It's not a bad place to stay but once in awhile you get noisy neighbors that wakes you up in the middle of the night

For the price and the hospitality it was perfect

i always enjoy myself here love the staff and cleanig crew the price makes it a steal Suzanne P

All in all everything looked good to me we got in late it was dark and raining but it was a good place to stay

Everything was horrible and the lights and power went out and they didn't want compensate for it either

The rooms are ways clean. The area is quite and there are plenty things near by to do. We always enjoy staying there. The staff is nice also.

If you want quite, this location is not the one. Not much to choose from channels on TV.

So, it's located at an intersection corner. The room overall was clean, but the bathtub was dirty and I had to order some things to clean it and disinfect it prior to use. There is no theme park, but it is located near downtown Gallatin.

There was no breakfast offered.

Gave me a smoking room even though I requested Non-Smoking, 2nd time this has happened. Will not stay there again will sleep in my car if I have to.

I love this hotel. Management has amazing customer service. The rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very convenient to work

Nothing It had roaches and blood on my pillow case. Refused a refund even though I did not stay the night.

Staff isn’t friendly nor welcoming. The rooms have roaches. And you are your own housekeeping. Can’t get clean towels unless you bring dirty down to them. The only thing they have that isn’t terrible is they managed to have comfortable beds. But can’t sleep bc bugs can crawling around the whole room.

The bathroom sink had hair in it I called for housekeeping they came in looked and walked out I had to clean it myself

Very comfy beds and good water pressure in shower. Hotel is on a busy corner so there was a little road noise but not for long. Basic hotel with no extras but a great stay for the price. Will stay here again.

Good cheap stay nice room

It wasn't a great to stay they where spraying for bugs and it was way to close to the road and they also blow grass on peoles car and i won't be going back there.

This property had cockroaches smelled like weed and cigarettes after ask for a non-smoking room

They're not organized They gave me a room and whenever I tried to pay for another night and They didn't even know I was in the room and then was going to call the cops because of it i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone plus they have roaches like crazy and they charge 94 a night it's not worth it

Just renovated, they were finishing up some rooms. would recommend for a night, but not a week.

The room was dated and smelled like moth balls on they walked in without knocking before check out. Was a kid no more no older then 13 years who checked us in

The bed is very uncomfortable

Don't expect anything to work or any privacy. House keeping taps on the door and immediately opens the door, even with the do not disturb sign up. The roaches are friendly and don't mind sharing the room.

It had a weird smell and there were cockroaches everywhere.

srayed chemicals in attempt to cover the stink odors, i put water on a cloth put on the floor moved with my foot and black was all over the cloth just nasty. Owner was not friendly at all. Hard time breathing in the chemicals.

I love this motel!!! Everything is always clean. It’s near everything and the staff there are always friendly.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint I have is that when we were trying to get our stuff out to load the car to leave the housekeeper aw us and asked if we were checking out. I told her we weren't quite ready yet. While we were loading the car with the first things we took down she stood at our door watching. We went back up to get the rest of our things and she still stood there waiting. At that point it felt like we were being rushed out of there even though we still had well over an hour before checkout time.

Room was ok.Room was very hot when we arrived. A/c didn't work to good and took awhile to get the room cooled.

The room was clean but not very clean. The floors didnt look like they had been swept in a little while...especially the bathroom. I was skeptical about the bed.

Asking for illegal certification for a service dog that is not real. Service dogs, by ADA law do not have a legal certification in the United States. Tennessee, by state law, also does not have a certification for service animals.

Biggest scam ever. I bookrd a room, and was only allowed to put in the day i was in. It was after midnight. So when i showed ap at 2 am i was told they did not have the room i requested, and my reservations were for 3pm. I was offered 2 queen beds in a smoking room. And i was told i can not get a refund. I will never stay there, and i will not use expedia for any future travels.

We got there at around 3 am as Nashville hotels were all sod out. We paid over $250 for the night for the room that i think should not be rented at all. on the reception they made us to sign that no smocking is allowed in the rooms, but the level of smock smell that we experienced in the room was so bad that I can still smell that on my bags and clothing that we had on.

Good water pressure in the shower though

Terrible cops were there every night. Jetted tub broken after I paid extra for it. Ended up not staying my last night. Overall experience was bad.

However when we were checking out we were approached by a man snd a woman in a car that wanted to know if were were checking out, early, and if they could give us $20 to rent our room till our original checkout time.

Could have been cleaner. There was dust and crumbs all around the coffee maker and hair in the bathroom. The bed was clean and very comfortable though and it was a great location. Staff was polite as well.

I didn't even stop, it was not a place that looked clean and inviting.

Rooms located within feet of a major highway, County medical center right down the street..sooo ... traffic & sirens all night, also located within a block or so of the Railroad, which is nice when the Ol' Cannonball rolls through & blares her warning whistle at 3:30AM. Walls were splattered with some unknown substance. Bed covers had numerous stains of unknown origin. Lamp shades were dusty and greasy. Canister lamp didn't function. Bathroom door would not close, hinges loose, had to get my tools out and repair it. The motel is within a couple of blocks of the beautiful downtown district.

Ventilation in bathroom was shut with bolted plastic plate. There was no air circulation and air-conditioning was unable to cool room even after 5 hours. Beds were extremely soft to the level that you simply sink into the bed. As they were hot as well it made situation even worse. Sunk into hot bed in the hot room and unable to sleep due to lack of air.

Dont let the outside of the place fool you the rooms are very clean and updated. The only true down side is the noise from the street which they have no control over. You cant beat the price or location. Being within walking distance to the sqaure was amazing.

Property was clean but noisy. The HVAC was awesome. Sheets and pillow didn't smell good.

The hotel was noisy with people and traffic and it was much more sketchy than the pictures led me to believe. Also, it's like passing an act in congress to get more towels.

Everything about this stay was pleasant. The bed was super comfy, the shower had great water pressure. I will be returning

I didnt realize the rooms were facing the busy street but was able to sleep. The noise was not as loud as I expected. The room was comfy and the pollow top mattress made sleeping great! They accepted dogs which is why we stayed here. Pet fee only $15 per night. Were have an 8lb shtisu mix. The motel is family owned and you can tell they are fixing it up. They had a couple small things that needed repair and the carpert needs replacing. The room has been updated funiture, paint and sink. It was a pleasant stay.

Second time we have stayed here it was great under new ownership and they are updating the rooms. Very clean and relaxing the only complaint I have on the room we got was the ac fan would only blow out at low speed. It took awhile to cool down the room but it was 96 degrees outside. Other then that nothing bad to say the people were friendly and was very pleased.

I loved the stay very clean and staff was great. Would absolutely stay again.

Very please the room had some nice updates l I'll ke new mattress and was very clean. The only complaint I have is the carpet needs to be replaced or steamed cleaned if you walk around in socks or bare feet socks and feet would be black. They lady at felnt desk said that hotel was just bought and ower is in process of renovating. All employees were very nice and help full. For the price I was very pleased.

Only 3 complaints: bed was too hard, pillows too few and flat & hair dryer didn't work. Didn't rest well.
