia.

Room was beautiful and it is located by so much shops. However, staff wasn’t very friendly, shower was leaking out onto the floor with the door closed, and the one air conditioner was very loud.

Location very favorable for eateries and even everyday shopping. The only drawback was proximity to train track. however if one stays at the end of building furthest from the track sleep should not be interrupted. Very clean, All customary amenities.

Room was clean but sparse and not worth paying more than for a Red Roof Inn. I expected much more from a Hampton Inn Hotel: chairs didn't even match and one was a hard as a rock desk chair (w no desk); no amenities in the bathroom. All in all, very disappointing for the price and anticipated quality.

As soon as we got in the room my kids found 3 half drank bottles of beer under the bed in the room. There was also a flosser on the floor. Housekeeping obviously missed all these things. The front desk did offer me another room when I mentioned it, but I had already bagged the items up and after a long day in the car my kids were ready to be settled so we did not take them up on the offer.

The room itself felt reasonably clean, though there was an odd smell—something like hair or lotion products from a previous guest—which wasn’t very pleasant. On the positive side, the pool area was very nice and enjoyable. Breakfast was your standard hotel fare, but the food was decent and satisfying.

There’s a railroad and freeway literally running right next to the building. Fortunately the train didn’t have a whole lot of traffic. We only saw four trains all weekend.

Checking in was a terrible experience. When I got to the hotel to check in, they did not have my name or reservation in their computer. I gave them the itinerary number provided through hotels.com and this was not registering in their system either. I was told this has happened approximately 5 times in the last week to other people and I could just book another room through the hotel. After about 15 mins of trying to get assistance through the hotels.com app with no success given there was no phone number to call and the “Virtual Assistant” was not helpful in the least, I then had to download the Hilton app and my reservation was showing in the Hilton app which also had a confirmation number (different from itinerary number provided by hotel.com). I was wasting time and became really upset coming from a long road trip to this experience.

propert is very good. had bad experience with Expedia because they didn’t share receipt with me. Request for receipt they are charging if $49 extra, which is ridiculous.

They are renovating lobby. Lighting in room-the lamps are either have to be all on or off on the corner lamp. Can’t be adjusted. The key cards didn’t work had to go back down. 2nd set only 1 card worked. The fridge doesn’t have a freezer section.

The first room they gave us was nice and newly remodeled but the tv didn’t work. The desk told us to unplug it and if that didn’t work she couldn’t help me. I asked to be moved and she did but the next room had hair in the shower a wet spot on the carpet and sticky floors in the bath. By this time we were too tired to complain so we went to sleep. We will not use this hotel again.

The only issue was the toilet paper holder was obviously breaking away from the wall when we arrived to the point that we couldn’t keep the TP on it. Seems it would have been an easy fix before our arrival. Breakfast was good, nice variety too of options typical of most hotels these days.

The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

Hotel itself was in a great area! Literally steps from a shopping center. Check in took a bit but I wasn’t too surprised. The room itself was nice, but the bed was not comfortable in my opinion, and I slept terribly. Breakfast was meh, sausage patties, eggs (scrambled one day and an omelette the next), and home fries, along with waffle makers, cereal, oatmeal bar, and bread/pastries. The waffles were good, eggs were ok, I didn’t eat the sausage as I don’t like sausage. Overall, kind of wish we had stayed at the first hotel we originally booked, but this one was a tad cheaper. Just wish breakfast had been better and the bed had been more comfortable 😅

In a nice area with convenient distance to great shopping and restaurants. Property under construction so water turned off during certain times during the day. Side door to parking there are some poorly marked concrete steps. I fell and hurt my knee and arm. Yellow paint or better signage is a suggestion there.

I loved that it was clean and smelled clean, but...maybe tone down the Lysol in the room? My wife had a coughing fit when we came in because it was so strong.

They were currently undergoing renovations at the time of our stay. Only reason for good and not excellent for property condition. Although this did not bother us.

Even though it was so loud my soul left my body every 45 minutes, I still had two free bottles of water. I felt so in love with them at my side the noise moved from shooken to wide awake. Thank you for the sleepless night.

Arrived at 3:10, had a sign on front desk “ Sorry for the inconvenience, but we will be out until 4 PM” What!?! We left at 4:30 with no one still at the front desk to check anyone in and about 20 people waiting to check in, Totally unacceptable.

The desk clerk gave us the wrong time that the breakfast foods would be ready--6:30 instead of 6:00. Our room was comfortable but clearly in need of remodeling. Everything looked old and tired. The hot water in the shower was so hot it was almost impossible to get it cool enough to shower. I got something all over the front of my white shirt leaning on the bathroom counter. It had brown spots all over the lower front portion of my shirt.

The desk clerk remembered me from a couple of stays a year ago during a difficult visit to the area. It was heartwarming.

I traveled back from Wis and needed a place to stay after a long day. Very comfortable!!

Nice hotel, very close to stores and restaurants (Recommend Pot Belly Sandwiches). Breakfast at Hampton Inns is always excellent. Lots of variety. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Convenient to highways. Issues...Front desk staff was less than attentive and friendly and shower set up was a bit strange...Shower was not made for short people, water temp got colder the more you turned the nozzle and soap dispensers were at back of shower...Just an unusual, inconvenient set up. Also the hotel sits next to railroad tracks. When the trains pass, they seem to pick next to the hotel to blow their whistles, which is annoying. Other than that would recommend.

The room needed upgrading but it was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.
