Loved the location, the cleanliness, all the amenities, the pool, the hot free breakfast, and the wonderful staff.

The room was clean and had plenty of towels. The facility was clean and quiet; the staff was helpful but not intrusive. It was nice to have coffee in the room as well as during breakfast. The breakfast was typical.

The place is pretty well kept but run down, overall beat up - but tidy. There was a notable smell of marijuana in the halls and was masked by some air scent - fortunately there was no smell in the room. AC worked well for the main room but the bathroom was quick to get hot/humid. Fixtures, furnishings, and technology was a bit outdated. The staff were unwelcoming and average, nothing was notable. Overall, an average experience. Would likely stay there again as the price was fair compared to other locations. Then again, I would suggest spending a little more money else where for a better experience.

You choose this property because of its price. However, you have to pay a $200 incidental fee. That’s insane! Additionally, all the rooms are very loud. The one good thing is the breakfast!

My check in process at 2am after having been flying all day was a breeze. Upon entering my room my first thought was wow theres no carpeted floors to worry about dirt and grim. My room was spotlessly cleaned; I always pull back bedding to check for bedbugs and nothing found 🙌. My only complaint if at all is someone trailed water from the pool to the elevator, the elevator floor was sopping wet. Breakfast was standard as far as any free breakfast and staff were nice and accommodating.

The location is clean, the non-management staff is nice enough, but the standard operating procedures here are dangerous and non conducive to a safe enjoyable stay. It is very inexpensive though, so maybe you get what you pay for.

Clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful and got me checked in quickly. The hotel is adjacent to the mall in Mesa which was nice for some shopping and food court for dinner. Happy with the 48A Tesla chargers on site which made charging very convenient and fast for Level 2 chargers. Will stay here again next time I need to visit Mesa.

It was very close to where we needed to be during our stay but we will never book this property again The Staff was Very Rude from the minute I walked in, the bed was built on a metal frame and every time you moved it sounded like a soda can was being crushed kept us up all night, when I booked online I asked for Pet Friendly then was told when checking in it was not so I had to pay to have my non service dog nodded very expensive and unjust and to be told my problem was booking on line and not directly with the property so it was get rid of the 2.5lb dog or vacate my room I Will NEVER stay at a Sure Stay Best Western “PLUS” again and what made it a Plus Property I still can’t figure it out and a big sticker on the shower that read Slippery When Wet I had specifically asked for an ADA Room I got a message a few days before check in that said none available but there was a two queen bed with an ADA Bathroom somewhere in the Hotel or a King on the First Floor I chose the downstairs King Room only to be told there was nothing Available at my check in I am legally disabled so we were put on the third floor even though there was an elevator it was difficult moving through the Hotel and the shower was very dangerous we had not floor Matt or rug the shower leaked from under the door to the floor outside the shower we had to use a towel to step out in order to not slip and fall and the few little strips of what ever the stuff was on the inside floor did not cover the area where you stand so it was very slippery its the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Clean, quiet, comfortable, helpful and courteous staff. The hotel is dated but they keep it nice and clean. Good basic hotel breakfast. My only complaint is no usb ports for charging in the room, only plug in ones on the lamps.

The desk clerk was very pleasant & helpful at check-in. After I told her I would be leaving before the breakfast hours,she told me I could get a "breakfast bag" to go and asked me what time I would like it. Much appreciated since I had an early-morning flight!

The location was fantastic. It was near everywhere we needed to go& close to a great mall for a bit of leisure time. The beds were really comfortable& there were plenty of pillows on the beds. The rooms were fairly quiet, so my sister& I were able to sleep fairly well. The pool area could have been tended to better. There were no towels, yet there was a bin to return dirty ones. The hot tub was cloudy, maybe needed a treatment. The coffee at breakfast tasted off both mornings.

The check-in person was quite unfriendly and disinterested and muttered - information he gave was unintelligible.

Comfortable, clean room and bathroom. The breakfast used to be better in the past (for example, they had hard boiled eggs for the lactose intolerant guests), but it is still pretty good. Excellent location.

I had a first floor tucked away room which would normally not be my preference but, in this case, was perfect! It was quiet, very little foot traffic and no road noise. Parking was tight but always available. Breakfast was typical, but for the price I couldn’t be happier. My dad had a medical emergency that landed him in the hospital and his home where I’d planned to stay wasn’t in a condition that was inhabitable until I had it deep cleaned. I was within a couple miles of his home and Banner Baywood making life easier during a difficult week. I appreciated finding this hotel and having a quiet, peaceful retreat from a pretty chaotic week. Thank you SureStay and Best Western and staff. I never like having the only sink space in the room. The shower is a little like stepping into a space module, but it’s adequate. I know it can’t be changed but something to consider for future SureStays.

I am not a hotel snob but definitely like a clean environment without visible wear. This hotel absolutely met my expectations and the breakfast was better than a typical complementary bkft. There was a waffle maker, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, scrambled eggs, toast, potatoes, bacon that alternated days with sausage, muffins and fresh fruit. Everything was kept clean and well stocked. Beverages included reg and decaf coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juices and water. There were various flavored creamers including Carmel macchiato, hazelnut and French vanilla. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Laundry was available for $2.50 per washer and $2.50 for dryer. Overall, very nice and would definitely stay again!!

The staff was rude, I have never heard of running a CC before you check in and because of this my card was locked and they cancelled my reservation. The beds were hard the AC was sooo loud in the room and the breakfast was horrible. Will never stay there again!!!!

Staff was welcoming and very nice. Room was clean and ready as stated. Breakfast was good (eggs bacon potatoes waffles) Coffee was hot and available. Handed the room keys in before I left and was thanked for staying and wished good travels. The 4 stars - there are areas with the property that need to be repaired or cleaned. But nothing that would prevent me from staying at this property again.

We were very satisfied with our stay here. We only stayed one night, but the rooms were clean and the staff was very pleasant. They also had a laundry, washer and dryer on site that we were able to wash our clothes which was very nice. There was a continental breakfast was full staffed with food a variety for everyone.

Our key card never worked a second time. Once we left our room, we had to go back to the desk to get it operational again. There were never towels at the pool. There's a bathroom near the pool but you have to go to the front desk to have someone let you in. The staff at the front desk were not friendly nor helpful beyond the basic necessary level. Maintenance and housekeeping were both helpful. The food was the standard free hotel breakfast. The pool was really cold, which I would not expect for May.

The desk person made me feel it was an inconvenience to ask any questions, but they didn't explain anything or even greet me, so I had to ask. I also didn't like that I had to go find an ATM to get cash in order to get quarters from the desk to use the laundry facilities.

Breakfast had everything — any kind of breakfast including Sweets Carbs & Protein. I could not find Peanut Butter for a healthy fat. I like to sleep in a cold room, then could not find an extra blanket. The Public sitting spaces were nice… The relationship with the nearby restaurant was helpful as I did not have personal transportation.

Found the room clean with laminate flooring. Sheets and bedding not on the softer side. Minimal bed cover. A/C kept the room cool and comfortable, even with the minimal bed cover. Weird shower area, had a round section and had very slippery floor. Small refrigerator with no freezer section. Did have a microwave. Breakfast was good.... continental with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Plenty of seating for breakfast. It was located in a great area, next to so many places to eat and a shopping center.

Umm, Phoenix was hosting the WM golf, every hotel had doubled the prices.

Maids so jaded and angry and maintenance people were like out of a dateline episode😳. Bedding was awful more like a tablecloth...it was loud dated ,& old rusty and dirty inside & outside and when I asked for hot water the breakfast staff said they had none🤔they were also angry people seemed so unhappy to be working it was the worst!

We usually stay here when visiting family in AZ. The property is average. The rooms pass but are not super clean. The breakfast is obviously a plus and has a good variety. My kid loves to have the waffles. The beds are ok. The double bed rooms are too small for my liking. If they would make the beds a queen that would work but they are double beds. Not ideal for a family of 4 unless your kids are small.

Was in a strange location within the confines of a large mall and a little hard to find ( one sign was in a place where it could not be seen right in front of the hotel and the other so small and virtually on the ground). Otherwise it was a nice place, good breakfast, and great wi fi.. The room was pretty small good for one but two would be crowded

2) I changed my card that was to be charged. This should have been a very simple process, but instead lead to numerous desk visits and calls to my credit card issuer. Very frustrating and time consuming! 3) I arrived very late and the entrance was very dark (scary) and looked like it was closed. Even the people dropping me off did not want to leave me. I was in a room at the end of the hall that was not well lit. Again, scary. I did not feel too safe at this point. 4) Unbeknown to me, I slept on a dirty bed. I did not realize it until I woke the next morning. I reported it and no one seemed to care. They just changed the bedding. Ick! 5) There is a sign posted at the desk that the security cameras are not monitored. WHAT?!? Definitely did not feel safe. I wanted to leave but the booking I had was none refundable. I would not stay here again and if I thought it was worth pursuing I would ask for a FULL refund!

When we got to the property, we were informed that it would be an additional $40 per night because we had our two children, making the number of occupants four. When I booked the room, it showed the same price for two vs four occupants so I hadn’t realized it would make a difference. We were given the option for clean towels and trash removal daily, and that never happened over our three night stay. The room did have cold AC and plentiful hot water. That’s not enough to make me want to stay again.

We'd go right away and be gone awhile. We got back about 10 pm and were disappointed that it hadn't improved, even with the window open. I went to the front desk. Crystal was now lead at the front desk and Khai was still there. Crystal was courteous but sort of stone walled, told me they were completely booked, and wasn't really interested in any problem solving. She finally came out from behind the desk to check it out. She told us they used ozone to kill everything like mold in the rooms and humans can't be around when it's used. She left saying she would call the manager. I checked my phone to see if I could get a room elsewhere since this place was reportedly fully booked. I found lots so I went to the front desk. Crystal looked at me like she didn't know why I was there. I asked if she had any news. She said the manager said no refunds. I told her this is ridiculous and she called the manager.

Good breakfast and comfortable beds and great AC. Shower is an odd shape but good size. However, the tiny curved shelf hardly holds a bar of soap and 1 travel bottle of shampoo. We would still gladly stay here again.

We were told at check-in because we were staying 5 nights it was mandatory daily cleaning. If we did not want/need our room cleaned to put out do not disturb sign. We never had the do not disturb sign out but had to ask for supplies such as towels, kleenex, TP every day. Our room was never “cleaned” sheets never changed or beds made. We had to ask for garbage to be removed. Bathroom had dirty gross tile, corners were filthy. Breakfast was Sub Par. I went off previous reviews when booking this but was sadly disappointed. Room was way to expensive to be this dirty and horrible housekeeping service during our stay.

The young lady was very nice at the front desk. The manager on duty (Tammy) could have been a bit more personable, but that’s my opinion. Not even a good afternoon or welcome upon waiting in line. As she was helping another customer, she bluntly said she can help you over here. I will not come back to this specific hotel for this specific reason.

The thing I’m not very happy about is that there’s no where that discloses an extra $15 a night for a third person. Even though we have a room with 2 beds.

Charged twice for one night stay. Manager Shelly was rude. I was charged for 2 nights due to a scheduling mistake. Tried to cancel 10 min after booking and motel Shelly refused to cancel or refund.

The room was spotless and the water pressure and temperature for the showers were superb. The beds were not very comfortable and there were blankets instead of comforters. The breakfast options were basic but stocked well. Besides that, front desk service was excellent.

The management at this hotel treats their guests like criminals when you check in. Every guest staying in the room is required to produce your state ID/Drivers License, and they enter the information on your license into their computer system , and they do not cleanse it from their system after your stay. This is a violation of your consumer right to privacy, and poses a real risk of identity fraud to all guests who stay at their hotel. Also, the elevator was not operating, and there was no advanced warning about this at the time of booking the reservation. Be ready to climb three flights of stairs with all your luggage.

The elevator was not working at the time so had to walk up to the second floor. Bed was ok small pillows. Shower ok had decent pressure.

Safe area great staff

We noticed a leak in the toilet right after we arrived and notified the front desk. They finally sent somebody the next day in the afternoon. The problem was that he didn’t speak English and wasn’t able to understand the problem. It was still leaking when we left the next day. Also, they said they’d replace the towels and empty the garbage. That never happened

The staff was awesome. Weird rooms the bathroom needs a divider of some sort of wall. Not the most comfortable part of using a bathroom when you know your significant other is close to the door you lock. Very very weird. The room needs privacy for the bathroom for itself!!!! Breakfast not a good variety.

Non working elevator to 3rd floor and that is where the room was. I had to take the stairs and carry luggage with bad knees.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Room was clean, received several emails and texts saying our room was ready for when we arrive. Staff was polite and always helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Check out was great. The only thing I can say is that the deposit is high ($200). However, it’s returned immediately without any delay. We will plan to make this place our choice to stay.

6 out of the 8 staff that we interacted with were extremely personable and provided great customer service! The breakfast had several options (The only downside about breakfast was that the coffee was REALLY hot and the cups were too hot to hold as there were no sleeves a ailsble.) The pool and hottub were nice additions. A large mall was right across the road. Several dining and shopping options within walking distance. Very safe area. Convenient access to many area attractions as well as the airport.

The staff was nice, however the manager gave attitude and was making check in difficult. It took us an hour to get checked in and they still called us back down after we were already asleep from a 5 hour trip. We were told we would get a room with a king bed and got a room with two full beds. Breakfast was decent, probably would not stay there again.

I had picked to pay at the hotel, they charged me for both rooms before arriving anyways, they would not let me pay for two rooms on the same card and required both rooms that i reserved to each have a $200 deposit that I still have not gotten back, we had to cancel one reservation and pay for the other room without getting reimbursed first. Staff customer service attitudes were very good and hotel general condition was all fine. But the hotel as a whole is basic (no workout facility and room felt smallish. Bathroom was an enclave, just enough room for the toilet and shower was just enough for one person. Sink was separate, exterior). Room was clean and bed was fine. - Surrounding area where hotel is located is a large shopping center, which has certain advantages.

The Hotel was listed as having a restaurant and they did not. Very disappointing!

I did not stay here. I made a mistake and booked the stay for the wrong night. When I realized it I was 2 hours past my grace period and then spent 1.5 hours trying to get help on Expedia to hopefully change the reservation to the very next day. When I finally got to speak with a Tammy the manager she said they would not be able to make the change and I would be charged for the room in full, especially considering I booked with them third party. I will not be using this chain in the future.

This site says trucking parking onsite and when i got to check in they don’t have truck parking so your site needs to be updated

In and out fast

The most immediate red flag was the security deposit. While most hotels require a standard hold for incidentals, the deposit here was absurdly high

Breakfast was good and when something ran out they were right there to make sure there was more. The room was clean and big with nice furniture. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient upon check in and very accommodating.

I’ve been traveling for over 2 months now and my cc’s were pretty full, my girlfriend and I booked this hotel which we stayed at 2 days before without issue. We went to check in and the Manager would not accept my girlfriends cc because the hotel was booked under my name, my girlfriend was there with me, with her cc and we did the same exact thing 2 days before. Made NO sense, i was there with ID, she was there with ID, but she wouldn’t budge!

I am not a breakfast person but I noticed plenty of breakfast food options while getting coffee. The quality of the coffee can be improved. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. The property was very clean. Location is great for shopping.

The walls are paper thin. You could hear every noise from the hall and the rooms sharing a wall. If you are a light sleeper, don't stay here. The metal bed frame would bang when we would roll over. The motion sensor light would turn on and wake up my spouse when I got up during the night.

I loved the hot tub outside of my window, it made an excellent way to keep an eye on my sleeping toddler while still having a chance to relax. Staff was amazing the only thing that made it only a 4 star is there were some minor damages in the room that were a little inconvenient but didn't ruin the stay. I brought it up to the staff and they fixed what they could immediately and made a report for what they couldn't. Beds are a little noisy having a metal frame but we're super comfortable. Overall a great stay and excellent service. Will stay again if I'm not camping!

We stayed in Rm#233. the toiled overflowed and we had to use the bathroom in the lobby. We went downstairs to complain, Pattie, the manager on duty, just handed us a plunger and said no maintenance persons were on duty this weekend. Told her we were not plumbers and she did not offer another room so we checked out first thing in the morning

Staff was pleasant. First we were given keys to a room that was already occupied, not ideal. We chose the hotel because we had been on the road all day and my husbands back was spasming and he needed a hot tub. I even verified it was open and working at check in. After going out walking to loosen things up we came back to being told we couldn’t use the hot tub because it had rained earlier in the day and we could get electrocuted, even though there was no weather at the time or lightning. The bed in our room is on a metal box so every time you get on or off the bed, rollover or move, it sounds like someone hits a metal trashcan with a rubber mallot. Breakfast…no thanks. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There is a nice diner next door and a mall across the parking lot.

The breakfast attendant was attentive and kind. The receptionist at night was okay. The morning staff was dry. Very upset that 200 was held in my card. When you read what you book is what you’re paying, it is shocking to have to have 200 additional funds held for a 2.5 star hotel at best.

The room was awesome, the shower spacious, and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was great they served eggs, fried potatoes, bacon, sausage links, waffles, bagels, bread for toast, muffins, yogurt, and fruit. They had coffee, orange juice, lemonade, watermelon water, and water. The hotel has a pool, vending machines, and an elevator. Walmart is about 5-7 minutes away, and close to convenience stores and eateries. We really enjoyed our stay, price was affordable, however, they do charge a $200. deposit at checkin. The room was nice the bed was noisy the steel frame made a noise everytime you moved. The room we had was noisy as every time they emptied the dumpster at early hours or someone threw something in it there was a crash. On check in the person at the desk said that they could not allow us to stay there because the name on the card was different than reservation. I have a 2 part name and on my id it says how it is, my card I only use part of it. So finally she said it was ok. The first morning we did not realize that the breakfast ended at 9 and we went down at 9 :15. The breakfast was gone and the lady taking care of it said I can give you a couple of plates so nice. Laundry was good. I probably would not stay there again.

Would not stay here again. The shower leaks bad, one staff member told us they knew they had problems with that room shower because the seal was put on backwards. I ask why they put us in a room where they knew there was an issue. They said they did not have very many king bed rooms. They should have put us in another room with 2 beds and had the problem fixed. There was no seal! Another staff member told me ALL the showers leaked and they decided to deal with it rather than fix the problem. MANY Towels were soaked. In addition the stool leaked and the floor was soaked behind the stool. The hair dryer worked for 5 seconds and then shut off, when they came and checked they said it worked. It did not. When I informed them of the stool they did not even write down the issue. I do not believe they take care of the property. The room appeared clean but the floor was so dirty when you get in the shower the floor turns black from your feet. Bonus we only saw one cockroach. Staff was pretty friendly for the most part. Best Western- do better!

I never had the breakfast. My only complaint was all of the noise that the cleaning lady was making the morning of my check out time. I really needed sleep that morning but wasn’t able to get it due to all of the bumping and thumping. Other than that everyone was very polite and treated me with kindness!

The room staff were constantly busy and keeping things tidy. I personally didn’t have mid Ch room work done due to only being there 4days but the did take care of any requests I had. The microwave and fridge were there and worked great. The breakfast was nice and filling, a buffet style traditional eggs potatoes and bacon/sausage depending on the days as well as other breakfast incidentals. It’s close to the exits, shopping and restaurants as well. I will definitely be staying again.

Worth the cost

The breakfast was pretty basic; waffles, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage, potatoes. The few things I did not like were that the pillows were so flimsy, the bed was on like a metal frame and it was so noisy getting up and down, and the person above was walking around and it sounded like someone trying to break in the room. It was SO loud, that scared me so bad since I was a female by myself, didnt help it was at like 3am. Get top floor! My favorite thing was the shower! It was really nice and the shampoo/conditioner smelled so good. My hair also did not feel like crap after using it. Front desk ladies were also very nice!

Breakfast was good. We normally don't get Waffles but It was so easy here we got and enjoyed them It was not too crowded. The shower door in the room Leaked as it was installed wrong. We just hoped that the motel didn`t blame the leak on us.

All the rooms only have double beds. You should have queen beds in this day and age if you expect 2 people to be able to share 1 bed. The rooms were otherwise fine except the sink had an odd sewer smell. I didn’t appreciate the $200 room deposit. That’s kind of absurd when other places only take a $50 incidental charge. There’s not even a minibar in the room that could trigger additional charges. One of the best things was that the hotel was easy access to the freeway. So overall a decent place. But the bed size and the excessive deposit I probably would choose a different location to stay next time I’m in town.

This is a perfectly fine budget - plus property. Clean comfortable room. Good bed, good shower, closet with hangers, actual drawers, a good hot breakfast with all the basics. Coffee, juices, cereals, yogurts, bagels, muffins, eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles. Staff friendly, housekeeping excellent. Again, nothing fancy but perfectly acceptable. The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars for a budget property is that there are LITERALLY no USB ports in the rooms. Thankfully I bring my own, just in case. But this needs to be fixed by Best Western ASAP.

Hotel wasn’t brand new but it was clean, great staff, great water pressure, nice hot shower, amazing king bed and nice pillows. Liked the new laminate floors instead of carpet. The price was great, awesome location! We were close to mesa airport, within walking distance of a mall, Cheesecake Factory and many other restaurants and shopping. That was appreciated when we needed to kill time and had no car. My only complaint was the card reader at the desk. It wasn’t working and charged our card 5 times for the deposit! Staff said they were not great machines so maybe it’s time to upgrade. All the charges dropped off within a couple days. I left this card reader feedback for management. We would definitely stay here again.

Biggest concern is I had someone tried to break into my room at midnight by pulling on the door knob aggressively and repeatedly. When I told the front desk worker in the morning, they told me they would let their boss know and dismissed by concern by stating “he was probably drunk”. Definitely unsafe for a woman traveling alone.

We had an interesting experience at Sure Stay Plus. While the staff was amazing, the property needs some upgrades. Cookies in the evening were nice, and the location is perfect.

They also hit your card for a $200 security deposit with no pets, no kids, just 2 old people spending one night. This is near family and a frequent area for us to visit, but we will be choosing another hotel next time.

Charged an extra 20 dollars for my 15 year old child that is considered adult by Best western but child with Expedia. Expedia asks the age of children when booking, this should have been factored into booking rate.

Mesa was beautiful. The hotel was in a great location. The staff were fabulous! Enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well! Would stay again!

I didn't arrive until after 9:30. The room was ready and it was clean. The toilet ran during the night and wouldn't flush in the morning. I rattled the handle and everything was fine. The pillows were comfortable and the room was good.

Overall, property was great. We were housed on the second floor at the end of the hall. However, we could constantly hear bumping above us and noise from outside. We were on the outside of a fence of commercial property with trucks going back-and-forth which made it noisy in the morning. However, overall, I’d stay again only this time not at the same location on the property.

The floor was horrible dirty. Major stains. I had to walk around with shoes on at all time. 3 out of the 4 light fixtures didn’t work. The room has a bad smell.

Due to the elevators being out of service diff didn’t notice guest. My room was located on the tired floor, when it was address about this issue I was told it’s nothing they could do. It’s out of their control.

This hotel was great. First, the value is almost unheard of, but there is no sacrifice for quality of stay. I’ve stayed here twice on both times have been consistent. The amenities are more than adequate and the room is comfortable.

The room was horrible, I felt dirty just by being in it. There was grass between the sheets, gum on the sheets, and blood. Because we got back into the room to sleep about 2:30am and were tired. We put our own blanket over the bed to sleep. I will not be returning and suggest no one ever stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean staff were very polite breakfast was the normal, for a free breakfast but staff always had the food available to everyone. the only downfall was we used the pool a couple of times in the morning, and you are supposed to use your key card to access but it was not working, you could just walk right into the pool area. We also noticed the back door you walk out of to get to the pool, or a back parking lot was open to anyone for access. You did not have to use your key card at all. This was a big concern for us. We talked to a woman at the front desk, and she said it is very safe here and because she had been working there for many years, they never had anything happen and we should feel safe. Well, that was not the answer we were looking for at all. Anyone can have access to the first floor coming through that back door. I hope they change this for everyone's safety. We saw employees coming in through that door without using any card at all. And others who may have been staying at the hotel?

Bed was very loud to get on and off of or even roll around on. I’m skinny guy 6ft tall. That bed was noisy and not big fan of the hard wood floors in the hotel room at all. Shower door says caution slippery, but the door on shower has no stopper so it will go all the way open in either direction so if you did slip you would end up on floor out side of shower very dangerous. Elevator was constantly soaked from people coming in and out of pool to rooms. Never seen any staff in haul ways at all also staff just smoke cigarettes right out side the front door of the entrance.

The breakfast is very good with eggs, meat, waffles, bagels, english muffins, juice and coffee.

Stayed one night and in the morning when I woke up there was a lot of bugs in the bathroom floor. Looked around the room the was more by the walls. Went to front desk they sent housekeeper to the room bugs kept coming out thru cracks in the wall. Worse experience the bugs were going inside the shoes and clothes we had on the floor.

Hotel was clean, helpful staff.

The hotel you can tell is an older cheaper hotel that has been nicely renovated. It appears really nice and it was clean. But the rooms are really small, bathroom really tiny, shower was weird because the door opened into the shower. The bathroom floor was creaky. On the second floor, the upstairs was noisy... Not much sound insulation. The room was very nice otherwise, just small. The beds were very comfy. We had a fridge and microwave. No freezer though. Lots of towels provided. Overall a good stay.

day poolside. Vending machines only take exact change, no way to pay with card. Ice maker not working. Bottled water is for sale at front desk but they only accept cash. Had to clean feet from walking around barefoot in room, they were black.

Great visit. Everything was excellent.

For the most part I really met and enjoyed speaking with some of the front desk employees. They were really helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were sooooo excellent!!! I just love how they took extra care of our rooms when cleaning. They were really thoughtful. Not a bad place to stay while on vacation. I didn’t care for the breakfast choices or the attitude of one of the ladies in charge. She seemed cool and served sausage two days in a row which made me sick the first day so I didn’t have any meat to eat the second day. The waffles were delicious and welcomed. All in all it was a good experience.
