The breakfast was great, and the pool area was very nice. The only concern was the air conditioning vents blew directly on us while sitting on the couch. This caused us to need sweatshirts in that room even when we adjusted the air temperature.

Friendly staff especially front desk. She explained all the amenities. Unfortunately, we were there for only one night. Didn't even stop for the breakfast in the morning, though the front desk offered to pack us up a breakfast. We were headed to airport, and would get breakfast there, so we declined. But it was a nice gesture.

Room was clean it meet my expectations. Pool was also nice and clean and good temperature. Complementary breakfast area was clean and meal was warm and good.

Rooms are not soundproof. Our neighbors had boisterous children and dogs. Amenities we did not use: There is a nice pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The little fitness room had basic equipment. Did not see the laundry facility.

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options to start the day right. Housekeeping did an excellent job, our room was always clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I also really appreciated the free laundry facilities, which made my stay so much more convenient. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the pool area, it was perfect for lounging and enjoying the AZ sun! The property itself was amazing, easy access to local events and places. The staff was super friendly and helpful from check in to check out. We also enjoyed the amenities, I mean how great is it to have my laundry done before I got back home!

Relatively new and well maintained. Nice pool which our granddaughters very much enjoyed. Very capable, attentive staff, assistant manager, who helped when we had a noise problem with the next room. Our bed was not a queen size bed. Breakfast on Sunday was excellent. Breakfast on Monday was not ready at 6:30. Regular coffee was lukewarm and oatmeal was watery, not properly prepared.

The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable beds! The breakfast was amazing! Full hot buffet breakfast with several food choices. The room had a full kitchen with all dishes and utensils, made traveling with a toddler great. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time our family has stayed at this property. They have a great breakfast every morning. We have 5 people age 14 and over in our family, so it is nice to find a place that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 3 beds plus a pull out couch and a kitchen. The pool area is very nice. It would be nice if there was another hot tub or at least a bigger one. There is only one, and it is small. Maybe 6-8 people can fit. We have 5, so that doesn't leave room for many more. Also the pool closes at 10pm. It would be nice if it would be open until 11pm, or at least 10:30pm. They come around and make you leave at exactly 10pm. The property is in a nice location. There is a Fry's grocery store next door and many eating establishments. We enjoy this property.

Nice staff. Clean room. Breakfast could be better as the coffee was old and highly acidic. Parking was a bit difficult due to all the service trucks. They should be segregated to facilitate easy parking.

The breakfast was great. I needed a handicapped bathroom, and after initial problem with scheduling, the staff was able to get me into one. I am grateful. The price was high, but probably within line of comparable motels.

The hotel was kind enough to give us the largest suite in our class, for our first stay there. It was a spacious corner unit and was quiet & very nice. The bed was comfortable, too. We enjoyed the hot tub but it was too cool to swim. The hotel was extremely clean & fairly new. The staff were kind & helpful; we would stay there again. For what we spent, my partner feels they could have "stepped up" the breakfast offerings. It was enough, but typical of an "average" hotel breakfast. They could offer whole grain bagels instead of only white & more flavorful scrambled eggs, for example. At 20 minutes before end of service, they did not refill the fresh cut fruit and told my partner that they were not bringing out any more hot food, and the potatoes tray was empty.

We had a great experience here. The rooms were clean, loved having a full kitchen basically for our family since we were in town for a wedding the full fridge was perfect to store food for it. The breakfast in the morning did not disappoint. Had something for everyone. Even my pickiest eater. Loved that this place had a room that could sleep my whole family of 6 and I didn’t have to buy 2 rooms. It was perfect for us in every way!

We had an amazing stay at Staybridge Suites East Gilbert. We were in town for a softball tournament, our room was clean, comfortable, and offered so much relaxation for our family! We really enjoyed the full size refrigerator, and spacious rooms. The room fit our family of 6 great with 2 bathrooms and big rooms! The location was amazing, everything you could need right outside the hotel. We will be booking again if ever in the area.

We had a party of 5 and reserved a room so we could all stay together (out of state guests). We received a phone call that said they would have to put us in 2 rooms due to AC malfunction. Unfortunately the rooms were down the hall from each other and made the stay not what we had anticipated.

This was the perfect family gathering place for us as we enjoyed a family wedding down the road. The Den was perfect. The pool. Breakfasts and the table spaces. The laundry facility was amazing and the rooms could hold us! Thank you! We used our kitchens and full sized refrigerators. A wonderful setting. You’ve thought of everything!

My stay was amazingly great at this location. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities in my room were clean, soap/lotion dispensers full , towels, and kitchen was clean with plenty of dishes. My family will be returning to this hotel. I give a 10/10 stars.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. I was charged an additional $185.52 without my consent. I've tried reaching out to the hotel and no one ever answers. I was on hold for over 33 minutes. If this is not resolved i will never stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Stayed in a one bedroom suite. Liked the unit's layout and found the beds comfortable.

We were given a free upgrade to a suite. We traveled with all our kids and no one had to sleep on the floor and it was wonderful! The beds weren’t amazing by any means but everything else made up for it. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! The staff was awesome!

Overall very nice hotel, the only dislike was our room was on the Baseline street side which was very busy and noisy.

Fabulous property, great staff and good accommodations. While I put “breakfast” in my Expedia filter and this properly came up in a list that included breakfasts that were part of the daily rate, it was not included (sneaky). I was a bit miffed but not enough to change my solid recommendation for this place. I’m guessing my mistake by not FULLY reading. Just be aware if you are looking for that to be included. $10 per for continental breakfast, $17 for breakfast buffet, plus made to order options (plus tax and tip).

Room was on Baseline road, so traffic was heard & drapes were in need of attention.

I’m very impressed with the overall state of this hotel. Almost everything seemed brand new so I was shocked to hear this location is six years old. The art work around the property and in our room was impressive as well. Our room was extremely well maintained and clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.

We were a little disappointed with this property. Whilst the rooms were spacious and had good facilities, the cleanliness let it down, stains on the carpet and upholstery looked dirty and well used. The room smelled of strong cleaning detergent with a faint odor of cooking smells. Part of the wall into the bathroom looked like it had been chewed by a dog. The main public areas were clean. Overall disappointing.

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s beautiful inside and out. Cleanliness is important to me and I could tell from the moment we stepped foot in our room it was a 10 out of 10. Bed was very comfy and it was wonderful having a kitchen. Staff is great and free breakfast was the best.

Stayed on a Tuesday to be close to the Mesa Gateway Airport for an early flight. Accommodated early check-in, taking the extra time to find an available room. That was greatly appreciated. This place is clean! The beds are comfy. Pool area was nice. And they provided complimentary small plate appetizers-that evening was meatballs, Asian veggies, pot. stickers, mini eggrolls, and delicious cupcakes. Thank you for the small plate, light dinner. The breakfast was being set up when leaving, but I was able to grab a hot coffee and a tasty blueberry scone for the quick ride to the airport. I will definitely stay here every time I transport through Mesa. The area is nice with tons of stores and restaurants too. All good here.

Hats off to front desk staff (especially Margaux) who placed us in our room several hours early when we arrived. Loved the breakfast and Social Hour Monday through Wednesday. Also complimentary laundry was a bonus. Will reserve a room at Staybridge next time we visit Gilbert!

No complaints whatsoever. Breakfast was great. Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect, clean with plenty of room. There were a bunch of kids there that were obviously on sports teams - we never heard them when we were in our room, I credit both the hotel and the kids for maintaining a quiet environment.

This place has a super warm outdoor pool! We swam in it everyday during cooler temperatures and my kids called it a hot tub. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at a Staybridge Suites, and I was thoroughly impressed! Loved the spacious room with the kitchen. Our room was very quiet despite being right next to the elevator. The property was beautiful. What I especially liked was the breakfast! I’ve never had a breakfast at a hotel that was as good as theirs! Many options and something different each day. Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying there! I will definitely stay at a Staybridge Suites again!
